Consistency in service is important to me & Nick & his servicemen are wonderfully consistent. I was in for my scheduled oil change, when I asked if they could restore the clarity of my headlights; not only did they do an excellent job but the price was more than reasonable.
Another good visit to So Cal Collision! Couldn't be more pleased & will be back soon for some minor body work I'd like to have fixed up. Thanks guys!!

So long story short for a 5 star review!
Family been using this shop and the services they provide for about 25yrs now :)
Me, I've been using it for about 8yrs now
Trust me, I tried going somewhere else just to see the difference and quality for the work done, it was a break pad replacement, I end up bringing the car here to redo the job as the other place I wanted to try charged for for top quality pads and installed cheap ones, with this shop , honesty and transparency for quality work is part of their business integrity.
Now I bring all my body shop jobs over here, they give you exact time for end of job date, they keep you in the picture of all the updates regarding your car, they work with the insurance and save you the hustle of wasting time , they provide you with a rental car and there is no short cuts or redo's with the paint and body jobs they perform .
I would like to thank them for keeping a small business at a dealership level faculty and service :)

I had a very small dent on my driver's side door. As anyone who's had a door dent can attest, it unfortunately requires either the front panel or the rear door to be repainted as well to make the paint match. Consequently, this results in some eye-poppingly high estimates from every body shop I approached.
SoCal Autobody worked with me and came in about 20% lower than everyone else. They were prompt (estimated 3 days, came back in 2) and friendly. I only give 4 stars instead of 5 because the shop is a little lacking in terms of presentation and professional appearance (No waiting area, just basically a two door garage on Oxnard amid 100 similar looking businesses.) But the work was top notch, there is no evidence of the dent and the paint looks perfect.
I would definitely go back with any other auto body needs.

If you need you car fixed, painted, bodywork, oil change this is the place to come to!
They will help you with what you need and if they can't help with a certain problem then they will tell you where to go.

JACKS THE BEST!
I waited for a tow truck to get me. My car was bleeding radiator fluid all over the floor.
As I waited, I pondered deep thoughts about humanity, and how I wasn't going to be able to visit my friend whose cancer was worsening. My heart was aching.
Then the tow truck arrives, and the Tow man was all like "YO, MAN. You got a body shop. I know the best guy. Trust me bro!" In my head I'm thinking "Great, this guys getting commission. Why's he trying so hard? Definite red flag ... However, something about him reminds me of friends I have back home... The media portrayal of crooked car people put me in defense mode but something about him and the situation made me want to just trust and believe in something so badly... So I went with his recommendation."
Jack and his crew were nothing but nice to me. He took care of me and my car like family. He drove me home, dropped my car off at the car rental near me, catered to my schedule so it would be convenient for me.
It's been a few months since my accident. No noise from the vehicle, nothing wrong mechanically, great paint job. Jack is very professional and the coolest guy. I highly recommend him and his shop.

I recently brought my SUV to So Cal Collision after I backed into a concrete wall, and the wall won. They were FANTASTIC! I read the Yelp reviews, called them up and they said come right on over (other places I called either never answered or said they could not take me for another week or so as it was Thanksgiving week).
Vic was the man! He took charge right away, calling my insurance company, helping me with a rental car, and making sure the car was ready as soon as possible. He even repaired a small dent on the gas tank opening at no charge - I didn't even ask him to fix it - they just took care of it! Now that's customer service! They kept me informed better than my insurance company, calling me to give me updates and checking to make sure I was happy. This is a gem of a collision center. Not that I want to come back, but if I should ever get into an accident again, So Cal Collision Center has my business (and tons of referrals!). If you live in the Valley, THIS is the place to have your vehicle repaired!

I was in a car accident and SoCal Collision fixed my car. Vartan took care of me. My car was repaired very fast, especially bc it was doing the holidays. They also fixed other damages to the car. Vartan kept me updated on the repair process so I never had to worry about anything. The prices are great. They do not try to up sale you. When I got my car back it felt brand new! Thank you!

Another well deserved five star for this shop.
The two most important factors to a good repair is the mechanical and the paint job, then come the rest. As far as mechanical is concerned - there is absolutely no doubt in So Cal Collision's ability as these guys are masters when it comes to it.
I just recently had my brand new pearl white SUV, which was side swiped from the front end to rear end, repaired here and the only worry I had was the paint as it was pearl white in color.
The repair turned out incredible and the paint job, exceptional! Could not even tell differences vs adjacent panels it was so good.
They will always have my business when it comes to mechanical maintenance, and any body repairs which I may need. Will be sure to recommend to others also.

Both my wife and I have been going to this place for almost a decade. When you find a good and honest mechanic, you hold on to him! Impeccable honesty, and always suggest the best and most cost-effective option. They never try to find "extra" things that needs to be repaired. Instead you get an honest assessment of what parts should be replaced and what parts still has life in it.
Service is fast and reliable, and above all honest!

This has been our family mechanic shop for over 10 years. I can honestly say that i have never experienced such amazing customer service. Nerses is experienced and knows exactly how to help. The best part of it is, he's very honest, and there's no such thing as inflation of pricing. Everything is priced fairly and reasonably. Nerses will only point out the problems your car ACTUALLY has, and won't add on irrelevant charges that other shops are notorious for doing. So Cal Collision center has repaired damages done to my Lexus GS350, and Toyota Camry last year. I was very satisfied with the quality of work especially the paint job. Jack was very helpful and patience with me throughout the process. Jack and Nerses are not only nice but they know exactly what they're doing. They specialize in auto mechanics and fixed my wife's car like new. Nerses and Jack are the best at what they do. Very friendly and experienced guys who run this shop w precision and knowledge in identifying all the problems. They have a full service mechanic shop for almost all vehicle engine issues and also do great body work if you ever need repairs or auto parts. They are honest and reliable which is the most important trait you can have in a mechanic/body shop. I trust them with all my cars and would highly recommend them to everyone. Even if its a bit of a drive or not within your area, it is worth the drive to get to professionals who you can rely on with all your vehicle needs. Excellent service!

My car broke down on the freeway this morning and the tow guy recommended this place. I can see that it's a no-nonsense place; I wasn't handed a laundry list of things I needed to fix "today". He Identified the problem in five minutes and my car was up and running within an hour. Amazing!
I might start making the trek down to T&N for routine repairs, Its worth the longer drive for the rarity of an honest and reliable mechanic...

I have been going to Nerses for 8 or 9 years, since I moved to the valley and I must say he is awesome!
He is always available and works with my schedule. He is a straight forward mechanic only doing work that I have authorized and that which he has informed me about. I have never felt that he was trying to get over on me.
Along with notifying me of what may need to be repaired, he also suggests repair options, with regards to helping me stretch my dollar. Sometimes repairs can be costly and I appreciate that he is not just looking to make a quick buck and is genuinely concerned about keeping me as a customer.
I will continue to give Nerses my business as he is a top shelf, A grade mechanic. He is 100% ... Honest, kind, and available.

Nerses has been our family mechanic for years and years. His prices are good and he is good at explaining any problems with the car. He is also great in that you can bring the car by for an oil change and he'll check it without charging unless there is a problem you want him to repair. I've brought it in many times and been told nothing was wrong -- compare to a dealership where they try to scare you into a bunch of extra service. We are really thankful for him.
