HORRIBLE! Took my 2013 BMW X5 to Superior Auto Body on 11/18/13 and the first time I picked up my vehicle after they said it was completed had over 20 items still wrong with my SUV which included, paint bubbles, missing paint, missing camera at drivers side mirror, damaged drivers window, interior scratches due to working on the vehicle, missing insulation at drivers side new door, scratches on new installed trim pieces, installed wrong parts, missing screws, wrong new rim installed and the wrong lug nuts, etc. Took the car back for all of these items to be repaired and when I went to pick up the car for the 2nd time, had to leave the car again because the paint still had bubbles in it again, loose parts etc. Received the car back for the 3rd time and the paint on the drivers side door was still not painted correctly as well as other issues still not resolved. Also, every time I would bring the SUV back, I complained about how my SUV pulled to the left while driving and I asked multiple times, is my chassis/frame bent, they told me every time, my chassis/frame is not bent. After all of my frustration, I took my vehicle to another body shop and I couldn't believe what I discovered when they broke down my car and put my car on the chassis/frame rack. My chassis/frame was bent, they shoved pieces in areas that didn't belong, there were missing parts, bent screws, etc. The way this body shop repairs vehicles is unsafe, unethical and I would never want my families life to be jeopardized and that is why I had to get another opinion. I am so thankful I did because now due to all of the unsafe, incorrect workmanship, the insurance company had to total my vehicle. They humiliated me on several occasions when they had to provide me with a rental car due to their screw up and authorized me to drive a Toyota Yarius. Yarius is not comparable to a BMW X5 so I had to complain to get a SUV as a rental. Then when they had to pay for my rental car for a second time and again, they approved me for a Toyota Camry which is not comparable and once again, I had to complain to get a SUV. No one should go through 4 months of stress, humiliation and feeling like I am just complaining for no reason. CAR OWNERS BEWARE! CHECK OUT YOUR VEHICLE THOROUGHLY BEFORE PAYING! I in good faith paid my deductible before inspecting my vehicle because it's the body shops job to do their JOB!
