A few weeks ago I was rear-ended at a red light by a driver who suggested I take my car to a reputable auto collision repair shop and suggested Wondries Family Collision Center in Alhambra. I already had another place in mind, however, I decided to try this place out and brought my car in to get an estimate. First off, let me say.... they have a HUGE establishment! Their people at the front desk were very friendly and attentive. I also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and refreshments.
BILL SANCHEZ, the General Manager was one of the most knowledgeable, reliable and awesome professionals I've had the pleasure of dealing with! He handled my situation with personal attention and made sure everything was taken care of down to the selection of my rental car... (which I loved!). JEOVANI ARMENDARIZ was available and also very accommodating when it came to scheduling my appointment for repair and detailing. He is also very knowledgeable and friendly.
They did an awesome job repairing my car, it really does look fantastic! I am extremely particular about my car and I couldn't be more pleased! I highly recommend this place for your collision repair needs.

Just came to pick up the sisters car after she got rear-ended a couple weeks ago.
While you wait for your car, enjoy some complimentary drinks or coffee + free wifi in the front office.
Car looks great outside and inside (my sisters car was such a mess inside and they detailed it which she and I super appreciate). Service was also super nice and friendly especially Spencer. My sister said both times she came to drop off and pick up her car, he was very pleasant and professional.

I'm not the type of person who says negative things about a business, but I wasn't too happy at Wonderies Collision Center today. The reason for that being is my mother got a call that her car was finished and ready to go at about 3pm. Of course, my mom being a restless woman calls me right away saying her car was ready to be picked up, after being in the shop for almost a week due to a mild fender bender. Yes, I listened to my mom because she's older now, and I want to spend quality time with her, needs her moral support. She could have gotten a courtesy ride from the car rental place, but I guess she rather have me drive her instead.
Thinking that it wouldn't take more than thirty minutes to return the rental car a few blocks away from the collision center, I thought the car was ready to go! But instead, we waited for almost a couple hours before the car actually came out.
The front desk gal did her job by having me sign the paperwork right away, thinking it was good to go. But instead the car wasn't detailed. So that fifteen minutes wait become almost two hours.
To make a long story short, I wished the estimator had a better feel for time. He should have called and gave a more precise completion time to my mom, instead of saying it was done. Maybe he didn't check before calling?
Anyhow, the reason for me being upset was I didn't make it to one of my work meetings in North Hollywood. That reflects on my business practices to my clients. I'm just lucky that I already know the client from a previous work history.
So, please have more respect for other people's time Mr Wonderies! The supervisor for detailing was trying hard to suck up to it. He blames himself for being late, and was trying to explain to me the art of detailing a car, which I didn't care to listen. I'm sorry, I was already furious. I told him straight out that he doesn't need to explain any technicalities to me and that he shouldn't absorb the issue as it being his fault which I believe wasn't. I'm sure he was doing his job, but wasn't informed that the customer was waiting. The person who called should have known.
Anyhow, on the other hand, Wonderies does good work. And my mom feels comfortable with them. If she's happy, I'm happy regardless of the hiccups. I will still consider Wonderies as one of my options should I need it, God forbid though...
I think business wise, they got it all together. For me personally... I was disappointed since I had to alter my schedule. Just saying.
Three stars for being okay. I'm not quite a fan yet.

Simply put, its one of the best body shops in town.
My wife turned her car in for repair following a rear-end collision a couple of weeks ago. The service was impeccable right from the start. The the people we were in contact with there were very friendly and assured us they would do whatever they could to get her back on the road in a timely fashion.
They provided photos of the damage and provided a specific breakdown of repairs that needed to be done, as well as the amount of time they would need to get her car repaired.
They even went above and beyond by helping get her a rental car to use while they performed repairs.
Their work was completed in a timely fashion and the finished product was as good as new, if not better.
In short, we could not be happier with the work at Wondries Family Collision Center.

I took my car here for repair about a year ago. It was such an awful experience that I'll never come here again. They replaced my rear bumper, but the paint was uneven on the right rear quarter panel, so I asked them to fix that before returning the car back to me. Once they "fixed" that, it still looked the same, but I let it go. However, they told me that they had messed up my front windshield tint as they had taped something to the inside of my windshield and when they pulled it off, it ripped off some of my tint. They told me to supply them with a receipt of what my windshield tint cost, and they would reimburse me for it. I warned them that it was expensive and I had a paid a lot of money for it, but was reassured that they'd reimburse me for it since it was their fault. I got my windshield tint replaced at the same original cost I had paid initially and returned to Wondries with my receipt for reimbursement. Their quality manager, Henry, had the nerve to complain about how expensive it was and he gave me a hard time about it. I also had a sticker parking permit on my front windshield that I had to pay $8 for in order to get a replacement sticker. I asked them to reimburse that cost as well since it was their fault that I had to buy a replacement sticker in the first place. Again, Henry gave me a hard time about this, but I stood my ground and insisted they pay for it because it was their fault. His bad attitude upset me so much that I spoke with their manager, who was much more understanding and tried to resolve this by offering me a free detail on my car. However, I never took them up on the offer because I don't want them to screw something else up on my car. I really don't know how Henry is the quality manager there because the quality of their work is really subpar. Take your car somewhere else for repairs.

Very friendly people and great service. I had to come here to get my car repaired, because this place is contracted with the insurance of the person who hit my car. They did a great job with the repair, and on top of that, they washed and waxed my car, and cleaned/vacuumed the inside. I was not expecting that, and I was pleasantly surprised. They also have coffee and beverages for you while you wait, which further sweetened the experience.

DON'T COME HERE EVER!!! Decided to give this place a chance, but worst decision of my life. I wouldn't even come here if they offered their services for free. This review is one star solely because the front desk lady was nice and quick with her paperwork, but other than that this place is ridiculous and deserves no stars. The person I cannot stand is LONNIE because he is unprofessional,impatient, unwilling to help, and unclear. I was given an estimate of five working days for the minor damage on my car to be fixed without an explanation as to why. I was told that I would be constantly updated via text messages, so that's what I paid attention to since I didn't get any phone call updates. Each day I would get some notifications and finally on the last day, it said my car would be ready by 5pm unless I was notified of a further delay. Around 5 I go get the car, but upon arrival they say that my car is not done being fixed, and at this time it is already 5:30, but there were no notifications for further delay. I was furious because once again LONNIE says that those texts messages are automated and just to ignore them and it won't be done for a couple more days.EXCUSE ME.You tell me that I will be updated by texts messages, then tell me to ignore them? Don't you think it's smarter to not send misleading texts then? We all have work, we all live busy lives, we don't have the luxury of coming in and out all the time. I would gladly do that if you guys provided any form of update because it had been well over a week and I didn't know what was going on. I asked for a breakdown of what was done and what needed to be done and what has been happening, and in turn he got frustrated with me and said I don't know it's not done, leave it at that. And fast-forward to when the car is done (today), he provided the worst service ever. Asked to be picked up from my home because if I take a car to pick up my car myself, how in the world will I ever drive two cars home??? Couple days ago, he said they provided this service, but when I asked about it again he got frustrated and said the shuttle will pick me up in ten minutes, but I couldn't get home in ten minutes. All I asked for was what? 15 minutes and he says why. My response: you just called me right now, I'm not home, if you go right now I can't make it back right away. He says if you drive then why don't you just drive there to get it yourself in a rude manner. Obviously I respond telling him one girl can't drive two cars at once. And he says oh.... Nothing else to say,but still he tells me the shuttle won't wait for me. Kudos to you Lonnie, what award are you going to get for this service? This review and a call to your manager shortly. If he is the manager, then I highly recommend all of you to stay away from here. This review isn't including review of the work done on my car, but I'm expecting it to be magical or something since they needed so much time to work on it. I will provide an update of this review upon getting my car back...hopefully if they don't lie to me again.

They finished repairing my bumper in 4 days as expected. But I was most impressed with the detailing of my car. I wasn't expecting a complete makeover! They not only waxed and polished my tires and rim, they also removed all the old tree sap stains from my car. They cleaned the inside, vacuumed, and even collected all my pens nicely and organized them into the cup holder. The new bumper looks great too of course. My car now looks as good as it did 6 years ago. I would highly recommend the shop for business!

I was referred to Wondries for body work on my Lexus RX330, with the estimated turn around being 20 days, plus insurance was paying. What's not to lose?
I dropped my car off on 5.8.12 with an estimated completion date of 5.29.12, not bad considering I had rental coverage for 30 days. Unfortunately on 6.1.12, I received a call extending the completion date to the following week due to a discovery of an ABS malfunction. No big deal, since I had a rental for 5 more days and insurance would cover the cost of the part replacement.
Unfortunately, Wondries was still not finished with my car once my 30 days of rental coverage was up and showed absolutely zero concern or resolution for my car-less dilemma.
I received the final call for pickup on 6.8.12, after my car had been in Wondries posession for 36 days, 13 days longer than the original timeline stated of May 29th. At the earliest I could- 6.11.12 I was able to hitch a ride to East LA, from Culver City to pick up my beloved form of transportation.
Upon my arrival, everything appeared to be okay. Once I stopped in Alhambra to get gas before driving back across town, did I realize this was not the case. I first attempted to open the rear hatch with my key fob, and after getting no response I tried the "power button" on the inside... Only to discover this feature was no longer working. Once I manually opened the rear hatch, I was shocked/floored/confused to see my car was missing three parts: the Lexus back floor mat, the security screen, and my wheel lock.
Calling Wondries immediately, I inquried as to where my belongings had gone- and received a less than satisfactory response from Marten. After turning back around to Wondries, the parts magically appeared without an explanation as to why my rear hatch was no longer working. It was only after my husband called in, that they offered to "put me in a rental for a few days to figure out what's wrong with the rear door".
I'm sure you can understand my frustration at this point, after 36 days without my vehicle. I declined their offer for a rental at this time, as I was already late to work. The frustration didn't end here... once home from work I attempted to fix the automatic open/close of the hatch on my own after reading in my manual how to reset the door. This reset involved opening my glovebox and when I opened up the glovebox, it fell to the floor off the hinges.
Now, my rear door doesn't automatically open and my glovebox is busted off the hinges with a missing screw... All a result of a quarter panel refurbish and bumper replacement.
If I could rate the communication and professionalism exhibited by Wondries Collision Center on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being absolutely terrible) I would give them a 1. The body work looks good, but after everything else that has happened, I have very little faith in the integrity of their work. I wouldn't be surprised if it falls off one year and one day after the warranty of their work expires.
If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't have chosen Wondries Collision Center and neither should you.

The damage was not too bad, rear bumper and muffler damage from being rear ended on the freeway.
Wondries was recommended by Mercury Insurance. I was a bit hesitant at first because I knew Wondries has a Ford dealership nearby and I was not sure if they could work on my Mitsubishi. I checked their website and it said they worked on all makes.
Spencer and the rest of the staff were very professional. He gave me a thorough explanation of the damage and estimated it would take 1.5 weeks for car to be finished. This would include a new bumper, under-carriage and muffler. It ended up taking 7 working days. They also have a complimentary cappuccino machine and shuttle rides to and from Enterprise Rent a Car.
A picture is worth a thousand words.. and needless to say, I was satisfied with the work.

All I can say is to STAY AWAY as far as possible from this place?
I recently had a car accident where I was rear ended by a drunk driver right on Main street in Alhambra. Since its Toyota I decided to take to Toyota dealership body shot which turn out to be Wonderies. From the moment I walked in I just felt something was off and weird about this place?..call it intuition but I should have listened to it, its just how the staff at this office behave that gave me that feeling, that something was just not right about it?.
Since the person who hit me was at fault and his Insurance Farmers was paying for the car, I just wanted to get it fixed right, it was just a some bumper damage and muffler and rear panel, not a huge damage. I left the car here for 3 days and the adjuster had not even shown up. When she did finally show up, she wrote this outrageous quote with this guy who works there Kook, who both cooked up some bogus price and wanted to declare my car as a loss and sell it as salvage?. I was pretty upset with this, all I wanted was to fix my car and that's it. This guy Kook told me my car was repairable when I first met with him and its not huge damage, the same guy then tells me 3 days later wrote a $5400 quote with the adjuster and wanted to write my car off as a total loss.
I called the manager of the insurance company and managed to get him to get another chance to take it to another shop, which I did, this was long standing body shop by LAX area, Sal's auto body shop. When these guys saw the car and the quote, they both agreed that the Wonderies had written something way too much. Stuff like a new muffler for $350 where it was repaired for less than $50 at a muffler shop. I managed to get the car repaired under $3000 in one week. Had I not had the option to take my car to another shop, I am pretty sure the insurance company and Wonderies would have both made a deal and profited from declaring my car as total loss.
This is a new scam that is growing all around by these insurance companies who make deals with body shops of their choice, I guess to get your car and sell it at an auction and give you some low price for it. I learned a big lesson by dealing with Wonderies, and just look and read the reviews here, and you can see how many more negative reviews are more than positive. STAY AWAY.

I went to Seidner's first, they gave me a quote of $700 for putting my bumper back on, that came off when backing out of a driveway. Then, I went to Wondries Family Collision Center, and Spencer gave a quote for $180!! Spencer and the whole gang at Wondries are very impressive, professional, courteous and prompt.

They are very professional and polite. Bernie welcomed me, inspected my car, gave me an estimate and answered all my questions.
It took them two weeks to replace my Toyota's left passanger door. During those two weeks, they kept me posted and notified me of any changes.
The waiting area is clean and there is a TV that you can watch while you wait. They also have coffee available.
Overall, I had a positive experience. Just wish they had Wi-Fi for their customers to access while they wait.

I highly recommend this body shop. The technician there JCC, Cesar was a true professional, my car looked brand new, like it had never been in an accident after he was done with it. I am extremely happy with his work. I am sure the other techs are good also, but if you want a sure bet, ask for JCC to work on your car.

I will never ever go back to, or refer any of my friends or family to Wondries. Unfortunately I was involved in an accident and most unfortunately I decided to take my car to Wondries. What on earth was I thinking? The insurance company had me to rent a car for 30 days, on a reimbursement plan. Wondries told me that the insurance company was planning to total my car. I said, "Hell, no"! I paid for my car in full and I wanted it back and in the condition it was in before I brought it there. The insurance company told them to fix my car, but in the process, Wondries took too long to repair my car. When I got my car back, it 7 days past the reimbursement plan, which cost me $500. 00 out of my pocket to cover the difference on the rental bill. I had taken them to court to try to get the money I'm out of from them. The judge ruled in their favor. I was told by the judge to go after the driver of the car that hit me. I still feel that I shouldn't have had to pay for these idiots stupidity, it's all good though. God doesn't like ugly, and God WILL get them for this. I pray that Wondries go out of business soon, and hopefully with this review from me, may this be the start of its demise.

Car was taken to Wondries December 8 2012, It is January 10th andstill not done. The very nice man keeps calling me with reasons and excuses why they need more time. I sell insurance and I see auto claims all the time, but I rarely see a repair shop take this long to finish a job. The most recent excuse is they got the wrong parts from the distributor, again. If I did my job like this my clients would take their business elsewhere. Guess I wont be recomending Wondries to any of my customers.
UPDATE: just discovered that the rear passenger door cannot be opened from the inside. That is the side they supposedly repaired. And it is NOT The child proof lock!! Now I have to go back to this shop for the fix. I am thoroughly disappointed.

The tricky of the business is all about the look. Like other 5 star reviews said, when I got my car back, it looked great and I probably would have left a 5 star rating 6 years ago.
Recently I have another visit to the shop, once again due to this center is closest to me among the insurance preferred repair centers. My car was hit and the front bumper has multiple small or noticeable cracks. My estimator showed great cost consciousness during the quick estimation process and I was given a documentation without explanation. Later I found that they would only repair the bumper but not replace them. I mentioned the cracks to the estimator, but the reply is that the estimation is done and sent to the insurance; however, if I conduct the repair at their place and during the repairing process, they found replacement is necessary, they would charge the insurance more.
This prompted me to review a major repair they did for me 6 years ago. And to my great dismay, now I know they never did anything mechanical for my car back then. Long story short, the estimator acknowledged that there is a chance that they may have overlooked some small mechanical problem which results a chronic problem, but now no one can prove it. So don't be deceived by the look, they cut corners.

This place is GREAT!!! I brought in my 2008 Honda Civic Coup after being hit by a Metro bus. Yeah, bad news on my part but Wondries Family Collision Center really made my what would be headache and frustration disappear with their fast and efficient as well as welcoming and friendly service and environment. I worked with Spencer Kuo and he took excellent care me and my car. They offered me a ride to enterprise which is right around the corner but far enough to want to drive. I was amazed at how fast they got my car out, way before the date I was told, so that made me feel great. Thanks guys I very much appreciated working with you. I would recommend them to whoever is in search of a collision center, and sorry you have to deal with this but they make it easier.

Honest? Yes! Fair? Yes! Comfortable,welcoming and worthy of your business? Definitely yes! All of this and more is what I found this week at Wondries-the only good part of a rear-end collision. From the expert analysis by Lonnie to the clean waiting facility with bathroom, beverage area and tv, this was a welcome change from the dirty, airless waiting facilities of the past. And the customer service exhibited by Wondries staff made this experience the best it could be, even down to washing and cleaning our car so it looked new! I would trust them with the repair of any car-they are the best!

Curses on you, Wondries Collision! Granted, it's been years since I took my car here, but the hate is still fresh, and my poor car and I are still suffering the aftermath.
Immediately after Wondries:
When I finally got my car back (after a front+rear accident), it was missing all the decals on the back, the pretty "H", the p-r-e-l-u-d-e letters, the sweet little V-TEC sticker. I didn't even notice, I was so happy to finally have my car back. I did notice the next day, called, and Wondries took care of it, eventually, after they ordered all those little aesthetic pieces.
*hmm* If they forgot those silly little details, what could they be forgetting under the hood? *oh well*
My bumper was a bit crooked, but I thought my accident was so bad that it would never be perfect, so I accepted this as fact.
A while after Wondries:
I was rear-ended, minor (I'm not that bad of a driver, really). Anywho, after getting many recommendations, I took my car to Fix-Auto in Ontario (great place, by the way). Here's a bit of my conversation with them...
Fix-Auto: "Uh, where did you take your car after your last accident?"
Me: "This place in Alhambra, Wondries, recommended by insurance."
Fix-Auto: "Because, they really did a shitty job. We couldn't put your new bumper on straight because the side panels are so crooked."
Me: sadface
Fix-Auto: "Oh, and the paint was two different colors (fancy computer color matcher knows all)... so we used a shade in the middle, so your car might look like it actually matches."
Many years after Wondries:
My paint is fading. In one spot. The spot that was painted by Wondries.
My new trusty mechanic asks when I was in an accident, and where the heck I took my car, because a whole lot of my engine has the cheapest possible aftermarket parts.
Now I get the joy of replacing them one by one as my car slowly spits them out. It started with my radiator.
Please drive safely. I will too, I promise.

Oh boy, this place is really like a jack in the box,it has some good hard working employees the ones actually doing the work, but the general manager here is a total a..hole,the girls at front desk are doing the best they can but because they are overburdened,overworked and underpaid they have little patience.I witnessed 2 separate customers argue with the main boss(grey hair and beard)that looks like he should be outside the freeway exit begging for some change.He was very rude with them even though there were 5 other customers in the waiting room that were unwilling participants in this situation,I feel that these people kiss your behind until they get paid and then give you a swift kick in the rear and tell you to get lost.Let me tell you all at this place:I will never,ever have anything fixed at your body shop and will make every effort to publicize your bad business practices to keep other people as far away from there as possible.

Okay, I've been downplaying the severity of my car accident almost a month ago. I park in an open space parking lot, with many other cars. Well, on the morning of June 29th, 4am, I get a knock on the door from one of the neighbors. "A tree fell over your car!"
Only in the ghetto.
I walk over to where a small crowd of neighbors have gathered, and sure enough there's part of a large eucalyptus tree splayed over 3 cars, including mine.
The first car was pretty much cut in half. Mine had roof damage, paint was scratched to hell, broken windshield, broken right rear-view mirror. The third car had only minor scratches.
It was a 15 foot branch of a 60 foot eucalyptus tree that actually caused the damage. Good thing it happened at 4 in the morning, if it had happened in the day time, forget about it, people would have been killed.
Anyways, enter my insurance company. I get sent to Wondries Family Collision Center in Alhambra. It's cool, because they're owned by Wondries of Alhambra, where I bought my car. Nice!
I get my car towed down there, and I meet with adjuster Bernie; and he does all the work. He took pictures, did the paperwork,etc...
So the next day, I get a call from Bernie saying the estimated day of completion will be July 24. Damn, almost a month without car, I'm thinking. I say okay, whatever needs to be done, take your time.
I just got back home from picking up my car, and it is FLAWLESS! Man, it feels like I went back in time and bought this car again. You would never have guessed that less than a month ago, it was under a fucking tree.
I highly recommend these cats for all of your bodywork needs.

This is a very good body shop. Their work is always done right the first time. Their prices are reasonable; they do not cheat, and they do not cut corners. I dealt with them for years as a claims adjuster, and seeing their customer service, I tried them out when my own car was damaged. They are very satisfactory. They also have a good shuttle service. I do not know if other body shops in town are better, but they are good enough for me, and I have never had a problem with them.
They are a preferred shop for Mercury as well as some other insurance companies, and parking is easy.
This was a breath of fresh air for me as the previous preferred provider organization for Mercury was a place called Drasco. Drasco was hideous and now out of business.
These comments of mine do not apply to the Wondries dealership up the street and their service department.

Came here over a year ago to get my driver's side door and panel repaired and painted after my neighbor had backed into my car. Earlier this year, I noticed that the paint covering bottom of my panel (under the door) was fading. I contacted Spencer and he told me to bring my car back when I had the time.
A few months passed, and I finally brought my car in this passed June. Spencer was quick to have my vehicle inspected, and very courteous while doing so. About 20 min into waiting, Pedro Duenas met with me and informed me that they needed to repaint the bottom panel and that i could take my car back whenever I wanted. He also offered me rides to and from work if I needed it. He was also very polite. A week later, I took my car back and had it repainted within a day! Everything about the work done looked great and I am very happy with the results and the kindness of Spencer, Pedro, and the rest of the staff at Wondries Family Collision Center;)

I came here originally b/c it was a preferred shop for mercury insurance. I checkedo ut a few before but they all sucked, so I came to Wondries.
My car was broken into. They threw a rock at the driver's side window, missed and hit the door, and then tried again and got the window, as well as some interior damage.
A sales dude (last name Quo, can't remember first name) helped me and he was really helpful, and took my car asap. My car part too a while to arrive as they came from germany. The damaged was ~$5,300 and Mr. Quo actually caught a few things on my car that I didn't even notice.
It took me 3.5 weeks to get my car back. This didn't bother me as I have a spare, but if I hadn't of had one, I guess the time would have been pretty bad, but again, parts came from a different country.
And the most important thing to mention which is probably what everyone wants to know....yes...I got my car back looking like it did before the damage. It looks perfectly new.
I would recommnend them. Sometimes Mr. Quo didn't call me to keep me posted, but everytime I called him for an update, he actually had an update, and nothing was ever stalemate in the process.

They do a very good job but they tried to rip me off! I dropped off my car to replace a bumper. They told me the part came in but it was delivered damaged. They asked if I wanted to pay extra to rush delivery for a new part since I already dropped off my car. I was shocked that they would try to charge me extra instead of getting it from their parts vendor. The part was already prepaid by my insurance so they tried to get extra from me instead. I told them no of course, and that they should buy from another supplier! While they were replacing the bumper - they called my insurance for more money for a bracket that they didn't think needed to be replaced - who knows if it was legit! They basically tried to 'nickle and dime' me on this job, so for those of you paying out of pocket - beware!

I'm only giving this place a star because Lonnie was very helpful and did a great job updating me. I just got my car back yesterday and saw that there was 2 holes on the passenger seat and one in the driver side seat and told them about it, and they said to bring it back and they'll fix it which I was told would take a whole day so I was ok with that. I told them that I wanted to look at the car and they parked it head first into the parking space against a bush (it's front end damage by the way). Now, I don't know if this was intentional or not but I wasn't given the key till I signed all the paperwork. Today I took a look at it again and noticed that the headlight and the bumper is too close which caused the paint to chip. Also the sanding job they did with the bumper and front right fender was poorly done, it looks like they didn't bother to sand it smooth or wet sand it. The fender didn't bother me because it's in between the door and the fender which is not visible, but the bumper to the headlight is very much visible and is a problem. From my experience with my old cars paint chipping, I know that a little chip off the paint will end up spreading like a disease! So tomorrow I'm going to take it in and see what they can do and offer me. I'll keep you guys informed on my trip there tomorrow to see if my review will change

I took it in for repairs due to a minor accident and they worked with the insurance company and took care of everything. All ran smoothly and I was very satisfied with the service and end result. They even washed my car inside and out, and believe me,... that was not an easy task. It was filthy.

I cannot speak for other but I personally had couple of bad experiences with this establsihment. I brought in my luxury car for a minor incident on the freeway. When I picked up my car, there was a scrach on my door, one of my rain carpet mats were missing, and they had not replaced my front windshield as stated on my invoice. Why would they call me to pick up my car if it's NOT READY? This was eventually resolved. After driving my fixed car for a day or two, i noticed that they did not align my headlights correctly. My Xenon light beams were flicking directly into drivers eyes. It was unintensionally high beaming and blinding everyone driving around me. So ofcourse, I had to go back and have them fix the problem. 5 months later, the brand new Xenon light burnt out(the side the replacement head lights were on. They told me to come down and have them check it out....so I did. After waiting for an hour, they were gracious enough in replacing them as a warranty at no cost. I was thinking to myself, this place may not be as bad as I thought. After arriving home with my car, my rep called and told me that it will cost me $210 for the bulb. What a rip off! So I had to go back to their shop to have my burnt out bulb placed back into my car(I had to wait another freaking hour and not to mention my precious time and gas money!. I had the exact same bulb replaced at another facility for $90. I did not appreciate the service at this facility and I hope my story is an isolated one.

Never go to this place. you are dummy if you do. This company is working for insurance, not care about you or your car. Bad admin, bad job, bad caring. Told me verbally everything OK. But........, forget AAA logo in the front, I report them and AAA dont care and I canceled AAA membership after 23 years.
