As the Owner of a diesel coach (Tiffin Allegro Bus), it's always a scary proposition when service or repairs are required. I've had single service stops cost over $4,000 in the past, so when my diesel generator stopped working, I was concerned...
I am so glad that I discovered Premier Motorcoach in Santa Ana!! Jeff was great at keeping me informed of the progress during diagnosis of the problem, and after a lot of effort to find the issue, it turned out to be just a loose connector plug inside the generator! They also got my LP working for the fridge again just by cleaning out the system (and then showed me what to watch for and how to help fix it myself if it happens again!). Other places might have charged me to REPLACE the fridge, and found EXPENSIVE PARTS to repair the generator, but Jeff and Maury were honest, ethical, and the total bill was only $150. I almost couldn't believe it!!
I highly recommend taking your coach here first when you need service or upgrades. It's not easy to find great people in this business, but here they are! Thank you Premier Motorcoach!!

This place is awesome! I have taken my RV there in the past for repairs and have never been let down! Today was no exception!! I needed to have an issue with my slide out looked at as I am taking the RV out later this week. Jeff pulled one of his guys from the shop out to look at it and within an hour I was on the road, problem solved!!!!

You get what you pay for. I was having some electrical issues with my 5th wheel. I took it to a place in Anaheim and it was a nightmare. I called Prestige and spoke with Jeff. He told me to bring in the unit. Within 5 minutes he figured out the problem and he fixed it right there on the spot. He showed me all the work they do and it is amazing. If you want it done right, you need to take your RV here.

We own a 1985 Lazy Daze, and after needing some work done I set out to find an R/V repair facility that was honest - which I thought was going to be impossible. Reading through some of the reviews of other repair places, I thought I was out of luck. I was happy to have found Premier.
We had a water leak develop close to the outlet of the pressure pump, and it was soaking the carpet. I really wanted to have it fixed as quickly as possible before the carpet and sub-floor was ruined. I was in and out within two hours! I then noticed that there was a leak at the inlet pipe, and they replaced the seal there, which took all of about 10 minutes.
Great place if you need work done. Although what I had done was a small job compared to the other coaches they are working on, they treated me well and did a great job. There are a few other things that I need done and I will certainly be taking our R/V back to Premier.

After being jerked around by a Motorhome dealer, we chose to remodel our class C. Maury, Jeff and the crew at premier redid the interior and suspension with common sense changes that updated our coach with superb workmanship at a fair price. The cost was about the same as sales tax on a new rig. We're delighted!

If you have an RV in need of service or repair you should take it with confidence to Premier Motorcoach.
Maury and Jeff came recommended by my neighbor. I needed a couple of minor repairs but I wanted them done before my trip the coming weekend. These guys had me bring it in that very day and performed the repairs very quickly. The price was more than fair and I was on my way.
I had another need for repair today and the same experience. Immediate and friendly service at a perfectly reasonable price.
They are really nice people too. They all own coaches and are passionate about enjoying them. I am very pleased to have met them. This is how business should be done.

We had the great fortune to deal with Maury at Premier Motorcoach in November, 2014. At that time, Premier had a motorhome that they had worked on that the owner decided to sell. Maury acted as a liaison between the owners and us during the negotiation process. He was very professional and patient during the process. After the purchase went through, we had Premier Motorcoach repair some body damage, change a few components including installation and retrofit of an updated television as well as do a thorough service and cleaning. We couldn't have been any more pleased with the treatment we received, including the quality of the work. We felt the pricing was very fair and reasonable, which is rare these days. We would highly recommend Premier Motorcoach and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Just stopped in to Premier to get my '97 dodge pleasure way class b rv checked out. Had known for months I needed to have my propane cooking and heating system looked at, turned back on, and safety inspected after it had been sitting unused for quite some time. Every place I could find in OC quoted me $60-100 to check it all out, make sure it was safe to use, and walk me through maintenance of this system.
Jeff from Premier was great from my first phone call!! He worked with me right away to schedule a good time to get to it on the spot as I couldn't leave it, and told me he'd give me a good deal on this simple inspection. I trusted him and their great Yelp reviews and am so glad I did!! He got to it right away, got it working and running clean, kindly walked me through all my novice questions & taught me more about the system, and did it all for MUCH less than all my other phone quotes. Got my stove, water heater, and heater all working great as if they never had been turned off. I will definitely be bringing my rv back to the amazing folks at Premier for all jobs big to small from now on, and since rv maintenance can be an expensive nightmare, I know can keep on truckin' with these guys on my side! Excellent RV service & repair shop for RV owners. And great alternative to big RV dealers where u may need to wait in long lines 4 service - or keep your RV in their lot for days or weeks. It's a hidden gem.
Maury the owner cares about ur problems. Talented RV engineers and technicians like Steve and Brad. Smart troubleshooting. Affordable rates. Helpful advice. Friendly service too from Laura at the front office. Maury helped me out big time when I needed urgent service.

O.K. here goes. These folks are the best! The whole team was great to us. They are very professional, friendly and keep to schedule and their pricing is fair. There is not one area of the remodel they did on our Airstream that we are not pleased with. The workmanship they do is pretty great. They make suggestions, give you alternatives and being two women we did not feel that we were talked down to, they just explained how they were going to do everything so there was no missunderstandings. Take your RV there for anything. These are great folks and know their stuff. We feel good to recommend to our RV friends.

So glad I found this place!!! I ended up side swiped by a another truck and it took out my side quarter rear panel on my 2007 Pace Arrow. I seriously did not know who could repair damage on RVs. The First number that came up was Premier and they had 4 Stars and I called them and worked with Maury from the initial call on to the telephone to the whole insurance process, was handled with efficiency and great professionalism. This is the place you want to go if your RV needs repair without a doubt!!!!

I have one word to describe Maury. Integrity. Long after our business transaction was done he continues to keep in contact with me and give me helpful advice. He went way above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. In this day and age it's hard to find a company like premier motorcoach that does business in an ethical manner. Having been a small business owner myself I know how hard it is to go that extra mile. Since then I've done transactions with several companies, Sears, AT&T/Direct Tv, Time Warner cable among many others. No one goes out of their way to make sure they have a happy customer like Maury does. His staff are a direct reflection of him. They will not take a shortcut or leave a job halfway done. It will be done right the first time with no shortcuts. Next time I'm within 500 miles of Anaheim I will go by there just to buy them lunch if nothing else. Congratulations on a job well done to everyone at Premier! Thanks guys!!
