I sent my mom's Honda Civic here for some body damage from a minor car accident last wed. The car came back as good as new today and they even went above and beyond and sanded and painted an area that wasn't part of the accident for free! Zdenko was my service advisor and was very helpful when I called to check on the status of the car or insurance claim. I highly recommend them for body work bc it is top notch and very high quality.
On a seperate note, this company should also be commended for their altruism bc they recently helped repair a car for a veteran of the United States for free along with a few other companies in the local area- I read about it in the newspaper. There should be more companies that do this for our service members!

I have never had a more pleasant car care experience.
Absolutely everyone I talked to was extremely polite and professional, doing their best to help me. Even the guys who wandered from the shop into the offices asked if they could help me.
Russle in particular understood my car and my situation and helped me as much as anyone I've ever worked with. He was very prompt and comprehensive in answering my questions both through email amd over the phone.
The work they did on my car was exceptional and I was back in my car extremely fast.
There are a lot of body shop choices in this area and I will definitely recommend this place every time I can.

I recently had my car repainted through this location. Zdenko was awesome and kept me updated throughout the whole process letting me know the status on my car. It was done a day before they had originally estimated. The paint job is perfect and my car looks brand new!

The staff was very professional & knowledgeable. I went in to have an insurance claim completed and ended up having some additional work done just because I could get it done at the same time. They didn't charge me an arm & a leg for the additional work & I walked away with a big smile! Thank you Caliber Collision!

Accidents are never fun when they happen. I just recently got rear ended on the freeway. My insurance (AAA) referred me to Caliber in RSM. I just got my car back and it looks like nothing had happened to it. Absolutely beautiful work was done. Zdenko Matijasevic was my service rep. He kept me informed of my car's progress and was very careful making sure the car was in perfect condition before it was returned to me. He did promise an early delivery but he saw that there was a problem with my muffler once assembled and painted and took the extra time to send it to a shop to fix it before the delivery. It was still delivered to me before the estimated date. Stellar work was done, I just drove it today for a 160 mile round trip, it was like it just came off the lot. Highly recommended.

I ran over a large black metal object on the freeway a while back that really messed up the front end and radiator of my Honda Civic.
I decided to bring my car to Caliber Collision and I'm so glad I went there. Our service manager (Charlene) was knowledgeable and professional and was able to work seamlessly with my insurance and car rental company. What a relief!
The workmanship of the repair was top notch and the speedy turnaround time really impressed me. I have to say, my car looks better than before the freeway incident!

I recently had my vehicle repaired by Caliber Collision and had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE. From the moment I walked in the door, every employee was friendly and greeting everyone with a smile.
Rusty was so quick to assist me with getting me an estimate and he provided outstanding service the entire time. He had open communication with me throughout the repairs and my vehicle was actually finished a earlier than expected. Not only was my vehicle completed early, but the work that was done was flawless and looks brand new again. I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone for repairs to their vehicle and above all recommend using Rusty as their service advisor.

Could not be more pleased with our experience in working with this Caliber location. Manager Jason sent me status emails several times a day over the three and a half days they had our vehicle in for repairs. There were no surprises in working with them and the vehicle came back looking better than ever. The whole process was seamless and should I ever have the bad luck to need a collision repair again, this is the first place I would turn to for assistance!

I was rear ended on the 5 freeway and took my car to Caliber Collision in Rancho Santa Margarita. I was amazed by the friendly and welcoming staff. They truly made me feel well taken care and like my car was in the best hands. I have to give a shout out to my service advisor Russell. If you ever go to this location, ask for him!! He gave me bi-weekly updates on the status of my car and informed me of all the steps along the way. He helped me deal with the insurance company and gave me a hassle free experience. When my car was ready to be picked up, I had no available time to come get it. In order to save me money on a rental car, Russell took the time to drive over 70 miles to return the car to me personally. Wow!! My car came back looking brand new. I am beyond satisfied with my experience at this Caliber Collision. I highly recommend this place if you are ever in an accident!!

Make sure you ask for ZDENKO! He is so helpful and kind. I didn't expect good customer service from a place like this and I was BLOWN AWAY. There's nothing like helpful, easy people to work with like Zdenko when you are going through the daunting task of getting your car fixed after an accident. And, of course, I wouldn't be giving 5 stars if the repair work wasn't on point. Everything was great all around but Zdenko is who really made our experience above the rest.

I've never written a Yelp review although I use Yelp frequently. I went in to the collision center with the intention of leaving my car there for a few days while they fix a big scratch on the side of my car. It turned out all it needed to be fixed was a certain solution. It took them about 15/20minutes and they did it for free. I'm very thankful and they saved me a lot of money!

I recently had my car repaired and detailed at ACS and from the second i walked into the front office, I was blown away with how well I was greeted, the personal touches of the staff, and ultimately the excellent quality of repairs on my vehicle. What a class organization! Nothing like other bodyshops I have been sent to in the past!!

By far the best auto body shop I have ever been to. My car was hit from behind and Luis, Aaron and Jennifer took such great care of us and the car. They were thorough and excellent at repairing the collision damage. Such quality work and also a AAA approved shop was a plus. I would recommend Auto Collision Solutions for your auto body needs!

I was in an accident about a year ago and had some major work done. Everything was fine and dandy for a day. Simply put the work done here is lazy. They did not align my car, which was affected in the accident. They spared all costs in the repairs. They actually forgot to put a hose clamp onto the radiator and thus all radiator fluid leaked from my car, causing it to overheat. I had to bring it back 2 times that week, once to get the hose clamp reinstalled and for an alignment. The place they brought it to did a poor job of the alignment and I had to bring it in a second time for them to do it again. Flash forward to today, during the installation and repair they apparently gouged the brand new radiator and now it needs to be replaced. I am here for a 4th time to get a new radiator installed. Needless to say I don't trust them one bit, but I am also not gonna pay for a brand new radiator so I am forced to deal with them again. Never trust a mechanic that can't do the job right the first time. Never coming back here again that for sure.

These people are amazing! Lets face it, if you are going to a body shop then you are probably having a crappy day. The people at Auto Collision Solutions turn a crappy day and situation into a positive, helpful and professional experience. They are willing to do what their name suggests, find solutions. I am the typical poor college student and Arron Holmes, one of the managers, was able to work with my budget and get my car fixed. Not only was work great so was the service. They called me periodically to let me know the status of my car and they finished it a day ahead of schedule! Later, when I picked up my car I found out that one of the painters decided to stay late to finish my car. To me, that says a lot about a person and the pride they have in their work. If you have to go to a body shop (and I pray you don't) then look now further than Auto Collision Solutions!

Left my car with Auto Collision Solutions on Tuesday for a three day job. I called back on Thursday to confirm that the car was on time for Friday, and then called again on Friday. Both times I was told the car was on time, however when I showed up I was told that it would take until after the weekend, and no-one admitted having talked to me on the phone. However, the manager managed to get the car done by Saturday, and the finished workmanship was very good. If you have plenty of time, I would recommend this shop, just don't expect them to be on time.
