I bought the full bumper paint and fix from Group On.
Scheduling was very easy through email. They were very responsive even it was holiday season.
Tech arrived on time. He was kind and professional. My car was wet when he arrived since it was raining for 2 days. He took time to dry it properly and work on it meticulously. It took about 4 hours for the whole repair process.
I am very satisfied with the end result. Color match mad how the bumper looks compared to before are amazing.

First time using this company, I found them through yelp. I had them work on two of my cars. My Acura TSX had paint touch ups and headlight restoration(they look new now!).
My other car is my Nissan GTR, the front lip had some scratches from a curb and rock chips. The work they put into it was amazing! It looks like I bought a brand new front lip. I couldn't belive how nice it came out once it was all done.
They came to my work on time and had the cars done within a few hours for each visit. Would recommend them and will use them again in the future. Do not hesitate to call.

(don't trust them they don't have any customer service and they don't care about customer do you have a fake review here.)i was contact to this guys and he was asked me pic from my bumper accident for quart and i send him pic from my both bumper and after 24hr he emailed me back whit price finally we schedule some appointment with him and he asked my address and I was send him address and first he didn't accept my address and I told you I have electricity and you don't have any problem and he emailed me back after we fixed the time and date he said confirmed I have proof for all of this conversation.
we are schedule appointment for 8:30 his employee came at 9:20 and he told me he cant do this job for the price because its 2 bumper after i call him he didn't accept his fall because he didn't check well.
after we talk i accept his price and i said lets do it i was give the key to his employee to finish the job we talked abut and we accept both but he came after 5min and he give me a key because his bus said leave the job because customer from beginning unhappy and I don't want to work with unhappy customer because I have to protect my business.
and when you check his yelp he going with 55 review and all of them five star. I figure out all the stars and reviews fake because they don't have any customer service and you don't care about customer. if anyone here need to proof from our conversation by email I can give you guys and you guys figure out why am writing this review.

Had an amazing experience with PMP, I had bought a used car a little over a week ago and I was so bothered by all the scratches on my rear bumper. Had a 2009 BMW 328i fixed by (Rich?) last April. I ran into a pole, a curb, other cars while parallel parking-- you get the picture. The bumper was ruined. I wanted to sell the car, but no one would buy it if they saw the damage. Rich fixed it up to look like new. Amazing! I sold the car the very next week and they never knew!
The work took less than an hour. I drove to Vegas the very next day and everything stayed in tact.

I have used Pacific Paint match on 2 different occasions and because of a recent mishap this weekend, I might be using them again! They always delivery impeccable service. The first time they came out I was having a dent/scratch repaired on the back left side of my car. I purchased the $250 voucher and they repaired the damage and it looked as good as new! I saw they had great reviews on all types of vehicles from high end to standard, so they know what they are doing! :)
The second time I used them, was a result of someone rear ending me at a stop light. They had left very minor indentations in my back bumper, but it was enough that it bothered me and I purchased the voucher through groupon again and had incredible service once again!
Third time around, this time it was my fault I pulled too far in and scratched the underneath of my bumper, its not anything you can really see but I know its there and I am debating on having it fixed. I emailed pictures to rick and got a response within 30 minutes, I would recommend them to anyone. They are very honest and doing amazing work!

I saw that Pacific Match Paint had an amazing 5-star review on yelp...thought I'd give it a try.
I e-mailed and Rich replied shortly, giving me a proper quote with a few options. I chose to go with $50 paint touch-up for my chipped bumper. I had 5 marks around my rear bumper from carelessly removing something from my trunk. Rich was able to come out the very next day at 11AM.
Upon arriving, Rich took a look at the car and said he'd be done in about 20 minutes. Sure enough after 20 minutes I came back out to see that the chips had disappeared! I believe Rich is a true professional at what he does and I highly recommend his service to anyone, thanks again Rich!

Super impressed and i am not easy to impress. Scheduled a full detail 2 weeks out after finding a discount online and was impressed from the beginning. Chatted over my needs and general pricing, Rep was careful to cover over pricing outlining and possible additional charges ... love that! They called to confirm a day prior to chat further about event and then called as they were heading over the next day. Upon arrival fully outlined what to expect with dent pull and pricing for detail. Did an amazing job at pulling my bumper dent, filled in all scratches along w full detail for mid band on original price quote.
What impressed me most was their attention to detail, the setting of expectation and the fact that my car looked show room perfect upon completion! Please add a car wash service so i dont need to go anywhere else ... ever!

I got a groupon deal to fix my car from these guys and I'm so happy I did! So being stupid and terrible at parallel parking, I managed to rip my plastic bumper against a pole. After cursing that pole to damnation, I figured I should do some research to find somewhere that would fix the damage at a reasonable price. Two quotes put it at a replaced bumper and $900 which is almost a months rent and wasn't gonna fly. I found this place for $275 and got my entire bumper welded back together and repainted. It looks brand new! I was so happy with their work and the price, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to fix cosmetic damage. They also buffed out some light scratches I had on my trunk from the 11-year old kid I watch's trombone which wasn't part of our deal at all! Great quality, service and price. Can't beat that!

I want to start by saying thank you. I found Pacific Paint Match online and contacted them based on the great reviews. I had a couple paint chips on my GTI that we're bugging me. I also had a pretty moderate blemish on my front bumper that I bought the car with (likely from a parking block). I am a car enthusiast, tuner & 200% OCD! I assumed the only option for the bumper was a complete refinish and re-spray. I met with proprietor Rich for an estimate. He assured me he could make the repair undetectable and referred me to the Bugatti repair on his website. One man's Bugatti is another man's VW. I brought my car back a few days later for the chip touch-up and apprehensively gave him a shot at the curb rash. I dropped the car off and asked him to take care of my car... Actually instructed him to not park my car next to any other car. I am very particular and borderline obsessive. I found a suitable spot upon dropping the car off that Rich assured me was now a parking spot if it wasn't before. And then he surrounded my car with bright green cones. I went back to work knowing my car was in good hands... When I came back that evening my car was parked in two spaces surrounded by those green cones (thank you Rich! You have no idea). There are no words to explain the quality of the repair. They literally erased the damage. Perfect color, tint & metallic match. Paint chip touch ups were on point too! The quality workmanship and the unbelievable level of service/accommodations blew me away. This experience as a whole is very rare these days. Trust that anybody's decision to do business with this company is a good one. Thank you once again.

I purchased this Living Social coupon at a 50% discount ($250 for $500) for full bumper restoration thinking I was getting a great deal. Unfortunately in this case you get what you pay for! This is nothing more than a patch job, not a true permanent fix. I should have known better when they repair your bumper outdoors in few hours, and had to keep redoing the work due to obvious uneven paint imperfections. After 2 years, paint is dull and peeling. Do not even think about adding vinyl wrap, 3M 1080 will take this right off. I have another bumper repaired by professional autobody shop and no issues whatsoever with 3M Vinyl. Furthermore this company's limited lifetime warranty is a joke. No details about it whatsoever in website. 3M Vinyl wrap apparently not covered! Suffice it to say the owner has nothing but blameful excuses for why its your fault. If you don't plan on keeping your car very long and don't care about the person you are selling it to then maybe this works for you. Otherwise, save your money and go to a real body shop and get the job done right the first time. Lesson learned.

The bumper was damaged from hitting a fence and scraping of a high curb. If there is a slight wait for your appointment it is worth the wait. When I received a Groupon email offering half off their normal rate plus reading the reviews about their service here on Yelp I decided to try Pacific Match Paint for some front bumper repair on my 2003 Toyota Tundra.....I was impressed by the professional service I received and the outstanding quality of work performed at my location rather than having to drive to a repair shop, drop off my vehicle, wait for several days to get it back, and arrange for transportation to get home and pick it up. PMP did an outstanding job within 3 hours of arriving...PMP employee was very customer service oriented, very courteous, and very professional...I was also impressed by cleanliness of the company vehicle and how organized everything was....bottom line, I HIGHLY recommend Pacific Match Paint :)

Scraped the side of my 2010 Dodge Challenger a couple of weeks ago and boy was I sick about it. Found these guys on Yelp and sent them a pic of the damage via email, received a quote (very reasonable) the same day and scheduled a time a week later for one of their guys to come out and do the repair.
Rich was very easy to work with via e-mail and I was pretty skeptical about the quality of service but figured that they had plenty of good reviews here on Yelp so decided to give them a go.
Ben arrived and worked on the car the entire day. Took his time and repaired and painted the side of the car. He did an awesome job. I felt bad that he was here late still working on it. Anyway, I am very pleased with the repair and would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone I know.

I scrapped my bumper on a pole a year ago and finally got around to fixing it. My bumper is also low to the ground and underneath the bottom it got all scrapped up on curbs pretty bad.
Glenn smoothed out the bottom and the spot where i hit the pole and repainted the bumper. It came out looking like new. Their mobile service is pretty convenient. You don't have to deal with at least a day of not having a car if you go to a normal body shop. That and the price are what sold me on these guys.
Glenn is a nice guy and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work. It was nice to meet and chat with the person working on my car instead of just the person at the body shop who writes up the repair orders. I will be sure to use these guys for other service I may need in the future.

These guys were wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to fix minor dents and scratches on a budget. The service was very streamlined. I emailed Rich with pictures of my vehicle, and he was able to provide me with an estimate without me having to take my car to the shop. The estimate was galaxies below the cost other shops had quoted me for the repairs. I was able to get an appointment to have the repairs made only days after I received my estimate. I dropped my car off for repairs in the morning, and they had it done by the time I got off of work. Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be going back to these guys if I need any more scratches or dents repaired.

Honestly I was a bit apprehensive about the quality of work I was going to receive for the prices I was quoted, especially after getting quotes from full body shops. I was actually a bit hesitant to even try such an operation especially having worked in the auto industry for almost 8 years. As a result I have seen some of the most amazingly good as well as some shockingly bad auto body work over the years. Generally speaking in the event I even need body work I have no problem paying a premium to have it done right the first time vs paying half price and getting half price results.
With that said, amazingly the end results exceeded all of my expectations. Rich was upfront and honest about my options and quoted me very fairly for the work done. I think his estimate of the touch up being roughly 50-60% perfect (depending on the paint of course) vs their in house service being "like new" is a very good gauge for what service you should choose.
I think if you have a small scratch or chip that is in an inconspicuous location, or you are just an average person looking for a quick fix for that parking lot ding! Their standard touch up service will be more than satisfactory for your needs especially for the price....
However if you are like myself and are rather particular about the condition of your vehicles their in house service is definitely the way to go. Having used both services I would guess the majority would be very pleased with the touch up services. While someone who is more of a pain in the ass like myself is better off going with their in house service from the get go.
Cliffs Notes:
This place is awesome! especially for the price. I think you will be hard pressed to find a better option for the price. Assuming you need minor work odds are you will spend half of what you would going to a full collision repair shop and probably have your car back in half the time too.

After "screwing the pooch" by short-cutting an entry into my garage and brushing the cabinets I needed a body shop to fix my 4 month old car. I sniffed out Pacific thru an online coupon offer for "bumper repair".
My incident had tore the paint (no dents or tears into the bumper) so my repair was on the minor side relatively speaking. Tech Glenn arrived and began to do his thing. There were various stages (i.e. sanding, obtaining a color match recipe, painting, clear-coating etc) of which I observed some.
About 3.0 hours later my car looked as good as new as promised. Glenn was very informative about the process and his experience and took great care in repairing my vehicle.
There isn't much worse than damaging your brand new vehicle in the first few months you own it but getting it fixed for an affordable rate was much appreciated. I can't recommend this place enough.

I will never again use anyone else. We purchased a complete bumper repaint on our Range Rover on groupon and ultimately, they gave us the same price on both bumpers. Combined, it was still less than half the price the dealer would have charged us for one bumper. In fact, they also refinished three of our four wheels that were in pretty bad shape, perfectly fixed a small tear in our interior leather, buffed out a scrape on one side of our wheel well and pulled out a dent on the other, all for less than $1000. they came to our home fairly quickly after making the purchase and their mobile machine mixed the paint for a perfect match. They were courteous and professional and I understand they are the ones that actually do the work for the dealer at what he says is less than half the cost, I think it is one third.

A solid five stars for the boyz at Pacific Match Paint!
I had a rear bumper with a good ding and some scratches on it. After some e-mails with Rich for general info and to provide some photos of the damage, I decided to go with PMP utilizing one of their Groupon discount offers.

I hardly write reviews on Yelp but with the experience I had with Rich, I had to write one! Dented the rear bumper of my 370Z and Rich and his crew fixed it in under five hours and it looks brand new. One of the guys on the crew, Ben, even dropped me off at the Irvine spectrum and picked me up while they worked on my car- if that's not customer service I don't know what is! I wish I could give PMP the more than 5 stars they deserve! i totally lucked out when I saw my neighbor having a big hole in his bumper repaired right in his driveway. I showed Rich my Volvo XC90 headlights, so clouded & corroded it was rediculous, and he said "No problem! $150 they'll look brand new." I booked him right away. I've been sitting on getting my bumper repaired for my '08 Mazda CX 7 for the past 2 years. I managed to get one quote within that time frame, and I was surprised to hear that it would cost me $1000 to get my scratched bumper repaired. This sounded a bit extreme for me, so I decided to wait to get it done. Luckily for me, I managed to pick up the Living Social deal.
I left a message for PMP, and Rich returned my call the next day. They were pretty booked for the next 3 weeks, but it just so happened they had a cancellation, and were able to fit me in the following Wednesday.
Ben came out to my workplace, surveyed the condition of my bumper, and told me he would have it fixed in about 4 hours. I came back late in the afternoon to see that my scratched up bumper looked brand new. Ben even managed to touch up some scuffs on the rear bumper which was an extra added touch! I highly recommend PMP for any cosmetic work, scratches, dings...you name it! I'll definitely be coming back to them!

I just bought an X5, that had some bumper and body sctratches. Even though the car is 11 years old, the tech was able to either touch up the paint or buff it out....and my car looks new! I was able to handle reservations and correspondance by email, with fast replys. INCREDIBLE!!! Emailed Rich photographs of my Lexus and he was able to give me rough estimate on the repair by email. Scheduled the appointment and was going to wait for the repair, but Rich went the extra mile to drive me to work and even offered to pick me up. That's customer service!!! The repair was better than any bodyshop I've taken my car too at a fraction of the cost!!

I recently purchased a Living Socials coupon for a bumper repair on my '03 GMC Yukon. Richard came to my office (very convenient) and surveyed the damage. He spent about half an hour trying to move the broken bits around to see if a repair was possible. He was able to get everything back into the original alignment, but knowing I was getting my truck painted soon, recommended I just have them paint the bumper too. He didn't want to spend his time & my money if he couldn't achieve the results they strive for. No charge for the trip or his time. Amazing. That kind of customer service is hard to find in today's world, and I highly recommend them!!

I got a voucher from OC Register for a bumper refinish and repair. The quality of work was amazing. My front bumper on my BMW looks as good as new. They were also able to redo a hack paint job I had done by some less than professionals. My mistake on that one. Luckily I found PMP to help my car recover. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Truly a terrific find. Rich and Glenn did wonderful work. We got estimates for a fender repair that were three times what PMP charged. The work was perfect, and they did it in just a day. We followed up with a Detail job at our home, and the car looks new. We couldn't be more pleased.

Nothing but positive feedback for technician Glenn of Pacific Match Paint (mobile bodyshop), and the stupendous job he did repairing my bumper. He was on time, courteous and represented Pacific Match Paint well. He worked his magic in just 4 hours! He deserves 10 stars! I bought a voucher on Amazon and figured it would only partially cover the repair cost. When Glenn was finished, I couldn't believe it when I asked Glenn if I owed any more money and he said the voucher covered the entire repair. Even without the voucher discount, the cost would have been reasonable. I highly recommend Pacific Match Paint!

First off the service I received from Pacific Match Paint was AMAZING & REMARKABLE!! I called early in the morning on a Monday and was in dire need of getting the scrape on my bumper fixed. I was shock that I received a call back from Rich who was very professional on the phone and was able to get me a spot to get the repair fixed at my office and the tech was due to arrive in less than an hour. My tech was Ben and he was very professional. Dressed in a Pacific Match Paint shirt so that he was easily recognizable and had a truck with the company information on it. This is very reassuring, because the last thing I would want to deal with would be an unprofessional company that look liked it was being ran out the garage of someone's home. Ben didn't ask very many questions, he had already looked at the damage, knew exactly what his job was, how he was going to do it, and went straight to work. Few hours later, and it was like nothing ever occurred!! The job was beyond Fantastic, and it looked as if nothing ever happened. I am definitely above and beyond satisfied with the service I received and I will definitely be doing business with them again. I am already setting up service for my second vehicle so it can be repaired. GREAT JOB!!!!!

Pacific Match Paint did a FANTASTIC job repairing and refinishing my badly damaged bumper. Their tech, Ben, arrived on time, was very neat and polite and made the bumper on my Infiniti G look new again. It couldn't have been more convenient since they come to your location. I had purchased a coupon on the internet for the service, but even if I had paid the full price of $499, it would still have been considerably less than estimates I had received elsewhere. I am recommending them to all my friends.

I had a very pleasant experience with PMP !! I had a fender bender on the passenger side of my White camry and it was looking very ugly.. I stumbled across the Groupon for $250 and based on other reviews from Yelp, I went ahead with the purchase. I scheduled appointment with Rich and he explained all the details / options. Though they come to your place and do the job, I didnt opt in since I live in an apartment and dont want to mess up anything. I dropped my car around 9.30 am and I had a warm reception from Glenn. He reprioritized the job for the day and gave preference to mine since I drove almost 30 miles.. In order to kill time (since the whole job takes more than 3 hours), he drove me to a nearby mall and picked me up back once I am done. When I came back, I couldnt believe my eyes.. There is no trace of the crack in the bumper. He went beyond the expectations and took care of all other small scratches around. My car is shining and it looks as if like new.. Glenn is a very knowledgeable in the work he is doing, I completely felt that my car is in safe hands.. I would definitely recommend the work to my friends and I wish they extend the same service to all their customers..

Rich and his guys are great. Give them a call if you need some minor body work done on your car. I had a fender bender and were refereed to them by a friend. Ben came by and did the job. He did a great job and the price was fair. I think their office in in Laguna Hills but they service all of Orange County because I live in Santa Ana and they still came to my house and fixed my car.
