After the a not-so-good initial meeting to have this collision center repair a mistake they made and writing a review on yelp, the owner did contact me personally through messages and corrected the mistake. You have got to give it up for a company/owner to admit a mistake after one of the managers went a certain way. Much respects to Mark at Chico Collision Auto Repair. If you have an issue, bring it up to him and he will certainly make it right.

We had have had several minor repairs done by Chico Collision and they have always been fantastic! Fast, efficient and exceptional of quality work. Our 5-year old BMW X5 was recently pelted in a windstorm. The front windshield and the majority of the car was left dull and pitted. Mark got it looking like new again! We are thrilled with the result and could not speak more highly about the work that they do. Thank you!!!

I needed to get some minor damage repaired on the driver's side of my car and I had heard these folks did good work. I took my car to a couple of shops and Chico Collision Center not only came in with the lowest bid, they said they could have my car fixed up in the least amount of time. Chico Collision Center delivered on every one of their promises, and they even polished both my headlights! The office staff was courteous and friendly and my car looks great again. What more could I ask for? Great job, Chico Collision Center!

Not long after buying my car I hit a deer. (or the deer hit me) My insurance company recommended Chico Collision. I got my car in quickily, they helped me set up a rental and the repairs were done. The car looks great and the staff was really helpful. I tell all my friends to go to Chico Collision.

I had an incredible experience at Chico Collision in Chico CA. I have a BMW that was recently hit so I called the connoisseurs at Chico Collision. I might be a ‘little’ meticulous but Mark, Sharon and Kim exceeded my expectations. Honesty, integrity and respect come to mind when I mention Chico Collision to family and friends. I was amazed at how fast my car was repaired. In addition, they give a Life Time National warranty. When you’re there, you’re family….

Extremely helpful/caring staff and great work! They fixed a big dent on the side of my car and now it looks amazing- just like new! They also did some extra work on a problem I'd been having with my windows and only charged me for half of the labor time. They also send text updates throughout the whole process so you're in the loop. AND, in about a month or so they will wax and polish my new paint, free of charge. Overall, this was a great experience and I recommend using this company if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing car repair.

I have been taking my cars into Chico Collision for over 25 years. There service is second to none. My car always looks like new when they are done. Mark, Garrett and Cheri are an excellent team. They are professional, friendly and courteous. Their staff is extremely hard working and they do a marvelous job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!
