I have known Skipper since grammar school. I even worked for his dad when he built this building many years ago. He took care of my Mom's cars for the last 25-30 years and always took great care of her needs since I lived out of state. Always gives you the best advice and will repair your vehicle just like he was doing it for his own family.

They have taken care of 2001 Neon for years and have always given me good service, letting me know when something needs to be done. They have great mechanics (Bill often works on my car, he's very knowledgable!). I'm on my second set of tires from there and always get the service package that gets me free oil changes & tire rotations, and once a new tire for free! Some coworkers think they are a little over priced but they take good care of me so I'm a loyal customer.

Only go here if you want to get preached to about how he's been in the business 40 years... You'd think after that long he'd have figured out how to mount tires! Owner is extremely petty and rude, he behaves like a four year old having a temper tantrum. Prices for mounting are very high. Only ranking redeeming quality is that the workers actually mounting the tires are nice, but that hardly makes up for the horrible owner.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff firstly, but I came in for a tire puncture from a nail and found that the price of great service is a little high, try about $29 to get the repair/ although it was a patch and not a plug repair I found myself in need of the repair and the location was very convenient. I also felt a little more educated on the subject but As a consumer who has had this repair before I thought the price was high. I will be watching the road a little better not to have the issue again. Again great service but a little costly.

Needed four tires for my Tundra and checked three places around town. All were close in price and I chose Dixie Tire because it was closer to my workplace. I dropped the truck off around 11am and they had it ready to go around 2pm.

Flying on the on I85 highway, something pierced one of my tires between Duncan and Spartanburg. Flashy lights blinking on the dash, no air in the rear left tire, and neither spare nor emergency repair kit on hand. I wend off the highway into Spartanburg and found Dixie Tire and Automotive - the rubber of my flat already hot. They took care of me / my car even though they had a full schedule. It took 30 min. and I was back on the road. Friendly, great service and fair price. Thanks again!!!

Blew a tire on my car on route to Atlanta, and Dixie tire on Main Street took care of me. I had VIP service including a ride from the owner to Enterprise car rental. They even opened up their shop on a Sunday for me to retrieve my vehicle on the way back from Atlanta. Simply stellar, concierge service with integrity.

Got tires swapped out. They didnt seal one of the tires properly and said they would fix it for a price. I alreay paid 120 to do it in the first place. They wonT admit they were wrong and waive the charge. Never again will I go there for anything.
