Found my new Body Shop here in the Tri Valley. Someone backed into my brand new 2015 Ram 1500 truck and dented it pretty bad. Not only did Parkway restore it back to it's original form, if not better, they did it fast.
Sandra and her team over there are Parkway run a great shop ...Sandra makes you feel as though you are in the best care and goes to bat for you when dealing with those crazy insurance companies. I am so amazed with the work that was done on my truck that i will most certainly bring my classic car here when it's time for painting. I highly recommend this shop over any in the area.

They are less expensive than their rival "Cooks Collision". Parkway offers better communication and quicker turn around time.

Excellent, trustworthy family owned shop! I stopped by Parkway to get my work van checked out. It had a number of dents on the body plus a larger bend near the underside of the vehicle. I was greeted by Sandra as soon as I entered the office. I then explained my situation, and Sandra took a look at my van. Finally, she provided a detailed estimate and gave excellent advice. It made working with insurance a breeze. It's very clear, Sandra was looking out for my best interests. Plus, based on other reviews and the general vibe at their shop-they do the same for all of their customers. This is a great, trustworthy body shop-I highly recommend them!

The rear door at the back end of my Rav4 started wishing to catching and hold after a minor " rear end bumper thumper". The latching issue would happen without warning and got so bad that if I went around a corner it had swung wide open lifting the left tires up off of the road for a second. That is frightening! and anything sitting in the back end could easily slide out of the door and into the road. I figured that I would have to buy a whole new rear door, lock, and hinges. When Dave first saw it he did say that probably would be the best, but after he looked it over a bit more he asked me to wait. He then disappeared back into his shop and returned with a tool and worked "some Dave magic" on the door. Now, thanks to him, that door closes, locks, and stays shut. What a relief. Cost was nominal. He is a genius when it comes to repairs. I am sure that he is equally great with body work. It would be worth your time to go see him before you choose a repair shop. His office lady is also great, Dave is honest, capable, friendly, and reliable. I know that I have found a new auto repair specialist for my cars. Take it from me and go see Dave,

I hit a deer while driving my 2016 Subaru WRX and the car ended up with a fair amount of front-end damage. I was heart-broken.
The car initially was sent to a different shop (unnamed - I'll provide a separate negative Yelp review for that shop), however due to a few frustrating issues with that "other" shop and with high recommendations from friends in the auto-body repair industry, the car sent to Parkway Body Shop.
Let me simply say this: I am very meticulous about my things - especially my cars. I was so worried that my new 2016 car with less than 6500 miles would never be the same.
During the repair process Parkway communicated often and provided updates via phone calls, emails, and text messages (including pics).
Upon receipt of the car (repairs completed) I was 100% satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism. I could not be happier with the work performed on the car. There is nothing that would indicate that the car was damaged and/or repaired.
Although I hate knowing the car was damaged, the car is looking and operating like the accident never occurred. Simply an excellent work and an excellent experience with Parkway Body Shop.

I've had my share of crappy auto body shops and this time, I trusted wholeheartedly in Yelp to provide a reliable company. Best move ever.
Sandra absolutely made this the best experience I've ever had the pleasure of having at a body shop. She was so personable and totally answered all of my incessant questions. Not only was Sandra a dream to work with, but the company in general is a well oiled machine. They worked with my insurance (AAA) directly, so I didn't have to deal with calling them and making sure Parkway had the same information. They did all the communicating with AAA and the rental car company.
Not only did they call Hertz to pick me up, but when I returned, they took the Hertz car right off my hands and dealt with that as well. There was a small hiccup where I had to pay the deductible even though the accident wasn't my fault - the other driver's insurance hadn't cleared by the time I got my car back. A few days later, Sandra was an absolute gem and called me to tell me when the deductible cleared and asked if AAA had contacted me with that information. BEST FOLLOW-UP EVER.
The work on my bumper was flawless. I was told my car would be washed, but they also vacuumed the interior - which was a HOT MESS when I left it :P
Not hoping I get into an accident any time soon, but I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back here. High recommendations! Thank you!

Amazing is the word that comes to mind when thinking about this body shop. My husband was backed into by a drunk driver in Reno, so I took my car to a chain body shop at first. I was not happy. It was hard to find a parking spot and they treated me like I was a number. They didn't need my business and I wasn't going to give it to them. I decided to go to Yelp for help and found Parkway by its awesome reviews and proximity to my house. I talked to Sandra who was willing to work off my original estimate. This place is amazing. My car looks like new, and these people actually "care." It's a family owned business so you're dealing with people that truly care about the quality of their work. I highly recommend this body shop. I brought my truck in for a repair that I thought would cost hundreds of dollars, but turned out to be only $30! It was a rainy day and I had my two kiddos w/ me and Sandra and the guys who worked on my car were quick and very accommodating. They checked out the damage on Tuesday and the repair was fixed by Thursday. The team here is honest, efficient and has great customer service. Hopefully I won't have to come back again, but in case there's any damage to our cars in the future, I know I've found a trustworthy place to have them fixed!

My wife and I have brought our vehicles here for repair a few times over the last 5 years (my wife seems to get into lots of fender benders)! Ron at Parkway always takes good care of us. He communicates well with us and is very accurate on how long the repairs will take.

What a great place to do business! I went in with a very minor bumper repair. I was immediately greeted by Sandra who took the car over for her body men to look at. The car needed a couple of cheap brackets which she ordered immediately. They came in the next day and the car was fixed on the next day. Sandra told me the repair would take about an hour and it took 1 hour. The job was done well and I can not say enough for their customer service. I would highly recommend them to any one. My father works in the auto business so I'm extremely familiar with cars and body shops. I'd never gone to another shop besides his until today. I'm pleased with the work that was done, as well as the service I received. I mostly worked with Dave, who was great. I'm on a time crunch and needed my repairs to be done sooner than later. Once they knew, they totally accommodated me. They even realized that I would need an additional part to finish the job (not their fault), so Dave personally drove to the closest dealership to get the part so the work could be finished as quickly as possible. They even cleaned up and vacuumed out my car for me. Trust me, that's not as standard as you might think. I was impressed with the entire experience!

Well, for your auto body needs, Parkway is that friend! Ron and Dave took care of my car and made dealing with insurance and car rental a breeze! They kept me updated on progress and were patient in answering my questions. They also coordinated an oil change with Alan next door at Lexura. Just got back from Parkway and pretty appalled by the way I was treated.
We took our car in last week to get a window motor fixed. When we brought the car home we realized the door was sticking when you try to open it. I brought the car back to Parkway today and talked to Dave.
First, after testing the door, Dave said the door sticking had nothing to do with the work they did. He quickly rescinded and said the window frame was rubbing against the car and they they would fix it (in other words, without actually saying it, yes we screwed up putting the door back together).
I then asked how long it would take to fix it. He mumbled sarcastically, "When it's done." I said, "What?" (in disbelief but pretending I didn't hear him), and he said "30-45 minutes." He seemed annoyed that I asked. Not sure why. The rest of the convo was unfriendly as well. I didn't deserve to be treated this way, especially since it was their fault I had to take time out of my day to bring the car back for them to fix.
I picked up the car 45 mins later and Dave handed me the keys. No apology at all for not doing a good job the first time and inconveniencing me. Just handed me the keys!
Parkway has great prices. I don't know why Dave treated me this way but it wasn't right. There are many other auto body shops in the area to take your business to.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!!!!!! I started with them on my quest for 3 quotes for my damaged door. it's hard to summarize this because I have so many good things to say. So let me try to keep it somewhat succinct, while also making sure you know why this place is truly top notch!
1) The staff/mechanics are all very nice and very talented. I know "artist" isn't usually the word used for autobody work, unless you're doing detail work or doing a fancy new paint job, but they approach every job as very important (b/c it's important to us car owners!), and they really are artists!
2) of the 3 quotes, the next closest quote was $1200 more than Parkway for the same work, and one place was $2200 more! parkway found a used door, same color, and it matched PERFECTLY. the other places wouldn't even consider that option.
3) They're a small shop, with at least 1 of the owners there on site. They truly appreciate their customers! I saw a review with someone saying he wasn't immediately approached when he walked into the garage. I would say that's probably b/c he didn't go into the office, and they folks in the garage were busy working, not realizing he was there and/or needed help. but one time when I went in to do paperwork, the office door was locked b/c the one person working the office had to step out for a moment. The mechanic let me in and helped me until the officer person came back. He wasn't sure how to do all the paperwork, but he did everything he could to help, and he was very kind.
4) from my experience, they treat everyone like family. some customers don't talk a lot and don't open themselves up to be treated as such, but I can tell you that everyone with whom I saw them interact, was treated with a high level of respect.
5) Ron explained everything to me about the issue. he didn't look at me like a female who didn't know cars (like one of the other places did), he just talked cars and explained it all to me so I really understood the issue and how to fix. I never felt like they were trying to get away with something and in fact, I left there more informed, and feeling very comfortable with them, knowing my car was in great hands.
6) They go above and beyond - they even fixed things that werent' a part of the job that they notice and could easily take care of. this was at no additional cost to me or the insurance company. they just did it b/c they saw it was needed.
7) they are very respectful and are very ethical. Just a really good shop that truly cares about their customers and treats them more than fair.
Bottom line is this, they are amazing people - all of them, and they go above and beyond for their customers. I wish I could tell you more about how phenomenal they are, and all that they did for me, but there's just not enough room! So trust me, if you need body work done, get other quotes if you need to, but ultimately, go with Parkway because they'll do you right every time!

A kid rear ended me so after taking my car to Cook's Collision and getting the details, I was not satisfied so my dad decided to take it to Parkway for me. They were absolutely very professional and even the insurance agent said they would do a good job when I said I wanted my car fixed with Parkway. Sandra kept me updated with the progress of my car along the way, even when they found additional damage. They called the insurance agent for me and had them approve the work so that I wouldn't have to deal with it. My car came back to me looking shiny and new. We were so satisfied with the service that we are taking another car to them next week for touch ups.

Great service and practical advice. I was sent here by AAA after a minor accident, sadly my vehicle was too old for even small repairs to be cost effective and a good car has to be written off.

I went here to fix a few minor problems with my truck that were related to a problem we had them fix about two years ago. They fixed both problems and had us on our way in about 20 minutes. I can't remember who we worked with, but it looked they had a great team. I was not surprised at all to sign in to Yelp and learn they had 5 stars.
I HIGHLY recommend this place based on the service we got from Parkway Body Shop.
Tip: They are sort of hard to find right off the street. They are right behind the bar at the intersection of Village Parkway and Amador Valley Blvd.

I was in an accident about a month ago and rear ended somebody, so the front end of 328 Bimmer was smashed in. I was unable to open the hood to see the extent of damage. My car started overheating on the regular so are started thinking something was wrong with the thermostat or water pump. It finally blew the other day when I was helping a friend move. With no money to cover the body work damage and liability insurance I was pretty much up sh!ts creek. The only day I could get things situated was Sat after I got off work. I called around to all the local body shops that might be able to pry my hood open so I could add some coolant and check out the damage. No one answered at any of the shops. So I figured WTH, I'll just drive by. Pulled up to parkway auto body and their garage was open but office was closed. Spoke with a gentleman named Steve, (I think) and asked if they were open, he said no but asked me what was goin on anyways. I told him my story and before I could finish he was grabbing some tools to help me out. A few minute later we had the hood open and I was able to add my coolant. He even made sure it was safe to drive off and safety tied my hood down so it wouldn't fly open. That is top notch service. I definitely will be going back for a bid to have the body work done and want to share my experience with all of you so u can experience the customer service quality I received. Nothing short of fantastic!!! :)
I had someone back their truck into my passenger side doors and well, you know what your day would be like after your brand new first car gets bumped into.
My insurance company suggested Parkway Bodyshop to get the damage sorted out. I walked in all dejected and the first thing Dave said to me (after all the pleasantries) was "Hey, atleast it's only your car and not you".
He was very diligent. His attention to detail, professionalism and calm personality were just what the doctor ordered. He didn't waste any time (mine or his) in getting the body parts for my car ordered and said that I'd get my car in precisely a week. I dropped it off last Wednesday and picked it up today. He called me up twice in the week to keep me updated about the workings on my car.
He even fixed a few scratches for me for free! Parkway BodyShop has 2 customers for life - me and my husband :o)
My car is now brand new :o)
And I am very happy :o)

I did not get an opportunity to get any work done, so my rating is based on my poor customer experience.
Their customer service is abysmal, rock bottom. I am surprised that they are surviving, let alone thriving. They don't employ a receptionist, so their arrogant technicians/estimators double as one. So one can imagine the "reception" one gets.
When I went there to get an estimate, nobody bothered to talk to me although they noticed that a customer had arrived. Then all of a sudden a person who had all along sat with his back to the lobby got up with a note pad in hand and made a sign to me to follow him. He never made eye contact! Later I learnt his name was Ron. No handshake, no intro', nothing. And we are talking of at least about three grand dollars of business!
After taking a look at the car he came back and sat at his desk, without giving me any indication of when he was going to be ready with the estimate. After waiting for 10 minutes, I told them I was in a hurry and he told the lady at the counter that she could collect my email ID.
He sent the estimate by email and I found that this place was costlier than Cook's Collision by a whopping 50% for the SAME job. They "pad" their estimates - something called judgement cost etc. When i mentioned that they were very costly, he mentioned that I was not comparing apples to apples.Well, Cook's Collision's labor rates are $ 80$/hr and this place uses 88$/hr. So you have 10% right away. When I pointed this out in my email reply, they did not like it.
It is not just the cost. What is appalling is their arrogance. When I tried calling Ron, he refused to come to the phone and the lady who took the phone mentioned that she had a customer in front of her and she could not speak to me further.
I gave further opportunity for them to respond, mentioning via email that I was waiting for their response to my questions. They have neither called me back nor replied via email.

Someone hit the back of my car and left a nice dent in my Honda. I visited 3 autobody shops, and this was the only place that they talked to me.
When you meet a team like that you know they take pride in their work. This is a family owned business.
I know I got a fair estimate and the finished job was good as new.

Really amazing. I never write comments on Yelp or other websites, but I felt compelled based on Parkway's excellent customer service, honesty and integrity to figure out how to register with Yelp and write this review. It started off when David, the owner, answered the phone before the shop opened and listened to my concern, and said he could probably fix it and bring it in. I brought it in and met Sandra - could not be nicer to deal with. The two of them assessed my car and put together a quote - the quote was hundreds of dollars lower than the other quotes I received. They indicated they would take a multi-step approach to ensure they weren't doing work that wasn't needed. They'd fix the first "code" and then see if the second "code" goes away - if not, they quoted me for the second "code" as well so that I knew all in what it might cost. Fortunately their work on the first "code" solved the problem and my car was fixed within a few hours. Truly amazing people!!! I would never go anywhere else for body work or air bag work on my car. Thank you Sandra and David for making a hectic situation, calm and affordable.

I had issue with my front bumper as it came out partially when I hit a pole while reversing my car. I was planning nag to sell the vehicle and no one was interested because of this. This guy fixed this for free and it was not a quick fix but thorough fix. He said charging for this kind of small things would be shame and said it was courtesy while other shops were charging 200 to 500 bucks to fix this.

I normally reserve Yelp to vent my 1 star ratings, but Parkway is one of the firsts to deserve 5 stars. I was astounded by the level of honesty, service and quality.
I had several shops quoting as much as they could (3k+) for some light damage to my car; however, the owner of Parkway was honest enough to give me a quote for what he would do to his own car, which was about $350. He personally gave me a ride to work in Pleasanton when I dropped the car off. At the end of the day, I was swamped with work and I wasn't able to plan a ride over there, so the owner was nice enough to pick me up after the shop was closed, on Valentines Day, to help me out with my car. On top of that, when I got to the shop, the work looked amazing. And on top of that, he said it took a little less time than expected and took off 30%!
I am amazed at how great this operation as ran and would definitely recommend going here. And this is coming from someone who LOVES nice cars and is extremely anal about quality. This is the place to go. These are the people to trust. Best shop out of the hundred or so I've had experience with, hands down.

These guys are awesome. This is the second time I got my car fixed with them. My car had dent in the rear bumper, they gave me quote for roughly 2 hr. They did amazing job on the dent , it looks like its new. These guys are very honest, I was happy with the job and I would not have even asked them if it took them 2 hr. My Honda got into a mishap where the left front wheel well liner got completely torn off. After doing research on Yelp and BBB, I went and got quotes from 3 shops; Parkway gave the lowest price out of all of them. I don't Yelp, but in this case I really owe it to Dave and Ron of Parkway Body Shop. One year ago I hit a curb which practically ripped my bumper off. I'm a Southern California girl so my car is lowered and I have parts of a body kit that need to be special ordered. My first instinct was to drive back to LA and get it fixed. I found Parkway via Yelp and took my chances. Dave took the time to look at the car, research parts then fully explain what they needed to do. I decided to go with them. One week later, my car looked flawless. He even had his crew touch up small dents.
Now, this year, someone hits and damages the same bumper. I had their insurance company go through them. Parts were ordered right away and Dave would also call and give me status updates. Again, one week later, I pick up my car and it looks extra flawless. They even repaired damage under the bumper at no charge. I mean seriously, I'm a picky person when it comes to car repairs and I'm so happy with the outcome that this shop produces. There is so much I could tell but then I'd end up writing a book.
Great owners, awesome crew, excellent outcome. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Thank you Parkway for making my 2008 Scion TC look as though it just came out of the Dealership Lot once again.

My son had a little rear bumper action while at college. After talking to AAA and checking the reviews on Parkway, decided to have the work done here in Dublin than a shop closer to my son's college. It was not a big dollar claim but Parkway was awesome and treated my claim as if it was. Great people to do business with and give them my full endorsement. If you are reading the yelp reviews, you are obviously needing to make a decision in selecting a body shop. Go with Parkway....you won't regret it.

I trust this shop. My husband's truck was quite banged up on all sides and they returned it to a new shiny vehicle again. I felt they were honest, respectful to the customers, flexible with my schedule, reasonably priced, and thorough. When I took the truck in for an estimate, they explained everything they were going to do to fix it and gave me an estimate. When I picked the truck up (Washed and vacuumed!) they took the time to show me what they had done in detail. It was very apparent they are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. If I ever need more body work done on our cars, this will be my first choice.

I went into Parkway after the rear of my car had an unfortunate encounter with my garage door, resulting in a 6 inch long,1/4 inch wide, deep gouge. Ron waited on me, giving me 2 options: he could totally repaint the hatch for $550, or I could buy a $14 tube of touch-up paint at my dealership and he would paint over the gouge for free. Not being one to jump at the chance to spend money, of course I chose the later and remarkably, you can barely see the gouge now. He was extremely professional and dropped the project he was working on to accommodate a non paying customer! I was very impressed!

Just brought my brand new Lexus (which had an unfortunate accident) to Parkway Body Shop and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone that needs body work done on their car. As my car is new a few of the parts needed to repair it are not yet released, meaning the work could not be completed for a few weeks. Ron worked with AAA to make sure I could have my car back while waiting for the final parts and with Lexus to ensure the parts would be delivered as soon as they were available. I am no longer riding around in the little death trap rental car Hertz/AAA provided me with- thank you Ron! Thank you Parkway Body Shop for making my car look beautiful again!

Dave and Ron are awesome. The customer service is great, they deliver the car as promised, and the work is fantastically fast. They assess, order parts up front, do fast, high quality work, don't gouge for money, and really are an honest body shop which is quite refreshing.
Unfortunately, I had to use them twice recently after someone backed into my truck. The first repair went flawlessly as it was a AAA member who hit me and Parkway is AAA certified. In, out, truck good as new. But the following WEEK, I got rear ended and back to the shop I go. This time, I had to handle the cost as the next person's insurance company gave me a check and I had to do the leg work. But luckily, since I had past experience with Dave and Ron, I knew the routine and BAM, just as easy as the first. Dave even went out of his way on the second to help me out with a ride to the rental car shop and stayed later one day cuz I couldn't get to his shop til after work. THANKS PARKWAY!!! You have a customer for life. No wonder you guys have been around for so many years!!!

So, I just had my fender repaired on my FORD ESCAPE from an accident I was in a year or so ago. These guys were extremely accommodating. They even gave me a 15% discount because I was paying out of pocket. Very good work. They told me up front that because I wasn't painting the door as well that they couldn't guarentee that the paint would match perfectly, but it does. You can't even tell I was in an accident. 5 stars for sure.

Parkway was fantastic. One morning I broke my passenger mirror backing out of my garage on the way to dropping my kids off at school. After taking them to schoo, I stopped by Parkway. Dave met me in the lot as I was pulling up and looked at the damage. I showed him the remnants of the mirror which included a painted plastic cover. Dave said that he could reuse the painted plastic piece and save some money. Within 10 minutes, I had a great estimate, and scheduled an appointment for the following day. My wife dropped it off the next day, went to Starbucks across the street and was back in our SUV in 20 minutes with a finished mirror. Great service and great price. We couldn't have asked for more.

So the other day my car bumper got snagged on a curb and nearly got ripped off completely. It was literally just hanging and I knew I had to take it somewhere to get fixed. I figured I was gonna have to drop some cash that day...... so I googled some shops in the area close to my work and this one had the best reviews..... not too mention it was down the street from my work, so it was pretty convenient. So I called the shop and the owner Dave told me to swing on by so he could take a look at it. So I went down there that same day on my lunch break and dropped it off and went to grab something to eat. I came back 20 minutes later and my car was as good as new! So I gave Dave a thumbs up and asked him how much I owed him.......he said "don't worry about it" ..... I tried to offer him some cash but he wouldn't take it? He said "small things like that they usually will just take care of it on the house"!!!! That made my day :) I'm definitely coming back to this place again. Never thought it was possible to get a free service in a recession!!! LOL

The best experience at an auto repair shop ever. The owner is very patient and helpful. He totally understands that I don't want to spend a lot of money on my car and I just want it to be safe to drive. Parking in SF sucks! Drivers parked in parallel spaces don't seem to give a f*ck about the cars they're in between. They back into cars and they pull out with no care in the world about the other car. Unfortunately, I was on the other end and my precious rear end was scraped once again by another SF driver. It almost makes valet parking worth it if I don't have to parallel park there. Almost.
So I called my insurance and asked them what I needed to do. They provided me a list of autobody shops to take it to in my area. All I needed to do was drop the car off and let them take care of it. I went to a few shops to get a feel of them. A lot of the ones that I went to were pretty upscale and tailored toward high end clients. Initially, I thought this would be the way that I would go, but then I found out that they weren't too flexible, they couldn't fit my car in for another 3 weeks, or they just didn't have time to give me an estimate. I went to Parkway and was not readily impressed, compared with the other shops, but they did have that 'Mom & Pop' feel to them. Sandra was also very accommodating at fulfilling additional requests. Their estimate actually came in about $250 less than what the upscale place was charging. But since I was covered by my insurance, it didn't really matter...but it's good to know their quotes are more reasonable. I also needed my front grill repainted as well, and she said she'd take care of it.
After some deliberation, I decided to drop it off with Parkway as they fit my schedule, they were close, and they'd do the additional work for very little more. It took several days to get it ready, but it was ready for pickup when she said it would. It came out brand spanking new; the whole bumper was repainted. The bumper scrapes were nowhere to be found and my grill no longer looked chipped. To top it off, they included the grill work at no charge, even though I was all prepared to pay for it. I'll definitely bring my business back to Parkway Body Shop. They exemplified great customer service.

I recently worked with Dave and Ron at Parkway to have the whole front of my Altima rebuilt due to an accident and their workmanship, patience, delivery time, management, customer care and honesty were excellent. It is difficult to find a body shop that you can trust will do what is best for your car and Parkway's work ethic is stellar. They used their discretion in working with my insurance and requesting new parts v. refurbished parts when they felt the refurbs were below par, the delivery date was almost a day early, they saved my used parts for me to see, they addressed all my questions and took their time with me. Thank you Parkway - I will def. be recommending you to my friends and family!

i recently got in an accident (not my fault!!) and needed a place to take my car in for repairs. i am super picky about the work done on my car so i asked around to see what places people recommended. this was one of them. luckily, they are state farm approved (and AAA approved too) so it made it easier with the claim process too.
they had my car for a couple of weeks to fix the front bumper, passenger side fender, wheel well, and headlight. they did a great job with it all. i was hoping they would repaint the hood to paint match the new parts, but they did a good job of matching the new stuff to the exising hood. they were understanding of my request to use all new, OEM parts (although no used parts were available so it didn't matter anyway).
the woman that works there, sasha (i think), is very friendly and they were flexible with my car pick up. they close at 4:30 on weekdays so i had to leave the car there an extra day to get my car in the morning.
i'm glad to have my car back! :D

Hated that my car was hit, but these guys did a fantastic repair job! Worked with me and the offender's insurance company so I had no hassles. Offered to take me to the rental car place and bring me back. Car was ready earlier than expected and looked brand new again! Super friendly, efficient and trustworthy. I had quite a bit of damage on the bumper, front quarter panel, and two doors. After about two weeks in the shop the car looks like new. I was very happy with the work done and the time it took for 4k in damages. My rear window tint was scratched during the repair, but they were willing to reimburse me after I had the tint replaced. Overall a great experience.

I got rear-ended in my Acura TL and my bumper got out of position just a bit. For various reasons, I did not want to burden the person who hit me and decided to get it fixed on my own. The first body shop (recommended by my service center) gave me an estimate of $180 for the realignment. They said they need to remove the entire bumper and replace some parts. So seeing all the good reviews on Yelp, I want to Parkway BS. The person there took one look at it and said he would try to fix it right away. He called one of his mechanics and they were able to realign and put the bumper back into place within 5 mins! He could have easily charged me even $150 and told me the same thing about the bumper needing to be removed and I would have agreed. However, this honest owner refused to take any money for his work. So, here I am doing my good deed and recommending these guys whole heartedly. I think you definitely owe yourself at least an estimate with these guys before you decide. Thank you for reading.
