This place and its staff, are unreal! I
I found myself in bad shape from another shop, and needed some extensive gear work / tune up / and Front end work done to my suspension.
These guys did it quickly and ACCURATELY . MY family was able to go on our Summer Vacation because of these Great Folks. I really am Happy with this place.
Honest, Friendly, and most of ALL, they know what they are doing.
Im Very happy i found this place. Give them a shot.... they are the "real deal"!

This place is amazing. Moe is an honest hard working man full of knowledge in Diesel engines. I hardly trust the stealership to even do an oil change. Long story short I though I had an oil leak. Moe looked my truck over front to back and found oil had leaked from the last change. Instead of Moe telling me I needed some bs service he said I just need a coolant flush before summer no rush.
While most other places charge you just to look at your vehicle Moe handed me my keys and sent me on my way for free! Great place. Hard to find honest shops. Between Ace automotive and Magic they are both top notch!
Have no fear leaning your diesel here.

So we came there between may and june both fixed our two car. One with dodge caravan and the other hyundai genesis. And guess what!? Our hyundai genesis its popped out again the "engine lights" only 3 months ago after they fixed it. What a terrible service. And for the caravan they changed all the engine and such and now its getting worst they coulda be honest to us like this" u should get a new one instead we fix it. So easy but in the end they been trying to fix it so they get paid. Moolah! Isn't robbery. The hardest part no discount or warranty. So yolo. We will never go back there anymore.

I had an issue with my Ford Escape and I brought it to Magic Auto Center for a second opinion about the work. My original quote from an auto shop ( that I have been taking my car in for 8 years) was $300 more. Magic Auto did more work and saved me $300! They were very friendly and extremely professional and most importantly honest! They completed the work and had the car ready before the end of the day. I will be recommending Magic Auto to all my friends.

Excellent service, very honest, and affordable. Our truck broke down and we were from No Cal. We were very apprehensive about where to have it towed. Found excellent reviews on Yelp with responses from Moe, the owner. We had it towed early in AM and were out of there in less than 30 minutes! We are going to recommend them at the RV park where we are staying....so if other travelers find themselves in the same predicament will have a place to take their vehicle without worrying they will be taken for a ride!!! Moe, you have excellent staff.

Went for a smog test next door. It failed because of some check engine type thing. I went next door to Magic Auto Center because it was convenient. I thought wow the reviews are not great on this place but let me give it a shot because of time and convenience.
The waiting room was nice with AC, a couch, a flat screen set on ESPN, coffee, water and free wifi! The manager or shop spokesperson, Gary or Greg, was friendly to me and everyone that came in.
I had to wait 30 minutes for them to look at my car (that's not so bad) but had to wait 1 hour for them to tell me what was wrong (why so long). Felt like I was at the doctors office! ...You know, you wait in the waiting room for a long time then they take you down the hall and put you in a room and you wait there forever until the doctor shows up.
Part was replaced and MAP sensor is now working correctly.

Dumped thousands into my car getting "repairs" only to blow the motor then they put a new one in it and it blows a head gasket in 2 months. And they don't want to fix it. Oh, not to mention when I got the new "salvaged" motor put in, i drove it home and it had no oil in it... Now they want another $1300.00 to fix the head gasket? No way dudes! I'll be going to the dealer from now on...

I owns a 2008 BMW M3 and a 1999 BMW M3; I never trust anyone with my cars but the unbelievably friendly, respectable, and honest staff of Magic Auto Center. I never felt that I was cheated or had an ambiguous description of what the issue is with my car ... and the best part about all this is that it is much much much lower in cost than the dealer (even thouh the service and the work is the better) or any comparable automotive service shop. This place is highly recommended for anyone with an automobile ... period!

I have a 2007 f-250 with a 6.0 powerstroke that I bought a couple of years ago and it started blowing white smoke out the tailpipe. My first instinct was to take it to the dealer because I know theses engines need an experienced tech to work on them(I've heard too many horror stories of independent shops trying to work on them just to have them towed to the dealer half torn apart). So I get the estimate from the dealer and I just about had a heart attack. I did some research and found this place. I went to go talk to the owner and was pleasantly surprised to find that he had hired a Ford factory trained diesel master tech( don't believe me? the plaque is in the office!). I gave him the quote from the dealer and they were able to do it for way less! Now my truck runs like a champ! I can honestly say it runs better than when I bought it. I can't thank Kenny(the tech) and Mo(the owner) enough! You guys are the best!!

Magic auto center is the place...

Magic auto center is the place I recommends to everyone, I had been to so many automotive repair places, but I can say with all confidence Magic auto center is the best in. Service, knowledge, , and rates. The cool thing about this plc, they explain to you the problem in details so you know what the problem is not like other plcs. I was quoted over $2,000 for a...

I was quoted over $2,000 for a new A/C unit on my Excursion by my local Ford Dealership. I didn't believe this was a good price so I went out to 6 shops to get competitive quotes. Magic came in nearly $1,000 cheaper and because they are Diesel Specialists, clearly knew what they were doing. I have been coming back since and recommend them to all my friends for servicing and repairs.

Hands down best auto shop!

Magic auto center is definatly the best shop out in the Valencia area, great employees, awesome manager, great atmosphere and best prices around. These guys are very friendly and you can feel it when you pull up in your car, they never try to sell you anything extra unless it's something actually needed, they never over charge and if anything give the best prices around. Their work is always impeccable , I've never once been dissatisfied with their work and would highly recommend anyone with any car to bring it in! It's the only place I know where I can drop off my car with peace of mind knowing it's getting done quickly, correctly , and with a very fair and good price.

Honest, hard-working mechanics are sometimes difficult to find. As a single mom that knows nothing about cars, a dependable and honest mechanic is a necessity. These guys are the best. Will always try to find the best option to fix my car issues. I have peace of mind knowing i don't have to shop around for honesty. Glad to have this shop not too far from home.

Called Monday morning and they told me to come right over. My Honda overheated on the weekend. He looked at it pretty quickly and let me know my engine block was cracked. He said he had a few clients in the past with same problem that Honda had fixed under warranty, though could be doubtful since my 2007 civic has 220k miles. Of course I was really bummed out. They charged me half of the usual diagnostic fee. They have a clean nice waiting area with free wifi. It's obviously a very friendly, family owned business. Later that day took the car into Honda. They confirmed the crack. They also let me know they will cover the replacement, they extended the warranty 10 years (faulty engine). I was sooo relieved. I was thankful to have found an honest mechanic who steered me in the right direction. There was no high pressure sale and even after giving me a discount he ensured I was filled with coolant to get myself home. Happy to find my old car a new mechanic.

We were towed to this shop when our car broke down going over the grapevine. They were polite and quickly determined the cause of failure - which thankfully was a very reasonable cost of repair. They were even open on Saturday which helped us continue our trip with only a slight detour in plans. There are car rental locations within walking distance of the shop too, and several hotel chains off the 5 near Magic Mountain.
