My 1 year old car with on 10K on it had a chip that spread to a crack. I called the dealer and they recommended Best Glass.
I called; the person on the phone (Mary) could not have been more helpful. She called the insurance company got all info in line and set the appointment for the next day.
The installer showed up within the time frame agreed on. Had the windshield replaced in less than an hour.
Cannot get better than that

They installed a double glass door in my business. Did good work but the door would not close. They sent several people out and finally they were able to fix the issue. I feel you can really see a great business when things do not go perfect and they stand behind their work. Best glass does this and I would recommend them to any one looking for commercial or home use

I called Best Glass out to a building I was Inspecting for a Investor. Ask them to give a price to replace all the Old glass with Dual Pane Low e and to replace the old Sky Light with the same, this was on the 8th of July. Estimator said he took a bunch of pictures and that he would go back to the Office an work on it. 6 days later I call an asked about the bid, "Oh we don't do Skylights they said", really, you couldn't call and tell me this! OK how about the window replacements, give us till the end of the day and will get a EST out to you. Then they say, we went back an gave the Owner a price to replace the broken window. Don't care about what other business you do, how about my estimate to replace the windows with Dual Pain low e. I called back Saturday and go the run-around and the person working on that is off today! I'm working on Saturday, working trying to get my customers a window replacement coast. Just left me hanging out there looking, they just didn't care about me or my customer -

Horrible customer service. Contacted them via email for a quote. Was directed to some surly guy that could hardly be bothered to help me. After some discussion he tells me the best thing he can do is send out somebody to look at my windows. For a fee.
Never mind "Best" Glass, sorry to have bothered you. Ever hear of Rem A D Window Repair? You should look them up and ask them if they can teach you about customer service. They just might. For a fee.

Their website says they repair all kinds of RV glass. Wrong. Our side and front RV windows were shattered so they came to quote. Not only do they not repair the glass, the estimator fussed around with the window and the shattered glass dropped out of the frame. So now we have a huge gaping hole in the RV. Did he try to help close it up? No!!! Beyond frustrating.

Was promised I would get a call of a half hour window that the technician would be at my office. I get a call and they say they are downstairs. I have deadlines at work that would be detrimental to our business if I delay so I told the gentleman I would do my best to be down in 10 minutes but I was told I would be given a half hour. I went downstairs after about 20 minutes only to find nobody. I call back to reschedule and they told me that the tech waited over a half hour which not only is a lie but when I told them he did not wait over a half hour that implies that I am lying. What happened to the customer is always right? I have it on my phone records: 9:48am call in, 10:11 voicemail. That is not OVER a half hour. Its a minor technicality but a big deal to imply a customer is in the wrong. Plenty of places here to give business to.

As a small business owner, I have had many experiences with window removal and store front modifications. These guys were, by far, the BEST! I recently had a store front modified and it went as planned. Patti, assistant in the office, followed up consistently. Steve, my salesman, took all of my needs into consideration and actually scheduled around some of the other work orders, they had, to ensure we had our windows completed at a set time due to equipment arriving. They were on time, courteous, professional and quick. They have my business now and in the future!!

Love this place. Had a special piece of glass cut had no idea what thickness to use ,what type of glass anything John was amazingly helpful. I was pretty quick to. Everyone there was great to work with great customer service and the prices are very competitive great prices. Nice clean place ,and in their showroom pretty cool ideas of things done. I love my new glass countertop. Can't wait for my contemporary shower doors.

Scheduled a measurement for a dual pane glass insert replacement for a patio door. I was told since I live close to their shop, the tech would arrive at 8am on Monday so i could get to work. By 8:30 am, there is still no tech. I called the store and was told someone would arrive between 8 and 9 a.m. By 9:15 a.m., no one arrived. I called back, was transferred someone else who said, "There was a communication error. The tech is a on a job site. I guess I'm supposed to give you an ETA or offer to reschedule. The tech can't make it out until noon." I was not even offered an apology. i had to burn an hour of vacation time waiting for someone who never arrived.
Complete waste of time and horrible customer service. If there was a communication error on their end, my first call that morning should have resolved it.
Use a company that is more respectful of your time. There are plenty of other glass companies in the Valley.

This is the second or third time I have used Best Glass. They have always been fantastic. I drive on interstate 10 from Phoenix to Buckeye everyday and am constantly bombarded with rocks. I called Best Glass on Monday evening and they were able to come out first thing today, Wednesday. Each time that I have used them they came out and replaced my windshield quickly and correctly. They have even driven out to Buckeye twice to fix my windshield. I would highly suggest this company for any auto windshield repairs.

All it takes is one call to get a new windshield! I called in at 9AM and the office takes my information then has me in a three way call with my insurance company to get both companies squared away with each other and myself. They come to install the new glass the same afternoon. I am very appreciative of customer service from the office when I call in to the installers. I will continue to use them because they treat customers well. They also offer home glass.

BUYER BEWARE Very poor customer service!! Their motto should read "We will tell you half of what you need to know, and then hold you accountable when we do not go over anything with you." Dropped off templates that I was told I had to make (never offered an option to pay for someone to do it). No one inspected the templates that I dropped off which were of 200+ year old furniture with dings and chips on the wood around the perimeter. So when I went to pic up the glass they actually cut out the dings and chips instead of just making a straight line???? Really??? Don't you think at some point they would of called me to verify or ask if this was correct?? No instead the guy tells me its my fault and that they cut the pattern exactly how I asked (which is not true because they never looked over the templates with me) He then refused to give me the pattern and said that he would dispute every bad review I gave him because thats his job! HAHA he must have a full time job disputing bad reviews if this is the type of customer service they give! This whole situation could of been avoided by proper and courteous customer service. They don't seem to concerned about that fact. All they wanted to do and did do was blame me and kept pointing to the pencil rubbing on the template of the chipped wood. I mean please, if your going to be that literal then do your due diligence and go over templates with customers when they drop them off!

Recently I needed to call my insurance company for a windshield replacement. They provided a recommendation of Best Glass for the install. I spoke to Renee and the process to set up the installation was quick and efficient. He confirmed the appointment for the next day, asked what time I leave the office and set the appointment for between the hours of 9-2.
Today was the big day for the installation. As the hours passed I did not receive a phone call from the technician or the home office. Knowing that most companies indicate a car should sit for at least 2 hours prior to driving, and I leave work at 3, I began to get nervous as my lunch break expired. 1:55 and still nothing. Knowing it takes typically 40 minutes to complete a windshield installation, I elected to call and speak to Renee to cancel the service call. In doing so, he said the installer was just 15 minutes away from me. I said that's fine, but it is 2:00 now, 15 minutes plus the installation time makes me late, so I would cancel. I indicated that I heard it should sit a few hours before driving and he said typically in one hour it would be fine. Okay, but that still makes me late. He said no, that's from the time the glass first makes contact. Still the time table seemed sketchy and there is a safety hazard with driving unsettled glass. Given the heat, warm days also make the contact more slippery and require longer to form a tight seal. Nevertheless, Renee said it would be okay to complete the work and still leave at 3. I cancelled anyway - then contacted the insurance company to correctly cancel.
While on the phone with the insurance company, I felt the vibration in my ear indicating an incoming call. I finished the cancellation and listened to the newly left voicemail from Ray, the Best Glass technician indicating he was 5 minutes away. Now 2:10, that definitely does not leave time to arrive and complete the work. He persisted and called back; this time I picked up the call.
In speaking to Ray, who was now apparently in front of the building, I voiced my concern that it would take 40 minutes to complete the installation - putting me late for going home. He said he could probably get it done in about 20 minutes.
My concern is that the company's own web site has a FAQ page (
) that reads "Because of the complexity of some vehicles, it could take as long as 3 hours. Most vehicles, however, require about an hour to an hour and a half to properly install the windshield." My concern is further documented on the same page stating "If an installer claims he can install your windshield in 30 minutes or less, it's a sure bet it won't be done right and certainly not safe." It seems the company's own technicians and operation personnel do not heed their own warning.
I told Ray that even after it would be installed it should set for a couple of hours and was told it would be okay in probably 30 minutes. Again, the company web site states "While most automotive grade urethane's rely on temperature and humidity to cure, the time required varies widely depending on the manufacturer. This time frame can range from 3 hours up to 24 hours before your vehicle will meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and is considered safe to drive." What about 30 minutes? Their web site warns "If you need to drive your vehicle sooner, a chemically cured urethane can be used that will allow a 1 hour drive-away time. In either case, it's imperative that you follow the manufacturers' instructions regarding safe drive-away times. Not adhering to those instructions could result in your injury or even death."
Yikes!
It appears that the company provides a good web page that explains the dangers of improper installation advice and potential safety hazards leading to injury or even death. The shame is that their staff does not follow their own advice.
Based on my experience today, I would steer clear of this company!

I am very dis-satisfied with this company. I called for a quote was given one at a fair price. I get there with sample to make sure it is cut to correct size. Then price jumps to 4 times the quote. Then I was told I gave wrong info when requesting a price yet he had it in his writing exactly what I needed from the phone call. They simply refused to honor there price. I don't see a quote starting from 59.09 ea @ 2 pieces and ending @ 349.95 after I drove across town to drop off sample. BAD BUSINESS !!!

I needed two pieces of glass (table top and shelf). We were greeted promptly and politely at the front desk. The service was fast and timely. THEN, due to my mistake, the shelf didn't quite fit. I took it back and asked if it was possible to 'shave' 1/4" off....thinking that they'd laugh at me. Instead, they took it to the shop and 15 minutes later, I was off with my shelf. No charge for the correction....and they didn't laugh at me, either.
