We became acquainted with A & Wiltz when my wife's parked car was hit twice by other drivers this last spring. I was out of town at the time and my wife gets a bit frantic when events like this happen. It was difficult to get straight answers from anyone, most especially State Farm, who was the insurer for all the vehicles involved.
Enter Amanda at A & Wiltz. My wife found Amanda to be experienced, honest and a straight shooter. Amanda held my wife's hand through the whole process and the work was done impeccably.
Fast forward to a few weeks ago when my wife's parked car was hit yet again, this time by my own mother (is this car cursed?). Because of our positive earlier experience, we called Amanda and brought the car in for an assessment. Knowing that we wanted to see if we could do this without involving insurance, she gave us her best price. Upon talking to State Farm, they recommended that we take the car to a State Farm certified shop. The new shop quoted a price that was 2.5X higher than A & Wiltz! In fact I told the second body shop A & Wiltz' price and they said there is no way they could get anywhere near that price.
We ended up taking the car back to A & Wiltz where Ray, Bill and their team did a perfect job again. We noticed a minor bubble when we did the inspection and Ray insisted on holding the car for another day and respraying to get the job perfect.
When we picked up the car the next day, it was indeed perfect. Ray said that if there were any other issues (e.g., wind noise, etc.) just to bring it back. He insisted that he wanted us to be completely satisfied.
More than satisfied, we were blown away by their professionalism and service. I have no reservation whatsoever in recommending A & Wiltz if you have auto body needs.

Very satisfied with the attention and professionalism I found here.
After a morning of going from one body shop in the area to another,
I arrived here during their lunch hour, the office manager was friendly and helpful
and had someone helping me right away.
As I was having a bit of sticker shock over the quotes to replace the smashed
drivers side mirror I had gotten so far, the gentleman took the time to explain to me
why it was so much and matched my lowest estimate, well actually the second lowest, but the people at the other place did not speak English and wrote the estimate on the back of a business card.
i am confident that I've found an honest and reliable body shop in my neighborhood . It was no surprise at all to see all the other great reviews! I will return once I can spend the money for the replacement.

The team at A & Wiltz Auto body is awesome! They really care and follow through with their customers. Ray and his team of expert body shop technicians go above and beyond and do such an amazing job repairing cars! I have a 2014 CLA 250 and I was extremely satisfied with the results when I picked up my car. Ray went out of his way to make sure i was happy with everything and would call me to give me updates on the status of my vehicle!
Definitely recommend them for repairing any type of vehicle!
Also, he did an amazing job with my tint!

I take my car to Ray at A&Wiltz Autobody anytime I need work on my car. I drive a 3 series BMW and only trust the best when it comes to my car. They set the expectation when you drop your car off and always come through on time with top of the line work. I would recommend this shop to all my family and friends hands down. I accidentally backed up my Mazda CX-5 into a pickup truck in a parking lot. Therefore, my lift gate was damaged. I was referred to here by my dealer. Amanda gave me a quote that was lower than all the other body shops I asked. I dropped my car off on a Monday and got a text message saying my car was ready to be picked up on Thursday afternoon. The job was done very well. They also cleaned my car, which was really nice. Their office was not as clean as it should be and I was kinda scared by that. But in the end I have to say the place is trustworthy. I highly recommend this place.

I have had a few accidents over the last 10-12 years and I have always brought my car to a&wiltz . Ray is such a nice guy he will go above & beyond to accommodate and they do a superb job. My car has always looked brand new after they work on it. Amanda. The office manager is awesome!! She's on top of everything & always answers all my ?s and responses back to my call about my car. I would recommend this body shop to anyone who wants good customer service and quality work done on their car .

After going around with Geico for three months on the value of my 1997 Dinan M3 we finally settled at a fair amount but they still considered the car totaled and salvage. The high end body shop said it wasn't repairable and refused to work on it. That's when someone turned me on to Ray. Ray not only repaired the car so that the damage was invisible but he did the work for half of the other shop's estimate. since then he's done other body work on the car all very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Service 5/5 the people are great and easy to talk to. Time 5/5 the job was done in the time estimated Job 5/5 ever thing look great. My car came back clean even my lights came back clean and clear. Went in to get my bummer fixed on one car and fenders and a scrap on my 4 runner.
