**Copy & Pasting my review from their previous page, same business, just under a new name now, so my review is exactly the same. ;-)
I've been taking my car to this small, family-owned business for a couple of years now. It's not easy for a woman to find anywhere to take their car, for any reason, that they can trust. I completely trust everyone here. They have always taken good care of me and my car, I've never had to wait for very long (even though they are always busy), and anything I need, they take care of...i.e., I recently was in to get my regular oil change, and also needed windshield wipers. I off-handedly mentioned this, and before I knew it, they had gone to the nearby auto store, purchased the wipers, brought them back, sold them to me at their cost, and installed them. YAS. Saved me time and money. Awesome. Same thing with my tires. They are a family owned business that supports other local family owned businesses. So even though they don't sell tires, they took my car while I waited to one of their "partners", bought all 4 tires at a great price, and installed them for me. All I had to do was wait. There's nothing fancy or cute about this spot, but ask me if I care. They consistently take excellent care of me and my car, and that, seriously, is all that matters to me.

I bring all my vehicles here and have for years. Always super fast and quality service with great customer service too. Hard to find those qualities we all want in the auto service industry these days. I'll recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.

What a great shop. The entire shop was very courteous from the mechanic greeting me in, to the teller. The work was done quickly and efficiently. In addition he had an extensive knowledge regarding my vehicle. I would definitely recommend getting work done here.

I called in to specifically ask hoe much a oil change was for a minivan and the guy that answered said $29.95. So I went in the next day and the lady at the counter gave me invoice and it had $39.xx. I explained that I called in the day before and the person said it was $29.95 and she said we'll wait and see how many quarts it takes.
So they finish the oil change pretty quickly since there were no other card there on a Saturday late morning. She goes 5.25 quarts and if it was 4 quarts it would be $30.00 but what car now a days takes 4 quarts of oil only!
So she said she'll give a $4.00 discount and I walked out paying $35.00 flat. If you tell a customer one price on the phone, you should honor it and not do the old bait and switch move. The only good thing about this place is that it's not busy and they're fast.

This place was awesome! I was traveling from Eureka to the Bay for the Giants games over the weekend, and my truck broke down on me. After being able to get it to the hotel, the next morning I found this little place about 5 blocks away. Mike came to my assistance right away and was able to have his guy diagnose my fuel pump within seconds. About an hour and a half later, my truck was driving perfect again and they even helped me out on the bill as I was traveling and my birthday was just a couple days away. Not sure when I will be back in Concord with an auto issue but I would go back to them again and again.

I have been going to this shop for the last couple of years for old changes on my old commuter and one of my hot rods. They are efficient and fair priced. They don't try to upsell everything like jiffy lube or oil changers. They top off fluids and warn you if anything is seriously wrong and check tire pressure. The two young ladies at front are pleasant and nice

Josh was great from the minute I walked in the door. Oil change was competitively priced and they got me in and out in a timely manner which was VERY important. They delivered the timing, product and service stated. Rare nowdays...sad but true.
They even have a card you can get stamped for each oil change. $5 off for the first 5 oil changes. After, it's $4 off and your 10th oil change is FREE. Nice.
I'll be back and recommend this company without reservation.

Sign outside said $ 29.95 oil change. Pulled in and they tried to charge me 35. I mentioned the sign and after some conversation the price was reduced $31.00. Josh was nice but said the owner knowingly kept the deceiving sign posted. Buyer be ware.

I wasn't even out of my car yet and Josh was already approaching my car asking if I needed help. They actually finished my oil change before I could write this review. Out of all the places I've been to, these guys are the best and most trustworthy. Never going anywhere else. They care about you and your safety and will inspect everything. Never in my life have I been so impressed by an auto shop.

Stopped here for an oil change before my road trip to LA. They gave me a great deal and went above and beyond. They checked my tire pressure and check all the other fluids. Even topped off my coolant with genuine BMW fluid, all at no extra charge.

So I started out here looking for a quick oil change. Quick it was, however they noticed that I had some coolant leaking and needed a gasket replaced. I only left doing the oil change, which was nice because they didn't pressure me into having the other work done because it was a little costly for me. So, I returned a few days later and they were happy to help me. They took me right away no appt necessary and started the job right away. They were so helpful and friendly. The atmosphere there was really refreshing because most places you go to seems that people are so unhappy with their jobs, but you can tell these guys are true to their work and their customer service. I would highly recommend these guys for more than just a speedy 10 minute oil change. Working in customer service myself, I know that the genuine effort in building customer loyalty is what sets you apart from other businesses, and these guys do it right!!!

Great place. Great service. Takes about 20 min. There has never been a line when I come in for oil changes. The best part about this place, they rarely, if ever, suggest you get something fixed that you KNOW doesn't need fixing. They remember you and always make you feel welcomed.
