I am so happy with my experience at Lito's. I was recently in a car accident and unsure on the steps to take in order to get my car repaired. A friend recommended I take it to Lito, as they are known to be the best in the business.
Carrie, the manager at Lito, walked me through the whole process, was extremely patient, and I couldn't be happier with the results! My car looks better than when I first bought it off the lot, thank you so much for your help!

Best auto body shop around!
I was driving late at night and hit a deer. The deer survived but the hood of my car not so much. Lito's Auto Body was the first company I came across and they were the first ones I called. I spoke with Carrie at the front desk, I explained what had happed and I told her that I had never hit anything before and was unsure of the process. She was so helpful! she walked me through exactly what I needed to do to get my car fixed. After that she asked me if I could please bring my car in and they would take pictures of the car and get me over a quote right away. When I arrived I was greeted by a lady named GG who I believe is the owner. GG was so nice a friendly, her and I walked out to my car and took pictures. She reassured me that is wasn't that bad and my insurance would handle it. I left and within maybe an hour someone form Litos was already calling me back to give me a price. I decided to go with Lito's auto body shop. I got them over all the necessary information they needed from me on my insurance and they took care of the rest. They are able to fix my car within a matter of day and get it back to me all nicely washed and vacuumed. I would d100% recommend this auto body shop to everyone I know. Litos Auto Body and their staff really made this whole stressful process so easy and smooth to get taken care of and for that I thank them so much!

Iam very happy with the service of lito autobody. I own a 2015 kia optima it had been hit buy a bus. The paint matches great the guys down a lito did a great job all the way down to the detailer. And a big thx to carrie for dealing with the insurance company and rental car your awesome! My car looks like the day i bought it..

This was my first accident that I needed auto body repairs and I had no idea how to go about the process...I was recommended Lito's and decided to give them a call. Carrie at the front desk was awesome; super helpful and broke down the whole process for me. I had issues with insurance and they just went above and beyond to make me relaxed and comfortable about the situation and cost wise they found the best parts at the cheapest price. Family ran and operated. Lito's is by far the best Auto shop in Napa!

The tow truck guy recommended them after I got in a car accident that I caused. I was super shook up and had never been in a real accident before. Carrie in the office was the nicest lady ever. She took care of me, told me all the next steps and kept me informed. I am super thankful she helped me and I would recommend them to anyone. Carries is an all STAR!

After a hotel employee decided to play New Year's Eve bumper cars while my ride was in valet parking, I was on the hunt for a great body shop that could deal with the insurance punks and get my car back as soon as possible. My wife had used Lito Auto Body once in the past for a small issue, and the place is near my work...so I chose Lito.
Long story short: everything went perfectly. They navigated the insurance stuff without a single hitch, had my car back to me within 3 days, and even went the extra mile to make my rental car experience easier.
The *only* drag about this place is finding a place to park. That whole cul-de-sac is parked up pretty badly and you'll be better off just parking away from the business and walking up.
The whole customer care experience was perfect & professional. I can't say enough great things about Lito Auto Body.

I wouldn't recommend Lito's Auto Body to anyone!
I found them to be rude and very sleazy business people. I sent my son in to have work done on his vehicle and they totally took advantage of him. The car!s hood looked like a hammer beat it to death and the car was filthy dirty. I asked if they washed the cars like Byron's Auto Body?The lady behind the counter replied to me "why I didn't do business with Byron!s instead of them"? I will For Sure next time!

My wife's brand new 2012 CRV got hit by a semi pulling out of a parking lot! No one got hurt...except for the car. Lito not only brought the car to new condition (it has a 3 stage paint job that is pretty difficult to match) but they had a rental car waiting for my wife to drive for the week it was in the shop. GiGi and Randy run a great operation. Very professional and caring about the situation we were in. We highly recommend them for body work. A+

Lito Auto Body and especially the owners Randy and Georgina deserve 10 Stars! They not only treated me like family when I brought my 2012 VW Jetta in for extensive repairs, but they did an unbelievable job and my car looks like the day I drove it off from the dealership! They truly made my car looked like the accident never happened. ( both passenger doors were crushed in from a side impact)
The paint matched perfectly and they even detailed the exterior of my car so it looks brand new again1 I cannot thank them enough for the fast,courteous and superbworkmanship and service. I also have my son's car in for repairs ( He hit a deer0 and they are doing everything for us including dealing with the insurance companies and offering us a rent a car at a discount.
Thank You Lito auto body for doing a truly awesome job and treating me so well. I am a customer for life.

I was very pleased with Lito. It's run by a husband/wife team and they really take care of their customers. I took my car in when somebody hit me and Randy dealt with the other party's insurance which was really helpful when they tried to bilk me out of paying for the rental car. Randy made sure they paid for it and everything ended well.

I would agree that the service here is amazing and all the staff and owners go the extra mile! I've been there twice for two minor repairs and my car always looks shiny new and squeaky clean! Keri, in the office, deals with all insurance paperwork and rentals (usually already on property!). She is so friendly and gets me in and out of there in no time!

It's so nice to do business with a company where everyone goes out of their way to make things go as smoothly as possible. I've had many experiences with auto body shops over the years, and Lito is the best Their work is excellent, their prices are reasonable, and Keri, Randy and Georgina are just really nice people. Where else can you drop off your car and there's a rental car already waiting for you at the shop? I've referred friends to their shop, and they've all been happy with the work and the friendly people as well.

I was rear-ended when in Napa for work, and the staff at Lito were very friendly and accomadating! They didn't mind waiting hours for me to figure out insurance stuff. In the end they didn't end up doing repairs because the insurance deemed the car totaled, but I would recommend them based on service. They even called to let me know I'd left my fastrak in the car, and offered to mail it to me.

Auto Body shops are not usually high on any reviewers list, but if you live anywhere near Napa, you should know about this place. Their service is fantastic and the staff is friendly. I chose not to go through my insurance company for damage done by my in-laws and these guys understood and did their best to help me out. Moreover, they repaired my car in two days and it had taken another shop a week to repair similar damage when I was rear-ended the year before. So, I am keeping my fingers crossed that I can avoid a similar mishap this year (I swear there must be a bullseye on my bumper) ,but if I don't, at least I won't need to sweat where I'll take it.

My 330I BMW got hit by a Motor Home on a parking Lot while I was shopping.(Hit and run )So you can imagine the damage. I'm from Southern California and have a body shop already I used for my cars minor scratches since I'm very very extremely picky. Long story short tow truck guy from AAA in Napa recommended me Litos auto repair shop and I Loved their work they matched the paint exactly to how it was looked as if nothing happened to it. So I do highly recommend! Don't think it twice. They did an awesome job.
