Absolutely amazing work. Had a hit and run on my car and it got messed up pretty bad. Not only did they finish it in a timely manner, they even went out of there way to fix a gash on my bumper from a previously accident without charge! These guys are truly professional and know what their doing. Raffi is the best! The paint job was absolutely perfect too. Definitely recommend to anyone with a fender bender!

Was referred here through insurance company & figured it would be the typical body shop. I was so pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service & promptness of the repair! Ana was such a delight to deal with & Raffi was amazing! I dropped my car off on a Monday & they told me the car would be ready by Friday. We all know how that goes! I got a call Tuesday morning saying they had to order the hood but car still should be ready Friday, I'm thinking they will for sure call Friday & say it will be ready next week. Amazingly, I got a call from Ana Friday morning letting me know that my car will be ready at noon! And it was 4th of July weekend!!! I was very impressed with the customer service & the work done on my car! It's actually my teenage son's car 2001 BMW 330ci! Thank you Ana & Raffi!!!

Hands down one of the best shops I have ever gone to!
My experience was great. I had gotten into an accident where someone hit me, They took my car in right away and got me a rental for the week and got my car back in order in less time then I thought.
I was very pleased with my results on my car. Ralphie helped me out a lot and was very kind and the girl at the front desk very sweet and kept me updated which one like me can appreciate I would recommend this shop to anyone because I love it and because they do amazing work!

Top of the line customer service and body work is what you get here. You won't get treated any better. My van was restored to showroom condition after getting rear ended and complementary touch ups were also done to cover some small dinks. I had recently had a partial car wrap installed so I was concerned that it would be well protected during the body work, and it totally was! Raffi is a class act, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs auto body work done efficiently, perfectly and in a timely fashion.

My experience with Bells & Vaughn was absolutely positive.
I brought my vehicle in for a rear-ender repair. Anna at the front desk called me up within minutes of my filing a claim with my insurance. She promptly scheduled me an appointment early on a Monday. Upon arriving for my appointment, Anna immediately called the rental car company to come pick me up.
Raffi called me up that afternoon to inform me of the extent of the damages, how much it would cost, and when it would be ready.
Anna called me the day it was supposed to be ready, to let me know my vehicle was ready as expected. I do most of my own work on my vehicles, and inspected their work. The color matching was on point, and the work done was outstanding.
On top of all this, I keep my car very clean. Somehow my interior and exterior came out looking even better than it did when I brought it in. Thanks Bells and Vaughn - I definitely recommend them.

This place went above and beyond on the repair for my honda civic 2015! The customer service was excellent and raffi, one of the workers, was amazing. He was so kind and answered alot of my questions and did an amazing job on my car! He even fixed a scratch on my boyfriend's black scion haha. One of the best!!! Anna and Raffi were so nice to me and very timely with everything they did. They worked directly with my USAA insurance and got me a rental car with Enterprise. My car was returned in great condition and it was washed and vacuumed. All the parts were given a life time warranty!! They are trustworthy!

I've used Bells & Vaughn twice-first time after I was the victim of a hit and run, and second time when my tire blew off and took off a chunk of the body of the car with it. Anna-the receptionist, was on top of it calling me regularly to give me updates and working with not only my insurance, but also the company that the car was towed to. Raffi is always fantastic and gave me a clear estimate in a timely manner. Grateful for their great work.

Let me begin by saying DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLE AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT....
I was referred by my insurance company to leave my car for windshield and dent repairs. The receptionist...not sure of her name...was a completely dumbfounded and did not have any idea about what she was doing. No one walked out to my car with me so that I could show them damage when I arrived. Worse yet..when I called for an estimate and 'PETER' was obnoxious and rude. When I picked up my vehicle no one walked me out to show me the work they had completed.
Two days later my rear view mirror fell off. I returned to this 'horrible' place and asked for someone to fix the problem. A man who did not work there began arguing with me saying that these things happen all the time and that it was 'too bad' that there was nothing the place could do. He then called the people who fixed my car on speed dial. How the hell could he know who fixed my car if he didn't work there????
I waited and an hour later my mirror was fixed. Before I left I spoke with the owner of the place 'PETER' about the horrible service I had received. He was arrogant to say the least and did not care about what had happened to me. I proceeded to ask for the name of the receptionist and for his card and he did not provide it to me. He simply said that 'It was an internal problem'.

It doesn't get any better then this. Take my word for it and go to them first because you will end up coming back to Bells and Vaughn after getting ripped off by other corporate body shops. I am a 30 pus year mechanic and i never let any one touch my cars but there are few exceptions, body work is one of them.
I met Raffi in 2012 i had a truck that needed it some body work and i was amazed on his fairness and professionalism right from the start. I didn't tell him that i had gone to 4 other shops and all of them tried pulling the wool over my eyes but because i am in the car business i knew not to take it in to those shops. This is a family own business and its the most honest shop i have found in my career in California. I strongly recommend this place with no hesitations. My truck was fixed in few weeks and looked just like new. I hope i dont need any more body work but will defiantly go back to Bells and Vaughn's.
They work on every and any car from A to Z. Doesn't matter if your car is worth $2000 or 2 million dollars they will fix it all the same with the same care and using all original parts.

I just took my SUV to them due to a rear end collision. They first of did not have the parts ready the day they were supposed to be so I had to wait and go back when they got them. The when I picked up my car it smelled like cigarets inside my car (I don't smoke) they are very unprofessional and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I had work done on the bumper of my 2 year old car. When I got the car back, I immediately noticed the paint around the bumper was bubbled up and when I touched it to see what it was, the paint peeled right off! I immediately pointed it out to the owner himself and I was first told it must have already been like that. Then, I was told to take it home for a week and bring it back. Finally, after I refused all of the above angrily, pictures were reviewed and it was agreed they would fix it. In the end, the car was repaired, however, the fact that the owner himself took me for a fool and tried to hustle his way out of fixing the problem instead of just fixing it right away, proves that this company puts their needs before the customer's.

I was recently in a 3 car accident. (First car stopped suddenly on the freeway for a loose dog, leaving the second car and me to apply the breaks quickly, but unfortunately not in enough time. Luckily everyone was ok-no idea where the dog went to.)
Needless to say, my front end and hood of my 2009 Sonata were severely damaged. My insurance company sent me to Bells and Vaughn. The staff was great, called me with updates on their progress, and made sure I had a ride to the rental car place. Within two weeks, I had my car back looking like it was brand new. I couldn't tell where the damage had been and the paint is a perfect match.

They do a fantastic job! Raffie has an eye for detail and even told my mom and I that her car (which I now have) was previously in an accident. The clues to that were so subtle (we had no idea) and there was no history provided that the car was in an accident before my mom bought the car as used.
The real reason why the car was brought in was because the driver's side door was dented badly in an accident and State Farm Insurance recommended this shop as one to do body work. They fixed that door, color was matched flawlessly and even took car of the other "dings" that Raffie caught. The car looked brand new back in '97 when they fixed it and it still looks great as of today.
A few years back, they even installed a custom body kit on my ex's '95 Honda Civic and repainted the whole car a frost white. He was a happy camper with having a car to show off that Bells and Vaughn made show room and magazine worthy.

Now, I hope I don't have to come here often but let me tell you....if I have to take my car to get fixed Bells & Vaughn is where I'm going. My husband and I were in an accident 2 weeks ago. Bells & Vaughn came to our apt. and towed our car away while we followed in my car. we were in & out in 5 minutes and off we go to Enterprise. We took our car in on Monday and it was ready by EOD the following Wednesday! In my mind that's really good since my last car repair took 1 month!!!! I didn't get to see the car until I got home but boy let me tell you...AMAZING! You can't even tell the car was in an accident...they cleaned the interior/exterior to perfection...it was literally like a brand spankin' new car! My husband and I are very happy customers.

GREAT WORK

I HAD AN ACCIDENT AROUND SIX O'CLOCK AT NIGHT. I CALLED A FRIEND AND THEY RECOMMENDED BELLS AND VAUGHN. SO I CALLED AS THEY WERE JUST LEAVING, BUT THE GIRL THERE SAID SHE WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO WAIT FOR ME. WITHIN A HALF AN HOUR SHE HAD A TOW TRUCK THERE AND THEY GAVE ME A RIDE TO THE SHOP. WHEN I GOT THERE ENTERPRISE WAS CLOSED, SO THEY PERSONALLY GAVE ME A RIDE TO MY HOUSE, AND HAD ENTERPRISE PICK ME UP THE NEXT MORNING!!!!! I WAS SKEPTICAL AT FIRST, BECAUSE I HAVE AN 07 MERCEDES S550. (NOW I DON'T KNOW TO MUCH ABOUT CARS, BUT I DON'T THINK YOU CAN TAKE THAT CAR JUST ANYWHERE) BUT WHEN I GOT TO THE SHOP THERE WERE A LOT OF HIGH END CARS, WHICH REALLY MADE ME FEEL BETTER. ANYWAY, IT DID TAKE A WHILE DUE TO THE EXTENT OF DAMAGE, BUT ONCE IT WAS READY, IT LOOKED AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT WAS THE SAME CAR!!! A very negative experience

Bells and Vaughn took close to three months to complete the repairs on my car, despite the original time estimate being a little under two months. That was by far the least of my concerns, though. When I came to pick up my car, it was stained (oil on seats and floor) and scratched inside. Also, many of the details of the repairs were sloppy (some pieces were not properly attached or alligned, and certain minor jobs were half-finished). I requested that all incomplete jobs and damage inflicted during the repairs be corrected. The second time I came to pick up the car, several of the problems had still not been corrected. The manager was a very pleasant man, who unabashedly looked into my eyes as he minimized my concerns and made up stories about why there were still problems with my car. He tried to convince me that some of the more serious problems (front door of a brand new car did not close properly) were not really a serious problem. At the end, the car was not completely repaired, and I gave up requesting corrections, as I lost confidence in the management.
