I would HIGHLY recommend Prestige! My husbands car was totally smashed in the front, and they fixed the car in a week and a half! Amazing turn around time! They did all the work with the insurance and made this accident something that wasn't even a problem. I really appreciate how quickly they fixed the car and how little I had to do to get my car in and out of there. I really like how they text you photos of the car during the process so you know exactly what they're doing to it and how it is looking. They communicate well with you! I only had two TINY complaints... it wasn't anything to give them less stars about.... After they assessed the car they told me I needed to come sign the paper, but I was at work and couldn't really leave. They said they would email it to me the quote and then I could call and give the verbal okay. I got the email shortly after and called to give the okay, and I was told I HAD to come in to sign. That's fine, but don't give me the option to give the verbal okay if it's not really okay. Anyways, I work close to there so I just ran over there on my break and it worked out. The second part was that I got a final photo texted to me and it said "vehicle ready for delivery" but they didn't call me or anything telling me it was done. I just got a picture of the finished car. So I called them and they said that, yes, it was done. Maybe they were going to call the next day since it was towards the end of the day... i don't know, but it worked out. So I would just suggest they don't send the final photo until AFTER they have called the owner to tell them it is ready to be picked up. :) But honestly, these were such minor issues compared to what I have dealt with at other body shops! I can't say thank you enough! Excellent customer service and they're just super quick in their work!
OH! ALSO I forgot to add that our accident happened in the evening and we had it towed to prestige thinking we would just leave the car in their parking lot, but one of the workers was still there after hours and he let us park the car inside even though it was after hours.... I was able to sleep easy knowing it was safe in the garage and not out for someone to try to steal the battery or something! So thankful for Prestige!

Although he says he never spoke with me..I am also writing this review with my husband present.But also I was right there when my husband had it on speaker phone at the other body shop. Everyone heard what he was saying. My husband informed him he was on speaker phone. He was being very nasty on the phone. He also has NO right to talk badly about a competitor if he has never had dealing with him. The guy at the other shop never said a thing about Ed. Concepts owner was very professional.
I do have to say Ed called a few days ago to apologize and to say sorry for his actions. But Im sorry he went to far. I felt he was unprofessional .
Also to say I demanded my truck being totaled...false.. I told him I thought the frame was bent and if it was...I didnt want it straightened do to me hauling too much weight. It is a commercial vehicle and I would not feel that it was structurally sound to haul 45,000 lbs. I felt that the structure would be weak and I wouldnt trust it.
So as for my feeling on him...Im still upset. Not only did he NEVER measured the frame. He kept my truck for over a week and done nothing. When I tried to move it to the other body shop..He held my truck an extra 4 days until an insurance payment would be made. He didnt trust the other shop to give them a company check. I feel he just wanted more money to hold my truck the extra days..
So much for a free estimate... I will NEVER have dealings with this company again.

This is not a body shop to use! When visiting my daughter, who is in the US Navy she picked up a dent in a parking lot hit and run, so we stopped by Prestige to have the dent taken out. When we came back to pick up her car, the work was poor and there was some type of stain on the interior that wasn't there when we dropped it off. The owner took offense to me critiquing his people's work. He was so loud that his daughter came out with other employees. He basically tried to intimidate us with his bad behavior. Thank god that I was with my daughter because if she would have gone in there alone she would have been totally abused. If you are a woman, don't go to this business alone. These people are artful in ripping people off. Just stay away.

I had a huge dimple on the panels above my doors from my roof rack system as well as my front bumper needing repainted from somebody hitting my parked car in SF. I got 6 quotes at different places ranging from $1600 to $1000. Prestige did it for $850 and did an AMAZING job. They even dropped me off at home and picked me up. Very friendly and professional, and did I mention life time warranty! Will definitely go back to them with any future repairs as well as telling all my friends about them.
