Words can't describe how satisfied I am with Erik's Auto Body Shop! I went in for an estimate the first day and met with Sam and since the beginning I received a really good positive vibe from him not only was he honest, nice, and funny, he didn't take advantage of the pricing since I am a female. Prior to making my decision, I ended up going to more than 8 other body shops and they all gave me a really high/ridiculous price since they would see I was a female and didn't know about cars, but not Sam! He went off from the damage on my car and gave me an honest estimate!!
He took his time on explaining the procedure that would be done to my car and how long it would take. He said it would be done in 3 days and it was true! I turned in my car on Tuesday and it was ready Friday. The front desk receptionists Heidi and Terry were really great as well! They were super friendly, made me feel comfortable and kept me updated on my car's progress.
Of course anyone would be skeptical on making a major decision on choosing a good auto body shop but I made one of the BEST decisions in choosing Erik's Auto Body Shop especially since I am a perfectionist and OCD about every little detail!
Anyone looking for an honest, good work, down to the detail auto body shop for their car I truly recommend this place!!

I'm so grateful I went to Erik's Body Shop! I was a little leery at first but figured what could I lose? My insurance company was considering it a total loss but would not be certain until someone took a look under the hood. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Sam. He was very professional & explained everything to me. I was a total nervous mess as I am a single mother & my car is my livelihood. He reassured me, put me at ease & helped me transition into a rental car. During the time my car was in the shop, the staff gave me updates on my car. I not only spoke to Sam, but also Heidi & Terry who made me feel welcomed when I called them. When I finally picked up my car I was ecstatic! It looked like a brand new car! I am so happy with the quality of work that this company did & also with their customer service.
It's the first impression you make when you have potential customers that makes the difference & word of mouth. So I will definitely be returning for other work I want done on my car! Thank you Sam, Heidi & Terry!

Well I brought in 2 cars to Erik's, my G 500 Mercedes Benz for a AMG face lift and my 1978 Mercedes SL450 for complete restoration, I was simply speechless with the finished products. Amazing job, knowledgeable crew, Amir & Sam my hats of to you both for delivering your promises beyond my expectations and to top it of I got both vehicles earlier than promised and under budget. 5 stars all the way I highly recommend this shop to all my family and friends and whom ever is looking for a authorized body shop!!

I was in an accident on the 10fw and a tow truck picked me up and drove me to Erik's Auto Body Shop. I was greeted by Sam and he explained the whole process. Sam and his team were very professional and they kept me updated with my car repairs. My car looked just like new when it was done. I returned to have fog lights installed in my car and again they did an Amazing job. I would definitely recommend this body shop for any body repair or car modifications. 5 stars is not enough!!! I was recently in an auto accident and didn't know where to take my car and "apartment living" is not the best, so I had to go with my instinct.
I took my car where the tow truck driver suggested. Although I was iffy and a female of course I yelped and spoke with Sam on his day off. They both reassured me I wouldn't be disappointed with the quality of work and that my car was in good hands. They were right!
Sam's customer service went a long ways, too. I don't know much about cars, but explained to me everything that was going on with my vehicle. I was able to call him at anytime and he would update me as need be.
Today, I picked up my car and I was very satisfied with Erik's Auto. Sam, is a perfectionist and makes sure his cars are going out with the highest quality of work. I appreciate his expertise, customer service, and professionalism. Trust me you won't be disappointed!!! If there is a next time I will be back.

This is a review on their customer service. I haven't received my car back yet, and they still have not told me when my car will be finished. I got into a car accident on May 31 in Pasadena. My car was not drivable and Acura roadside assistance recommended this shop and unfortunately I decided to listen to them. When I first got to the shop, I spoke with the manager (not sure his name). He told me that due to the extensive damage on the car, and because it was brand new and that they'd need to order parts, it would take up to a month to fix, which was reasonable to me. He also said that if it went beyond the 30 days, they would provide me with a rental, free of charge, because my insurance only covers that period of time. I informed him that I live in studio city and work past their business hours, that I would need a rental car agency close to home and he said that would be no problem. He also said that they could drop my car off to me once it was finished, which all sounded fantastic! I was sold.
Fast forward to the 15th. I hadn't gotten any updates on my car, and I called to see what was going on. The girl I spoke to, I think her name was terry, said that "everything was going according to plan" and they were just waiting for parts, and it should be ready in the time frame I was quoted. I also told her that I would appreciate updates because I only had two weeks left on my rental. She said she would "put it in the notes."
Fast forward to the 27th. I haven't heard anything back from them so I called for an update. Terry told me that "everything was going according to plan", so I assumed my car would be ready on the 31st. I asked her what they were still working on and she said they were waiting for parts that were coming from New Jersey. Last time I checked, it doesn't take a month to ship things from New Jersey. It's not like they are Audi parts coming from Germany!!!! At this point I am still patient and I let her know about the rental situation and that I only have a few days left before I needed to return it. She said she would talk to the manager about the rental and get back to me the same day. I never heard back. I called again yesterday and spoke to someone else, Heidi or Susanna? I don't remember her name. Anyways, she gave me the same robotic speech as terry. She asked if I could come down to Pasadena to get a rental from hertz there. I explained the situation and how the supervisor said I wouldn't have to come down there and I work, so there's no way that would work. She said she would speak to the manager and get back to me. I received no call back.
At this point, I am really pissed off. I called and spoke to terry again. She said she looked at the notes and only saw our conversation from two days ago. I told her yes and you were supposed to call me back. She gave me the same speech about coming down and getting a rental in Pasadena. Does anyone have working brain cells down there? I again told her my situation and she said she would talk to the supervisor and call me back. I demanded that she call me back today and she said she would, but surprise surprise I have not gotten a call. I am extremely livid right now. I have to return my rental and will most likely be left with no car, and because I am a field based employee, I will have no way of getting to work.
Do yourself a favor and go to another shop that will provide quality customer service and professionalism, especially if there is significant damage to your vehicle. If you have a luxury vehicle and live in the San Fernando valley, I highly recommend pride auto body. They are extremely professional and are always on top of things. They never gave me the run around.

Auto Body.. I didn't know where to begin, when I had my first accident.. My car was towed to you.. I was treated very kindly, and all my questions were answered .. You went beyond what I expected.. Help guide me through the process of getting myself back to some normalcy..The back end of my car, had been damage pretty badly (I thought it was total) .. You took pride in your workmanship, and made it look like new.. Your customer service is outstanding .. 3 months later, I get into another accident, this time it's my hood.. All i can say is that Eriks Auto Body Shop has not only did a great job on my car but has the ultimate customer service as well. Sam, the manager of the body shop, continually consulted and kept me updated throughout the weeks about the progress of my car. I cannot express how thankful i am to have found Sam. So originally I was ASKED to leave a good review and in exchange they would give me a rental car for the full 17days it took to get my car back. After doing so the story of the scam that is Eriks Auto Body Shop unfolded.
After an unfortunate incident I had with a tree falling on my car I had my car towed to Erik's late in the evening after talking to my insurance company and arranging a tow to another shop. After arranging said tow, I got an anonymous phone call from who I thought was someone associated with my insurance company telling me they would like to take my car to Erik's instead and they blinded me with their promises of a free rental car. You got me.
Erik's works with tow trucks who convince you to take your car to their shop (offering them a kick back I can only imagine). I felt so taken advantage of, to prey off of people when they are most vulnerable (ie after an accident) is so unethical and down right disgusting. I was scared to confront them while they had my car because I felt they had me by the balls, for lack of a better expression. My insurance company was made aware of the situation and questioned Erik's about how my car got there. I then received a sketchy phone call from Erik's telling me "if your insurance company asks, just tell them you have done business with us before and that's why you CHOSE to come here" Uhh, excuse me? CHOSE? I was tricked, thank you.
The work done on my car was ok. When I got my car back I was a little surprised by the state it was in. Sure, it was fixed but the exterior and interior were dirty. There was the gross film covering the interior. Chances are I was overly sensitive to the filth just knowing the type of people that had been working on my car.
Never again, lesson learned. I guess I can thank them for the life lesson and for forcing me to trust people just a little less each day.

I wanna start by saying Erik auto body employees really do care about there costumers. My car was declared a total lost. I thought I was getting a less amount for what the car was worth but Erik's auto body made sure that I got more than what i expected. Costumer service was just great, from offering free drinks and snacks too them paying for my rental fees until I was able to get my insurance information organized. They are on time with answering your questions and making sure your taken care of in a timely matter. I'm going to recommend this auto body shop too other people that need body work done or quotes. I also plan on coming back with my new vehicle to have them do custom work. Great people , great owner, great company!!

Was in a collision a year ago, and like many, a random tow truck showed up claiming to have gotten a call from VW roadside assistance. At the shop, just had a weird feeling as I was offered half off my deductible and free rental.
BE SMART people. I asked for every single offer in writing before signing the dotted line. The shop was resistant at first, but no way were they backing out of their "deal" and I wasn't in the mood to have my car moved.
Two weeks later, got my car back (workmanship was great by the way). And they honored the contract we drafted. I have a hard time recommending them solely based on their business practices. But the quality of the repair was fine, even if i had to play hardball.

For those philandering around Pasadena for an honest and worthy Auto Body shop that won't waste your time and is efficient with the work then look no further than Erik's. My new BMW had substantial damage after being hit head on while parked by a drunk driver. I was a bit apprehensive with the service, considering the extent of the damage and some of the customization I had done with the car. But Amir, Lena Sam and Co. helped guide me through the process and made me feel very comfortable with their facilities and showed me how detailed they were with all the tidbits on the car.
I was able to refer to all the customization I had done on the car and they worked with me to make sure it was exactly as it was before the accident. The car came back good as new. I could not recommend them enough and will be coming here for any Auto Body issues I may have in the future. Bravo Guys.

This review is long overdue but I'm truly being my utmost fairest when I write this
I was in a major accident about a year ago. Normally I don't drive around the area but on my first visit to Pasadena, I was t-boned by a reckless driver. The damage was major and I felt so helpless at the time. It was my first accident and I didn't know the procedures on what to do during a crash. The officer helped me call a tow but that's when bad went to worse.
The man coaxed me into going to Erik's because of the quality service and offered to tow my car for "free" as it was nearing Christmas. The holiday miracle would turn into a disaster as I spoke to the man working the front desk at Erik's. He is probably the sole reason for all the negative reviews at this place. I'm being fair when I'm saying Erik's probably is a good place for fixing your car but that single employee is the prime example of corrupt and unethical. I knew my car was a goner but he kept LYING to me about how we can "fix" it. Since it was nearing Christmas they would be closed for the holidays and offered to hold onto my car for free and offer a rental too. He proceeded to force the paper work onto me but I found it sketchy and declined the rental but I couldn't move my car in it's state and left around closing time.
I called my insurance company after and they told me they would need to get my car and then reimburse me for it's cost. I would receive an email asking for my signature. The document in the email would grant them permission to touch and work on my car. I never signed it Unfortunately, I would have to wait a week until they reopened after the holidays. Keep in mind I never signed any paper work. The same man at the front desk now had an absolutely different attitude when he saw me. He puts on a false smile to kiss up to potential customers to hide the fact he was a total ASS. My insurance wanted to tow the car to a shop associated with the company. I contacted an employee who worked for my insurance's shop and he warned me about Erik's acting as an impound lot. I would have to bring a load of paper work to prove my ownership for the car and even then he wouldn't relinquish it until I paid him. He charged me $1200 for storage and so-called "labor" that was done on my car. He then told me to sign another document which was the SAME i received in the email. He tried to pull a fast one on me and I was so close to losing my cool. TERRIBLE customer service. I told him I wouldn't sign it because Erik's did not put any work into my car. The insurance agent was on the phone helping me fight for my car and assured that I had my ownership to my car and the rights to call the police. It was then I met with the owner of Erik's who was probably the only decent man in the place. He truly did not wanted to upset me and we finally came to an agreement. The owner would remove the labor fees which was $500. My bill ended up as $700 for the "free" storage. Oh and the tow truck driver who took me to Erik's, he sent the bill to them. I had to pay for that too.
If you're going here for minor bumps and scratches, you shouldn't have a problem.But any other major damage that would require insurance's help should avoid this place. Terrible customer service and ethics from their workers turns Erik's into a terrible business. Really, this was a huge learning experience for me and now I'm more weary of who to trust and how to handle things.
And a final note to the owner. If you're reading this thank you for being a reasonable person but the man you have working the front desk needs to be laid off. His attitude and work ethics are inexcusable. Any business should be working for the people and not against. Good reviews do not justify the bad ones. Clearly he happens to be the source of all the negative reviews and think I speak for all the yelpers, that he needs to go.

I recently got rear ended and I was just looking around on Google for auto repair shops. I had a couple estimates done to see the cheapest. I came across Erik's and I knew I wanted to take my car here. I like that they worked on very expensive cars. My car may not be that expensive but I pay for it myself.
When I got there Bella was so sweet and offered drinks or a snack. She gave me all the information I needed on my car. While my car was there, and I would call for a update she would kindly find it out right away.
Sam helped me understand everything I needed to know about my car. He made arraignments to get me a rental car. I am definitely going to go back.
This is a great place to go to. They will make you have a great experience.

if you want to get scammed, lied to, or cheated this is your place. they are the kings of bullshit! they are not recommend by your insurance company! they are not recommended by your roadside towing company (they are also the owners of different tow companies and are contracted service providers only) when you receive a phone call and someone tells you bmw or your insurance company or any other brand want your car to go to this company its all a lie. they have your information through your roadside service call and they use it to lie to you while you are in a vulnerable state of mind after an accident. i recommend calling your insurance or closest dealership to find out if they are and you will find out for your self that they are full of shit. you can even call your roadside provider and they too will tell you they have nothing to do with this shop. they are not bmw certified, they have signs up that they are nissan certified but you can clearly sign on to the manufactures websites and see that they are not

please do your self a favor and double check to see if what you are told is true because i guaranty you that it is not. btw if you read through reviews you will see that all the 5 star reviews are bought with a rental car or deductable not being paid. btw i saw an aftermarket parts truck dropping off parts, which means people with a car under warranty you have officially voided part of your warranty by allowing these crooks to cheat you. by the way they are very good at making themselves look like angels but as they say dont judge a book by its cover, just make sure you are not being tricked or scammed

I purchased a brand new 2015 Toyota Corolla on August this year and unfortunately had an accident only after a month. I was overwhelming and when I got my car at Erik's, Sam gave me a warm welcome and wonderful service as family and guaranteed that my car would be a brand new one as if nothing had happened after its repairation. I was doubting at first time since it was seriously damaged. When I was told my car was completed and it's the time to pick up, I got there and surprisedly found my car just looked like a brand new one as what Sam had promised me. Annother accident...I wouldn't have believed it had I not been present! In my new 2015 Nissan Sentra, I was hit when a driver ran a red light! In shock I sat at the scene thinking, "only six months ago my 2014 Nissan Versa was rear ended! What's going on?" You ask, What was the second thing that came to my mind? This is the ONLY body shop you will ever need. I have a 2012 Volvo C70 and was devastated when it got mangled in a crash. Sam helped me out by supplying a free 7 day rental and was incredibly responsive whenever I had questions. He worked with Rusnak Volvo and made sure my warranty remained intact by getting parts directly from Volvo in Sweden. I was very impressed and thankful. My car is better than it was before! Please consider my testimonial when I tell you that your search for an auto body is over. I financed a CRZ Honda year 2009 stick shift in 2011. The car had less than 50,000 miles in it. It had just been leased by the previous owner. Once it's oil change was due, I brought it back to Honda Pasadena. They wanted to charge me over $100 on things that they claimed my car needed. Being a girl, I honestly don't know much about cars at all. So, after that experience with Honda dealership in Pasadena, I have been going from one mechanic to another, not really trusting them. Today, I can finally say I found my mechanics and auto shop. They fixed on my car only what I had asked for. Not just that, they served me coffee, offered to give me a ride back to my house, and when I came back to pick up my car I noticed they even had washed my car without me even asking for it. That was too generous and certainly they do not have to do that. I was blown away with their integrity, and most important, respect to me as the customer for truly helping me and not trying to take every penny out of me. Sam, Matt, and the front desk, I thank you all very much. Please rest assured, I will pass the word about the phenomenal people you guys are and the amazing business you guys provide!

I recently got into a minor fender bender and was forced to scour the web to find a decent auto body shop.
After visiting three other shops, all of which gave me estimates that were equal to an arm and a leg, I was fortunate enough to stumble across Erik's Auto Body Shop.

Excellent work they did for me! Besides from all of the job they did and fast turn around and service, the owner personally came out and thanked me for his business!
They were able to work out a lien with my attorney for the deductible! Very easy to work with and they will try everything to compensate a customer's needs. Very knowledgeable and experienced people.
They're linked with a rental company which the driver from the rental company will pick you up and drop you off at your rental car. Price is a very reasonable.
My insurance tried to cut corners on the repair to save cost, potentially putting my safety in jeopardy. Eric's battled them to get the proper things repaired and at the same time minimized the cost.
My leased BMW looked brand new after the repair. It's not my car but I feel like I owe it to these kind people for this gratitude and gesture.
The demeanor, attitude and class at this auto body shop is not that of your typical blue collard service. I feel they understand my needs and difficulties. Highly recommend this place!

Had a collision a night before, and was recommended to check out Erik's Auto body for car work. I was greeted by Sam, who went above and beyond in his hospitality towards me. It's always rough coming out of an accident, dealing with injuries, costs, insurance claims, it can ruin anyone's day. My experience at Erik's was excellent and was the break I needed from the past rough few hours. I hope to update this section as my experience continues, but for today, 5 stars.

Great place! Workers are all friendly and very helpful! They are 100% honest and will go out of their way to help you! When I got into my first accident the owner of the shop helped me out so much that I didn't have to move a finger! He contacted my insurance company gave them all the details and kept in close contact with me. Unfortunately, having been on a second accident just a few days ago I decided to go back to this shop from having such great customer service! Sam, just like his cousin helped me out tons! I can't say enough about these people. the service was so top notch I joked I thought they were going to offer a massage. they are genuinely kind; all of them; the whole team. I felt so cared for. it was like I imagine it was back in the 1950's. They served us esspresso, offered us water and san pellegrino. They buffed and vaccumed our car AND POLISHED THE wheels. I used to have a wrecked car. I had gone to several auto shops before coming to Erik's. Even though the autoshop was super busy when I walked in I was taken care of immediately. I asked Amir what he thought I should do. He gave me some very sound advice and options. I was pleased that he would actually give me other options, goes to show how honest he is. In the end I took his advice and he helped me with getting rid of my unsalvageable car. Amir was always patient and super polite. If you have any problems go to Erik's you won't be disappointed.

This is the second time I brought my car to them. The first time was a fender bender caused by a young driver. My wife and I were impressed by the quality of the shop that time.
This time we returned to have to have a 1-inch gash on the rear bumper repaired for which was cover by our insurance. Since we were already there I asked Sam, the office manager how much more it would cost to fix the dings around the car. Sam gave me a good deal that he suggested for me not to take my insurance coverage since they only covered a small portion (the rest I was supposed to cover with my deductible), which I agreed based on his suggestion. We dropped the car off last Saturday and the car was ready Thursday the following week. Erik's Auto Body replaced the rear bumper since there was a gash and a replacement bumper was needed (they were able to get hold of the parts immediately). We were pleasantly surprised when we saw our car--it looked like the day we picked it up from the dealer looking new and all waxed up. To top it all, they even gave my wife a floral bouquet. Nice touch!
We give them a 10 out of 10 for the great job they did on our car, as well as for customer service. Going to take my sports car next to have some scratches fixed. Great job, guys!

Erik's is definitely the place to go!! Highly recommended!
I crashed my car last month and had them towed my car. They offer 24/7 FREE towing service to tow the car from the accident or wherever to their shop. The owner Amir even personally drove to my house and checked up my car which impressed me even more.
I decided to go with Erik's because of the price Amir quoted me and the professional environment of the repair center, not to mention they also use the best body paint as well. Everything went well and I'm a satisfied customer!

Was almost just scammed by this company! Before you ever allow then to tow you check with your insurance company!!!
After my accident 2 unmarked cars appeared and said they were from the insurance company. They said they were there to take me to the body shop where they were towing the vehicle and a two truck would be here soon. I explained I only use Holmes Auto body so please have my car towed there. They went on to say Erik's would get me a "insurance check" quicker and give me a free rental. I asked what rental company they used he said it's their own rental cars, I guess like the 2 beat up Nissan's they arrived in. I asked the company name again and he said "we have really good reviews on Yelp. I checked and they did except 1 that stood out about a scam. I told the guys great but I just need to check with my insurance company. As I picked up my phone the guy said " oh that's ok looks like you have a repair company" with that BOTH CARS disappeared! Scary!

I found Erik's Auto Body Shop thru YELP. It's in Pasadena where I worked. I sent my damaged 07 Camry Monday morning a couple of weeks ago and met Sam, the Shop Manager. He is a super friendly guy and very professional, sincerely focusing on what I need (repair schedule, rental car, etc). He provided me a complimentary rental car for my immediate needs. I picked up my car yesterday afternoon and met the owner Amir the first time. I was surprised that he could call my name without hesitation. It shows that he is customer-focused. Amir is super nice, cares about my experience with his shop. He showed me the work they did. I felt that he is proud of his workers' quality work. Indeed, they completed the repairs of my car beyond my expectation. Not only they fixed the damaged bumper, right hand side scratched lights cover and right side front panel perfectly, but they also replaced my left hand side lights cover voluntarily for free. This is to match the new right hand side lights cover. In addition, they repainted my driver side rear view mirror due to scratches which has nothing to do with my accident. Also, they power wash my car's engine. My 07 Camry looks much nicer now. All their repairs have lifetime guaranteed. I am very happy of my decision to send my car to Erik's Auto Body Shop for repair.

let me start by saying that i am a classic car collector with extensive experience in restoring rare cars.i am always looking for the top shops to work on my cars.
i do not post reviews, however in this case i am making an exception.
i took a very rare mercedes for a complete paint job to eriks.the color one of seven for this particular car.imagine the rarity.i knew they used sikkens paint,the best in the industry.i had previously seen a car he had painted and i was impressed.
i told amir the owner,i was not in a rush.he could keep the car for as long as he needs.i wanted a perfect
such, i dropped by a few times to check on the progress.i was impressed.the meticulous care in taking the car apart.the prep before the paint and the final delivery was

Erik's body shop did an excellent job in repairing my vehicle. I took my car in for them to fix it after someone rear-ended me in the freeway. When i first got there Ed, the manager, was the first person that i met. He is a very knowledgeable and polite individual. He explained everything that needed to be done with the car; moreover, he gave me the piece of mind that i needed. I am a very picky person especially when it comes to my car. My main concern was the color match. The color of my car is magnetic grey and a while back there was a small chip in the front side bumper and when i took the car to a body shop to get it fixed they were not able to match the color. I ended up taking the car back to the body shop two more times until the colors matched. Thus when i first took my car to Erik's body shop i was a little nervous. However when i got my car back I was amazed on how the color of the new parts matched exactly with the rest of my car.
In regards to the overall customer service throughout the time that they had my car every time when i would call to follow up on the status of my car the front desk girl was very friendly and polite.
Moreover, I am a medical student and i live near by my school thus when i received a call informing me that my car was ready to pick up i was disappointed since i could not go pick up the car; to my surprise, they told me that they would drive my car all the way to my house and pick up and return the rental car. David, the person who drove the car to my house was one of the nicest individuals i have ever met. He was very friendly and polite. He went over everything with me one by one and showed me all the parts that had been replaced or fixed.
The overall experience that i had from Erik's body shop was amazing. I definitely would recommend this body shop. if you want to have your car fixed to perfection then this is the body shop to go to.

I ended up at Erik's Auto Body because my boyfriend had had Sam work on his Prius after two dust-ups and recommended him highly. Sam was an absolute gentleman who hooked me up with a fantastic price and made me look really good in front of the woman whose car I hit. He saved me $500 over the other guys who's given her estimates for repair; my payout ended up being so low I did not have to involve the insurance, thus saving me big bucks in the long run. His prices are so good that, though I don't have a lot of money, I may have him do touch ups on my own beleaguered bumper. I have already recommended Erik's Auto Body to everyone I know and will continue to do so.

My g/f was recently in an accident in a BRAND NEW John Cooper Works Mini and these guys made that car look like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. This little car is built with precision and requires anyone that works on them to also be very precise and meticulous. They did just that.
They insisted that the insurance company replace with factory parts and did settle for anything less. The insurance also asked them to repair one of the wheels and they fought for, and got a new one. The car is a convertible and removing and replacing this top is a major job in and of itself. We were so pleased to see the top work perfectly.
I would recommend this shop to all my friends if they ever find the need for a GREAT body shop. Amir was great and made sure we were totally happy with the car.
5 Stars all the way! I'll be bringing my BMW to the shop for some minor repairs and I KNOW they will do a really professional job.

Warning.. be careful when you bring your car in this shop. I was persuaded by the tow truck driver to bring my car here even though this wasn't my preferred body shop. I think the tow truck driver works for them too. The people were so friendly and convincing. However, they replaced the evaporator/condenser of my car without my permission. That was an Infiniti original part and they replaced it with an after market part. My car was also under warranty and what they did left my car with a void warranty. What's more fishy is that they replaced it for free. If it was part of the accident, they should've declared it as part of the claim through the insurance company. And my car was hit in the rear bumper. I don't know why the evaporator, which is located at the front of the car got damaged too. Furthermore, I take care of my car so much that I just brought it to the service center a few weeks ago and Infiniti service knows that nothing is wrong with it. Much worse, I traded in that car the next day, but the car dealer low balled my car because it had been tampered. BE CAREFUL OF THIS SHOP, OTHERWISE WHAT HAPPENED TO ME MAY HAPPEN TO YOU TOO. And watch out for that tow truck driver. He may show up even if you didn't call for his service. He works for Crystal Towing.

I was violently rear ended last year in my 4 month old new car. You can imagine how upset I was when this happened.
Luckily for me, Amir (the tow guy) was the first tow company who located my undrivable car and he calmed me down. He was very helpful and assured me that things would be ok.
The next day I went to Erik's autobody shop, who was open early on a Saturday (yay). At Erik's autobody, I met Ed, who was informative and detailed about the claims process, the car rental process, estimate process, and the repair process. He helped me so much in starting the claims process. I was pleasantly surprised and instantly feeling much better.
Customer Service: During the entire process, Ed was always quick at picking up the phone and answering my questions. Customer service is absolutely key when you are in a devastating collision. Whatever questions I had, Ed would help find the answer. There are times that I even swung by the shop unannounced, and Ed still gave me a huge smile and assisted me.
"Lifetime Warranty": So far, they have lived up to this standard. After I got my car back from Erik's, I was stupid and scraped my car on the curb. I drove it back to Erik's with my tail between my legs and he buffed it up and repaired it with no questions asked. Months later, one of my tail lights went out and Ed fixed it instantly, no questions asked. I pointed things to him and he always fixed it.
Quality of work: I don't have anything to compare it to, so all I can say is that it looks pretty brand new to me. I do notice that my car has some discoloration on some plastic parts that I didn't have before and that the door windbreaker plastic thingy flaps around every few months. Otherwise, everything is excellent.
Time: I deducted a star here because I do believe that Erik's autobody can improve on how quickly they repair cars. They do pay attention to detail but they also need to speed up the repairs, since car rental expenses can get pricey. These days, car insurance policies are now cutting off car rental coverage earlier. You might be stuck with a huge car rental bill, if you aren't careful.
Car rental: This review is for Erik's Autobody, not for Best Way rent a car. I am telling you to avoid Best Way rent a car. They do not have many cars for you to pick out of, and most of their cars have issues. Just tell Erik's that you are not interested in partnering with Best Way. He will be ok with it regardless. It's not a big deal.
Overall I am very pleased with Erik's. I am a huge proponent on customer service and on good quality of work. I am glad that I have this ongoing relationship with Erik's autobody and that they will take care of me when need be.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the get go everyone was incredibly friendly and obliging, especially Sam. He gave me an unbeatable price to fix my Volvo after my accident and even offered to lower their labor costs just to make sure I felt happy and could comfortably afford the repair. On top of that I was given a free rental car for all the days my car would be in the shop. When I went to pick up the car it looked awesome! It was as of nothing had happened to it. Erik's shop is truly a special place where they actually care about the customers. There is no other place I would trust to get the job done as well.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I've never used Yelp before. However, due to the FRAUD I experienced at this place, I have decided to take the time to open a yelp account. I was involved what is now been found to be, a 'staged' accident. 3 car accident where I was the last in line. The #1 car slammed his brakes, #2 hit him, and I hit #2. The person in car #1 said he had a "rental car" and did not have any information. NO WAY this was a certified rental, as it was a P.O.S (piece of sh*t) so we all exchange info. No more than 5 minutes later my phone rings with a person 'claiming' to be my insurance adjuster. Well, I know this is BS because I have not yet even reported the accident. So I hung up on the person. At this point I pull off the freeway and at the intersection a guy flags me down, says he's from my insurance company (St Farm) I told him, no you are not. I have not yet reported!!????? He 'says' the Highway Patrol notified him of my incident and he was there to help. Right then and there, my phone rings and person says they are from St Farm and they've sent an adjuster to the scene. At this point, I'm really confused but thinking 'hey. maybe they are that good'
Few minutes later the guy is telling me to take my car to ERIK'S AUTO BODY in Pasdaena (the accident happend in Arcadia) So, this is what I do. I report the accident later that day. The claim rep told me that there is NO WAY someone has contacted me from St Farm. The person who called (blocked #) and the person off the freeway are scammers who appear to work with/for this Erik's A/B. TOTAL FRAUD and scam. This was not only very disturbing they are posing as insurance agents, but what if I had followed them somewhere? This body shop should be shut down and the people there arrested. Ends up the guy who basically caused the accident (in the POS rental car) gave false information and we both ended up at Eriks come to find out later. So, bottom line Eriks has some a**hole driving around causing accidents, then directing innocent unknowing people to this scam shop. I removed my vehicle from there after speaking to my REAL insurance agent. Although the removal process was not easy, and cost my insurance company $450 to remove. It only sat there for ONE DAY. PEOPLE, STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. Any good yelp comments are obviously friends of the shop.
Someone should really investigate this place. What they are doing is illegal and that place should b shut down! DISGRACE to the City of Pasadena. Pasadena PD needs to investigate this place!!! I have made a report to PD, but no idea if they will do anything. DO NOT GO HERE!!! end of story.

When one is a victim of a car accident, the last things you want to be concerned about are the tedious details of towing, rental, insurance, etc. There is so much to think about, consider and so many third parties to deal with. Thanks to Erik's Auto Body Shop, I was relieved of so much. Amir, Ed and Sonya were all so very helpful and accommodating. They made my nightmare less distressful. They by far know about true customer service, which is not often found now days. Amir even offered to help me look for a new vehicle after being told by the insurance company that my vehicle was a total loss. Since the shop decided to write a "formal apology" that was yet another lie, I figure I ought to speak my mind a little more. I hoped I could just bury this, but since Erik's wants to play the political angle and try to make it seem like everything was eventually fixed and I had just misunderstood, below is another great bit of the saga.
Shortly after my initial review, the owner of Erik's Auto Body Shop started calling both my cellphones, my work phone, and my home phone several times. By "several", I mean every single hour, to the point of harassment.
Below is an excerpt from a voicemail message he left, taken verbatim:
"... Umm, I'd like to see if I could see you and, you know, compensate you for your time..."
Sound like bribery to you? Because it sure as hell does to me. Fortunately for the rest of you who stumbled across this page, my integrity will not be compromised for some extra cash.
I'm not sure what exactly they're insisting that they "fixed" in their comment. They have done nothing in follow-up work on my car, I still haven't gone back in time and gotten the promised rental, I still made the drive to the ATM so they could evade credit card fees, my car still wasn't detailed, and I don't think it's possible to retroactively make phone calls to keep me updated on the car that was in a collision months ago. If you didn't catch the humor in that, I'm basically saying that, unless they invented a time machine and dealt with a different me-resembling me in an alternate reality, there is literally nothing that they have fixed. Who knows, they seem to be so completely certain of having only the best quality parts and equipment; maybe they got their time machine from Rusnak Pasadena, who I was told several times was supplying the "new parts" for my Range Rover (neat fact: Rusnak Pasadena doesn't sell or service Land Rovers or related parts).
I guess I did get my sunglasses back. That's scoring 1 out of 6, hardly my definition of resolution.

I was rear ended by someone four weeks ago. After that, a tow guy just recommend me to Eirk's auto body shop, at first I still hesitated for the body shop, after four weeks repair, I still satisfy for their service.
Customer service: Ed is very nice to answer every questions you have. They pick up my phone call every time.
Quality work: they all using the original parts from the original dealer such as Toyota parts from Toyota dealer, Honda parts from Honda dealer. Also the original parts have lifetime warranty which it's a good thing. They not only replace the rear bumper and other parts for me, but also they help me to fix other minor scratches on my car. Excellent work!
Time: However, I have to deducted a star here because my car suppose to be done in three weeks, but they took four weeks almost a month. They explain to me that their original parts shipping date always delayed, that's why it take so long to fix. I understand that, but for my opinion, I still think it can speed up a little bit.
In conclusion, the quality of Eirk's auto body shop do an excellent work for my car. however, if you don't mind the waiting time, just go for Eirk's auto body shop.

My car was in an accident in Pasadena where the entire side of the car (mostly towards the back) was crushed. It was mostly cosmetic, but the airbags deployed, the rear tire/axle was damaged, and the car looked like a mess. The tow truck guy recommended Erik's, and I was able to check my car in there no problem even though it was past 7pm (I guess I lucked out!). There was a lot of work to get done, and there were several inconvenient delays, but the guys at Erik's were very eager to help me out. Amir especially was great to work with and went above and beyond to assist me; he was extremely personable and nice to talk to. When I needed to get to Orange County for two weeks of travel, he got me an Uber ride down there and took care of all the costs. He also got me a big discount on my deductible because of the delays, which was MUCH appreciated. When I got my car back, I was truly impressed; it was as if nothing had happened to it! These are definitely my go-to guys now for body work.

Like several other reviewers, I had an unmarked car pull me over a few blocks from my accident to tell me my car was smoking (it wasn't) and that he would call a tow because he was from AAA (he wasn't.) They towed me to Erik's. Long story short, nobody involved had anything to do with AAA and I was totally scammed into going there. I saw the below yelp reviews and immediately had my car moved to another repair shop. Erik's tried to keep me there until I brought up the unmarked car picking me up after the accident, and they immediately released my vehicle and hung up the phone.
It's entirely possible that Erik's Auto Body is an excellent body shop, but the business principle of preying on vulnerable and scared people after a car accident is disgusting. There is some kind of shady operation going on to reel in people who don't know any better.
I'm sure that this review will be replied to and I'll be told that I "misunderstood the situation," but the fact remains that there is a dishonest operation going on here and I would prefer not to give them my business.

This is THE best place to go! I was in an accident and somehow ended up at eriks. This was my first time being in an accident I had no idea what to do, who to call, what to ask. But I received THE best customer service here at eriks. They helped me get all the footwork going on filing my claims and making calls to insurance companies . They completely took care of me. Now as for the paint job and work they did on my care. It was incredible . Very detail oriented I could tell it was a high priority for them. I didn't feel like a client. I felt more like a friend. Just like Andy O and K M, there was a seemingly random tow truck that showed up to the scene and claimed they were sent by the insurance company. Come to find out, total BS from the tow driver who had already dropped off the car at Erik's. After several calls with insurance and the shop and another shop (actual insurance preferred shop), the guys at Erik's realized the game was over and offered to waive the tow fees in exchange for a good review on yelp. This is as good a review as this shop should ever get.

After my accident, I wasn't sure where to take my car. Fortunately, the tow truck driver recommended this shop and put me in touch with Amir who arranged to have my car picked up the next day since it was at night and I didn't want to leave my car there. He also arranged to have a rental car waiting for me as well.
That night, I have to admit I was skeptical but as promised, a tow truck came the next morning and I tagged along to the shop. When I arrived, Amir greeted me and introduced me to Ed, the shop manager who assured me everything was going to be fine despite us both knowing there would be some major repairs needed.
After filling out some quick paperwork and calling my insurance company, a rental car driver was already waiting to take me to my rental. Within minutes of arriving at the rental car facility, I was in the rental and on my way. It really could not have gone any smoother.
Within a few days, my insurance adjuster confirmed I would need to replace the transmission, bumper and radiator support which would require at least a few weeks to repair, maybe even longer due to the 4th of July holiday.
Since I did not know anything about this shop, I also asked my insurance adjuster for their opinion and she said that she's worked with them before with other customers and they did not have any complaints. This was reassuring because this place was not an approved repair shop from my insurance company but she did mention they offer a lifetime warranty on the repair work.
Exactly 3 weeks later, my car was ready to be picked up. As I arrived, I was anxious to see how it looked and most importantly, drove. Amir was there to greet me again and told me he personally test drove the car the day before to make sure everything was ok. When I saw my car, it looked amazing, the paint matched perfectly and you couldn't even tell it was in an accident.
After driving the car for a few days, it's as good or maybe better than it was before! I couldn't be happier with the results so far (knock on wood) and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. In fact, just go down there and make sure you speak to Amir and Ed. Also, take a look around and you'll probably notice it's quite a busy place, yet it's well run with a great support team who are just as friendly and knowledgeable as Amir and Ed!

Great Auto Body Shop that I would recommend to anyone.
I was backed up into in a parking lot at the Pasadena DMV, which was one of the most frustrating experience, explained in detail for my rant...
As for Erik's, I came in looking for quotes to get my car fixed with 80% coverage from the insurance company. To be honest I was a little skeptical how quickly Ed talked me into sitting down and fixing it with them, along with immediate setup with rental cars. I literally sat there listening and everything was set and they told me they will fix my car like new with no cost to me.
To my relief, they did EXACTLY as they said. They told me they will use used parts to fix my car (Headlamp, hood, bumper damage, nothing to serious, but costly), but I wasn't in a position to ask for new parts and I was fine with it. I picked up my car and was completely satisfied with the work they did. It looked good as new.
Besides the actual repairs, as a service, he went ahead and fixed several other minor issues, such as a light dent on the side, etc. at no cost. When I offered to pay, Ed refused. They really care for the satisfaction of their customers.
One con I can say is I really had to keep calling them and bother them to figure out when my car would be done, and they don't really call you back...
But overall, they are excellent at what they do and Ed is very friendly and minimizes your concerns, whether it be talking to the insurance company, rental cars, etc.
As for my accident rant:
It was clearly the other guys fault (I am just infuriated at the other guy for lying, so here's his name: Lonnie Collins. If anyone comes across the name, be wary). He admitted fault at the sight of the accident. I called his insurance company in front of him (21st century which is under Farmers insurance, do not deal with if possible) and told them he was with me, they said they understood, but he goes home and lies to them I was going around him. I request the CCTV record, which happens to be gov't property. It took me 3 months to get a police report, raising my coverage from 70% to 80% ONLY. I have proved that the other guy lied to the insurance and the police, they didn't seem bothered. Their reason for denying full coverage was that I didn't take any evasive action. WHAT? Yes, I asked them to explain to me what I was supposed to do. 1. Honk, which I did but Lonnie denies it. 2. Go around him, which is the reason they gave me 70% only when the other guy lied. 3. Back up, but I would've been in the streets. The talk went back and forth for months, with relies only being "you failed to take evasive action."
On top of that the adjuster that I talked to to get the coverage and refund for rental car was extremely rude, and once again Ed helped out by reaching out to his supervisor and such.

Where should I start?
My boyfriend had borrowed my car and was rear ended on the freeway by a girl who clearly was not watching the stop and go traffic and rear ended my Camry 2012 SE pretty bad. The trunk was bent, it would not close, my bumper was left on the freeway and it turned into a domino effect with a few cars. My front bumper was bent as well. Thankfully my boyfriend was insured and my car insurance on my car had lapsed at the time without me knowing (i was on my mothers policy) so this had caused a big red flag of concern once i found out.
From the start, i thought i wasn't going to be able to get my car fixed, but i must say since DAY 1 ERIK'S AUTO body has been with me and on my side. At first i must say i was sketchy about it because they came to the scene of the accident convincing my boyfriend to get the car towed to the shop. At first i told him NOT to take it there because iv had a nightmare before in a accident where a tow truck showed up and towed me to the shop and they turned out to be the worst shop ever (Different body shop and a different accident that I was in) . Thankfully i was wrong about this shop ! Every time i called and told them my concern on the insurance issues, they assured me THEY ARE ON OUR SIDE and they will take care of us and not to worry. Of course the girl that rear ended my car only had 10K to fix property damage, which is ridiculous when she is driving an expensive infinity. My car damages were over 13 thousand - Meaning the Insurance almost was thinking of totaling my car out.. Thankfully Erik's Body Shop was so patient with waiting on our insurance issues we were having since clearly her insurance could not pay for the full amount. The Body shop is knowledgeable they assured us that it'll get fixed through my boyfriends, of course the insurance companies just never want to pay... With that being said in the end his insurance ended up covering my car and Erik's turn around time on my car was as promised. Every time i called they would return my calls, the Receptionist is a great messenger, she always finds out what she needs to and surely does her job, she never has an attitude as most Receptionist do and she always finds out what you ask her. There is no doubt that i would recommend this shop to others. I picked up my car this past Saturday and it looks better then ever, they waxed it, cleaned it and the inside was even detailed for me ! Thank you guys so much ! I definitely recommend this place !

I Got rear ended a month ago and I went back to Erik's Auto Body in Pasadena. Everything went excellent!! With no hassle. since I have AAA insurance I had my car towed in to Erik's and there after everything was handled by Ed, who had done such a great job before, he did it again by making the claim process very easy and got a rental car company pick me up from the premise.
Within few weeks my car was ready to pick up, My car looked so nice and clean. I strongly recommend this place to everyone.

Hands down the most professional and respectful people period!
I was involved in a very big car accident and the vehicle I was driving had been purchased just two months prior to the accident. The other party was at fault but because of a minor technicality I was considered 20% at fault and unfortunately I wasn't covered under the insurance policy of the vehicle. I was a complete stress case and was now in a position of trying to find a Autobody shop that can work with me. I called over 15 Autobody shops near my area and all were telling me I had to at least fork out 2k+ because the vehicle was so new.
I then came across Amir's number (if you're reading this Amir I hope I got your name spelling correct) by a tow truck driver. I was hesitant but I decided to call Amir. He answered as though we had been friends for years and treated me with the upmost respect and even offered to tow the vehicle from where I live to his Autobody shop for free! I still was skeptical, but decided to give it a try and he came through 100% of the way.
Vehicle had been towed at no cost! when I got there he greeted me as though I had been a good friend for years. He escorted me inside and introduced me to Ed which he as well was very very professional and polite. And I left that day feeling amazing. A few weeks later I pick up the car and lord be hold the car was ready and looked amazing, brand new and up to Honda standards, this car looked like it came right off the lot! And to top it off at the end of the day they did not even charge me an arm and a leg!
These guys are the real deal!
For those who see negative posts, I honestly say disregard them. I can't even thank these guys enough for the service. I have found my permanent Autobody shop and will recommend everyone here.

I am very pleased with the work done on my Lexus at Erik's Auto Body Shop. When I was involved in an accident that wasn't my fault, the tow truck driver recommended i go to Erik's. At Erik's they took care of everything, and I mean everything! I didn't pay a single cent for the tow, the work done on my car and for the rental that Erik's helped supply me with. Right from the beginning they were very helpful with the paperwork that needed to be filled out. Their speedy service go me in and out because I has somewhere I needed to be that day. They told me about the work that would be done in my car, how it would be guaranteed for life and how they would use all BRAND NEW parts from a Lexus dealership! It doesn't get any better than that.
Lena who works there was very sweet and very helpful whenever I called with a question or concern.
Amir, who owns Eriks auto body, helped me through the whole situation and he is just the best! He's very knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, and caring of the customer. This guy knows about the business and about the people he meets and works with. The work done on my car made the accident process easy, but Amir's dedication to customer service is what made this experience a pleasure.
All I have to say is I love the work done at Erik's auto body and I love Amir and the staff!

I was recently driving along Foothill Blvd when I noticed Erik's Body Shop. Since I had body damage that I had been meaning to take care of (the fenders on my Toyota were separating), I made a quick U-turn in order to get an estimate. To my surprise, they not only gave me an estimate but were able to do the repairs on the spot. Needless to say, I was a very happy camper when I drove away. I took my car into their shop to get my front bumper, hood, and driver-side front side panel replaced after my accident and they did a remarkable job. I was a bit reserved of taking my car to get serviced at this location because its was a little over an hour from my home resident, but upon arrival to pick up my vehicle i spoke with a Gentleman named Amir who noticed the fact that my drivers side seatbelt was no longer working properly. Not only did he fix my seatbelt issue, but also re-wiped my vehicle down and made sure my car was in prime condition! I was amazed how devoted they were to their customers service and will continue going to this shop for further repairs.

Contrary to another reviewer, I actually had a great experience with Erik's Auto Body, although reading his review did initially scare me!
My journey to Erik's begins on the 210 freeway back in June. I was driving from Fullerton to Pasadena to meet a friend, and there was a huge truck tire in the left lane! I managed to avoid most of it but unfortunately still ran over some pieces. This completely tore up the undercarriage of my 2012 VW Passat. I was able to get off the freeway, but other than that my car was pretty much undriveable. My free VW roadside assistance offered to tow me to the nearest body shop, which happened to be Erik's. I've never been in any kind of accident before, and had no idea how to report it to my insurance or what to do. Amir was very sympathetic and helped me contact my insurance company and give them the necessary information. He also told me what they would probably need to do with my car. On top of this, being a poor grad student, and having no rental insurance, I had no idea what I was going to do a week+ without a car. Thankfully, they also helped me get a rental car at no cost to myself for the weeks it took to repair my car. I honestly don't know how I would have made it if my car had been taken to any other body shop.
When I got my car back it looked great! It is a lease, so Erik's actually had it taken to VW to inspect the work and make sure it's up to VW's standards. Just yesterday, I took my car to get serviced at the VW dealership, and the service guy said he was impressed that I had just gotten so many repairs on my vehicle and that he could not tell there was work done at all. Probably my only complaint during the whole process was that it was a lttle confusing when my car was supposed to be ready, but that is definitely minor compared to the quality of the repairs and the amazing customer service and support.
I had a very, very good experience here. I would definitely recommend them because of their quality, value, and customer service.

I was rear-ended by an 18-wheeler on the 110 freeway on Wednesday, 1-15-14 and my insurance company (Freeway Insurance) referred me to Erik's Auto Body Shop. Needless to say, I was quite shaken up, but before I had time to even worry about anything, Freeway Insurance had already dispatched a AAA rep named Osvaldo to come and pick me up. Osvaldo was kind and comforting, and helped me deal with the emotional trauma of having just been in an accident. Osvaldo was one of the nicest people that I have ever met. He calmed me down and actually drove me to Erik's Auto Body shop while my car was being towed.
Once I arrived at Erik's Auto Body shop, I was met by Arshak, one of the managers, and he too was one of the sweetest people that I have ever met. Arshak was polite, efficient, and also genuinely concerned that I was physically and emotionally okay. He made the paperwork process as easy and hassle-free as possible, and he and his co-worker Ed also made sure that I was comfortable and not stressed by the whole ordeal. To make matters even smoother, they had already ordered my fabulous Hertz rental car, so once I had signed everything, I was given a set of keys and was on my way.
I also want to give a shout out to Erik's Auto Body Shop staff members Sonia and Lena. Lena was especially kind to me on the phone when I needed to come back to the shop and get a few things out of my car. She gave me excellent directions and seemed sincerely concerned that I was okay to drive.
Overall, I can emphatically state that Erik's Auto Body Shop is AWESOME and they provide excellent customer care, superb repair service, but most importantly, their staff is one of the most kind and genuinely caring people that I have ever met. I highly recommend Erik's Auto Body Shop and trust me, you'll be so glad that you entrusted your car to them!

My experience, as a woman, at Erik's was very frustrating. I was in a minor accident on Rosemead and Colorado New Year's Eve. I was still a bit shaken up because I have never been in an accident with my daughter in the car. As I drove away from the accident scene a bald headed man (whom I watch walking back and forth as CHP wrote a report) drove up next to me informing me that my driver's side wheel was wobbling. Then another man drove up behind me honking his horn and cuts in front of me as I was about to make a left turn into the Toyota dealership. He informs me that he is from AAA and that the CHP had called, but canceled the tow. He continues to tell me that Toyota does not have their collision center at this particular site and that it is about a mile up the street on Foothill. He also says my wheel was wobbling. I believe him and drive towards Erik's. Except, on the way to Erik's I figured these scumbags were bamboozling me. I get to Erik's and Ed is on the phone nodding his head. Smiling. Knowing that he's got another sucker. He rushes towards me as I get out the car and tells me he has Hertz rental car waiting for me and papers for me to sign. I ask him to wait as I call the Toyota dealership. Sure enough, Erik's is not a body shop they work with...they work with Snyder. Dummy me, I let my husband convince me to give these jerks my business.
I understand everyone has to hussle for business. I give them credit for going out and getting business. That's how one becomes successful. However, I do not condone the manner in which they bamboozled me. They took advantage of me while I was vulnerable and scared. What mother wants drive around with their child in the backseat with a wobbly wheel? I was outraged by their insensitivity. P.S. There was nothing wrong with my wheel. The damage done was all cosmetic. =/
About a week later, I get a phone call asking me about a check that my insurance company sent for the repairs. Ed asked me to bring it to them as soon as I get it. Yeah right! My car was not even done. He even suggested having one of his guys come to m house to pick it up. I wasn't having it! Who does business like that? You get paid with the work is done. That gave me a worse feeling about this place.
Today, about three weeks later, I got my car back. They did a good repair job. I'll give them that. I was happy with their work. Their detailing inside my car was okay...not the best. However, they also did a great job breaking my small abalone shell that was hanging on the rearview mirror. That abalone shell has been hanging in my car for years and has never been chipped! These guys had it for three weeks and they broke it in half! How the hell did they do that???? What could they possibly be doing??? Furthermore, they thought that not charging me for the detailing was compensation enough. You cannot compensate me for something that is priceless.

I was recently in an accident that the commercial truck driver in front of me reversed into my 2011 Mercedes C300 with no intention of looking behind. He gets out and starts yelling at me. I call AAA immediately and get my car towed to Erik's Auto Body which was the auto shop that was referred to me and once I got to the shop I was greeted by a friendly staff and eager to help me in any which way. Once I was in the shop I was offered water and most of all care. They gave me a synopsis of what was going to happen to my car after the adjuster came within two days and it was detailed to the point I knew my car was in safe hands and my case was going to be dealt as a priority. Today, I picked up my car and it looks like brand new. They fixed everything as if nothing ever happened. I am so happy with this outcome and how Erik's auto body and staff treated me. Will always come to them for anything and have already referred a friend of mine :) thank you Erik's Auto Body!

My Volvo was involved in a hit and run incident this past Tuesday night. When I spotted my vehicle I gasped at such a horrific sight. I bawled my eyes out because something like this never happened to me. I was crushed and my emotions went all over the place. I couldn't think straight at the moment. Luckily I have great family and friends that attended to my needs. I got a ride home and the very next day ERIK's Auto Body Shop came to the rescue. They picked up my vehicle in a timely manner using appropriate equipment and tools to tow it. They reassured me everything was going to be ok. That evening when I came out of work I walked into their facility and was quickly greeted by friendly staff. Sonia filled out my paperwork diligently and connected me with my AAA Claims department to file and immediate claim. This is the first time in my 19 years of driving I have had to go through this and let me tell you I thought it was going to be a long process. Erik's Auto body made everything easier. I really appreciate Amir and his team for taking their time and patience to help me out. I was totally satisfied with not only their service but also the rental vehicle received by Best Way Rental Service. They provided a 2013 Nissan Altima, detailed and gassed up. If you are looking for an Auto Body Shop you can trust I totally recommend this place this is why I gave it five stars!!

This review is based on an accident that happened early 2013. I have a 2011 Toyota Prius that was hit by an uninsured motorist. The towing place told me to bring my car to this place since its near Arcadia. First of all, this was the biggest mistake ever.. My car was hit on the quarter panel/rear passenger on the driver side and it was very minor but you still have to replace the whole piece. I got my car and noticed paint issues.. clear coat was drippy on the edges (autobody will say we'll buff it).. rear passenger door that was hit.. the bottom of the door was not flush with the car in general... Gas cap was off aligned from the quarter panel and I told them to fix these issues and they said they can't do anything about it. I am so disappointed with this place that I would not ever come back here again. Also, they said get a rental and I did but since I found out later on that the other party had no insurance... I had to pay out of my own pocket but they manager at the front door said he will cover half of the cost... When they day comes... Guess what! He denied to pay for it. Seriously, screw this place. Worst shop experience I have ever dealt with... the list goes on and on!

ERIK'S IS THE PLACE TO GO. i have a 2013 BMW 335 sedan i was involved in a 3 car collision few months ago, and i was not to sure where to take my car for the repairs. i found Erik's from yelp, after reading the other reviews i decided that i will give them a try. And i was not disappointed. The damage to the vehicle was a complete rear end, including the trunk, rear bumper and taillights, Amir and Ed were the ones who helped me with everything and they knew what they were talking about, I'm a car guy myself so i knew the ins and outs of everything. My other car had work done at another shop and it was horrible, but Erik's did an amazing job, no orange peel, no waves it was the best after market paint and repair job i had seen while keeping it in an affordable price range. Erik's is where i will go to when i need any repair or paint work done no questions asked. FRIENDLY, CLEAN, GREAT PRICING, EXCELLENT WORK, and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. Ask for Amir or ED, trust me you wont be disappointed.

I had such an amazing experience with Erik's Auto Body Shop! About a month ago I was rear ended on the freeway in my new car and I was not familiar with the area. The AAA guy Alpha who was extremely nice and concerned towed me to Erik's where I experienced excellent customer service. The receptionist was super sweet and helpful and they put me in a rental car right away! The men at the rental car place were also extremely nice and helpful! The whole insurance process was a nightmare because the woman that hit me only had $5,000 worth of liability and my car was more than that to repair and not knowing this at the time I dropped my car off that if I couldn't go through her insurance then I would have to pay a $500 deductible to my insurance company which I could not afford. The owner and I believe his employee's name is Al were so helpful during this time, they worked with the woman's insurance company as well as my insurance company and assured me that I wouldn't have to pay anything. When I arrived to pick up my car they took the rental back no questions asked and didn't ask me to pay a dime even though I knew that neither mine nor the woman's insurance company was paying for it so basically they covered the cost of my rental for 19 days! I've never experienced such amazing customer service and it was so refreshing to see that it still exists. They even had my car perfectly cleaned and detailed. I couldn't have asked for more! I would recommend this shop to anyone, hands down!!
