Rip off will not go to again, seeing it was a bmw they hooted at the charge which i understand being full synthetic oil, but i did not expect the oil change and filter to come out to $150 plus $62 in "labor" ? Besides the point an oil change is just that , i have never been charged a additional labor charge over a oil change, specially when the oil change was $150 which is already ridiculous, so all in all they charged me over $212 plus tax for an oil change and i know mechanics live off of inflating prices on people but this experience was just ridiculous and i though maybe they go easy on military but i guess not, they dont really care and will rip you off either way, horrible people, left the shop with a sour note on the tongue would most definitely not recommend this experience to any one..

got completely rip off charge me for 2 hour of labor when i know it only took 30 minutes to do the shifting cable job. and i was differently told it take less then hour. it took 2 days. and they charge that bc i bought my cable myself. and i rip the dash out my self before i had it towed there, then made slick comment about how would been more if they would got the cable ... really.. and when i pick up my truck another family was fussing about same labor cost issues they didn't speak English well u could tell they were pulling one over one them. it shame bc most of family used them for years 15+. this was my first time and my last.

I had my transmission rebuilt on my 98 z71 back in spring of 2012. They did a great job on it and I got my truck back fast. A couple months ago I brought my current truck (04 f150) in and had it diagnosed at the shop. I ended up doing a full rebuild (myself). I didn't put something together quite right so I went back up to the shop and talked to Pete and he sent someone out to my house free of charge to run the codes on it. These people are a great group of guys and I would recommend them to anyone needing any kind of transmission work!

Called on Thursday, they said they will look at it Friday. Friday, they looked at my Escalade very quickly. First impression was the crew was friendly and professional. Secondly, I know a bit about cars and these guys were the real deal. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Had an awesome experience.
