I WOULD NEVER TAKE MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE!
Being a female, taking a car to a mechanic can be very scary. I mean, if the mechanic tells you that you need this and that, your hands are pretty much tied unless you know about cars.
I was referred to Toyopros by my employer, who told me that his entire family had been taken their cars there for years, and that Toyopros (specifically Rick, the owner) was very trustworthy. And it's true! Rick and Dave (the manager) are awesome....very honest and very helpful. And they don't just service Toyotas....my husband and I take all of our cars there. We have taken Kia, Chevy, Nissan and Ford. And we've been going there for years! If your car doesn't need anything, they will tell you. And all of your visits are logged in online, so you can have access to all work you've had done. It's more like having a family doctor! =)
I've never felt so comfortable taking my car anywhere to be serviced....completely stress free, because I know that I won't be getting ripped off!
So all of you FEMALES out there, this is definitely the place for you.
I LOVE Toyopros, and I am very grateful that there are some places still out there that are honest and have integrity.

I have been taking my cars here for years! I drove a 1999 Camry that I passed on to my brother (and it's still in good condition) and I have been taking my RAV4 here since I got it 10 years ago. They are very trustworthy and everyone in my family has their cars serviced at Toyopros as well. I always know that I am not getting ripped off anytime my cars needs to be serviced or repaired. I always worry where I will take my car when I move out of the area! I recommend Toyopros to everyone.

So my 1991 Toyota pickup classic truck started making this weird fan noise on 12/02/15. Sounded like a broken bearing. So I was like "oh man." So I decided to take it to toyopros on 12/03/15 and have them help me out .. Spoke to Dave and told him I needed my truck fixed that day.. As I popped my hood and showed him the noise my truck was making, he immediately told me what it was.. As we were looking at my engine, I immediately observed my radiator to be leaking.. I then asked Dave if he could quote me on that and he did.. Dave then immediately quoted me for the repairs and I agreed since my truck is a classic(sarcasm). I then ubered it home and returned later in the day to pick her up. In conclusion, I got my truck fixed in one day!.. And my truck feels amazing. Thanks toyopros. I will definitely return

This is the very best place to take your car in Southern California I have saved thousands of dollars.I have 2 Toyota's one with over 200,000 miles and Toyopros does what is needed quickly and at a fair price -Recently I thought I was looking at a large repair only to learn it was something very minor they took care of at no charge Thank you

All my cars go here for maintenance and repair. No extra unnecessary work is ever attempted. If there is something that needs to be done that I wasn't aware of I will be notified. All the work is done professionally and competently, at a fair price. Been searching for a trustworthy place like this for 10 years. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Just go here.

My family and I are loyal Toyopros customers. We have been taking all of our cars here for over 10 years. I love that they are up front with what your car needs and how much it will cost. If you can't afford all of the necessary repairs, they will also tell you what is urgent, and what you can probably get by without and for how many miles before needing to absolutely repair.
One time I needed my a/c fixed and they said I could probably get by patching it to save the expense and I could replace later. 1 week later the patch didn't hold, and my a/c was out again so I took it back and they credited my expense on the patch towards the cost to replace the whole thing. I love that I didn't even have to ask or complain because when I came back with the issue they immediately said they thought the patch would last longer and would take care of the problem right away.
THEY ARE ALWAYS HONEST AND I COMPLETELY TRUST THEM WITH ALL MY VEHICLES AND MY MONEY. Highly recommended to everyone.

Horrible. They did do a good job fixing my hoses that Jiffy Lube busted but after they were done my car started to rev up and down while in park. I called Dave to tell him this and before I could finish speaking he bursts out saying "You brought your car here like that" all be it he was rude, I still took my car to them the next day to see what they can do for me. The other manager Rick told me that he is going to believe Dave and basically that I am a liar and that anything they find would be an extra charge. Rick himself is a sarcastic jerk so he wasn't any better. I really appreciate being called a liar to my face makes me feel all warm inside. I thought toyopros was a legit place but all they have shown me it that the Dealer is the way to go. Hope you get shutdown Dave. Have a nice life!!!!

My engine went out on me back in June (2015). I took it to Raul's because prior to that he serviced my SUV a couple of times and everything worked out well. In June my engine failed because the timing chain broke. I had the engine replaced. First there was oil leaking, then a valve lifter had to be replaced. I kept hearing strange noises and took it back to the shop. No one seemed to know what was going on. at one point I returned to the shop to have Raul look at the SUV because of the engine noise. It turns out that it was the timing chain. After leaving it there, Supposedly fixing it, I immediately took the car to another auto repair to listen to the engine. I was informed that it was the timing chain. I drove it over the weekend no more than several miles. On Monday morning, on the my way to work, the car broke down. I had to have it towed to Raul's shop. This has been an on going issue since June and still the car is not operating as it should. I got the car back this past weekend and once again several days later, The car is making strange noises in the engine making me feel that it is not safe to drive. To Raul's credit, he has made numerous attempts a trying to correct the problems associated with the engine. He even replaced the faulty replacement engine. At least that is what I was informed. So here I am once again driving a vehicle that I'm not sure will make it through another week because of the strange noises. It is now 6 months of the saga of the faulty engine. I'll let you the reader decide.

My family has been going to Raul's since 2009 and still do. Raul and his Kevin do a great job of explaining the critical things that need work on and do so in an affordable manner I recommend them highly for any used car repair / maintenance

My van was perfectly diagnosed and problem fix which even same repair was done by Ford dealer about year back was not fixed correctly. Its a shame the Ford dealer could not diagnose loose in power by fixing blew spark plug got lost power back. AND ONE MORE THING. Anyone using Ford truck or vans done use flex fuel. it a cheaper and also burns faster so but better of using COSTCO for bestvgas mileage. Even a a Ford technician told me not to use flex fuel.
