I've been taking my cars to Sergio for years. I can tell you many instances where he has provided top notch service above and beyond what is expected, but let me give you this one example. I had a check engine light come on, and noticed a burning smell coming out from under the hood. I immediately took the car to the Ford dealer, and was told that I needed a new engine for my Excursion. Well, unfortunately I was less than 200 miles out of warranty, and without an extra few thousand bucks laying around for a new engine. FORD would not budge!
I took the SUV to Sergio for a second opinion, and really with the hope that he could provide me with a cheaper rebuilt than what the dealer was giving. He thoroughly examined it, and told me that he thought a good tune-up and some minor things is all that was needed, and definitely NOT the new engine that Ford was trying to pitch to me. Well, after his repairs which costed me less than $400, my vehicle is still going strong almost 6 years later! He is an honest guy and knows his stuff.

Where do I start? Sergio has my mechanic for almost 18 years!! I don't take my car anywhere else!!
He's very reasonable with price but my main reason I go to his shop is because he is very trustworthy!!!
And now he has his son Ceaser being his right hand as well!!! Very nice & family oriented!! That's a plus!
Truly appreciate the service!! Highly recommend and great customer service!!

Sergio is top notch for all your breakdown/planned car needs. I broke down in the middle of the night in San Pablo and first thing in the morning Sergio called me to check in about my vehicle, being that it's an easy position to be taken advantage of I was so surprised when Sergio quoted me so fairly for my vehicle repairs when I had thought that it was the end of the line for my car ! He was so great that I even went back to get my brakes done which he promptly finished ! I would send any of my friends or family there! And For all of you who are looking for a thorough job and want a reliable shop to return to; SERGIO IS YOUR MAN!! :)

S.G.auto has worked on my 2004 Ford f150.they did the brakes as well as my transmission seal, as my exhaust system,as well additional worked needed that they did on their own without charging me for it. Since I bought my truck it has never ran this well.its a father and son operation,Son has very good manners shows me that his father taught his son very we'll.the mechanic helper on site is also grade A. This is one automotive repair shop I recommend anyone needing any work done from minor problems to the largest. Honest and Godly people..Tell him Henry sent you.

Sergio has been our family's mechanic for many years. They don't have experience. They Broke my engine parts and overheat many time. Please don't bring your car. Also I ask them to change new brake but they clean the brake cleaner not replace.
