Amazing! Got into an accident in St Helena. They have been absolutely awesome. They call twice a week to keep me updated. They made certain I got the best parts for my car, and were incredible in dealing with my insurance company.

Worst experience I have ever had at a body shop. Stay far away. They charged me an extra $300 for work I asked them not to do. Would not refund my money and held my truck until I paid for the service I requested them not to provide. These people are crooks.
P.S. Carl's Body Shop keeps requesting to remove this add. It is for the correct location and an accurate description of my experience. $300 for a 5 mile tow.

I got two flat tires and after calling multiple people with high quotes and rude people. I finally reached this shop. Everyone was so incredibly nice. The man who picked up my car was very professional. Highly recommend them to anyone! The price beat everyone I talked to as well. And as an extra bonus they arrived exactly when they said they would and came as soon as possible. Can't thank you all enough!!

These guys are the best! Fortunately, I have not been in many (2 now) wrecks in my life, but earlier this year I was, and nobody was injured. My car was taken here and they did a fantastic job. Yesterday, 2 months after the repair, I took my car in because I was hearing a noise near the part on the car that was fixed in the accident. Not only did they fix the noise, but they also emptied the back of my SUV which was full of cardboard and plastic from a recent wine bottling AND washed my car! FREE!! Customer for life!! I just hope wrecks don't happen more often now. Thank you to everyone at Carl's!!!

We rolled up right at lunch time, but Kelton McCaffrey, the manager of the Body Shop, came out, interrupting his lunch hour, to give us an estimate on the damage to our car. After lunch, he emailed us estimates, as promised. I haven't gotten any work done, but as far as customer service goes, Mr. McCaffrey was great.
