These guys are amazing. Nino and Tony went out of their way to give my wife a ride back when she dropped the car off since I work 8-5pm and I couldn't do it myself. They fixed my hybrid civics AC which other places normally would have charged me 250+ more for same work. They even did some extra work on some electrical stuff free of charge. God bless you guys!

Not much else to say but awesome customer service and excellent mechanical skills. Nino and his mechanics were able to correctly diagnosis and correct the issue with my car which was a faulty cam sensor. HONESTY - One of the most important IF NOT THE most important attribute of a good mechanic. The guys at A&O have built their business on honesty and fairness. I've taken my car to this shop 4 separate times with 2 different cars, and they have never once charged me more than their quote, but will usually drop the price if they finish the job faster than they expected.
They also were totally OK with me purchasing my parts online and just charging me for labor (the rate of which is exceptionally fair). As someone who doesn't know much beyond the basics of auto repair, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I took my car in to have my belt checked because it was squealing every time I turned it on. They quoted me what they would charge me for each belt IF they needed to be replaced. Turned out it just needed to be tightened. They got me in and out in 15 minutes and didn't charge me anything, saying "We like to give people a break whenever we can. You have a good car, so go enjoy it and we'll see you next time you need a repair."
That's good business.

I cannot express my gratitude and respect for Nino and his staff. In late 2015 my sister needed a second opinion after being told she needed a whole new engine. After sharing the faith I have in this shop she took her car in the next day. No, she did not need a whole new engine...after some major repairs her car is running brand new again.
Now, back to my car. I have never doubted Nino, he and Rasmin have always been patient with me since I am so naive. Recently I had a issue that I thought was going to cost me tons of $$ (according to my tire shop). Well after my fav mechanics looked at it, turns out it was a minor minor issue. Let me reiterate....they are very honest here. Their work is work of a perfectionist. Their service has exceeded my expectations and I can say I have full trust in these guys.
I will continue to recommend my family, friends, anyone for that matter looking for a awesome team.

Was not looking forward to looking for another mechanic when my mechanic closed his shop and moved out of the country. I haven't had the best luck with mechanics in the past. But I asked around and two different friends recommended Alpha & Omega. My friends did not lead me astray. With an aging car, I've been in a few times in the past year and a half or so. EVERYONE there is always friendly and helpful! And as has been mentioned in other reviews, they are honest and fair. They even fit me in before heading out on a Friday evening because my check engine light kept coming on and my car hasn't had any issues since. Love finding businesses like this!

These guys are AMAZING! It's honest people like this that businesses need to aspire to, they can learn something. My husband and I came into this shop after going to several shops trying to troubleshoot a leak. After many failed attempts at other shops that lead no where we ended up here. It was quite a wait for us so we went walking to the Plant and came back after two hours and the mechanic found the leak. Not only was he polite and genuine, he helped us out. Since we have mostly older cars, there are some challenges that come up now and then - especially in finding parts that need replacing. Nino has never let us down!
We have trusted Nino and his fellow mechanics with our vehicles for several years now and they have always been professional, informative, and most of all honest. We never have to worry about being lied to and we always know that when they fix something, it is truly fixed. Nino even did a diagnostic on our newest car for us before we decided to buy it.

I've gone here ever since someone introduced me to them. Now my mom goes here too. They are seriously the best! They have amazing prices, and not only that but they actually don't try to rip you off. Not only do they not try to rip you off, but they also do quality work. Nino is amazing and so are the other guys there!

Went here to get my camry's oil changed
I didn't know what to expect as far as how long it would take and whether or not I would receive satisfactory customer service since I had never been here before.(my dad recommended it)..all i knew was that I had an appointment there at 2
To my pleasant surprise, the people there were extremely nice! They finished the job really fast! (and cheap, woohoo!!) The guy who rang me up (I'm really bad with names I'm so sorry hahaha) was really friendly and offered me a few tips on the workings of a car and how to maintain it well.
Overall, I am very happy with my experience at this business today. The workers there provided me with fast, friendly, courteous customer service and I appreciate that. I definitely recommend this place!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Alpha and Omega Automotive!
I took my 2000 Toyota Echo in this morning to be looked over. The guys there were not only respectful and upfront, they were honest. Not many people can say that about a mechanic!
I suggest making an appointment instead of stopping by because they are really really busy.
I was pleased to be around others who were regulars here and I'm surprised at the few Yelp ratings because this place is a hidden gem!
I got an oil change, tire rotation, and my transmission fluid changed for a more than reasonable price and in under an hour; And being an always-broke college student, when I received the bill, I was very very pleased! No overcharges or hidden costs, these guys are straight up!
I'm definitely going to be a frequenter here for any future services or car issues! Thanks guys!

my hair stylist/longtime friend recommended Alpha & Omega when on the way to her app't one of my warning lights for smog emissions came on & the manual said not to drive very far until it was fixed. I went in & made an appointment & asked if they would be able to fix my powerless window & they said both could be done the same day. Nino wasn't there, but Rahmsin (sorry, not sure of spelling) took great care of me---called me 2 hrs after i left the car to tell me what they had found & would be repairing. He was most polite & explained in detail what they had done. Their price for the parts & labor was unbelieveably inexpensive!!! Like one of the other reviewers said about women always feeling vulnerable when they take their cars in---i didn't get that treatment here. I've raved about them & have some of their business cards to hand out whenever someone needs a reliable & honest mechanic. From now on, i'm going to A/O for any needed work, tune-up, etc on my car.

This team is awesome. Quick on the oil change, which was cheap, plus they gave me a few no-pressure non-urgent suggestions for future repairs. They listened and took multiple test drives trying to identify the cause of a strange sound in the back end of my car, even after the dealer said there was nothing wrong. Also, they offered tips on further diagnosing the issue, even though they couldn't see anything, and tested everything they needed to so they could say it wasn't a safety issue. Alpha Omega will be keeping my family safe in our car as long as they stay in business. So anyone who sees this should become a customer immediately to ensure their continued success!!

Nino's shop worked on my VW van and did a good job fixing the transmission problem. I had read about the shop and how trustworthy and affordable it was. I think those were understatements.
Nino is a rare individual in the auto repair business because he is very high on integrity. His word is good as gold. He doesn't seem like someone that will take work just to get money.
There are too many repair shops out there, but it is rare you run into a good, fair, honest one.

Nino and his gang are a car's best friend. Been taking my car(s) to Nino for over 10 years and it's always a pleasurable experience dealing with him.
He's the most honest individual I've met and that goes a long way in my book especially when it comes to car repair.
He's knowledgeable, fair and on-time. What more do you want from somebody?
Let him take care of your needs for car repair/service and you'll have one less thing to worry about when it comes, and the time will come, that your car needs to be serviced.
Just recently, he saved me exactly $894.54 by replacing a temperature sensor as opposed to the entire thermostat, headers and other "car stuff" that the dealer and another auto repair place quoted me. It's not just about hooking up the car to the diagnostic machine and letting the computer spit out the information. He takes it a step further by analyzing the report against his vast experience of all makes/types of cars and comes up with options for you. C'mon...dude gives you options as well as the pros & cons with each decision path.
Nobody likes it when their car breaks down or flicks on a warning light; but taking it to Nino numbs the pain as you've made the best decision for your vehicle by putting it in his capable hands.

My Volvo was having symptoms of needing a new head gasket or so my friend's husband thought. I had a very strong recommendation from another friend so took my car into A&O. They diagnosed right away that it wasn't the head gasket (thank God!) and began a process to isolate what turned out to be 4 different issues. It was rather tricky, but they worked it one item at a time, keeping my cost sensitivity in mind and they did an excellent job replacing 4 parts related to the cooling system. Its been running well for over 30 days! I've sent anyone there that has car issues. They have high integrity and I trust them completely. Excellent work and customer service!

This place came highly recommended by a body shop that I had great experiences with. I went into Alpha and Omega because I needed a 90,000 mile check up and I had a problem with the wheel bearings on a tire. I figured, "Oh great, how much is this gonna cost me?" (Also, I am usually a little worried that I'm going to get suckered into work that is not necessary.)
I HAD AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Nino (the owner) was great! He took a look at my car and told me exactly what needed to be done. In fact, some of the things I thought I would have to have done he said were not needed. Translation - less work, so the costs were very minimal. Imagine that!: an auto repair place that repairs only what is needed.
I will definitely come back for any and all future work. I trust Nino and I felt very comfortable with him and his work.

Nino is a gifted mechanic who strives to give honest, low cost auto repair. He has worked on my daughter's Isuzu and my Honda Pilot many, times. He has incredible integrity and has a keen sense of knowing exactly what is wrong. Nino is the only person i will bring my car to now, ive had several problems with my car includig having to replace my power steering system and a new alternator [[ at seperate times]] getting esimates from other shops is just pointless. They always try to over charge me and try to convince me that i need to replace so much more than what is really needed. When nino looks at it, hes honest, knowledgable, and his prices are ALWAY reasonable. He could charge so much more for the quality of work he does but he doesnt. He gets work done quickly and eficiently. I am always so excited to get my car back in excellent working condition. Thats why i always go to him ajd refer him to everyone. Nino is that wonderful mix of honesty, knowledge, attention to detail, speed and super-cost effective pricing that I believe everyone is looking for.
Nino has serviced my Avalanche, our BMW, two of my neighbor's Mercedes, another Jaguar and all I hear are two comments: 1) my car runs so much better now and 2) I couldn't believe how inexpensive and fair the repairs were.

I was referred to alpha & omega by a friend, and when i went there Nino stopped what he was doing and spent about 10 minutes troubleshooting my vehicle just to see what was wrong with it. Wow! I've never gotten that kind of treatment before. He's not money-hungry like most mechanics.
He does quick, honest work and I appreciate that he informs me of what is going on with my car, rather than just assuming I won't understand. whenever I leave I know more about how to maintain my car, and the last time i went here i made sure to grab a handful of his business cards. Now I refer everyone to him!
I've been taking my car to Nino for about a year now, and I wouldn't even think of taking it anywhere else. This guy knows what he's doing. Great mechanic.

For the longest time, I have been trying to search for a reliable and affordable mechanic. I have found him.
Nino, the owner of Alpha and Omega auto repair...has been nothing but helpful to me.
I needed to get my brakes done. He will let you buy your own parts and he will install them for you as well.
Example if you are to search online for your needed parts...before you purchase them give him a call first and he will then go to his supply house to find out if they have the same parts but cheaper. I don't know but that's pretty damn awesome in my book!
He did my front and rear bake pads and shoes for $ 118.00 Total labor! I supplied the parts.
I mean for people who don't have hooks ups from either friends or family. This is a great deal!
He even put in the new battery I purchased awhile ago (that was sitting in my car for months) for free.
He's honest, good and very afforable!

I recently needed some work on my BMW and after shopping around and getting pricing and even meeting with a couple of mechanics, a great lady that I work with refered me to Nino at Alpha & Omega. I called Nino and met with him later that day to inspect my car (he didn't charge me anything for the inspection whereas a dealer would have charged me a good $500 for an "inspection service"). He told me what work was needed, advised me as to what he felt should be done immediately and what could wait.
The previous mechanics told me that I needed about $850 worth of immediate work. I walked out of Alpha & Omega for under $400. Now I believe you get what you pay for, but I got A1 service that was HONEST, FAST and RELIABLE and I walked out knowing that I have a safe and reliable car. He seems to be a very honest man trying to make an honest living by being fair and honest to his customers. As long as he is in business he will always have me as a customer.

As I prepared for my little car to be towed away, I began tearing up. I did not expect to cry, but the tears kept coming. I didn't think anyone saw, but Nino did. He came over to me and put his arm around me as I cried. It was the car my Dad gave me right before he passed away, saying good-bye to the car was rough. Nino told me "the car has done it's job, it's okay." My wife and I have been taking my Nissan Pathfinder and her Honda Civic to Nino, for maintenance as well as mechanical/electrical repair, for the past four years. The service/repair has always been done well, on time and for a very reasonable fee. Nino is an experienced mechanic and does a good job. He is also VERY HONEST and charges a reasonable fee for his work. We are very happy to have found a good and decent mechanic and recommend him highly.
