There's a reason why everyone goes here. They're reliable, and turnaround time was quick.
Customer service is excellent. Oscar was super helpful with the quote and by staying in close communication with my insurance company. The other staff there were also friendly and efficient. The whole process was made simple for me.

The folks did a excellent job explaining what is going to be done, and the result was perfect I can barely tell the difference from the original part/paint. Dealing with car accidents is never fun, but United Collision Center makes the process as easy and stress free as possible. I was in an accident and had to get a new bumper for my BMW 428i. I got estimates from the BMW Collision Center and Dave's Auto Repair, in addition to United Collision. United Collision was in the middle for price, but I went with them because of their fast turnaround and how helpful Oscar, the owner, and Rosie, the receptionist, were.
They answered any questions I had about the repairs needed and the insurance process so I felt very comfortable leaving my car with them. Within 2 days, the repairs were done and my car looked brand new again. If you are looking for a shop that does great work with fantastic customer service and fair pricing, then look no further because United Collision Center is it!

I got recommended to Jade by a car-fanatic friend of mine. Having read the yelp reviews I knew i probably cannot go wrong.
Indeed, Jade is fantastic! He is funny, friendly, honest, and extremely professional. I had backed into a stupid waist-height post and scratched the paint off the bumper of my beloved BMW convertible. It wasn't very noticeable, but being as obsessively compulsive as I am, I just have to have it fixed.
Jade was conscious about how much my insurance would cover and worked with me on a few options. I felt he was honest and wasn't trying to rip me off. I ended up choosing to have the bumper repaired and repainted instead of having it replaced (which would cost a little more). The paint they used matched the original perfectly and my car looks brand new! They were also able to get the job done within 3 days and I was happy I could have my car back sooner than I expected.

I rarely quote Sesame Street, but my Corolla certainly stood out from all the fancy Lotus, Mercedes, and BMW cars I saw there! But it didn't matter -- they treated my car just like the others. The team here does such superb bodywork. They replaced the whole front: hood, bumper, spoiler, and engine, and my baby looks good as new!
On a friend's recommendation, I brought in my poor broken Sammy for repair. I instantly trusted Jade and appreciated his directness and honesty. As shop manager, he keeps everything running smoothly, always going above and beyond to bring the best value and service to the customer. You won't meet many like him! How he helped me:
+ Contacted someone in the car insurance industry who provided some facts about filing a claim in my situation.
+ Got the car rental company (Hertz) to pick me up at the shop so I could immediately get a rental car.
+ Assured me that the rental car would be covered, whether by my insurance company or by him if they refused to cover it.
+ Communicated updates to the claim and repair progress on a regular basis.
+ Displayed a great sense of humor while also being a good listener. The ability to empathize with customers is priceless.
++ When we discovered my car battery had been drained while in the shop and then fully died the next day when it was in my home parking lot (somehow I drove it around for a whole day with no problems), Jade actually sent a technician TO MY HOME to replace the battery. Now that's some advanced kind of service!
No wonder so many people entrust their super fancy cars to this shop for repairs, modifications, and crazy cool paint jobs. I couldn't ask for better service.

I took my 350z here based off the overwhelmingly good reviews, and everything worked out perfectly. I treat my Z like a baby, so when I got rear ended, my biggest concern was to find a place that would do an amazing job.
I didn't end up getting estimates from any other shop, the reviews here had me convinced that this was the place to go, and Jade was super friendly. My bumper was replaced and looks perfect, and I got my car back cleaner and shinier than when I dropped it off! All around great experience. Hopefully nothing else happens to my car, but if it does, I will return to United Collision.

We recently got our 2012 BMW M3 back from United Collision - somebody had rear-ended it in a parking lot. I was turned onto United by fellow car enthusiasts at my work. They all raved about this shop. Jade at United Collision Center made a nightmare of a situation a little less painful - he helped us get our rental car and dealt directly with our insurance company to ensure we were being treated fairly.
United Collision uses the best paint and materials available, not cutting any corners. Their modest shop does top-notch work on high end cars. United may not be the cheapest option, but hands down the best quality (even for my ultra anal standards)
Jade is a rarity in the car repair world. He is honest and takes great pride in his work. I can't say enough great things about this shop. 5 stars!

We were referred by a friend to Jade from United collision- after we banged our 2011 BMW 328i baby to pole with a damaged bumper . Met Jade and explained him our insurance details and he took care of the rest. He gets things done in a jiffy and he knows the right people to contact. Jade took the initiative to call the car rental company to pick us up after we decide to drop off our car for the repair. He is very professional, detail oriented and does quality work. He gets things done in a jiffy with quality. When we went to pick up the car, it was much cleaner and shinier. They did the interior detailing too. Felt like we had a new car. Cannot imagine how happy me and my husband were after seeing the car with a new bumper and other minor fixtures. Super impressed.
Overall it was a smooth experience and appreciate Jade's work. He is very friendly person, easily approachable and a great human being. I would recommend United Collision, Mountain view if your car is jinxed!

Someone backed their car straight into my brand new 2014 Prius. The car had less than 1,000 miles. We took the car to United Collision Center and I am so very glad that we did. The work performed was impeccable and the service has been outstanding. Jade, the manager, has taken care of us every step of the way. It's been a difficult road with the insurance carrier and rental car company (I should've used my carrier rather than counting on the insurance company of the guy who hit me), and I feel comfortable knowing that Jade is on it. This review is concerning United Collision Center's customer service and communication skills, not their auto body work.
I called Jade about a week and a half ago concerning my car that was rear ended by an Allstate driver. The damage was not severe, but enough to warrant at least $830 worth of repairs. Allstate recommended two local auto body shops, but thinking I knew better I found UCC on Yelp and called Jade. Jade and I had a friendly chat, and he recommended I take some photos of the bumper, scan in the estimate from the Allstate adjuster, and then e-mail him all the information. He said I could find the e-mail address on the website. Why he couldn't tell me the e-mail address offhand, I don't know. So, I went to the site (which is horrible) and could not find the e-mail address anywhere on the site. I called Jade the next day and told him I couldn't find the e-mail address on UCC's site, so he then gave me it to me over the phone, while chattering on about the problems with the website and strangely not acknowledging that he sent me on a goose chase. I emailed him everything, with "Attn: Jade" in the subject line. Sigh.
Then I waited 5 days and heard nothing from Jade. That was after talking to him twice, in detail, about my car. I called him yesterday and he sounded like he didn't remember me and said he never got my e-mail. I waited silently while he checked his computer "No, nothing with your name on it. When did you send it?" So, he eventually he finds the e-mail and gives me a long story about how someone must have opened it (and took no action, I suppose) and therefore he didn't get to see it. How is it possible that the person who looks at the e-mails all day doesn't notice or take any action on an e-mail with his own name in the subject line? Total BS.
Now, this is the part that offended me. He goes over my e-mail and asked if I had more photos of the *sides* of the bumper and went on and on about how it would cost more money than what the insurance adjuster accounted for. I had to cut him off and explain that it didn't matter, because I wasn't paying for it. Allstate made it clear that they were paying for everything 100%, even if the shop said it would cost more than the $830. Seriously, less talk, more action on actually fixing my car please. Sensing my curtness, he then said all he needed was my Enterprise reservation number, so I said sure I can give it to you right now. Instead, he said he needed to call me back in ten minutes because he was checking a customer out. Do you think he ever called me back? Of course not.
Why this person fumbled this job repeatedly, dropped the ball, and behaved so strangely is baffling, especially considering all the glowing reviews on Yelp. Jade seemed like a nice guy, but his conduct was unprofessional and infuriating. If I had just taken my car to the shop recommended by Allstate, perhaps the repairs would be finished by now. Instead, Jade jerked me around for over a week and treated me like crap instead of having the courtesy of declining the job when we first spoke.
If Jade, or anyone else at UCC is tempted to respond to this post, please don't. There's no excuse or long winded story that can fix this one. Take the criticism, own it, and let it soak in. Hopefully it will be an impetus to improving your business practices in the future.

I took my Lexus with a "pushed in corner" on the passenger side front bumper. Jade was great! He gave me three options - clearly explained with respective cost estimates. The range of options were from an hour's worth of "the best I can do" to brand-new bumper. There was no pressure to pick one or the other. He patiently explained the pros-and-cons of the different options. I chose the cheapest option and the car turned out great.
I forgot to leave the keys in the car. I did not realize it till I reached work. He worked with the limitation and was pleasant and understanding when I called about the oversight. What a thorough professional and a great human being!
The entire experience and the end-result was great. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This is a body repair shop for higher end cars. The workmanship is perfect - no signs the car has ever been repaired. No runs, no overspray and no mis-matched colors. They do, however, take a long time to complete the job. If your car is not valuable and you are paying without insurance, this is probably not the place for you.

I found United Collision Center on yelp and the reviews are definitely on point! Jade helped walk me through my options and handled the entire process with the insurance agents. And trust me, I had no clue what I was doing and needed some hand holding and clarity which they totally provided.
I came back and picked up my Acura MDX and almost didn't recognize it! Despite all the multiple trips to the mountains, rock climbing, snowboarding, surfing, up and down California (you can image all the dirt, salt, snow, and rocks the car has encountered), it looked brand new!! It's beautiful and was so clean, I didn't even find a single dog hair in the car and was reluctant to let the pooch back in for the first week.
If you are looking for people who care about your car, about doing a great job and will charge you fairly and help you through the insurance process - these are your guys. The customer service is amazing and they made things so easy for me, I couldn't thank them enough.

If I could give this place ten stars I would. I wound up on the best coastal mountain drive until a rock slide showered my car with pebbles and a larger rock hit my windshield and sent it splintering in all directions. I was worried about taking it to a body shop because I feared that nothing would be covered by my insurance and I would be out of pocket a few $1,000.
I ran into Jade when I when my check engine light came on and I was next door at the Car Doctors (see earlier review for those awesome guys *****) He told me to just come in and he would take care of everything.
I brought my car into Jade and he told me to call my insurance, tell them what happened and drop my car off with him on Monday morning. Jade worked with the insurance adjuster and the rest was history.
Amazing customer service - when I emailed/called him to check in on how things were going, he replied within the hour and even sent me photos of my car getting painted and put back together.
When I picked up my car I couldn't believe it, It was like the first time I stepped into it on the Volvo lot when I first bought it in 2009 - Except better. Not only did he replace my windshield and remove all the surrounding dings, he went that extra mile and took out some random chips/scratches I had around my door panel, roof, and bumper - just because. I was getting back into a brand new car. They fully detailed my car, shampooed the carpets cleaned the leather, you name it.
The no food/no drink rule is back in effect! Thank you for restoring my Volvo guys! I am so happy today, I feel like I just drove it off the lot!

I can't say enough good things about the service here. My 2009 Honda Element needed repairs after an accident. The insurance providers' 3 recommended auto body shops all had terrible reviews. Jade & Co., however, were recommended to me by my trusted car service dudes at The Car Doctor. They've earned their current status on Yelp.
Jade set clear expectations of the repair process for me. He fought the insurance company for the necessary repairs to restore my car to original condition. He was communicative with me throughout the process. He helped make the rental car pick up and drop off simple. His team fixed my car and even had it detailed. I received the best possible version of what I originally brought them. He even replaced my shoddy key chain ring with a brand new one. Boss service.

I was recommended to United Collision by my mechanic. I needed to have some paint and body work done. My interactions was mainly through their manager Jade. Jade is a very friendly and pleasant guy who was great in setting the proper expectations and clear about what work and timeframe needed to do a great job. Obed (owner) was also very friendly as well as the other shop workers who I interacted with briefly.
I visited the shop in the middle of the repair work once or twice and Jade was happy to discuss with me that status of everything. I saw my car at different points of the work they did on it which is a very nice thing from a customer POV. He even filled me in on the various conditions of the car they discovered before and during the work. Jade was prompt and very receptive in following up with me on questions I had along the way. They even shuttle you to and from work if need be. This is one of those great intangible services you don't necessarily get with other body shops.
The end result of their work was amazing! Jade set up some expectations of how great it will be and the end result surpassed what I expected. Patched up the fiberglass like new. Paint shines beautifully in the light! Paint job even looks great at night! The Starshield product they installed was even better than the original starshield! I loved the car before. I love it even more now!
Jade and his crew exceeded my expectations of everything. They did a superb job! Customer service is excellent and what you expect from any business! I easily rate them 5 stars (like every other reviewer did). It helps that my mechanic uses United Collision to work on his cars. They'll get my return business easily!

Yup. Five star service. Jade was absolutely fantastic! I had a car rear end me in the same place that I had been hit a year ago. I went to United because of the high Yelp ratings. Jade and his team discovered that the previous repair was done poorly the first time, and proceeded to assess the damage, fix my car properly, and was also able to get the other auto shop to pay for their mistake. Is that customer service, or what?
I even more recently dropped my motorcycle on a gorgeous Porche... Today as a matter of fact. I know. But I sent the guy to Jade to get his repairs done, because I know they will get it done 100% right. Any more wrecks, and I am going to start requesting commission!

I took my 2006 Dodge Ram to them after it had been keyed & egged. They were highly recommended by my boss. Every step of the process they went above and beyond to ensure my truck was absolutely perfect. I cannot even put into words how happy I am with the outcome. I don't always need a body shop, but when I do, I prefer United Collision.
An off-track excursion at Thunderhill's Turn 10 resulted in some cosmetic damage to the front bumper and underbody diffuser of my 2013 Nissan GT-R. Since I already had some unrelated scratches on the rear bumper, I followed my friends' recommendation and showed the car to Jade at United for an estimate. From the moment I met him until I picked up the car once all the work has been completed, Jade and the crew have been nothing if not absolutely professional. I thought I was picky, but Jade's attention to detail and quality is amazing. The initial estimate assumed they would be able to recondition and reuse the existing parts, but when the job was finished, Jade wasn't happy with the results, so he bought new OEM parts *on his own dime* and completely redid the work to make sure it was perfect! My GT-R is one with the difficult-to-match Super Silver paint, requiring a 10-stage process, but the end result was a perfect match, and the clearcoat is actually higher-quality than the factory application! I've also since taken my wife's Infiniti SUV to United to fix both some minor bumper damage and a big crease in one of the doors, and they did an equally flawless job.
I hope I don't need the services for a body shop for a while, but if I do, United will definitely have my business. Highly recommended!

I'm one of those girls that HATE going to autobody-shops or dealerships because I always feel like they're speaking another language and treat me like an idiot.
Not so at United Collision Center. Jade is super friendly and goes out of his way to make sure you are 100% happy when you leave with your car. He even made the entire transition super easy by offering to call the car rental place and also drop off the car for me afterwards so I didn't have to deal with two trips.

I was referred to UCC after an accident with my 2007 Toyota Rav-4. Obed and Jade were both awesome. They took great care of my car and took care of all of the communication with my insurance company. They even helped me set up the rental car.
When I picked up my car it looked as good as new, all bright and shiny. Obed had made sure it was fully detailed. All of the replacement parts were brand new and the paint matched perfectly. Hopefully I won't be in anymore accidents, but if I am I will definitely be taking my baby back to United.

Had a GREAT experience with United Collision !
Brought my Tuareg after visiting the certified dealership's auto center and i felt they were much more professional than the certified dealership's auto center.
They took care of everything for me and made sure that every scratch and damaged part will be replaced by original VW parts (unlike the certified dealership's auto center).
The made sure to update me during the process but were very respectful with my time.
When i got the car back they polished the interior and the exterior and the car looks better than before. The painting looks flawless and i really enjoyed Jade's service and professionalism.

In early 2012, I was distracted and bumped into a delivery truck, which caused no damage to the truck, but the truck's high bumper crinkled the hood and scratched the lights of my S430 Mercedes. This was a very low impact bump where all of the damage was to my car.
I went to a few shops and concluded that Jade had superior knowledge, experience and sense of quality. Mercedes vehicles have particular part components and UCC uses only Mercedes' original paint on Mercedes vehicles. I also realized that Jade would negotiate to obtain OEM parts when appropriate.
In the end, there was a slight problem in the paint job. To remedy this paint issue, Jade re-painted the entire car to get the blend just right and delivered what looked like a brand new car. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the United Collision Center operation.
Jade, thank you for our efforts and focus on quality, I love the new car!

Awhile back I had them do some body work that involved replacing the window glass. The body work was flawless and I thought all was well. Several months later, the VW mechanics pointed out a defect in the replaced window glass. To my amateur eye, it looked like the bonding agent for the glass was cracking in the corner. Jade later informed me (through his glass contractor) that the new glass was defective from the get go and should not have been installed.
I took the car back to United to see if they would be willing to replace the defective glass. Jade was extremely helpful in getting this done, and did it at no cost to me with no hassle at all.I could not have asked for better service, particularly since the cost was out of his pocket. They did it promptly, and transported me to and from their shop since I was out a ride for the day.
Other details of note, I had insisted on OEM glass for the original replacement, and Jade made sure the new glass was OEM as well.
As above,they use an external glass guy, so the defect was not really in their wheelhouse to detect when I picked it up from the original body work service. It also may not have shown up by the time I picked up the car from the shop the first time, so that could be a factor.
I cannot say enough good things about this experience. Correcting a mistake, doing it graciously, and absorbing the cost all with the hopes of having you a repeat customer is all you can ask from any service provider. They certainly have my repeat business.

The low-beam front lights of my 2008 Toyota became dimmer and dimmer over the years. The dealer suggested replacing the front light assemblies. I confirmed the recommendation by conducting research online. Someone recommended United Collision Center to me. I dropped by and one of the two co-owners looked at it. He called one of the technicians and asked him to buff the lights from the inside and the outside. The lights got brighter. The co-owner could have easily charged me $100 for the buffing and sent me on my way. Instead, he said he would not charge me anything, because the lights were still not as bright as should be. I was amazed by his honesty. I then asked for a quote to replace the light assemblies. The other co-owner worked a quote for me and gave me an excellent price - about half the price quoted by the dealer. The receptionist was very helpful too. A few days later, I brought my car in, and they replaced the light assemblies. They finished the job ahead of schedule. While waiting, I observed their work on other cars as well as mine; I also witnessed how they treated their customers in person and on the phone. I was very impressed. The lights are now amazingly bright. United Collision Center was fast, honest, professional, and very competitive in their pricing. I highly recommend them.

Tesla Model S - did amazing one same work on the black roof of my heavily scratched Model S (I scratched it while washing with a sandy rag). The paint now looks better than it did when I left the factory.
Chrysler Pacifica - The effort they put into this car is simply to big describe, With that said they followed through and fixed everything from our broken liftgate to several dents on virtually every part of the car.

Another great thing is if you're a Googler they're pretty much walking distance away from the offices. The car looks as good as when I brought so would definitely use them again.

I recently had my first car crash in US and everything was new to me. I have a second hand Mitsubishi Eclipse that was quite badly damaged in the front after the crash. I took my car to United Collision and got to met with Jade. He helped me with everything and really calmed my nerves, he got a Hertz rental for me at his doorstep and basically just told me to leave my keys and he will take care of the rest.
Thats just what he did and more ! In 2 weeks he let me know that my car was ready and i just drove in, left the rental and drove out with an amazingly well done car.
I have to admit - my car looks better now than when I bought it and I am so thrilled and pleased with the level of professionalism and detail to work that Jade has done on my car.
He kept in touch with me almost every second day to let me know what was going on with my car and what the insurance companies were saying.
I cant thank him enough for doing such a fantastic job. I would refer him to any one whose car needs work done, paint jobs or anything to do with 4 wheels.
I am taking my car back here for sure !

I was involved in accident that smashed in the front of my car. I took it to body shop and I thought I got it fixed completely. As time when on. I kept noticing that my car would bottom out whenever I ran over certain bumps or dips when it shouldn't. Not only would it bottom out, my wheel well would tear into my tires and damage them as well. So I took my car back to the original body shop and they refused to fix the issue with pay more to have it looked at and fix.
So i decided to price around again at other body shops and they suggested that they should pound out my fender and that should fix the issue. That sounded a bit unusual. So I decided to keep looking for a decent shop that would give me a straight answer.
I came across United Collision Center from a friend and I stopped by. Oman and Jade were awesome. They were genuine and more than happy to help.
First what impressed me was that they disassembled my car and took a look at it, without any problems. And they gave me a ride to work while they looked the car. They actually found the real problem, where the original accident warped a bit of my frame which caused the car to bottom out and eat up my tire. All the other body shops didn't even bother to do that, they just wanted for temporarily fix my problem and take my money, in hopes that I'd have to keep coming back.
These guys found out the root problem of my car issues, fixed it and gave me a better deal then all the other body shops I visited. My car is perfect now, besides the rusting but that's a whole different discussion.
You guys rock and I recommend them to everyone and anyone I talk to.

My custom 330i got T-boned on the passenger side. The car had lot of custom fairings etc. The insurance company of the other driver was trying to convince
me that using OEM quality parts is good enough. Jade/Obed worked hard
with the insurance company on process side to put all BMW parts and fixed
the car so well that it is looking better than new. These cars have tons of electronics
and complicated parts and these guys made sure everything was tested
and everything worked. The body/paint/clear looks new. Few things to point out:
1) Attention to detail for replacing all parts and clips
2) Finishing the body like new
3) Making sure all electronics work and safety systems checked
I would highly recommend this shop if you have a newer luxury import that needs
body work. Jade is also happy to send you pictures, explain the choices and
make it happen!!

I was referred to United Collision Center after the car accident in May 2012 to get my Odyssey van bumper fixed. Jade is very friendly and knowledgeable. He explains things very clear in simple terms (I don't deal with car issues in my family). They fixed my car on timely fashion, cleaned my van inside and out and made dashboard, four wheels look like brand new. My teen-age son is very impressed after I got the van back. They are really considered, they even saved a little stick with four numbers previously laid on the dashboard.
Jade even went extra effort to resolve the rental car payment for me.
I am very pleased with their service. I was told they fix lots expensive cars, sports cars, but they took my van and treat me and my van like the VIP and VI car.

It's not often you see a place with this many reviews all 5 stars. It's absolutely amazing and desrving. I totaled my car and Jade helped me through everything: dealing with insurance, getting salvage value, all of that. He even gave me a coupon for a free massage (despite the fact that I was uninjured, just in case). Awesome service and he's a really good guy, couldn't be further away from the shady stereotype of the car mechanic.

My new truck was hit from behind and i needed to find a place that would make it look like new again. I was referred to Obed at United Collision Center, Inc. by a good friend of mine. I called and Obed welcomed me to the shop. I got immediate friendly service, an estimate, and the truck was getting worked on. The parts are from Toyota - not an off brand which i appreciated. They kept me well informed the week that they had the truck. When it was ready - it was well detailed, clean and the truck looks like NEW again =)
I say two thumbs up for United Collision Center Inc., This is my choice for all my cars when they need auto body work done.

Just had my front bumper reattached since there were a few of the screws that had come off. Jade, the owner, was extremely professional and personable. While, doing the work he also took care of a burnt out brake light. This kind of customer focus is hard to come by, more so in auto body repair shops. Five stars all the way!

I brought my Honda civic to them. Left side of car was hit in an accident. About $6,500 worth of damages. They did a very nice job restoring the car. It was an insurance job, but they did a few free extras including touching up some scratches and detailing the car.

Is it pleasant to have your car backed into? No. But it is a complete pleasure doing service with Jade & the crew at United Collision. Jade handled all the work with the insurance company and kept me up to date on where we were in the process. Not only that, but he finagled the rental car company into giving us an SUV at the standard car price. Plus the car came back so waxed up and glossy I barely recognized it. Take your car nowhere else. (Plus, it's next to The Car Doctor).

My Acura RSX was rear-ended along Alma. The usual mechanic shop that I went to (The Car Doctor, I wrote a review on them too) recommended me to United Collisions, which was just next to them.
The person who took care of my car was Jade. He was really helpful and knowledgeable. When he saw my car, he took a quick look and could determine most of the damage at first glace: rear body panel hit and possibly the muffler too. He gave a quick estimate, and this was helpful because I gave the figure to the guy who hit me, and he decided to let insurance deal with it.
Having said that, this was the first time such an accident happened to me, and I was at a loss to what to do. I know insurance would be involved, but what do I need to do? After talking to Jade, he reassured me that he would take care of it all, and he really did! He communicated with my insurance company and the other guy's insurance company. He was also very honest with me,...he told me the reinforcement bar was slightly impacted, possibly not enough to warrant a replacement, but he would address the safety issues with insurance. In the end, he managed to convince them that it should be changed.
At the end of 2 weeks, I got back my Acura RSX JUST LIKE NEW! Jade threw in a detailing look and the car just looked amazing. For the next few days, I didn't really dare to drive the car for fear of dirtying it.
Oh, and, Jade and the other guy (sorry I didn't learn your name!) stayed beyond 3pm on a Saturday to wait for me to pick up my car because they knew I have been anxious to get it back. I think that goes beyond what they needed to do.
I would definitely recommend friends to Jade. They do good body work.

United Collision did a wonderful job with my car repairs. I found them through Yelp and visited multiple shops before selecting them. The manager, Jade, is very accommodating and friendly. He worked out the insurance details with my adjuster to take care of all the necessary repairs (I have AAA). My car looked better than new when I picked it up, and the repaired panels blended perfectly with the rest of the car. It's been a few months since United repaired my car, and I am extremely happy with the quality of their work.

I have a BMW 550I. It is just few years old and still in a great condition.
My car was in an accident 2 times. Both times I took it to United Collision to repair.
Both times the shop did an excellent job. My car is white. It is extremely hard to make the color look even. After my car was fixed I cannot see any difference in the color. My car looks like new, even better than when I brought it to the shop.
Jade worked efficiently and effectively with insurance companies to speed up the approval process. The car was fixed faster than expected. All little parts that were affected were replaced.
I would highly recommend owners who are passionate about their car to use United Collision as a service. You won't be disappointed.

Above and beyond!
I had no idea where to tow my car after my accident, but I'm so glad I brought it to United Collision. Not only did Obed and Jade make my car look new again, but they did it really quickly. They take pride in their work, and in addition to fixing the damage from the accident covered by insurance, they also, removed paint scratches unrelated to the accident and buffed and polished the outside of my car, and detailed the inside (because the tow truck drive had stuffed the bumper in there) for no charge, just to make the entire car look great.
In addition to the quality of work, the customer service was outstanding. My girlfriend had left a parking permit in my car, and they stayed late so she could pick it up from the shop after hours. Then a month later, when I had my car back, and my battery completely died and failed to jump, I called them for advice, and they actually drove over with a charger, confirmed the battery was dead and helped me replace it for no charge, just to help out a customer.

Wow! I have nothing but great things to say about Jade and Obed! They are so professional and treat you like you are part of the process of the repair. My 2010 Impala had some shady repairs done by a previous shop and the driver side mirror was also missing. When I went to another well known auto repair center in Mountain View for a quote on just the mirror it was $450.00. It took them four days to get the quote to me. In the mean time I talked to Jade at United he ordered the part for me the same day and the mirror was done the next business day!!!! As for the other body work it is flawless my car looks brand new. Did i mention they detailed my car as well? They worked directly with my insurance to get me a rental and I did not have to do anything! If you are looking for a professional personalized shop give them a call because you don't need to search anymore. I love these guys I will continue to send my friends and family here and return myself for future needs. Keep up the great work guys!

Jade and his team are amazing! My BMW was in pretty bad shape when I brought it in to United Collision Center. I had a bunch of rock chips and scratches all over my car. Jade was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and communicative throughout the whole process. He regularly called to give me updates on my car and he explained exactly what he was doing and why. He was very patient with my many questions (I can't help but to feel that auto shops/mechanics are always trying to scam me!).
When I picked up my car, it looked brand spankin' new! I couldn't believe how perfect it looked. Not only was the paint and clear coat perfect (I couldn't find one scratch, and I looked hard), but they had also detailed the interior. I can honestly say that my car looked like it did when I bought it 7 years ago.
I would highly recommend United Collision Center - it's not everyday you find a shop that's honest, professional, communicative AND competent.

June 2012: got rear-ended on 101 in Mt. View by someone not paying attention to the fact that traffic was stopped. I had my Jeep GC towed home as the only body shop I have ever used is located in SF where I used to live. I called Gary and Chris over at the Car Doctor and asked if they could recommend a local body shop. They said, "take it to Obed and Jade at United Collision, they are are the best." Of course I listened - Gary and Chris are trustworthy, straight-shooters who pride themselves on no BS and high quality work.
I called UCC and spoke to Jade. Nicest guy! I explained my situation - it was a tough one because my car was over 10 years old and I didn't carry collision coverage on my policy. I was basically waiting for the dude's insurance company to accept liability and was without a car as it was not driveable. Jade said "NO PROBLEM. Bring it over here and we will take care of it." I had it towed over and Jade got to work with a very detailed estimate and photos of the damage. Best of all, he kept me updated and apprised the entire time they had my car at the shop. I knew the car was a gone-r though. The repair estimate exceeded the value of the car and it was totaled by the insurance company. I almost wish UCC could have fixed the car because of the great service they had provided to that point. These guys really care about their customers. They want to deliver top notch service and don't compromise on safety, performance or aesthetics. I felt confident that I had chosen the right shop and my dealings with Jade and Obed were totally stress-free. Wish I could say the same for the insurance company... anyway, I will not hesitate to bring my new car to UCC should I need body work in the future. Thanks Jade!

Went there today (Tuesday around 11:30AM). I was first in line, waiting for a car that was already there to complete. There was only one person working at the time, and their quote of 15 minutes appears to be spot on. The worker there said something about 15 minutes being mandated by California law, and I spent about 17 minutes in the stall, including time to pay. The place is not that organized, for a while there were three of us waiting, and we just stood in the shade outside waiting for our turn to get in. The worker was fast and friendly enough, but having a more accessible waiting room and a better explanation of the wait time would have been useful. There was actually a waiting room in the office, but the door has no handle (just holes where the handle should have been), and the door wasn't opened for a while during waiting.

Totally disorganized. Service person takes your keys and then disappears, leaving technician to handle the whole queue alone. No communication about how long the wait will be. No one managing the order in which people arrived. Technician is manning two stations, the queue and the register. Who is the$40 going to?

I use to come here every 2 years for my smog check. This time when I called, no one identified themselves and when I got there I had a very unenforceable exchange just to find out that the shop no longer has a Star rating any more.
