Went to Inland Auto since I needed a smog check. Reception area was clean and AC nice and cool. I didn't have to wait to be helped and Mike took my car right back for the smog check. It's the first smog shop on your right after you turn right on Corning (going north on Jefferson)

First time in to get my brakes replaced on my Toyota Sequoia, everything was good. About a month later I returned for a fuse replacement & oil change. After doing the work on my vehicle, Mike was very harsh with me. He told me that they are not an oil changing place and I should take it to grease monkey or somewhere like that next time. Even though they have a sign on the front counter saying if you post a review, you will get a discount on your oil change. You don't want my money, fine, I'll take it somewhere else. After leaving, I noticed they left a dirty rag in my car

After spending way too much money for routine service at my Lexus dealer, I decided to go locally for service. I first had a simple oil change, and after speaking with Mike, I felt very confident in his ability to take care of my Lexus. I have had 3 more various repairs since, and I have found them to be very honest and very reasonable in price. I saved a bunch of money and will now take my Lexus here for all my service. I have been more than pleased with their care.

Good, honest, quality work. They do what needs to be done (and only what needs to be done!) at a price that is much lower than the dealer.
The most important thing to me is that a shop is honest. They are always honest about what my car needs, and what needs to be done now or later.

When the shifter on my truck was giving me problems I took it to Toyota Carlsbad service center. They looked it over and didn't find anything wrong with it. A couple weeks later the shifter was STILL extremely loose. This time I took it to Toyota of Temecula service center.(BTW you need an appointment to be seen, who knew?) And they are very rude, but anyway, they swore up and down there was NOTHING wrong with it. And they call them self professionals. After dealing with all that BS I decided to take it to INLAND AUTO. Now these guys are pros. They checked out the shifter and found the problem right away. It turns out It WAS broken. All I needed to wait on was the parts to be delivered and they had it fixed in no time at all. I have not had any problems with it at all. These guys know what they are doing. They have great customer service. Fair prices and they don't sell you stuff you don't need. I will be going there again.

When we first moved to the desert we went to a jiffy lube for an oil change, but it was over-priced. When we lived in Saint Louis, I went to a shop where they tried to get me to agree to having extra work done on my car. At Inland Auto there is no pressure, so we always time our visits to Murrieta so that we can stop by Inland Auto for our scheduled maintenance. Mike is so honest. If there is something that can wait until a later date, Mike lets us know. He explains the maintenance items in terms that are easy to understand, and he does not do unnecessary work. Apart from having our tires rotated at Costco, we do not want to take our van anywhere else, not even for an oil change.
