I have brought everything from Lexus to pickup trucks here and always been thoroughly pleased with their work, their pricing and their service.
No reason to go anywhere else in this county, in my opinion.
Update 1/6/14:
Brought my truck in and they immediately got to it, repairing my door hinge in 15-20 minutes. These folks (Sean, Correen) are super. Another pleasant experience (at an auto body shop!). Go figure

I took my car in on Monday and was told it would be ready on Thursday day superior auto body had it done on Wednesday best customer service and very efficient!! They will defiantly have my business anytime!

The best auto body shop in Modesto! They took my 350z in and stayed in communication with us the entire time it was being worked on. They did a wonderful job on the repair. It was completed when promised and just made the entire process so smooth. I recommend this shop and will use them again if needed in the future. Ask for Eloy or Gabe they are awesome!

Look somewhere else to have your car repaired, unless you don't mind taking it back to the shop several times for them to get it right.
They said they lost money on the job. Not my fault, because I would expect them, the professionals to know what they are doing.
Went to another shop for the same type of service a year later and guess what they got it right the first time!

After a freeway cone vs. car incident, my bumper was barely hanging on by a thread, I needed a quick, but safe, bumper repair. I went to Superior Auto Body, planning to get just an estimate that day-wanting to shop around for the the best deal. I was so impressed because Gabe listened to what I needed and wanted in the repair, gave me a price was reasonable and fair, and was very professional. I decided to go with Superior and am so happy that I did. They got my car in the same morning and repairs were completed by the end of that very day and were excellent. The outside of the car was washed and the inside was vacuumed. Wow! Because I wasn't expecting to leave my car with them that day, I hadn't arranged a ride, but they gave me a ride home and back to pick up the car. I highly recommend checking out Superior for your body repair needs. I couldn't be more pleased with their service!

HORRIBLE! Took my 2013 BMW X5 to Superior Auto Body on 11/18/13 and the first time I picked up my vehicle after they said it was completed had over 20 items still wrong with my SUV which included, paint bubbles, missing paint, missing camera at drivers side mirror, damaged drivers window, interior scratches due to working on the vehicle, missing insulation at drivers side new door, scratches on new installed trim pieces, installed wrong parts, missing screws, wrong new rim installed and the wrong lug nuts, etc. Took the car back for all of these items to be repaired and when I went to pick up the car for the 2nd time, had to leave the car again because the paint still had bubbles in it again, loose parts etc. Received the car back for the 3rd time and the paint on the drivers side door was still not painted correctly as well as other issues still not resolved. Also, every time I would bring the SUV back, I complained about how my SUV pulled to the left while driving and I asked multiple times, is my chassis/frame bent, they told me every time, my chassis/frame is not bent. After all of my frustration, I took my vehicle to another body shop and I couldn't believe what I discovered when they broke down my car and put my car on the chassis/frame rack. My chassis/frame was bent, they shoved pieces in areas that didn't belong, there were missing parts, bent screws, etc. The way this body shop repairs vehicles is unsafe, unethical and I would never want my families life to be jeopardized and that is why I had to get another opinion. I am so thankful I did because now due to all of the unsafe, incorrect workmanship, the insurance company had to total my vehicle. They humiliated me on several occasions when they had to provide me with a rental car due to their screw up and authorized me to drive a Toyota Yarius. Yarius is not comparable to a BMW X5 so I had to complain to get a SUV as a rental. Then when they had to pay for my rental car for a second time and again, they approved me for a Toyota Camry which is not comparable and once again, I had to complain to get a SUV. No one should go through 4 months of stress, humiliation and feeling like I am just complaining for no reason. CAR OWNERS BEWARE! CHECK OUT YOUR VEHICLE THOROUGHLY BEFORE PAYING! I in good faith paid my deductible before inspecting my vehicle because it's the body shops job to do their JOB!

truck was rear ended. these guys fixed it. Orignially qouted as a 3 day job. they found more damage during the repair ended up running to 5 days. Work looked good no complaints.

Took my car here earlier this year for a scratched bumper, some kid backed into me removing a few good chunks of paint. I had just got the car this year, so needless to say, I was not very happy. But these guys did an awesome job with it, they replaced the bumper with the perfect matching paint in a short amount of time. Thoroughly impressed!

I took my car there under my insurance advise but boy did i make a mistake. After returning the car 3 times since the collision, I am still not satisfied. At the beginning time given as to when the car will be ready was not accurate. The color of the paint did not match, the paint did not blend well, there was all sorts of over spray. They made my $40k look like a crap. Never again will I take my car there. The interior has all sorts of grease stain when in actuality they were working on exterior of the car only. they dont know how to handle luxury cars.

Do yourself a favor and get your car done at a collision center that knows A: how to operate on your luxury vehicle (these guys sublet some of the work to different places including mercedes and then tried passing the buck to them when work SUPERIOR had done failed) B) WILL WARRANTY THEIR WORK!!!! My AC never worked from the start, Sean is a good sweet talker, but when they get paid, and you drive off... they will say whatever and pass the buck to someone else. Sean actually told me "take it to mercedes they touched the car last". It was not my choice nor did I or my insurance company tell Superior to take it to Mercedes when they could not get some hoses installed. Superior was paid, and was my contractor for this job, and they ditched their responsibility. I would advise against using them for anything, but ESPECIALLY NOT IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR VEHICLE. Dont get sucked in on some super deal.

I can honestly say i have never had such great personal customer service before at an auto body shop. They really make you feel important. My car was rear ended and they had to replace the bumper and rear panel. Afterwards you couldnt even tell i was hit. They did an above average job, i am very lucky to know i have a place like this to come back to.
