First off Quigleys Auto Body is the best place to take your vehicle, they believe in doing quality work the right way.
This review should have been done sooner. So I took in my GT500 in February 15, 2016 for a minor paint repair. Mark was honest and straight up with what the repair would be and cost. When I was called at the end of the week to pick up the car it was 100% back to original condition. The cost was fair for the amount of work and I knew it was done right the first time. If you are looking for a quality business to work with this is the right shop to go to.

I have been going to Quigleys since I moved to Southern California. Just so happens, every time I go there, Bruce was the one who helped me. I don't know why it took so long for me to do a review for them but it was way overdue. Bruce was very nice, knowledgeable, and detail orientated. He worked and meet all of my requests. The job they had done for me was flawless. It looked like a brand new car. I will be continuing to go to them for any body work in the future because I trust and know that once I drop my car off, they will take good care of it.

We took our Nissan here for an accident that happened in the beginning of May. Bruce and Mark were beyond helpful guiding me through the process of repairs. Their estimate was dead on and the car looks brand new again. They went above and beyond and even rounded up some clips from the shop to remount the bottom foam seal around the door. They don't sell these clips aftermarket and they could have ordered a new foam seal and charged us over $100 for the part just to get the clips but they didn't. Honest people that do great work. A very hard combo to find. Thanks Mark and Bruce!

I had minor damage to my car from where someone backed into me and Quigley's Auto Body was one of the body shops I saw on the insurance website as a suggestion. It had good reviews so I figured I would try it being that it's so close to my house. I was very happy with the quality of the work (can't even tell it was ever damaged) and it was nice to get a car wash and vacuum to go along with everything for free.
Very fast turnaround time and I found the staff professional and honest both with me, and by listening in on conversations with other customers. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for anything though since the services are kind of pricy. I believe it's because of the quality of the work they do. So if you want the job done right, this is a good place to go but be prepared it may be a bit more expensive than many body shops who will do only a halfway decent job.

I got side swiped recently and Quigley's was a recommended body shop from my mechanic. Luckily they deal with State Farm so I was happy to go to them. Bruce and Mark run a great shop. They are down to earth people, and tell it how it is. I left my car with them on Monday and got it back Saturday. The car looks brand new and I am very happy with the results. Mark and Bruce know their stuff and were extremely accommodating. I brought my Optima after someone side swiped it, I ended up having insurance issues because the person who hit me had the lowest CA requirement coverage of 5,000, it became a huge headache. I spoke to Mark a half dozen or more times on the phone and he was very helpful and thorough. They do things right here, it might take a bit longer and might cost a bit more but you know you're in good hands. Customer service and communication is huge and I really appreciate the help these guys gave me.

This review is long overdue.
I first came here in 1998. I had a Toyota Supra that was white that I wanted changed to candy yellow, and a body kit needed to be mounted.
Two years later, this car became the star of Universal's "The Fast and The Furious." Once again, Quigley's painted the car, but this time, it was candy orange and a whole new body kit was mounted. They also painted the blue Maxima for that movie, which was my second car...it too, started off white.
For the second movie, I had an R34 Skyline GTR painted here. The car was black, but Quigley's had already repainted it blue. Universal wanted it silver for the movie, and when I got it back, I wanted it back to blue. So they ended painting that car THREE times, all were complete color changes.
Over the subsequent years, they painted several other cars, including a wild 2002 BMW M3 wide body (full color change), a 2001 Lamborghini Diablo (rock damage), a 1998 Diablo (pothole damage), my 996 TT Porsche (body mods), etc.
Each time, delivery was on time, the work was literally flawless and communication was superb.
As someone who has been in the automotive industry since 1982, I want to note that Quigley's has had the same people on staff since I first started going there, including their painter, their prep team and office manager. That says a LOT about a company. They are not the cheapest, nor are they even close to the most expensive, and they take many insurance jobs, but the quality is always superb.
As the best barometer, look at their reviews here....how many businesses do you know that have almost 100% ALL 5-star reviews?
If you go somewhere else, especially for insurance work, you're not going to have the pleasure of seeing how a top-notch shop operates.

After seeing all of the other great reviews for Quigley's here, I'm not going to be saying anything new. This shop is THE BEST! This was my first experience with Quigley's and Mark went above and beyond to help me figure out how to proceed with my repairs after my car was sideswiped by another driver. Mark helped me with the insurance claim process and helped me to think through my options. The repairs were handled perfectly and quickly. I hope I don't need any more repairs in the future, but if I do, I would definitely return to Quigley's!

I have been going to Quigley's since they were located off Jeronimo in MV. I think it was the 1980's ... They were the best then and are the best now. I was surprised a few years back when I saw the The Fast and The Furious car images inside their shop in Lake Forest -- but it made total sense as Quigley's is amazing. I loved seeing Craig L's review on here.
I need a car painted now, but no longer live in the area. These yelp reviews surpassed anything in my local area and made me realize that Quigley's is worth the hour-and-a-half drive.

I called to ask about popping out a dent from a shopping cart. Was told to stop by, which I did.
He started talking about matching paint and I stopped him. I just want it popped out. He said that guy was out all week and it may not turn out great, but you'd still have to pay for their time. It would cost about $125. But do it the right way and it would look great ($600).
I opted to wait for the paintless dent removal.
On my way back to the office, I stopped by Mcleran auto body. They handed me a card for Ultimate Dent Removal. I called and within 2 hours they were at my office and the dent is completely gone for $95.

Quigley's has earned my business. They came highly recommended to me by Corner 3 Garage and I have never regretted it.
I've brought my Nissan 370Z to their shop probably 4 times now, the 1st time they painted and installed a factory body kit from Nissan and everything was perfect.
The second time was for my front bumper after it was damaged in a minor collision.
The 3rd time was for paint work on an aftermarket spoiler.
Most recently it was for my rear bumper.
All I can say is no matter if you are getting some basic work done or if you are having a body kit put on your car, this shop will deliver quality work.
I have never left this shop unsatisfied, I highly recommend Quigleys.

Friendly, professional and honest. The latter is really hard to come by in this business. But really Quigley's definitely met all of my expectations. I have worked with them twice on 2 different cars and both times, superb job. Mark did a thorough job of explaining everything and the work they did was as good if not better than what BMW would have done themselves.

Although great work from any service based business is expected, its the customer experience that set them apart. The staff was knowledgeable and nice. They even went out of their way to drive me to work when the rental car agency flaked out. I would definitely recommend them.

My wife and I had the misfortune of each being rear ended within a couple of weeks of each other. Both cars made their way to Quigleys, who did a fantastic job. Her car came in right at the quote, mine a little more due to unforeseen issues with the new bumper fitting, but they had great communication throughout.
Both bumpers look great and the paint match was impeccable. Hopefully I don't need their services again any time soon, but if I do they'll get my business.

boy, what a disappointment! felt like they either weren't that professional as I heard,(or thought I was a mark). did not come close to expectations! Supposedly took them 5 days( !) to get a part that would take me maybe an hour! (parts runner as a kid - it was off the shelf) I don't know if it was because I was not paying for it (I was! see later), it was the idiot who hit us paying, and we had a rental paid for, but I got the feeling he (Bruce) was jobbing me from the start. (not that he was a mean guy or anything) I wanted to add to the job, since they already had to mix/match paint. Front bumper touch- up, both side view mirrors touch-up (wind damage only) and last two feet of 1/4 panel, which had been scraped by a dick in a parking lot (ass*hole = hope ur dead now) for the REASONABLE AMOUNT OF 1,000 bucks! (ya, I don't think so) but I agreed, so that's on me. Course, when I did agree to it , I didn't know they would be ADDING a DENT to my car! SERIOUS! ( I can supply photo proof) Along with the many delays (not all their fault, ins co was screwed up too) and the dent caused by their men trying to force a freshly painted and SHRUNKEN bumper to fit up with 1/4 panel, THEY PUT A CREASE IN THE EXISTING, PERFECTLY MINT, FRONT 1/4 PANEL!!!! Now when we went to pick up ( after many unnecessary delays) my wife gets in to drive away (it's dark out people), NO LIGHTS! somebody didn't care about my car enough to even give it a customary one time. PROFESSIONAL? I think not. So back into the bay it goes (thought my car was supposedly READY) no big deal, just FORGOT to re-hook the lights back up!
Ok, cars back out for delivery, it is dark out so can't see much. we take it home. (after 3 weeks) Next day, checking it out in sunlight, my wife (!) is the first to notice the new scar.I look at it and immediately know what happened. They had to "wrestle" the bumper back on (because they tend to get warped and shrink when u take them off the car). So these cowboys MADE it fit! Thanks, Thank you so much. I told my wife to ask Bruce to look at it when she took it back (gas cap cover wouldn't open at first). I said not to make a fuss, but just ask him about it to see what the reaction would be. Any DECENT shop would a)not let it out the door, or b) give a sizable discount. My wife asked specifically about it and all Bruce could offer was a "ya, it was tricky getting it back on". REALLY? ISN'T THAT WHAT I'M PAYING PROFESSIONALS TO DO CORRECTLY? apparently not! Will never use or recommend these guys, unless you like paying more for substandard work!

I just picked up my wife's Toyota Corolla that was damaged by an auto relocation company during our move from Florida to California.
The car looks as if nothing ever happened! :)
The relocation company originally wanted me to settle for about half of what it would cost to fix the damage.
Mark gave me a fair estimate to repair all of the damage and some tips for dealing with the relocation company.
In the end, the relocation company sent us a check for the full amount and they also provided a rental car.
I also asked Mark to replace the front driver side window seal since it had been very noisy after a smash & grab robbery in Miami a few years ago.
The body shop in Florida (long time family friends) just replaced the glass to help keep our costs down. But I have suffered with the wind noise ever since then.
Now the car is very quiet inside as if it were brand new again. I'm very happy that we can now enjoy a much more peaceful ride.

I was skeptical at the perfect reviews on here. I've been to many body shops in OC and always had issues (fix auto, Anaheim hills auto, prestige auto body, etc) but Quigley's was more than impressive.
The paint match was unnoticeable on a 17 year old truck with no blending. That's unreal. The finish was perfect. Just what I asked for, completely custom.
The hood I had ordered from a separate company arrived with a dent. Mark at the front desk did all the work for me to get the cost of the repair refunded to me. That's customer service you can't beat.
I'd recommend Quigley's to anyone. Fantastic shop.

Professional, strong work ethic and friendly., this should sum it all. I had to get a body work done on my car. I had my vehicle towed to their place and they were very courteous in explaining all the issues and problems. They worked out everything with the insurance and kept me in the loop about the progress. I have had my car since and no issues with their work or quality of labor. It is good to see that such honest and professional body shops doing such great work. I would definitely recommend to check them out before you get your body work done, even in case you have other alternatives.

I got into a minor fender bender in my Electric Blue 2000 Civic Si. When I came to Quigleys the owner was very helpful and told me that he would make my Honda look like new. Since the impact happened at a speed of 15mph, the front right bumper crumbled, the hood was bent, and the head light was cracked as Hondas do in "high" speed front end collisions. =) When I picked up my Honda the following week, I almost cried it looks so beautiful. Not only did Quigleys fix my Si, it looks AMAZING! Better than before my accident. They did such an amazing job that some minor dings and dents in the hood disappeared as well.
I could not be happier with the quality of service from Quigley's from start to finish. Thank you Quigleys for going above and beyond. Now I can keep my beautiful Civic Si for another 13 years. =)

We've had a run of bad luck and have been to them twice recently. But being in that situation of needing a body shop, I'm very thankful to have the hard working guys at quigleys on my team. Their customer service is outstanding, I really felt they were looking out for my interests instead of their bottom line or some insurance company, I was their client and they advised and did what was best for me. They helped me navigate the insurance companies. The first time we were there they did an amazing repair job, you'd never anything had happened. Our second visit to them the other driver's insurance totaled out the car, but thanks to the advice from quigleys we got a top dollar pay out for our car. Hoping safe travels for everyone and that you don't need to visit a body shop, but if you're in that unfortunate situation I highly recommend you go to quigleys, they really can make the very best out of a terrible situation.

Quigley's restored my 1965 Mustang back in 2006 and they did an incredible job. Better than Ford did. I had to have it in for touch up work done due to little accidents and such and you'd never know it. I'd just bring in the can of paint that was left over from the restoration and they'd fix it up. Bruce was always great to work with. The car is in Australia now :(, but t no doubt still looks great. Amazing work.
BTW, I work at Batavia and Collins in Orange, where there are numerous body shops, yet it was worth it to take my car to Lake Forest.

I was in an accident recently and my front right flare came completely off, hood was slightly shifted, and my bumper reinforcement was crooked! I told Bruce I had new after market parts (which the last body shop wouldn't even give me an estimate because they only took certain certified aftermarket parts!) and they were able to piece everything back together, straighten my front end, while still using my fender from the accident, and the price was way under my previous estimates! 5 stars guys, nice to know there are still some solid honest businessmen out there not trying to nickel and dime you.

If you are looking for a trustworthy auto body shop, Quigley's is it. I found Quigley's on Yelp originally and hoped they would live up to the great reviews. After getting my car back today, I can say that I will bring my car back (hopefully I will never need to) and also recommend them to my friends. Bruce and Mark were great every step of the way and always took the time to answer any question I threw at them. They also got my insurance company to upgrade parts for me. I recently had a rear-end collision and after being referred by Nima of Corner 3 Garage, I know exactly why. From the initial consultation to the delivery of the vehicle, Mark and Bruce was there all the way. They were very honest about what was happening and helped me with what to say, what things to say and what to do about dealing with insurance people. They were always constantly in touch with me with updates with the vehicle and what to expect. When they were finally done with the repair, my car looked like it was brand new.

Go here! Go Here! Go Here! I just spent the past 20 minutes talking with Mark regarding a potential repair on my car due the fire department having to pry open my car door when my toddler locked herself inside. I had my car repaired here several years ago and Quigley's did a beautiful job on the repair. So, needing some advice on some damage to my current vehicle, I came back and was reminded why they stand out. Beyond being knowledgeable and doing high quality work, they operate with honesty & integrity.
Like others have stated in their reviews, Mark took the time to give me a fair and knowledgeable evaluation of my options, showing that he had my best interest in mind over "making a sale". I've been meaning to write this place a review for months now. This place is wonderful. Mark is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I took my car in after I was rear-ended a few months ago and he was very helpful and honest. I did not expect to receive an education about how auto insurance companies handle things - and boy I was glad I met Mark! Even after our short 10-minute conversation, he made me feel at home and I completely trusted what he had to say. That definitely says a lot, because there are so many not-so-great service reps out there just looking to make a sale - especially to females who "haven't a clue" about cars. I brought my husband in (just in case) so I wouldn't get ripped off as with most places, but my husband even felt the same way as me about Mark - very honest, caring, and trustworthy.
Thanks for being such a great resource Mark, and thanks for fending off that crazy girl who hit me from behind when she called to "investigate" on my car - which was way out of line. I can't believe her insurance company even gave her that info because that's invasion of privacy (it was Allstate btw).
I hope I don't have to come back here again, but if I must, Quigley's will be my top pick. Thanks again!

Our Honda Pilot was recently rear-ended, and required significant work to get back to its original state. After seeing all the positive reviews for Quigley's, we decided to take our car there, and we are extremely happy to have done so.
Working with the staff (Bruce was our contact point throughout the process, but everyone we talked to was always helpful) was an extremely easy, and valuable experience. As has been mentioned before, these guys understand insurance companies, and are helpful in helping their customers understand the ins and outs of what is happening. They were definitely in our corner, looking out for our best interests, and let us know our options and provided guidance and recommendations for working with our insurance company. There is an unquestionable 5 star rating for their customer service.
The quality of their work was also outstanding. Tried as we might, we couldn't find any sign that the Pilot had been injured previously. The only sign was the new muffler, which just looked new. :) The colors were matched perfectly, the doors opened and closed properly, and the car looked great.
My expectations for any kind of auto work are generally low, but the team at Quigley's has raised the bar. If you have any kind of auto body work that you need done, I can't recommend them highly enough. You generally never *want* to have a situation where you need a repair from anybody, but should we ever encounter another situation where we have to, we will be extremely comfortable in our knowledge of where we will take our car - Quigley's.

Quigley's repaired my 2008 Mazda 3 after a pretty significant front end collision. There is no evidence this vehicle was ever damaged. All of the lines are true and the paint is perfectly blended. I could not be more happy with the service, but most importantly, the finished product. I was told by my mechanic (Glenn from Foothill Auto Service) that the car would look factory new, and it does.

I had my car towed here after an accident because of a recommendation from my regular auto repair shop. I'm glad I did! Mark was very helpful in explaining the next steps and what I needed to do. He's had a lot of experience dealing with insurance companies and gave me some tips on what to watch out for.
All in all I felt that the customer service Quigleys Auto Body provides is top notch. You really feel like they are looking out for you and have your best interest in mind. If you're looking for a body shop and Quigleys is an option, it's a no brainer. You won't regret it.

Well here is a place I hope you won't have to need.
But in the unfortunate luck of damaging your car, Quigley's is there to help.
Actually Quigley's is there in good times too. I have used them twice. Once in a bad time when my car was hit at a parking lot, and during a better time, when I had some extra money to upgrade some parts on my car.
Both times Quiqleys:
1) Did a great job, completely, totally unnoticable that any repair was done. Like new, basically.
2) Was honest about their pricing and what to expect.
3) Offered reasonable prices in comparison to others. Note that Quigley's is not cheap due to the quality of their work, they are nevertheless very competitive, and they also do work hard to avoid wasting your money.
4) Very polite, great communication.
5) Clean/decent facility, easy to find location
6) They did what they promised.
7) Just all around had a good feel, good vibe.
I believe my review is the 11th 5-star rating in a row for Quigley's, and based upon 2 experienced I've had there, it is very well deserved!

I'm a little late writing this review, I actually had my car worked on by Quigleys about 3 weeks ago. The service and quality of work from this place is top-notch! I originally came in looking to repair some paint damage to a car I had recently picked up off a friend of mine. The car is approximately 10 years old, so the paint wear was to be expected, but I wanted to freshen up the look of the car, also since other than that paint wear, it's a great sports car. Mark and Bruce were very upfront with what it would take to refurbish the areas that needed it, as well as what it would cost. We also discussed certain parts of the car that might need to be replaced, but they offered me options that would be more cost effective "fixes" for those parts. I appreciated that they were trying to save me some money, but in the end, since this car is going to be a project car that I want to get back to it's former glory, I decided to replace the parts needed. It wasn't cheap, but that was primarily due to the fact that the parts themselves were not cheap, not dues to Quigleys. In the end when I picked up my car it looked beautiful and I'm already planning to go back to them to when I eventually find the body kit I want to add to my car! I highly recommend them! You're not going to necessarily get rock-bottom pricing, but I've learned too many times from experience, you get what you pay for, and here you get quality.

These guys are top notch! They fixed some bumper and apron damage, replaced my grill, and installed a new headlight, on my Honda Pilot and it looks as good as new.
They definitely spend a lot of time trying to explain the process and make sure that everything gets fixed...and they get the job done fast. Mark definitely took very good care of me by keeping me informed of where they were with the progress of the repair and he even helped me through a lot of the red tape that Esurance sent me through to get the job done. The whole process took about 1 week, 3 days of which were idle because Esurance was dragging their feet.

When my precious Civic got rear-ended in January I was not looking forward to trying to find a garage and deal with the hassle of going through the other guy's insurance to get it fixed. But when I brought it over to Quigleys (thanks to Yelp!) I knew that I made the right choice.
Mark was very helpful throughout the whole process, especially with dealing with the insurance company. He gave me his honest opinion on how I should proceed and made every effort to get my car back to me as soon as possible in perfect condition. He called to give me updates on the work in progress. And Quigleys delivered on their promise -- they turned a major hassle into a positive situation. I've dealt with a few body shops for my previous car in the past, and none gave me this level of customer service as well as quality work. I really appreciate their help. I had my car back in a couple weeks with a brand new bumper, and they even cleaned it all up! They are friendly, professional, and do great work.

We've had our cars repaired at Quigley's 4 times over the past 10 years. They are absolutely top notch. Mark is very knowledgeable about insurance, explaining things in detail and helping you through the process. Bruce is very knowledgeable about the repairs, and makes you feel comfortable that your car will be well taken care of. This past repair, I got to meet Craig who repaired the door electronics ... another good guy. At every step, they give you options (such as after-market vs oem, etc), so there have never been any surprises at the end.
When dealing with most auto shops, I go in and have to maintain a facade, so I won't get taken. Not here. I can talk openly, and I trust them. How many places can you say that about, especially in the auto industry?
For our most recent repair, we were at fault. It was the first time we were at fault, so I thought I would take it to a repair shop that our insurance company authorized. Our car was towed there, and immediately, I knew we didn't want our car repaired there. Because of the insurance company affiliation, there were cars out the wazoo, and I could tell they would not put the care and workmanship into the repair. I felt they might cut corners without telling us, because they have to keep the insurance company happy as much as (or more so than) you. I told the tow truck to take my car to Quigley's, and as soon as I got there, I could feel my stress level come down.
Quigley's workmanship is exquisite, and their color matching is impeccable. My wife is the ultimate QA, and can find the smallest blemishes. She has been completely satisfied with Quigley's workmanship.
It's too bad they don't do general auto maintenance; otherwise, I would bring my car here for everything.

Absolutely grade A service throughout the entire process of repairing some minor fender bender damage to the front of my Scion TC. Mark Sandstedt was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and the quality of the work they did on my car was superb, It was like the damage never existed in the first place. Had my car repaired here for undercarriage/wiring damage and a stolen side mirror cap. Went through my insurance and they offered Quigley's as one of their recommended body shops. I made an appointment and brought my car in to have them take a look. They made a call to BMW asking for parts, and told me they'd call me when the car was ready.
I was expecting maybe a week's worth of wait, seeing as they'd have to wait for the parts to come in. But lo and behold, the next evening they called me and let me know the car was ready for pickup. I got it the next morning, and it looked as good as new! Would highly recommend Quigley's to anyone needing auto body work in the area.

Quigley's Autobody did a great job on repairing my rear bumper on my 3 series. Although I did not require a new rear bumper to be delivered to Quigley's for my repair, my car was returned to me in a very timely manner. I left my car at Quigley's on Monday morning and received my car repaired and painted on Tuesday evening. The paint was blended perfectly.
In addition to the repair, Mark was very gracious and informative on every detail that I needed and wanted to know about the repair. He is also a genuinely nice guy to talk do and do business with. Quigley's also made sure I had a ride to and from Enterprise rent-a-car down the street in a timely fashion.
The only thing minor complaint I have was that there was a clip (the type that clip bumpers onto the frame of the car) left in the front passenger seat after the repair. I cannot seem to find out where that clip goes, but everything seems to be intact and well fit. No shakes, no vibrations.

My wife and I experienced EXCELLENT customer service at Quigleys fixing damage to our Expedition from a rear end collision.
We had to use our uninsured motorist coverage and the insurance adjuster's estimate was more than our coverage so cost was especially important to us.
We were very apprehensive having to deal with an auto body shop. Our concern was being overcharged since we were not familiar with costs, procedures, etc.
We felt some confidence with Quigleys due to all the positive reviews on Yelp. Additionally, we mentioned Quigleys to the Mercury insurance adjuster that came out to inspect the damage and prepare their cost estimate. The adjuster said Quigleys was a great shop and knew of many satisfied customers of the shop.
Quigleys walked us through all options for our repair. It was very evident they were not trying to make the most money they could from us, but giving us all the information we need to make our own decisions. In the end, the Expedition looks great and they came in below our insurance coverage so there no out of pocket cost for us!!
This is actually our first Yelp review. We felt we needed to give back and hopefully help others feel confident about going to Quigleys for their auto repairs.

Everyone goes online to post negative reviews. Not this time! Quigley's Auto Body Lake Forest is by far the very best. I got referred to a different body shop - that disappointed me in the past. I won't mention them because that would rob Mark and Bruce at Quigley's of the praise that they deserve. Not only did they do what they said they would do, and do it very well. . . They did so much more than they had to do. They were kind, professional, and honest. They did an excellent job of changing the fender and matching the paint, they blended the new fender with the hood and bumper, they took special care to make the hood and bumper look as new as the new fender - they went over and beyond to make the hood and bumper look awesome - and that wasn't even part of the job! I had a dented fender! They did it unbelievably fast, and stayed right in the estimated dollar amount which was more than reasonable. It looks so good I was absolutely giddy with delight! I couldn't believe it! I would refer everyone to them any time for any and all auto body work. Remember that your insurance company cannot legally make you go to their auto body place. That is their "Referral relationship". Just take your estimate right over to Quigley's in Lake Forest, CA!

Where to start...
My first encounter with them came about 5 years ago after I had finished polishing all the original paint on my 25 year old BMW 3 series. It was perfect. Then some dumb kids decided to trash my car with a 4X4. I was heartbroken. All that time to make the paint look like new and then this happens. The insurance adjuster said the damages would end up totaling the car. The car was too clean and too good to let that happen. So I bring it to Quigleys for a second opinion. Mark looked it over and suggested we do everything except fix a small dime sized dent on the roof. That alone would cost over a thousand because of the one piece of metal this was a part of. So we went with that plan and had the car repaired. When I picked up the car, it looked as if nothing had happened, minus the roof dent.
Flash forward 3 years. I had brought my car into the garage to do some work on it, and under the flourescent light, I could see some very slight waves in the door where the repairs were done. 99% of the population would't care, but I had spent lots of time and effort to restore this car. I went down to Quigleys and talked to Mark and Bruce, and they agreed to fix the repair FREE of CHARGE!! Talk about standing by your work! I asked them to take car of some other small stuff while they were at it. When I pick the car up, it was perfect.
I would never expect them to fix this after so much time has passed, but was pleasantly surprised to see how much they are interested in good customer service and the quality of their work.
They have since repaired my wifes bumper twice, and both times had color matched perfectly.
I forget who introduced me to Quigley's, but I am very thankful for the intro. I hope this serves to get you to use them if you may ever need it.

This guy is terrible - do NOT go to him. He is: rude, self-interested, slow and overpriced. I tried to take my car in for bumper repair after a moving company damaged it and simply advised that the company would pay for it via credit card. He argued with me repeatedly that he would not charge their credit card because he would not risk his own ass in case something went wrong. FYI guy, Maaco did this with no problems and no questions asked. They are also faster, more convenient, less expensive and actually deliver what the customer wants.
I repeat - DO NOT GO TO HIM - you will be sorry.

Had the misfortune of having my car damaged in the parking lot when I was out grocery shopping. I notified my insurance company and they gave me a list of preferred auto body shops that they work with. After checking out the list using online reviews via Yelp, I noticed that Quigley's Auto Body got phenomenal reviews.
Well, the reviews don't lie. This has been the most professional experience I've ever had with an auto body shop. The work was completed in the promised time frame of a week and the work was superb. The paint looked stunning and perfectly matched my vehicle of 10 years. Mark even pointed out where the differences would be in the car (i.e. the black plastic mouldings in the bumper) since some parts would be new and other parts that are reusable they would have to use due to the stipulations by my insurance company. Honestly, if he didn't tell me the differences, I wouldn't have even noticed. I can see why these guys are busy as the service is excellent and the quality and craftsmanship of the work is top-notch.
If I am ever in need of auto body work again (knock on wood), then they've got a repeat customer in me. Thank you Mark and the rest of the people at Quigleys Auto Body. You guys rock!

Very happy indeed with work they did for me. Polite, and timely service. I had several quotes, but price isn't everything, I need to trust the people who are fixing my car. I have had shoddy work done in the past after my car was hit from the side and rear, full price paid but cheapo knock-off materials and body kit used as replacement. I never want to repeat that experience. I spent a little time at Quigleys, openly voiced my concerns and was given answers, respect and time in return. The job they ultimately did was first class. I have already recommended them to people, and wanted to do the same on Yelp.

What else can I say that already hasn't been said about Quigleys!
This shop is the best! Working with Mark and Bruce they definitely explain what is going on go the extra mile! They do care about Customers. In my specific case, I was on a business trip and called Mark letting him know I would be there by a certain time. Ran into traffic on the way over and Mark stayed far beyond closing time...how's that for Customer Service!!!
I highly recommend Quigleys. If you want your car fixed the right way in a pleasant environment, this is the place to go!

After having my truck repaired for damage caused in an accident I can say I was definitely pleased with the service.

LOVE this place! I have taken my car there twice. The employes are very nice, they are funny and treat you like an intelligent person. I am 22 and look very young, some of the other places I went treated me like a child and here they were nice and treated me like an adult. Their work was fast and very good. My car looked perfect both times after going there. I especially love that the employees will stay open latter if needed. They close at 5:30 but they waited for me until 6 when I could make it over there. Great place. Highly recommend it.

I see why this place has 5 stars overall.
They do everything from custom (kustom?) hot rod bodywork to your basic scuffed fender. This is the kind of company I like: they don't toot their own horn, instead they let their work do the talking.
They so honest, I think they hurt their own business, since I think they're like, too shy to rip people off. I got a much higher quote from another place, to do a bunch of work that I see now I don't really need.
As someone mentioned, Mark is definitely on the ball with insurance. He told me what my insurance would pay (and stuff it would not pay for). He also discussed various insurance companies with me, since I said I was looking for another insurance company.

I had a fender bender but the damage was quite substantial. Quigleys is the third estimate. Mark returned the phone call promptly. He waited for me after hours. His estimate was not only the most reasonable, he offered to look for used OEM parts because my car is ten years old. He would put himself in my shoes to try to minimize the costs. To his credit and patience, he found a hood with the red color, with few scratches. They buffed it up, filled in the scratches with touch up paint, I am back on the road in a week. They put me in touch with a friendly rental agency during the time my car was in the shop. Mark waited for me a few times more after hours. I spoke with Bruce on the phone and met him in person too. He is very helpful and personable. They even gave me a nice discount at the end. Now I know why they are highly recommended:) The entire experience was very pleasant. Now, how many body shop repair experiences can be pleasant, honestly?

I recently got into an accident and needed my hood and front bumper replaced. Not knowing where to take my car, my mother referred me to Quigley's. She has taken her car there for years now and has always been completely satisfied with their work. I simply called Quigley's and arranged for a representative to come out and estimate my car. When things got difficult and my insurance company didn't want to cover all of my car repair expenses, Mark stepped in and fought for me. The customer service I received was exceptional. This body shop is just as advertised; excellent workmanship, doing the job right, and having the car done as promised. This shop is exactingly how body shops used to be run. Had to get my car fixed after hitting a 18 wheeler tire on the freeway. The bumper was ripped, undercarriage destroyed, fog lights missing, and etc. Mark at Quigleys was very informative and tried to help me save wherever I can by saying if I can bring parts in at a lower $$ he will give me a credit. Due to my scheduling I decided to just let Mark take care of everything. Mark gave me an eta on when the car will be ready and was spot on. Overall it was a very hassle free experience and the car looks better than I took drove off the lot. What I liked most with Quigleys is that it is run by people who actually like cars and are in the best interest for their customers.

It was late on a Sat afternoon and I accidentally backed into my daughter's car. I read Quigley's fine reviews on line and called. Even though they were closed the owner said to bring it down and they would repair it. Because both our cars are over 10 years old, I didn't want to report it to insurance and needed more safe, cosmetic and reasonable repair. My daughter was going out of town and they repaired it in a more than satisfactory manner in less than the time they estimated. Mark explained everything very honestly and thoroughly and gave me several options. I am so glad I found them and will definitely go to them and recommend them from now on!

So glad I came here! I got into an accident in a parking lot and my headlight and hood were damaged. I chose Quigley's Autobody because my dad restores cars and has always highly recommended them. As soon as I contacted them, I was totally impressed. I am 22, so I am not very experienced with dealing with the whole insurance company situation. Mark walked me through the process step by step to let me know what I would expect. I appreciated his phone updates which let me know what was going on with my car and when I could expect it to be completed. I told him that I did not have rental car coverage on my insurance and I really feel that he was able to understand and fulfill my needs to get my car back as soon as possible! I have a 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara so finding replacement parts is not an easy task, however Mark kept me updated on the part search and let me know when I could expect the work to be completed. Upon picking up the vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had totally detailed my car, even Armor -Alling my tires.
In addition to the accident damage, I also asked Quigley's to give me a quote on previous damage on the vehicle. They gave me a VERY reasonable price and I am very happy with the result.
BOTTOM LINE: Quigley's Autobody is a very honest company that has the client's best interest in mind. They are very efficient, helpful people and I would highly recommend their services. I would definitely use them in the future! Keep up the good work guys!

I was my very first car wreck on the way back from a job interview in Lake Forest and my car was completely crushed. I had it towed to Quigley's and the staff there gave exceptional service. I worked with Mark - who explained the whole process of insurance estimates and explained all of the different methods of repairing the car so that my insurance company would not be able to cheat me. He told me all of the different methods insurance companies use to cut losses and exactly how those methods would effect my car. Everyone I talked to was patient and understanding and really seemed to be looking out for me as their customer. He even recommended that I give up my salvage title to the insurance company - even though it meant less money for him. I would strongly recommend anyone who needs body work done to go there, especially if you have to go through your insurance.

I've been coming here since the late 1990's. The quality of work is beyond exemplary. They're honest, fair and committed to their craft. It's family owned, and they've had the same painters and body guys for more than 16 years...that says a lot about the treatment of employees and the quality of their work. They've painted no fewer than 10 cars for me and did many of the cars from The Fast and The Furious. They do everything from collision repair to custom work.
