Brad's Collision Center repainted my workhorse 97 Pathfinder's hood to perfection! The magicians at Brad's did an incredible job of matching the dark green pearl and gold metal flake. Another paint-shop wanted to feather the color into the pristine fenders. No! destroying the lustrous factory clear-coat seemed a bad idea to me. Brad's removed my sun damaged, hot engine baked, speckled, silvery hood and stripped it to the metal. When I arrived to pick up my SUV, it glistened in the bright sun from hood to tail. They had even washed and polished it. The best part, is the lifetime limited warranty on the paint is invaluable for a vehicle in the sun 24-7. The body shop replaced missing fender clips due to an exploding back tire. You can get a good paint job at other shops. The operation runs smoothly from the minute you drop off your car until the minute you pick it up. There time estimate was right on the dot and they gave us regular text messages keeping us up-to-date as our car went through each step. As an unfortunate consequence of driving in Phoenix for the last 10 years or so, I've had the pleasure of having not one, not two, but three knuckle-dragging simians run into my vehicle while it was standing still at a red light. Sometimes they hit me directly, other times they hit each other first and then flew into me, but I've always ended up going to Brad's to get things repaired.
In my experience so far, I've run the spectrum from same-day repairs of minor scuffs to half-a-month long ordeals where lots of work was required to get us back to like-new. Each and every time, Brad's has taken exceptional care of my ride, from start to finish. Their office staff have always been friendly, accommodating and reliable when it comes to lead times, pricing and everything else. They've even worked with the rental agency (co-located on the same lot) to get me deals on the rental while my car was being worked and once even ate part of the rental cost themselves. Talk about going the extra mile for a repeat customer in order to make things right for them. How many repair shops would do that?
Repairs have always been top notch, including paint, body, chassis and interior work. I've never had to return for anything, and I've never seen anything but fantastic quality on all three instances where I took my damaged vehicle to Brad's. These guys are extremely competent at their trade and my ride has always looked amazing when they were finished working their magic.
I have freely referred friends and colleagues here and have passed up offers from at-fault drivers' insurance companies for expedited services elsewhere. In my mind, there's no substitute for Brad's and I wouldn't even think of shopping around the next time some thoughtless neanderthal hits my car and it needs to be patched up.

Growing up in the auto industry Im always skeptical when turning over my vehicle for someone else to do the work. Im not what one would consider an "easy" customer, but they took good care of me. From Clark's estimate to the delivery, was smooth as butter. My case wasnt "normal" as I wanted to do some customization work myself which is outside the norm. They handled it amazingly.
Great work! Hopefully I dont need a body shop again, if I do, Ill be going back here.

I had $8800 of body damage on my 2007 Ford F150. Brads Collision shop repaired the vehicle in under two weeks and I have to say they are a 5 star collision shop. My truck has a unique paint color and everything matches and it looks brand new. I especially like their automated text messages advising me what stage of repair my vehicle was in. Thanks Brad.

Even though my insurance carrier said i didn't have to, I went to several local shops to get a feel for how much needed to be repaired. I had front-end damage. Brad's was prompt, courteous, and easy to work with. I had relatively small damage to my car that was covered by insurance. The insurance company had assessed the damage and provided me with a written estimate of what they thought it would cost to repair the damage. Brad's DVC did their own evaluation and agreed that they could do the work for what the insurance company was willing to pay. They ordered the needed part and called me when it came in. I took the car in the next day, in the late afternoon, so they could start on it early the next morning. They called the next day, midafternoon, and said it was ready for me to pick up. The work was looked good. There was no perceptable difference between the new part and the existing parts of the car body.

My recent experience with Brad's Deer Valley Collision was excellent. I worked with Clark, and found him to be very professional and knowledgeable about the repair work that needed to be done. His estimate was very competitive with other quotes I received, and the work was completed a day earlier than promised. Best of all, the quality of the repairs and paint was outstanding. Although I hope I never need body work done on my vehicles in the future, if I do, I will be sure to contact Brad's Deer Valley Collision first.

Took my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with about 10k miles to Brad's Collision. They did a mediocre job on the body work, I can pick out a few spots where i can tell it doesn't look like factory, and they made a point to disagree with me... I eventually got them to apply clear coat in the door jamb because they completely forgot. But not before arguing that they would have had no reason to do any body work there in the first place... They were also too lazy to remove the door in order to reapply the clear coat completely, so I can still tell where they taped it off. When we got the jeep back it was absolutely filthy inside, it's like they sanded the body/paint without taping anything off in the interior. They vacuumed the seats, and it looks like they tried to sponge up some of the dust. It took me about 3 1/2 hours to detail it and I still feel like I didn't get all of it. They denied they caused any interior damage. They cut an interior panel when removing the rear quarter panel glass in the cargo area, broke a floor panel, used the wrong weather-stripping clips (so the weather-stripping kept falling off), and broke the flashlight that's built into the panel they cut. After confronting them, they replaced the panel they cut, and used new weather-stripping clips (which I had to come back twice for). The floor panel they claim they didn't break so they refused to replace that. And the flashlight is pretty janky, it's a click-in / click-out type, let's just say it's difficult to get in and out now. They told me to take it to the dealer to see if they'd replace what they "didn't" break. Weeks later I noticed that they applied the clear plastic corner crooked (located on the bottom of the rear door - helps protect against rock chips) - no attention to detail... Just go somewhere else!
