I had extensive damage to my Toyota Venza 's front bumper and a headlight. Spencer examined the damage and put together a very reasonable quote.
What suprised me was how quickly he could fix the damage and make my 2015 vehicle look like new.
Spencer was the ultimate professional with both his oral and emailed information. I highly recommend his shop for repairing your car. I am thoroughly satisfied.

Good fast oil change service. I bought the 4 oil change package (same as offered at Groupon). You do have to make an appointment. Across the street from Costco Kirkland so you have something to do while you wait. I like the fact that they provide email receipts.

I feel very fortunate that my car was towed to this mechanic. They are great with communicating via email and over the phone, and are willing to answer all questions and explore different options. They seem to really enjoy their jobs; more interested in making customers happy than making an extra buck off you. I fully trust the work they did and will definitely go there again.

Just had my Lexus back bumper fixed and it looks wonderful. The paint job is a perfect match.. It took less than an hour and the cost was much less I thought it would be. They were very professional and courteous which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend using them for your car repair needs. I'm a very happy customer Jan

I always pass by this place but never even noticed it until I seen a Groupon for $65 for oil change. I purchased the Groupon. Made the appointment. He was super friendly and knowledgable. Didn't BS me about what I needed done. Even got an email that showed the estimate for what I needed. Defiantly recommend this place!

My 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee broke down within a few miles of Kirkland Autoworks. To save on the towing bill, I had the vehicle towed to their shop. They quickly diagnosed the problem (a busted radiator) and gave me a reasonable estimate for parts and labor. They completed the work as promised within the estimated time frame. In addition, they found the source of a transmission fluid leak that I was having, and they offered to fix it for a very reasonable price. Overall, I was super pleased with the customer service, the cost, and the repair. I definitely recommend Kirkland Autoworks.

I brought my new-to-me, 26 year old Ford truck here with a mysterious problem and with their knowledge, they were able to diagnose, repair and get me running again. This was after I was getting the runaround at another shop in Bellevue. Spencer and Kirkland Autoworks was recommended by a friend and I'm glad I found this place.
If you need someone honest and knowledgeable working on your vehicle, this is the place to go.

Brought my 2002 Honda Odyssey in for 4 way alignment (at Discount Tires recommendation). Spencer and his team did an amazing job of dialing in the alignment to eliminate the pulling to one side and also take care of the tire wear issues. The road tested the car three times!!! to get it absolutely dialed in and then wanted to only charge me for a 2 way alignment ...AT SALE PRICE. I insisted at buying these guys lunch for the extra work they did. They also let me know i had loose tie rod ends (after 210k miles) and offered a phenomenal price to install new ones that I had already purchased on my own. After they quoted me on their labor shop rate (1/3 lower than Honda dealer) i'm coming back for timing belts and water pump.
These guys also do oil changes (I saw a great Groupon) and body/paint work. Very freindly and personable service from the owner Spencer!

I love how he spoke to me in plain English and explained what was happening with my car. He took the time to advise me about general repair and upkeep without any pressure. His prices are very reasonable. Support this new local business, its way better then an anonymous chain. And I don't feel like I would get shafted like I might at a dealership.

I have a 2006 ML500 and decided to give Kirkland Autoworks a try after looking for a reasonable 4 wheel alignment on my SUV after replacing all four tires (Micheline Premier LTX). I found K.A.W. on groupon of all places and lucked out. I am glad I did because both the camber and toe were out of alignment. After that experience, I decided it was time for full transmission service, something that isn't in your owners manual but should be done at 40K miles and a good shop will pull the bottom pan to look for metal not just pull the fluid and replace the filter, the quote was reasonable so I gave them some more business. I knew the back breaks were getting close to replacement and with roughly 55K miles the front's were pretty darn close too. I thought long and hard and with some guidance from the owner Spencer decided on a 4 wheel set and have been please thus far with the performance of the breaks. I hope that is all I have for service for a while but needless to say if I would have had all of that work done at the dealership it would have cost a small fortune. I will be returning and recommending others to send their european vehicles to Spencer. He is not only reasonable but also very knowledgable and fair and treats his customers cars as if they were his own from my impression which I appreciate.

Awesome shop! We had a catastrophic failure of our water pump in our Durango and within a couple minutes we were told what was wrong. The owner gave us a estimate and the repairs came in under the estimate. We will use this place again with no question. It is unusual to not receive up sale on repairs. Great place and the owner explains what is going on with your vehicle in language that can be understood by the layman.

As a women, I always have mechanics try to take advantage of me. It's happened a couple times and i always have to hear, "babe, ill fix it" and "I told you so" from my husband. Ladies, I can tell you these guys will not take advantage of you!

I visited Kirkland Autoworks after finding a great deal for an alignment (starts with "Group" and ends in "on"). When I checked in, I fully expected an up charge for my wife's BMW X3 as I have typically seen when taking the car to non-dealership shops. Guess what, no bogus up charges for having an "SUV" or "luxury" vehicle! They also didn't make me feel like a second class citizen for using a Grooop0n like some companies will. So I strut myself to their comfy couch and open up the latest issue of Car and Driver. 20 minutes later I'm informed that the vehicle is way out of specs and it may take some time and work, I'm thinking it's fine since they were able to squeeze me in just one day after calling in the day before Thanksgiving. I'm then informed that because it's going to take over an hour, I may need to pay a small amount to cover the labor. Since I was expecting an additional charge, I wasn't angry but I wasn't happy about it either. About an hour and 10 minutes since pulling in, the owner hands me the keys and says, "you're good to go! Don't worry about any extra charges." Really!?! Awesome! And as a super nice bonus, they replaced the left brake lamp that's been out for a month at no extra charge! Unbelievable! There's few businesses which meet my expectations for customer service, but this place far exceeded my expectations.

These guys are awesome! Straight up, no BS. They don't sell you what you don't need. The owner Spencer is great. A total family man and loves our community. Highly recommend. (I've got an '08 Nissan Pathfinder).

"Do the right things, and the right things will come." This is the philosophy of the owner of Kirkland Autoworks. Imagine how you feel when your car starts making that horrible noise that lets you know something has gone terribly, terribly wrong. You immediately ask all your friends if they know a reputable (and not too expensive) mechanic because you called the dealership and can't afford $2,000 to have the problem diagnosed and repaired (including the other stuff that your car is "due to have replaced"). A coworker recommends Kirkland Autoworks so you look them up and schedule an appointment for the next day to drop off your car. You end up taking your car over early because that's when the tow truck driver can take it over. You're all set to take the bus over to meet the mechanic about your car, and he tells you that he already looked at your car and diagnosed the problem: it isn't as bad as you thought and he can make it safe for you to drive until you CAN afford to have it repaired. This was my story. They had diagnosed my car's issue, made it safe to drive, and changed the (overdue) oil and had it ready to pick up at my original appointment time. And because it took them no time to diagnose the issue (because they clearly know what they're doing), he didn't charge me for the diagnostic. It cost me about $30 to have my oil changed. Safe, fast, ahead of schedule, and super nice! That's what you can expect from these guys. When I get the money together to have the repairs done on my car, you can be sure this is where I'll go to have the repairs completed. "Do the right things, and the right things will come." It's their philosophy and my experience with Kirkland Autoworks. Thanks guys!
