When someone broke into my car and stole my airbag and driver's side seat belt, I had my car repaired here on the advice from the fellow who towed my car. I was skeptical at first after having read some of the Yelp reviews, but I decided to roll with it and am really happy I did.
The repair took about 3 weeks, but I was assured that it took time for all the necessary parts to arrive and the repairs to be properly done (not just an airbag replacement, but the door locks needed to be fixed and computer system needed to be properly calibrated.
When my car was ready to be picked up, she looked as good as new with all the repairs done with care. Thank you, Tony and John.

FROM ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT GOT SCREWED. "My car was there for 3 months when I tried to pull it out my storage fees were over $4,000 be careful this shop is terrible, their parts aren't from the original manufacturer either". Now from me, Arnold, your receptionist has no customer service skills, and when it comes to trying to rectify a bad situation, she is useless and pulls excuses like buttholes. Everyone has one. And the manager only puts a cherry on top. Even more, he has told my girl that he can fix it again, but she would have to pay out of her pocket. Crap! I never deal with "these type" (you fill in the blank) of people. Always out to scam. People like this are known to scam people. I already instructed my girlfriend to not to deal with crooked people/businesses. Great place to sue.

Beware of this place this is an insurance scam!! I was in a car accident on 2.2.16 some guy named Steve pulled over and gave me the information to this shop and an attorney. (turns out that's illegal) anyway he had my car towed to this bullshit shop. My car sat there for 3 months and it accumulated ridiculous storage fees over $4,000 only to be declared a total loss. Astrid is the receptionist she's completely unprofessional, tacky, and plain rude. Her customer service skills are just terrible you'd think for the amount of money they scam out of their customers that they'd pay better receptionist. Please beware of this shop! Read every review carefully save yourself the hassle and take your business some where else.

Got in an accident on a Saturday morning and my car was brought here and discovered it to be a great choice! A gentleman came in, despite them not being technically open, and was here within ten minutes. The service here is incredible and very nice and professional. A fantastic waiting room and offered coffee or water while we waited, which wasn't long as they processed things quickly. They kept me up to date on the repairs and whe it was ready, it was fixed, washed, and cleaned better than ever! The service from everyone was fantastic and friendly beyond what I have ever experienced from any shop before. Can't recommend them enough.

Love this shop, Maria the receptionist remembered me every time I called and Johnny was beyond accommodating. Had my car done quickly and they worked around my crazy schedule. My bumper looks as bootyful as it did before I got rear-ended haha. Thank you for a great experience, I'll surely be back if need be haha but hopefully not! Thanks guys :)

Be warned! They should be closed! The best place to be scammed! It would be negative stars if it was possible.
I had a mediocre accident with my new 2012 VW Jetta (1 month old). VW recommended Valley Collision Center as a certified VW repair shop. Initial repair lead time was quoted two weeks.
Two weeks after having my car at the shop, they informed me that it was almost done. However, when I followed up a week later they said they're still missing most of the parts and they will fix my car in less than two weeks. After two weeks they said they need another week. This kept going on and on for two months.
I would call for updates each week and every time I called they said my car wasn't ready due to parts are backordered from Germany and that my insurance appraiser was holding them back on the repairs, didn't come for the estimate and didn't come to inspect the car before being painted.
On the other hand, I was calling my insurance appraiser constantly and he kept telling me that they asked him not to come because they're not ready.
After two long exhausting months without my primary source of transportation (I had no rental coverage) that caused me financial burden, stress and loss of income they finally released my car. They still had my front wheel back ordered from "Germany".
They didn't repair my car but only replaced with new parts. Total repair came up to almost 14,000 dollars! On a 22,000 dollars car! For less than mediocre damage!
I'm no body shop technician, but I saw worse damage for much less money.
My car model has been on the market for over two years and it's selling pretty good. It's hard for me to believe that there are no parts for it in the US.
When replacing all parts with new, it should be much faster than actual repairing. Even if they need to order the parts from Germany, transit time by boat does not take longer than one month!
Right after driving my car out from the shop, something felt awfully wrong with it. It was stalling and making horrible clanking noises. I called them right away, and they asked me to bring the car back for a one day inspection. They suspected a broken front axle. Because I knew one day for them equals a week or more for me, I decided to wait until my scheduled vacation so they would more than two weeks to fix my car.
After coming back form my vacation they said all my car needed was a repeating alignment. That's all they did in these two weeks plus. They didn't even open up my car. The loud clanking noise got even louder and louder until after 5 months I finally had enough and took my car to VW dealership. They gave me a rental car.
After only two days of inspection and repair, they said my front axle was broken and it was very unsafe driving my car in that condition.
After the accident I kept having problems with closing the front passenger's side windows, it kept rolling down. I took it again to VW dealership, they opened up my door and said it was bent.
After two and a half months of repairs at Valley Collision Center they gave me back my car with a broken axle, bent door, peeling paint under the hood. Moreover, they charged my insurance company almost 14,000 dollars for the "repair". They also tried to make me pay additional 20% deductible (~2800 dollars) that they promise they would waive if I take my car to their shop instead of taking it to another "Mickey Mouse Shop" and this is quoting Toni.
Who has Mickey Mouse shop with the Mickey Mouse repairs now?

While I can't comment on the quality of this shop's repair workmanship, I did have a very bad experience here which demonstrates their involvement in a particularly malicious scam.
I was recently involved in a car accident in which I became the victim of a 'tow truck scam'. If you are not familiar with this awful practice, you would benefit from a web search to learn about it - I certainly wish I had been aware of it before my crash. In a nutshell, minutes after an accident, and before the police arrive, a friendly person will appear and offer you a free tow to a nearby body shop which is affiliated with your insurance company, in my case a 'AAA-approved' one. If this sounds too good to be true, of course it is. What will likely happen is that you will find yourself at the mercy of the body shop and/or towing company who are now in a position to keep hold of your vehicle and charge ludicrous fees. It's a very easy scam to fall victim to, because one is generally in a confused state of mind immediately after a car crash.
And, sure enough, Valley Collision Center turned out not to be AAA-approved, and when I went there the following morning to request to be able to move my car to a facility which is, they demanded $545. This included a large towing fee (which is of course 'free' only if you agree to have the work done there - a fact conveniently omitted by the friendly tow offering man), and 2 days of storage fees - quite ridiculous considering my car had only been there overnight. Quite ridiculous in any case, given that I had quite obviously been conned into having my car taken there in the first place.
I argued with the lady at the front desk, trying in vain to express the fact that I had been deceived. She delivered a stock explanation of how they were legally entitled to claim these fees, in a manner which suggested that she was very practiced in delivering this same speech to many people.
Admittedly Valley Collision Center are not the operators of the truck which towed my car. But to have willing involvement in such an awful scam is deplorable, and if these people can demonstrate such unscrupulous behavior in this one regard, it doesn't instill me with confidence that they would have been any more scrupulous if I had agreed to let them to fix my car.
I was fortunate, in that my insurance company handled everything and got me out of the unpleasant situation I found myself in, including handing over the ridiculous sum of $545 for doing nothing. If your car ends up here, you may not be so lucky.

Great place! Had my moms car fixed here, they made us feel very comfortable. Vanessa in the front desk was able to assist us speaking Spanish to my mom. She was the sweetest! Always kept us updated and informed.
They had amazing deals and prices. They got the job done fast AND it looked great! Even covered up some extra minor scratches we had on the bumper.
Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I want to personally thank Tony for the amazing job he did on my car!! I drove over a plastic bag filled with white paint, and it stained my window and entire front and right side of my car. Not only did he say he would try and clean it up, but when he was done, the car looks brand new again!! I HIGHLY recommend this Body Shop for your repairs. The office staff are as nice and respectful as can be too!! Thank you Tony!!

Omg best place ever been when it comes to cars! Just bought a new car had a long dent ... Third day into having it ! Well went to see Tony who runs this place he totally amazed me ! He was so perfessional so welcoming and he called a specialist who pops up dents and he told the guy to charge me the min and told him he doesn't want a cut out of it just fix it and make this lady happy :) got to tell u never have I ever felt this welcome and happy .... I guess things happen for a reason cuz he blew my mind ... Before I got there it was hard to find when I called there the receptionist stayed with me on the phone and guided me all the way there ! I recommend them 150 percent ask for Tony that man knows his stuff plus women he's pretty hot kinda a extra treat going in there :) won't be disappointed

The first Experience I had with this shop they did a good job but just took longer then I expected...
The second experience I had with them
Is when they replaced my left drivers side door. When I got the car back I noticed little scratches in a pattern on my little tint window after the rear door... Looked like a machine went up against it, they also had the black trim tape that goes around the driver side doors on backorder... They replaced the little glass window luckily and they put the black trim tape on the window about a month later... I just was unhappy with the time I had to take out of my schedule to keep coming back to there shop, none of it was accommodating me. Other then that they did a overall good job just lack in customer service

Amazzzing staff! Always so friendly, they keep you updated with everything.
My car had a pearl finish on paint. When I got my car back it was like if nothing had ever happened!
Had my black VW GTi that comes with pearl finish, painted somewhere else. It came out disgusting, and dull with no pearl. Wish I would've known of this place then! ESPECIALLLY since Valley Collision is VW Certified.

REALLY great place, never met a staff so helpful and friendly, I took my f30 335is in that was involved in a minor collision and they filled all my needs right on the spot. I agree with Mike D. This tow truck service/auto repair gig is a BIG SCAM and the auto repair isn't that good. I took my jetta in two years ago and I'm still dealing with these crooks. In sum, my car was held there for over 3 months. I was charged over $3000 plus tow fees. Their excuse was that my insurance company didn't want to pay for extra parts. I got the check from my ins co within two weeks and paid cash. I know this was a scam because neither the driver door nor muffler were fixed correctly. I can hear wind coming from a crack on the door and the muffler shakes too much. I can't even fix it because the screw hole is too far away. Anyway, the tow fees were "waived" (yea sure it's a trick to make it seem they're doing ya a favor) because I had the repairs done at their shop. End result, I ended up paying for all the days my car wasn't even touched out of my own pocket. Thanks guys... not really

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I almost got some work done by this place, but something wasn't right! They were trying to overcharge me for a minor fender, and I don't know a lot about cars, but I'm smart enough to know that it doesn't cost that much. long story short, I was getting quoted that the damage was 4,000, and I went to another place around the corner and they quoted me 2,600. If you need your car repaired, go to LEGACY AUTO! Read their reviews online. All of them are good. Valley Collision will try to scam you/your insurance company. Not worth it.

I bought my very first brand new car at the begining of the year and at the end of April a DEER jumped off a hillside onto my windshield (in Southern California?!). I was crushed and thought my car would never be the same again. I took my car straight to valley collision because the tow truck driver recommended it and it was the best decision I could have made for my car. They were incredibly nice when I got there, helped me call my insurance company and file the claim, and had enterprise come pick me up to rent a car. They even paid for the first week of my car rental! They did an incredibly thorough inspection of the damage and as soon as they got the okay from the insurance company the parts were already ordered. Once the work was done they had Honda come and do a 5 hour inspection to make sure all of the work was Honda certified, then detailed my whole car before I picked it up. And most importantly they accomplished what I thought couldn't be done... My brand new car was back in perfect shape! I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend valley collision center to everyone! Valley collision... thank you,thank you, thank you!!!

I REGRET ever taking my car to this body shop. The owners, "Harry" and the other two were so dishonest and fraudulent. At first, "Harry" and "Tony" promised the moon and the stars. They promised to take "excellent" care in repairing my car. However, a week later, I found out that they'd lost 3 important parts of my vehicle. And neither of them was willing to take responsibility. I was in shock . Then , they extorted an extra 1050.00 dollars from me---YES, EXTORTED money from me by stating that since I had already signed for them to fix it, then they could keep my car indefinitely and then charge me storage fees, if I tried to have it moved to a different body shop to be fixed! So I had to pay them 1050.00 hostage money AND let them keep my car another 2 months while they claimed to still be working on the body. In the end, I paid more than 3000.00 dollars OVER the original contract and agreement---AND MY CAR NEVER WORKED THE SAME! THEY RUINED MY CAR! And just recently I discovered that they have a negative rating with the Better Business Bureau due to numerous consumer complaints and 5 different law suits against them. Valley Collison Center, Northridge, California is a scam and a chop shop. BTW: The owners have cammitted fraud, as well. Upon contacting the Better Business Bureau, my attorney was told that the owners who claimed the vehicle parts were missing, had lied. In truth, they had actually taken the customers' vehicles' parts and sold them to junk yards. This place is dangerous. Avoid it like the plague!
