I've gone here once before to do a performance wheel alignment. From a service and people perspective they are fantastic. They do what they are advertised to do which is fantastic. I came in there with a more performance oriented request and they were able to satisfy that for me since I have a more adjustable and more specific request for my alignment.
I'd recommend them if you're in the area.

Very quick and hospitable service, and for a great price. They noticed the incorrect alignment issue within seconds and properly fixed it, giving me the precise changes on a sheet so that I could keep records of it. Aligned one car yesterday and brought by a second car today. Debbie, the owner and administrator, was very friendly and reassuring.
Paul the technician showed me the wear pattern on the tires and explained the likely misalignment that caused them. After alignment is complete, he test drove both cars ... and showed me the before and after data results. The results confirmed precisely his initial diagnosis based on reading the patterns. I like his thoroughness.
Shop is very small; extremely clean; and family operated by husband, wife and a son-in-law. Will consider coming back for other services other than alignment and brakes, which is their expertise.

We needed the alignment done on our Hyundai, it had never really driven right since day 1, despite being "checked several times" at the dealership.
Went to see Pro Alignment, Debbie the owner was at the desk & super helpful & friendly, she assisted in making an appointment for the next day and we were set.
Dropped the car off, Debbie met us outside as she had seen us pull up, and took the keys & we left.
We were called back right before the time we had been promised the car would be ready, we were talked to by Paul the technician who performed the work, he explained what he had done, and made a suggestion regarding tire wear in future.
THE STEERING WHEEL IS FINALLY STRAIGHT & THE CAR FEELS SO MUCH BETTER!!

Wish I'd found these guys sooner! My brakes and rotors were due replacing, and Debbie and Rick were great on communication, efficient with a good estimate quote for work, and able to schedule me bringing my car in on short notice.
Debbie was fantastic with keeping me updated on the work throughout the day via phone, and Rick did a clean job with the rotors & brake replacement - even went the extra mile to touch up on a few other things and give helpful advice.

Called in the morning and they managed to fit me in on the same day. The tech looked at my car, which has some aftermarket parts and gave me a quote and stuck to it. Used the yelp discount which was nice. The tech let me watch as he was aligning my car and explained what he was doing and answered all my question. Fast service and great customer service. Great shop!! I needed to get my track brakes and worn rear pads replaced and fluid changed/bled. So I took the car to this shop in Campbell due to the good reviews on yelp. I called in and left a message early in the week but they were very busy and did not return my initial call. So I called back again and spoke to the owner. She was very courteous and returned my request for a quote that day. I agreed to bring the car in and use my parts I had discs and rotors and fluid already. They did an excellent job! Not cheap but I would rather pay a little more for quality service. The car stops great and they let me burnish the new pads and rotors how I wanted too which is good. They also cleaned all the brake parts thoroughly including my stock red calipers. Great job and very good customer service. I will go back when it comes time for an alignment or brakes again. I'm a decent mechanic so I understand what's involved with this type of work and if I just needed pads I'd probably just do the job myself.

Love this place. The owner Debbie is very nice. I had four new tires and alignment recently done by WW (Winfield). Since then the I knew the alignment was off, since it was pulling to the right. The WW tech guys stated that it was the best they can do. I decided to bring it to Pro Alignment. Explained what happened. Their tech took a look and corrected it. My vehicle now drives correctly. At the same time, I had them perform an oil and filter change. I highly recommend this place and will now be a repeat customer. Thanks Pro Alignment for great work and saving my new tires.

Extremely honest and professional, which is such a breath of fresh air in the auto repair business. I came in fully expecting to pay for a new set of brakes (60,000 miles on my current set) and they were able to look at my car right away. After some major suspension work (I replaced the front air springs on my 2003 Audi Allroad), I made a reservation over the phone a few days in advance for an alignment. Debbie helped me on the phone and was extremely helpful. I explained I'd like to be able to wait for my car to finish so I could go to work after, and she booked me for their first slot at 8:30am.
I arrived a bit early, and was taken care of shortly after they opened. Start to finish, it took about 30-40 minutes, but apparently my car is more complicated than some. I've never paid much attention to alignment jobs, but I was wondering if running the car on a dynamometer would be a good double-check. Their tool is laser-accurate (literally), so I'm guessing the dyno is unnecessary. They gave me a print-out of the before and after figures, and all looks good!
They are a family owned and operated business, extremely nice, and I am definitely returning and recommending them in the future.

Went there because the reviews. Don't! My car is pulling to the right so i think i need an alignment. They did it, looks good on PAPER. I drove it again and the job didn't help the issue. Went to the tire shop and swapped tires, didn't help either. So I called again ask them to get it right. Instead of doing their job right they want to charge me AGAIN for the same amount. So what was I paying for at the first place???

They had fairly quick service and my entire experience was very professional. The alignment was done relatively quickly but just a tad pricier than I had expected. The staff seemed to be able to take care of me and get me back out on the road safely all within an hour or so. I had mentioned some concerns on the way the vehicle maybe aligned after being struck, Deborah was able to pay close attention and ask questions regarding that impact. All in all, it was a good experience.

Did an excellent job on my alignment, which was off after hitting a curb hard enough to flat my low-ish profile (225/45R17) tire. Though they recommended and offered a rotation (no extra charge), I declined, since I had only a couple hundred miles on the new rear, which was changed the same day it was flatted by the curb.
When I picked the car up, I noticed a slight drift in the same direction. I drove it around for a day to see if it'd stay like that, and it did, so I called the next day and they took me right back in. They did the rotation and checked everything out again at no additional charge, and it's been perfect since then.
Great friendly customer service, and I appreciate them making it right for free even though it was my fault that it wasn't right after the first time :)

I got my alignment done here twice after getting new tires on my cars. Done in under 45min on my lunch break. Other services recommended me to drop my car off in the AM and come back later. Fast and quick service while I waited in the lobby. Theres also a bomb ass deli at the Valero around the corner. I would recommend Pro Alignment for quick service. Rick and Debbie are cool folks. These guys are amazing! I took my car in because of a squeaky brake that's lasted more than 1.5 months. They gave me some ideas on what could potentially be the problem.
After providing a free visual inspection, the guy told me it's likely just the fact that I'm using performance brakes. Nothing is wrong with the rotor. He even gave me a recommendation on the type of brakes that I should use (without trying to sell me anything). I asked for a quote to replace all 4 brake pads in the future, and got quoted an excellent price of $250 to get all 4 changed using a highly recommended (based on online research I've done) high quality brake pad.
I really appreciate the honesty of the mechanic as well as the front desk person who had warned me of a potential charge of $33 if they had to take all of the brake pads/rotors off instead of doing a visual inspection. The speed of the check was also amazing! I was in and out of the shop within 30 min.
I'll definitely come back next time I need new brake pads or alignment!

I found this shop out of convenience because it is close to my office, and was very pleased by the past reviews so I decided to give it a shot. I called in advance and was told to come right down and the work would be done in 20-30 minutes. After going over the reason I needed an alignment and providing my contact information, I went for a 30 minute walk. The car was done and I received a call after 20 minutes. Great work on the alignment; the ride and handling are noticeably improved. The owners were both there, with Debbie working reception and Rick working on the cars. I was impressed and thrilled with their attitude and professionalism. I highly recommend this shop and will return.

Great shop, very professional, good customer service. Was able to get a same-day apt when I called them.
This was the third alignment shop I tried within the month (long story)- they blew the competition out of the water. I wanted very specific specifications for my alignment as I was setting it up for track use. They listed to me, set the specifications as requested, and even called to double check how I would like the adjust the set up when my car couldn't accommodate my requested camber (a common problem with my car model).
I would highly recommend using this shop for any of your alignment needs.

I brought my 09 Honda Fit in yesterday to get an alignment done. Not only were the workers there super helpful and friendly, they let me watch them work and showed me what they were doing. They couldn't get my car perfectly aligned to Honda's Standards, but they did their best and told me when I get a new tire on the front left side, they would do the alignment for free. (my current tire is bald and showing threads) I even left something personal there and received a call that they had found it and would hold it for me. If you need an alignment, this is definitely the place to go!

This is my second alignment with Rick and Debbie (possibily nicest people I have ever met, let alone in this industry). First time was for a fresh up, second time 8 months later was following a complete suspension install. They treat my Audi TT with great love and expertise. When a tie rod was immovable, due to age, they let me go repair it with my Audi guy and bring it back for a second alignment finish off. Their machine is as good as it gets, 3D laser, 4 wheel. Their print out is incredibly detailed, describing all aspects of the camber, angle and vehicle specs for alignment. Def recommend to anyone for alignment, and more. The machine and tech are so good I think any caliber car could be addressed!

My mechanic referred me here, so it came from a trusted source, and I'm happy with the service and alignment. I took my 1961 mercedes 190sl to Rick today for a front end alignment. I was concerned that with an old car would the alignment woudl be difficult to get correct and the parameters wouldn't be in their system.
Well, the parameters were in the system, Rick walked me through the alignment process and corrections and I was out in under an hour.
Great service, friendly, clean shop and good price. I'll definitely be back with the next car

I have been going to Pro Alignment & Brake for well over 10 years and I keep coming back. Mr. Ko is trustworthy. He will not do a repair that is not necessary. I always have one older car Mr. Ko keeps running. He does what is necessary and discourages me from doing anything unnecessary even if I'm initiating the idea. More than once I have picked up my car and a little something extra was done without charge and often without even mentioning to me, a broken light, a scuff buffed out etc... I have sent many friends over the years to Mr. Ko at Pro Alignment and they all keep coming back. Can't find a better endorsement than that.

Update 9-11-12: These guys just confirmed my previous rating and increased their credibility. Just put a new set of tires on the 4Runner so I took it in for a 4 wheel alignment. I was the only customer in the shop at the time. It's up on the rack and the guy tells me, "This alignment is already as good as it gets. You don't need one." A very reasonable $35 for alignment check, didn't scroll me for the full $100 job when they had the chance. I recommend these guys.

First you need to know I live in Ben Lomond near Santa Cruz and absolutey hate driving over the hill YET when it comes to getting my brakes done I am more than happy to deal with the rush hour traffic because Pro Alignment is an automotive shop I can truly trust.
I had a complete brake job done here in 2008 and because I tow a trailer with my Subaru thought I needed brakes twice since then because when I was towing they got hot and began to squeel.
This family owned business revealed that the first time I had 80 percent left on my brakes and today when I went for a check up fully prepared to buy new brakes that I still had 50 percent and didn't need a brake job on either front or the rear brakes.
He also checked my master cylinder and brake fluid and took it for a test drive to insure I woud be safe on a trip where I'll be towing my travel trailer to Quartzsite Arizona for a big RV Rendezvous there.
How often as a woman have I been persuaded to buy a repair only to discover that it wasn't truly needed or the part wasn't actually replaced. So this place is a breath of fresh air.
Debbie and Rick are down to earth, friendly and a delight to deal with and I didn't experience any type of sexist condenscending attitudes that I have encountered with some male mechanics in the past.
Because I live over the hill, I needed to wait for my brake check up and I was able to work on my laptop in a comfortable and clean waiting area.
I want to also mention that this business honors their specials and warranties even if the current special or warranty has changed. When I first replaced all my brakes and rotors in 2008 they were offering a package that they have changed yet they honored my warranty.
I greatly appreciate their honesty and integrity and I am grateful that they grandfathered in my original warranty so I didn't receive any costly surprises at the end of my brake check and feel that business is not about making a sale it's about creating a relationship with the customer. And they have created a customer for life with the way they do business.
So as I wove my way through traffic to get back home, I was really pleased to have chosen Pro Alignment to do my original brake job.
This place is worth the time and stress it takes to drive over the hill to get there. If you need brakes or car repair and want a family business you can trust ...look no further.

I recently brought my Toyota 4Runner in for a brake check as it has over 120k miles and still on the original brakes. I dropped the vehicle off in the morning and within an hour or so received a call from them. They were surprised that the SUV still had about 30% left on the brake linings, and all I needed was a brake flush.
I appreciate Pro Alignment & Brake's honesty and professionalism. When my SUV does need brakes I would not hesitate bringing my vehicle back there. Plus, their prices seem reasonable compared to the dealership and other repair places.

Very nice friendly people who work here I own a shop down the street and sub out all of my alignments to them. It is very hard to find a trust worthy alignment shop or one that knows how to manipulate chassis adjustment to make a vehicle drive straight . I am sure it is difficult to learn these tricks but Rick is the man ! He has made many of our customers happy with his work unfortunatley we are a smog shop and just don't have the space for an alignment machine.

Extremely knowledgeable, very clean garage and all the modern equipment you expect to see. My BMW 530i was starting to get a little sloppy on the freeway- definitely wasn't the car I bought years ago. Paul spent about 1 hour on my car, test drove it twice and really spent the time to dial eveything in. Now my car tracks perfectly straight and steers like a new car. My bill was a little over $100. and I thought it was well worth the price, actually it was a great deal. In the world of BMW it's impossible to get 1 hour of expertise for $100. Avoid the big tire shops and go to Pro Alignment- excellent service, excellent results, family owned.

My highly complimentary remarks are limited to company honesty. I do not yet have experience with the firm's repair work.
I took my four year old Honda Accord in for brake work. I had a brake noise with one wheel. In prompt fashion I received a call telling me that the conditional of all pads was fine, and there was no charge for the front and rear brake inspection. They said there was likely an irregularity in the brake pad material that was causing some noise. It was not a safety concern and that the noise should disappear with additional driving.

I've been building Street Rods for over 46 years, I won't take my Cars to anyone else Paul is the best around in the Campbell area, he's always shot straight from the hip. If I had any problems Pro Alignment Stands behind their work. I only had one problem and the fault was in the tire, they adjusted the car alignment to correct the tire problem, to which gave me another 20 K miles before I placed on new tires. I then went to buy new tires. I was told...
1. you need new struts boy. (oh well)
2. Alignment? You have to loosen this, this and this to do an alignment on your car. That wasn't done. I've been doin' this 20 years, and whoever sold you an alignment didn't do nothin.

They are a bit pricey, but the thoroughness and care was worth it. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5. I had my car aligned and purchased new tires at a national chain (think "hot rocks" as I don't want to slander them). They just don't always have the depth of knowledge a place that specializes in front ends possesses. It came out in worse shape than it went in with.
I brought my car to Pro Alignment and Rick the mechanic showed me exactly what the issue was. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He advised me what else was wrong, and did not try to sell me on it all.
They take appointments and are willing to give rough estimates for standard repairs over the phone.

I have been having repeated alignment issues on my six year-old car. After several unsuccessful efforts to fix my steering and relatively poor handling at high speeds I stumbled on Pro Alignment. Paul (owner) and his wife run this independent shop and finally took care of my poor old vehicle. Pro performed a full four wheel electronic alignment, re-balanced all four tires and inflated my tires to manufacturer specification levels.
The Shop is very clean and my car is running better than ever. I highly recommend Pro for any alignment, tire or general automotive needs at very reasonable prices.

I went to Pro Alignment and Brake shop after reading positive comments from customers. I was dismayed and upset with experience I had with this repair shop.
I brought my car on 02/13/09 for wheel alignment inspection. This was clearly communicated to the front desk person who I believe is part owner. I signed a job order and authorized them to do the inspection only and expect to be charge $25 which is on the job order that I signed.
After half an hour later, Paul, (who I believe is also part owner) came out of the office and told me that he fixed the rear wheels and ready to do the front wheels. At this point I told him that I only needed an inspection and not to fix them. We argued on this topic to the point that he insisted that I pay $89 because he fixed the rear wheels. I told him again that I was there for the inspection only and that I didn't have the money to pay him. Our argument became intense. He then instructed Rick, his assistant, to bring back the alignment to its original position (undo what Paul had done). At this point, I told Paul not to do it because it may make my alignment worse than it was and I finally agreed to pay him.
While Paul was talking on the phone, Rick came in and I handed him my ATM card and asked him to run it to the ATM machine Rick was about to process the transaction when Paul interrupted and he said: "Don't accept payment from this ass____". I can't believe what I heard especially coming from an owner and also it's their fault not to check their work order first.
Totally unprofessional. If you want to deal with them, I warn you to be very careful. They may be good but with my experience, not worth it.

This is the way I like to do business! Private shop owners, Paul and his wife made sure I was happy with the service they provided.
I knew from the second I looked at their shop that it was a first rate business. It was clean and was equipped with the latest tools and equipment.
My hobby is restoration of 1960's era Chryslers. When I said, "67 Barracuda" I didn't get the deer in the headlights look. It was refreshing to find a business that knows new car technology, but also has a passion and the know-how to make the old stuff perform like it should.
Paul wants to make sure you are satisfied, and you just don't get that at the big chain tire and brake shops.

I have been to the shop numerous times to do oil change and I was never disappointed. I usually came in around 8:45am and was able to leave 9:30am. There was never a pressure to do upsale (unlike all those lube shop). They certain have gained a loyal customer for life.

Don't bother with an appointment. Made an appointment for 10. Got there at 9:50. She didn't have any record of an appointment. "It will take about 45 minutes but we're working on this car and when its done we'll start on yours". I asked how long that will be. "You're car will be done in about 1 hour and a half". Did all the paper work. I wasn't able to drive so my wife and I brought the car. Since I couldn't just drop it off we went to breakfast. "We'll give you a call if there's any problem." Finished breakfast. Got back at 11:15. Car is still sitting in the same spot. "Sorry, but we're still working on the other car." I have other things I have to do, like work, so I just left with the car. She didn't care she wasted my morning and didn't try to offer any other assistance. I guess if you just walk-in and drop it off you may get some service. From this experience I wouldn't recommend this shop.

I was looking for a BMW car service center, to take a look at a front-end job that was done recently by another shop, which didn't seem right. William took it for a test drive, agreed there was something wrong so I wasn't imagining things, and left the car for day. Turns out the other shop, after having replaced control arms, tie-rods and what have you, forgot to tighten them down, even after I had the car brought to them for a second look, and some were just finger tight. We had the oil changed, William tightened things to spec and now we have our car back in working condition. William and his car service center, besides treating customers as they should be treated, just got a customer for life. Thank you William and all the people who are passionate about what they do!
