The best customer service I've seen in a long time. My wife broke down 3 hours away on a Saturday. The nearest shop was D&D automotive. My wife called and Javier was out with his children. My wife explained her situation. Javier arrived with a tow truck. Took the truck to the shop. He said he would get her info and call her on Monday to let her know what was wrong. Once they arrived at the shop. He took a quick look at the truck and discovered the problem immediately. Javier told my wife he would go ahead and fix it on the spot. He had the part delivered as he removed the old alternator. My wife was back on the road for less than $300 for a tow, parts and labor. Highly recommended.

Javier is a great guy. He's honest, and up front with you about any service he provides. He will not try and charge any hidden fees or extraneous costs, and like it says, he will meet or beat any competitors price. His shop has become my go-to for any and all service that I don't do on my own

Javier and his crew are the BEST! I bought my Trailblazer the year my son was born, 13 years ago. Although I would love a new car, not having a car payment is great, especially when you have kids. He keeps my car, which has traveled across the US too many times up and running in great condition. His prices are fair and his customer service beats everyone in the DFW area.

Last Wednesday I took my Nissan 300 to D&D automotive to replace the muffler System of my car because in the other places they were trying to charge me to much money, but a friend of mine gave me Javier's number, his price was so much cheaper and when I got to the shop he treats me so friendly. I was recommend to Javier at D & D automotive. My Honda CRV had a bad wheel bearing. Which another place called DriversEdge in Keller told me would cost me about $660. I thought that price was really high. My friend told me to see Javier at D & D. Javier was very friendly and was a straight shooter with me. I brought in my car on Thursday about 3 PM and it was done around 12 PM the next day. It costed me $294 and the problem is fixed. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Because I usually take my car into dealerships to get them fixed, I was hesitant to use any other place for this repair. My air conditioning went out on my 2011 Chevrolet Aveo and I knew that, in this instance, a dealership would be charging me too much (additionally, if a mechanic screwed up my AC, it shouldn't effect the engine too much). I had driven past both D&D Automotive and the other mechanics in this area and they all highlight that they fix AC. I read the other reviews online and D&D had, by far and away, the highest reviews and the most positive feedback. After taking my car into D&D automotive on 6/3/16 and speaking with Javier, he said that would take a look and hopefully diagnose the issue. While the outcome is that I needed a new condenser unit for my car, Javier and his team made sure to do a thourough and exhaustive job of making sure every avenue was explored to determine the issue (I know this, because I stood in the garage and watched him and his mechanics work on my car - a bonus for a younger car guy like myself). While I didn't have him put in a new condenser (I needed to budget for such an expense), his professional attitude, his hard work ethic, his other mechanic's friendly and helpful manner and the ability to accurately diagnose the problem, will definitely have me returning to his shop in the future!

The most honest and reliable shop I have ever done business with! When I moved to Texas last year Javier came highly recommended by one of my new neighbors. My car had a number of problems that eluded many of the well known shops in NJ including the local Ford dealer (its a mustang). I took it to Javier once and the problem never came back. His prices are always reasonable and I just have peace of mind knowing that when I take one of my vehicles to him I wont get ripped off. His shop is small and tucked away like a best kept secret. I trust him with both of my vehicles. You wont find a better mechanic.
