I have no idea how they got this five star rating here.
This is a small mama-papa body shop, hiding in a inner street. There is a reason why it is still a very small body shop after many years in business. I was helped by the owner Andy. I had a rear ended accident. Minor scratches on the bumper, and the bumper itself is off a little bit. Since the other party's insurance company will pay for anything, I just asked him to write a quote and sent to the insurance company, and I just dropped off my car there. He quoted ~$850, for replacing the bumper.
When I came back to pick it up, right before I was about to sign the paper, I just asked "so you replaced the bumper". And he was kind of hesitated and said "no...actually I reconditioned it, I sent it out to recondition... that can save you some money,.. er... about ~$200". So he was lying, and if I didn't ask, I would not even get the $200. I knew I made a mistake to send the car there, but since it was very small work and it is not a new car, I just signed and left.
I did not intend to leave a review here, until after a few weeks, the bumper came off just as before the repair, so he did not even take off the bumper, let along "sent it out for reconditioning". he just touch up painted the scratched (really $10 touch up pen will do it), press the bumper back (it was very small off the mount), and get the $650.
I would say, you'd better only go there if no other choices, and it'd better be insurance pays for it, and yourself have to keep an eye on it. But if the insurance company pays for it, why not just go to dealership?

Had some paint and body work done on my Lexus GS. Andy is honest and experienced. Price was much less then other places I contacted. The work came out great and was completed on our predetermined timeline. Unlike other body shops the price Andy gave on the estimate stayed the same when the work was finished. If you're looking for body shop with fair prices that does good work then this is it. Thanks again Andy.

I used to get very upset when my car needed body work because I feared being taken advantage of. Now I just take it to Andy and he fixes it. He's done work on my car, my wife's car and my mother-in-laws car. Every time the work has been excellent fair and honest. I highly recommend this place.

I went to the mini dealership to get a simple realignment done for my window and they quoted me $480 for "labor". This was outrageous and extremely unreasonable! So I did some research and found this place. I called,and Andy was very friendly and eager to help. After telling him my situation he understood that dealers overcharge and knew what I needed was something simple. He quoted me for less than $100 and everything was done in two hours!! Sure enough I paid my $100 and was off with my car two hours later! I am very vary happy with the service here and would recommend this place to anyone! If I could I would give this place six stars.

Andy is the best! After a car hit my passenger side it was left with many dents and big scratches. I left my car there and in about a week it was ready and now my car looks brand new. His work is very professional and clean. This shop is very friendly and customer service orientated. Made the whole process easy. I had a positive experience. The damage to my car wasn't extensive, but it bothered me. Quick estimate. One-day turnaround. They actually tried to finish it the afternoon I turned it in, but they couldn't quite make it. Picked it up the next afternoon and the damage was well-repaired.
The owner was very nice as was his associate. I plan on going back to get a few other dings repaired.

Andy is extremely friendly & helpful. My daughter had taken her car in for a quote for the back side driver side scratches at another place & got a quote of $827.24. Andy explained the other guys quote & then fixed her car for $300. We took it in on a Tuesday evening & it was ready by Thursday @ noon. The car looked amazing. He even took out the scratches on the other side of the car & replaced the panel for the window controls at no charge. The car was sparkling inside & out. We were very pleased & highly recommend them.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Absolute Collision Center has been my in-law's Go-To for all auto repair needs. After getting side swiped by another vehicle Andy had my Tacoma in the shop within hours. He communicated with my insurance company and had a rental car already waiting for me. Andy and his team went above and beyond in order to repair my truck and I can honestly say it looks brand new. I went around getting estimates from a few places before I came across these guys. Their customer service was excellent. I was greeted right away by Andy great guy. We discussed details. Not often do you have a good experience when you are getting body work done but this place makes it a little less painful. I never got the pleasure of meeting Andy but i did get texts from him with pictures and updates on my car. Jose in the shop is awesome and the work they do is bar not worth 6 stars if i could give it.
I took my 2010 silver Camaro in for rear bumper work. The price was competitive and glad i decided to take it to these guys. When i got the car back it was as if the day i drove it off the lot.
As an added bonus to showcase the type of guys working here; my dad dropped me off and inquired with Jose about touching up some scratches on his Honda Accord. Without hesitation and with no regard to his busy schedule Jose went to the car, wrote down the paint number comes back and touches up the car's scratches at NO CHARGE! I thanked him and slipped a $20 into his pocket which he did not want to accept.
Sketchy area and the shop doesnt reflect the work they do. It's small but the work they do is mighty. Highly recomment.

These guys are great! I took my Jaguar in to get a "fender bender" (a bowling ball sized dent above the drivers-side headlight repaired. They not only fixed the dent, but color-matched it perfectly! Everything was done within a few days. I worked with Andy, and he couldn't have been nicer! I will be returning to them for future work, and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

I went here because I saw the good review. They were awesome. I got pics of my car for updates. They communicate with you. Fast repair. Like very fast. My car looks as the day I got it. And I can't even tell it was in an accident. The paint matched and was beautiful. He was very friendly and honest. It's very hard to find that. They cleaned the car and made sure everything was right. I will only come here for now on.

Andy came highly recommended from a local Toyota dealership for a minor repair. Although we live in Orange County, this auto repair is worth the drive. Amazing work and service. I was referred here from a friend after being in a fender bender. When i picked my car up I was pleased to see that it was taken care of, and at a better price than other body shops I had been looking at going into. This place is a hidden gem. I came in to get my 2008 Honda back bumper and side panel fixed and not only did they finish quicker than promised, Andy did a FANTASTIC job. It looks like brand new!! I was beyond satisfied with EVERYTHING, including the price; very reasonable! It was my first time here, and I thank yelpers for their reviews, because that's how I discovered this shop. It's a small shop, but they do big, quality work. Plus, I like to support smaller shops than the big names; they seem to be way more attentive. Also, Andy is super nice, sincere, and honest. It's really rare to come across great customer service these days, but am happy that I found a great body shop that I can 100% trust! I absolutely recommend this place!

Andy ! Im so sorry it took so long to review you guys.
I have to say this was a greaat shop Andy took care of me from the start to finish and the work was incredible. I owned a Honda Civic 10 front right was completely screwed from a trailer truck and my baby looks brand new not only does the color and all work spot on but also took less than the week and a half of they told me it was going to be. I am a VERY HAPPY GIRL
