Fantastic. Where other places gave me MUCH higher quotes or weren't even willing to entertain the idea of an "easy fix," (no I'm not going to replace and repaint the entire section) the fellow I worked with was honest and delivered excellent results.
He even recommended a cheaper place to get a paint job since I just wanted a small area touched up on the roof and I didn't need high quality paint for that. (Same place as I was thinking of going anyways, so his advice was legit.)

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR AUTO REPAIRS - you'll regret it!
I'm new to the Tracy area and made the mistake of going to a Geico suggested repair shop in Stockton - what a horrible experience. They kept my car for 2 months and repairs were done improperly. Understand that you have the right to take your car to the auto repair shop of your choosing. Make sure you exercise that right!
Gerardo is an honest business man who personally checks every detail before the vehicle is released back to its owner. He goes above and beyond to ensure each customer has a great experience (even fixing other repair shop's screw ups). He takes pride in his workmanship, which is hard to come by these days, and understands that you are essentially driving around in his business card! Fast too - less than a week to get my car back! He offers a lifetime warranty as well.
I have a 2005 Ford Mustang and people are asking me if I bought a new car! Yes, it looks that great!

We give Central Valley Collision Center 5 Stars, their work is seamless, they were very accommodating to our schedules, no hidden costs and Gerardo and his employees are polite, friendly and professional. My husband & I have been going here for a few years now, having bodywork repaired on numerous vehicles; BMW X5, BMW 5 Series and I recently took my Range Rover in for a tailgate repair. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Gerardo (the owner) is the most professional mechanic I have come across in Tracy. He gave me estimate for a body work on my vehicle (bumper, and a few lights). I countered that estimate by explaining that parts are cheap online. We came to a compromise.
The work was done within 4 days. Gerardo called me to let me know that the work was done in the morning. The work was good, the paint job was good, and they also did a thorough interior cleaning of the car.
Overall a very pleasant experience. Good Job !!!

Had a check engine light on and needed to clear it to pass smog. Gerardo trouble shot it, found the fault and installed a sensor for me. He had a used sensor in his shop that he put in that functioned fine, after checking it was ok with me to use it vs the new one he'd ordered. Saved me money, passed smog.
CVCC do much more than body work, and they do an excellent job of that. They are a full fledged garage. Currently they are replacing the transmission of our sons Chevy truck. They've done diagnostic work, axle work, brake work, the lot. All fair, honest and priced right. I don't go anywhere else.

HONEST, HONEST, HONEST. What more is there to say! As a women it is really hard to find a mechanic you can trust. I brought my sienna in when I got in an accident and they handled everything for me involving the insurance. They told me exactly what was going on and how to proceed. Now,I take my car there no matter what it needs because I trust Gerado so much and know he is looking out for me, he does maintenance as well as fixing collisions. He never takes advantage even though he knows I have no knowledge of cars and he tries to get me the best price. I will go no where else now. His work is perfection!!!!! Thanks Gerado!

Gerardo (owner) and his team did an amazing job on my car.
One of the dealerships stripped paint off my front bumper during a service (i'll have a review for them soon) so I needed to get it repainted.
I got there early one morning and Gerardo greeted me with a friendly smile. I showed him what I needed done and he told me it wasn't a problem at all. Granted I didn't have an appointment and it looked like his shop was full already.
He gave me a very reasonable quote and told me it would be ready in four days. I know most body shops don't meet their timeline so I was going to hold them to it.
While I was filling out the paperwork, I was waiting for my ride to pick me up outside of the shop. Gerardo stopped what he was doing (sanding a bumper) and told me he could give me a ride. That's pretty cool. What place drops what they're doing to take care of customers? I thanked him and told him I had one on the way already. That's bonus points!
The next day I called him and asked him if he could fill in the front license plate holes. I told him I would gladly pay for it and to add the extra cost into the estimate. He told me no problem and not to worry about it. More points!
Ok...so four days after I dropped off the car...sure enough, the call comes in. He told me the car was ready to be picked up.
When I arrived, my car was super clean. They had put on a seat protector and a floor protector. The front bumper was immaculate. They used PPG paint, which is the best paint to use. The color match of the bumper was spot on. Perfect. I had a loose rear bumper and he had adjusted it for me without me even asking. Awesome!
Gerardo told me he couldn't reuse the factory emblem so he had ordered a new one for me. He told me don't worry about the cost. He's racking up the points!
He told me not to wax the bumper and let the paint cure for about 4 weeks or so then bring the car back and he'll wax the entire car. Are you kidding me? The service is incredible!
I've gotta remind you guys...this wasn't an insurance payout, thousands of dollars kind of a job. It was a few hundred bucks. What kind of place offers this much for so little?
I'm going to be bringing my other car to get some other work done. Seriously, the level of service they provided blew me away. Gerardo is an honest guy who works hard and really understands customer service. I'll be sure to spread the word about this place.

The map location for this business is incorrect. To see the actual location, type the address into google maps directly. It should be just south of the railroad tracks, and just north of Wagtail Dr on the east side of MacArthur Dr.
My car came back in outstanding condition. It was even spotless which is amazing because my dog rides in it everyday and has shook mud more than once all over the interior. A nice plus in service! I would definitely use this business again.

I have a Ford Escape that is used primarily for commuting to the Bay Area that needed repairs. The owner gave me a very reasonable estimate which came in better than 2 other collision centers in the area.
It refreshing to deal with a business that sticks by their word! After dropping it off in the morning, i stated I needed the car back that evening. One of the parts ordered was slightly off and would have jeopardized the timeline. The owner drove all the way to Hayward in Rush Hour Traffic to retrieve the part to meet my deadline!!! then they stayed till 9 pm to complete the job!
Not many businesses would go the Extra Mlle to meet a deadline. The work was very good and would recommend this shop to anyone.

I have been putting off fixing my door handle for months partly due to who can i get to help me on a Saturday. CVCC was so helpful and fast getting my problem fixed today I am impressed!
The parking bad because there are about 4 businesses that use the same 20 spaces but it was a weekend so next time I will park on the street.
They were willing to work on my truck even though they were busy.
The front girl is so nice and the guy that worked on my car walked me through all of the work he was going to do and at a reasonable rate.
The only con is there is no bathroom and a place to grab a snack is about a 20 minute walk. What was supposed to be an 20 min job on a busy Saturday was about an hour and half. Understandable, just be prepared.
I will use them for my auto glass repair next weekend!

I needed to get an emergency interior detailing on my truck...the dog had a little accident in the back and let's just say that the smell was ugh!
Not only was I able to take my truck in without much notice...but it was also affordable and the service was great. These guys are friendly, personable and honest...and hopefully...I'll never need collision services...but if I do, I'll know where to go!

I LOVE THIS SHOP! I am very pleased with the work I had done on my car and it looks amazing!
I had my car hit and I went to various shops for an estimate. They were by far the most affordable and they explained everything in detail that they were going to do. They inform you of all the information you need to know right from the beginning and explain their lifetime warranty. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable which was evident throughout the entire process!
My car was repaired in 5 business days, and it looks great! They did an amazing job with not only the repairs but the paint job. They also detailed the inside of my car to make sure I was happy with the ENTIRE car when I left. They asked for me to come back in 30 days to have the car waxed free of charge! Now thats customer service!
This place truly values their customers and I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! I will definitely go back if anything else happens in the future!

Thank you Central Valley Collision for the best service!!! Everyone out there don't look anywhere else. This is the place to go. No one likes to be involved in a car accident and then deal with insurance, car rental, etc.. I was recently involved in one and I thought It was going to be a stressful situation. But, I have to say Gerardo, the owner, takes all your worries away since the first day. He takes care of everything so you can continue your life like if nothing happened and great communication makes everything much easier. And let me not forget the car!! My car came out better than when I bought it at the dealer!! My leather seats are so clean and polished that I was even slipping from my seat! I really doubt that I will ever find this kind of service anywhere else. At Central Valley Collision Center you find people that care about you and that you can really trust. Thumbs up!!!

I had an accident in my car and I was looking around for a place to get my car fixed. This place by far is the best hands down! I work in the bay area but live in Tracy, he wanted my car on a Monday morning first thing but since I leave at 4am that was a bit early for him so I was able to drop off my car Saturday afternoon. They started my car on Monday and I had it back on Thursday and it was looking like brand new! I think they did a great job for only having the car for 4 days. If your looking for a quality job and friendly staff this is the place. I will use them again and again but hopefully I won't need to fix my car again! Hahahaha

I had to get my windshield replaced and Gerardo did a great job! The people here are friendly and gave me a ride back home so I wouldn't have to wait 5 hours at the shop till the car was done!
