I was parked, beside a raised pickup truck, in front of a store to buy some stuff. On my way back to the car, a plump lady opened the passenger door of the pickup. I noticed that she acted a little strange when she was about to enter her vehicle. When I got back home, I immediately noticed a ding on the driver's side panel of my 3 month old car. I'm very careful when driving coz I'm kinda anal when it comes to making sure my car is spotless. It pisses me off to know that there are people out there that would be so inconsiderate enough not to notify a vehicle's owner, if they hit their car in a parking lot. All I can say is Karma's gonna bite you back in the A$$!
Well anyways, I looked up Dent/Ding repairs through yelp and stumbled across Vince's business. It was a rainy day when I arrived at his shop.
The weather wasn't an issue at all and Vince was able to fix the ding on my car in less than 30 mins. It looked as if nothing happened. I would highly recommend this place to people whose cars have been victimized by rude & inconsiderate human beings.

Dents No More offers fair prices and A+++ quality work. I hit the side of my front bumper and was left with some serious body work that needed to be done! Gavin, Gavin, Gavin.... This guy is nothing short of AMAZING and a perfectionist to say the least. I am extremely happy with his work and the service I received! Not only is the dent completely gone, but the paint he used matches so perfectly you'd think that I actually brought my vehicle to the dealership to get fixed. My car got dented on the roof and it was a 170k brand new G wagon, I asked about 10 people who are dent repair services that has good reviews and lots of promotions on the Yelp but NO ONE can fix my car!! Why? The reason is my car is Matt black finish !'no one has the confident to touch my car! Also the dent is too many! My car has more than 5 dents on top of the roof ! Yes! U hear it right 5 dents. How did happened ? I don't know! Might be the car wrapping company But the importance is to restore to the original condition is kind of hard! The car has annoying small dents which didn't appear to be a trouble but it's really hurt ur feeling when u have a brand new car drive it for only 3 months! Well until I met Vicent who is the owner of dents no more, he is really patient and really nice! He do whatever he can to make the car back to original! Initially we had a little bit trouble to repair it since it needs additional work to repair it at a perfect but he finally made magic happen....the car got restored 100 percent! Thank u buddy. Vince is a great guy, he will be my dent master removal until I die. All I have to say is try him out and write your review and tell us yelpers what you think. I'm going to keep review short. I had a ding on my BMW e92 rear wheel well, when I called other ding repairs they said they can't get to that spot. Vince; took care of my 2014 4Runner.
I was heart broken when my rig had gotten a dent right under the drive side mirror. We made an appointment for Vince to come to our home to have it fixed on our drive way. He quoted an hour of work. I handed him the keys and took my kids to school.
15 minutes later when I got back from dropping my kids at school. He was done. The work he did took care of the small scratch and the dent. It looked like it never happened. Vince @ Dents No More is awesome at what he does and has great customer service.
I will not have any issue sending people his way... 5 stars for work and 5stars for customer service. Worth every penny!!!

Sought a couple bids from other companies. Vincent was the only one that said he could fix the dent (difficult location). As promised, he fixed the dent expertly, even touched up the scratch that happened with the debt.

Gavin did a great job on removing the key scratch on my car! The scratch was pretty deep. I tried buffing and polishing it myself but you can still see it. I was left speechless and was just happy that dreaded scratch is now gone. Gavin arrived before the appointment time which was good. He was done with the job in about 2 hours or so. He had all of the right equipments to do the mobile job. He also made sure to let me know that the area that was repaired should not be waxed for 30 days. Did my research to find not only a good deal, but great service. Went to LB a collision auto center and got quoted $685. Dents no more was my first option at first, based of reviews. Should've just came here first instead of LB. So to save you time and money. This is the place for you for any dings, dents, scratch etc . Came in person and met with Vince have me $375 flat quote, set up the day to fix my my beautiful 2015 Nissian Sentra that had a scratch on her left bumper and wanted her to look fresh again, the scratch really bothered me. Vince and his team did a beautiful job. Dropped my car off at 8:00am was ready the same day at 12:30pm as he said it would. His coworker brought my car to the front looking fresh and beautiful. I highly recommend this place!
Scratched the front of my somewhat new car on the garage and naturally freaked out. I immediately sought out some quotes from a few places nearby. While Dents No More wasn't the cheapest (nor most expensive) of my quotes, they were very responsive and had good availability.
They offer mobile service for an additional $15, but I chose to bring my car into their shop instead. Vince and his team took care of my car in less time than they had quoted. They did an excellent job, and the paint on my car looks as good as new!

I take very good care of my vehicle and it means alot to me for it to look good. I will say it yes I want my vehicle to look nice and before I took it to them I had just bought a brand new car and I have had multiple falls against it causing damage. I did t even want to drive the vehicle because I was constantly reminded of the damage every time I looked at the dents it would make me upset. I have PTS from combat so it was a trigger to see damage on my vehicle and trust me I understand that there are bigger things in life to care about trust me I am a combat veteran and very aware of the important things. The damage was causing me to be distracted and he fixed everything. I feel better back in my brand new car that looks brand new again. Brought my X3 in for a bumper repair after a minor fender bender. Vince arranged for Enterprise to pick us up right away, handled all the insurance legwork and had our car ready in about 3 days total (including claims adjusting).
Everyone was friendly, cordial, and kept good communication with us throughout the process.
They really went above and beyond for us by fixing about five door dings we had in the car for no extra charge. We were so excited to see the car looking quite literally like new when we picked it up.

Vince did a great job for a great price, definitely my go to dent repairman until he retires.
Hard to fix dent above the wheel well was completely gone. Even fixed up a dent he found on my door while at it.
Most importantly the work was non-invasive (no drilling / holes required). Please make sure before you hire someone for PDR that you are aware of the risks with pulling glue or drilling unnecessary holes. If they tell you otherwise, they're probably being lazy.

Prior to now, I didn't have a Yelp account to leave any review
But after my experience with Vince at Dents No More, I have to spread the words.
This place is awesome! Very clean and professional. The 30 min drive was well worth it. I believe I found the place and the go to person to repair my car in the future.
Vince did an excellent job in removing the dents on the hood of my car. Even though they were small and can't be seen unless at an angle or kneeling down, it was driving me crazy b/c I knew it was there. Vince notified me of other dents to the hood that I was unaware of and gave me the option of wanting to repair it as well.
The repair was also done the same day. I took a half day from work and had to be back before 2:30pm. I arrived at 10:30am and was initially thinking of getting an estimate and setting an appointment for a later. However, Vince said he could get it done in an hour, because he was working on another vehicle at the time.
Prior to bringing it to Dents No More, I went to other body shops that would need to keep my car for at least 3 days b/c they needed to paint, sand, and buff it after repairing the dents.

Wow Vince is amazing took my Jeep into Dents no more as a walk in and he was super friendly showed him a few spots on the car and he was like no problem fully figuring that I would need to schedule an appointment to come back he asked if I was free to do it immediately he offered a very reasonable price and I told him let's do it even before originally looking at the car he offered coffee and water his shop has a comfortable waiting room with a tv and I was amazed at how quickly and professionally the work was done Vince even took care of a few other spots I didn't notice. Gavin and Vince are amazing at what they do! I brought my Audi s5 to them a couple of weeks ago to get a quote for my Hood, Rear Bumper, and 2 other dents. I came into their air conditioned waiting room and they instantly took a look at my car and got me a quote with minutes. I was blow away by how genuine they were and how reasonable the quote was. They told me they were probably going to need my car from MON-FRI which was fine by me, but in 3 days I got the call that my car was finished. Mike is AMAZING!!!
My husband's 2010 White Toyota Tundra had paint damage to the tailgate and a few chips in the paint on the body that were starting to rust.
My 2009 White/Pearl Lexus IS250 had pretty bad paint damage on the bumper that was peeling and getting worse by the day.
Mike gave us a quote over the phone (based on pictures we had sent him), and then came to our house and worked diligently on both cars, and the results are AWESOME!
Not only is he professional, courteous and friendly, but he made the Toyota tailgate and my bumper look like new again! Plus, the paint on my Lexus is a tougher one to match due to the pearl color, so extra bonus points for that too :-)

I met Vince for the first time today after I took my car in for a few things (ding(s) on the door, gashes in bumper) and I have been recommending him ever since to anyone who will listen, lol! I took my car in because the rear bumper of my car had a couple of deep gashes and honestly was concerned a body shop would have had to replace the entire thing, but he has performed a miracle and you can't tell anything was there to begin with, matching the paint all the way! The dings on the door are a thing of the past and he touched up a couple of small paint issues for good measure, all for a very affordable $400 in my opinion (I'm sure a body shop would have cost much more). I'll be going back for some paint touchup on my front bumper without hesitation.
Vince is very nice, professional and you can tell takes great care in everything he touches. Until I go back, I'll just keep recommending him. =)

Chain snapped on my garage door as I was pulling in causing 2 big dents on the roof of my car. Vince was able to remove both dents completely.
First, Vince had me send me a photo of the damage to his phone. He was than able to give me a quote. Although the dents turned out bigger than the picture indicated, due to the angle and the fact my car was silver, he still honored his original quote. The process was made more difficult due to the fact the dents were near the side of my car where the sun roof tracks were located. Nonetheless, Vince was able to remove both dents completely.
Vince was very professional and meticulous. He takes his time and isn't in a rush. Removing dents is more of an art form and Vince certainly takes pride in his work.

I had scraped the front side of my car while going into my garage. There are these decorative stones that stick out on either side of my garage and so it is always a tight squeeze when parking. When it happened, I can feel the jagged stones cutting into my car as I was pulling in. Anyways, I got quotes from multiple body shops, and some of the quotes were outrageous. Then my guy friend told me about Dents No More. I called and spoke to Gavin. I texted him a picture of the damage and he gave a quote over the phone. The price was literally one-third of what the other shops were going to charge me. I dropped off the car in the morning before work with Gavin, and my car was ready to be picked up during my lunch hour. The deep scraped marks were gone!!!!! It was as though it had never happened. I took my 2015 honda accord today, I got a couple scratches yesterday on my rear bumber:/.. Wow! I had a dent with no paint damage in a nasty location on the top edge of my Cherokee, by the rear hatch lid. Reinforced part of the frame the dents spanned both sides of the body corner. Vince quoted me a good price and so I made an appointment. He was there in a timely fashion and went to work. He even stuck to the quoted price when clearly he should have been charging more as the actual dent was worse than I could show in my texted picture. His repair is magnificent! The level of craftsmanship and effort he put in to making that difficult dent nearly disappear was impressive to a fellow craft worker(stone mason) and quality control expert.
I highly recommend Dents no More! He is a rare craftsman and offers exemplary service. He looked at another dent on my car and recommended a regular body shop as it was in a worse location and had paint damage. He is going to fix a small dent and paint repair on my wife's 2013 Subaru on Friday.

So another business worth my time to review. Vince was quick to respond about a door ding. He was very honest about what he could and couldn't do and once we agreed upon an appointment, he was prompt to show up and deliver the goods. This all happened within a couple of days, so no waiting weeks on end to see him.
He came to my office and began working on my door ding as my co-workers came in and was done so quickly that some of the guys were skeptical that he had done the job, or done it to a satisfactory level. Speed isn't always an indicator of a lack of quality particularly this time, as he was quick to remove the dent and eliminate any signs that it was there. He even cares to do such a good job that he removed a low-spot (thanks factory body panel!) that he noticed. Of course, he was already working on the door so why wouldn't he? But he didn't have to, and I appreciated the fact that he took the time to add that in.
He was friendly, cheaper than another shop I used a while back (simply cause he doesn't have the overhead as the other guys do... which is a good thing). I'm confident that at least one more of my co-workers will use him in the future to get his own door ding out after seeing the results and talking about his ability to do even possibly a complicated dent removal without needing to "drill" as some other shops may quickly resort to.
I personally am thankful for the other yelper's reviews and would highly recommend Vince myself now and plan on using him in the future.
Oh, and we had a good chuckle and talk over that ONE particular review you see on this site about his lack of quality. Go figure, the customer is NOT always right and it happens. Thanks Vince for your work, good job.

Just got a brand new 14 scion frs. I treat this car better then I do myself so when I got not just one but both doors dinged I was heartbroken. Couldn't live with the dents so I called Vince at dents no more.

They did a great job on my 2014 Yamaha FJR1300. My paint color was a little tricky, but they did such a great job no one can tell I ever dropped my near new motorcycle. The fairing had a small gouge where it flexed into a bolt and even that scar is gone without a trace. The mirror and side case show no trace of being repaired either. I got one other estimate at a shop that was closer to me. Vince's shop was just a little under half that price. I'm very happy with this place and this would be the first shop I'll go to if I ever need something like this done again.

I called Vince regarding a dent in the door of my 2011 Dodge Charger. My neighbors daughter had friends over who were playing softball and using my car as a backstop...they put a nice ding in it right on the edge of the door in the worst place possible to work on it...I chatted with Vince on the phone and he asked me to send over some pictures so he could quote me a price...he called back immediately and quoted a great price....I let a few weeks go by as I was busy with work and relatives in from out of town...I called Vince at the end of September to verify that the price was good and to set up an appointment...he confirmed the price....set the appointment and all was good...he gave me an hour window on the day he was coming to my house for the repair and then called me 2 hours early to see if it was cool to come early...YES!!!...that worked great for me...I met him at my house...super nice and friendly guy...worked on the car for about an hour...I cannot tell where the dent was...amazing job at a great price and the best service and attitude I have seen in a long time...I really like Vince and he knows what he is doing...I cannot recommend him more highly!!!!!

Had a golf ball sized dent in my BMW 650 front bumper compliments of a tow truck backing up without looking along with a couple of annoying door dings picked up along the way. Bumper and quarter panels looked brand new after Vince and Gavin worked their magic on it. Bumper job got more complicated since I forgot I had a clear bra on the front but they were able to overcome that with a more than reasonable adder. I like that they are mobile and have an indoor facility since I was able to leave my car if I wanted. Vince is very easy and professional to work with - they are my new go to shop/service for future dent repairs and will refer them to my friends and co-workers.

Thanks to all the great people that wrote wonderful things about Vince on YELP ...this site gave me the security to call an unknown and have him work on my baby... I say baby because my BMW is very special to me and I take immaculate care of my car....so when I came out last week and saw TWO dings in the hood I was so bummed....I googled dent repair and this sit came up..I went to his website, emailed a picture of my dents, he responded with a quote and he was in my driveway two days later.

Wow, where do I begin? I spoke with Vince back in January when he very promptly gave me an outstanding quote to fix the back bumper dent and associated cracks and scratches on my black BMW. I was not quite ready to schedule the service at that time. A few months go by and many quotes later (none which even came close to what Vince had told me), I am ready to get my car fixed.
First and foremost, Vince and Mike are the most friendly and professional people you wil ever meet, a complete package. They were punctual in meeting me. Upon closing my car door, the door handle was stuck which causes the door not to close; this has been an ongoing issue that I've just ignored. So I mentioned that my door handle was a bit faulty, and kiddingly asked if they fix door handles too; I was kidding!
So, anyway, I dropped my car off at the agreed meeting place, Vince personally drives me to my work place, Mikes works on my car all day, and then Vince picks me up when I'm off of work.
I see my car and tears almost came rolling down--she was PERFECT!! No more dent, crack, or scratches!! The paint perfectly matched; you could not tell there was ever a dent or that work was done on the car.
Vince and Mike are true to their word and are definately NOT "shady". Vince granted me the quote he gave me back in January for the original back bumper dent and gave me a great price for additional scratches repair on the front bumper. In addition, as I was pulling away, I get a text from Vince stating "FYI, we fixed your door handle!"
I will certainly be referring all my friends, coworkers, and aquaintances to Dents No More. You will not be dissappointed. Don't waste your time searching for a lower cost, you will not find it, especially if you want guarenteed flawless service.

So I had an incident in a parking lot where I saw somebody door ding my car... Long story short, ended up confronting them and had them sort of admit fault. Yep, you know what that means. That means I'm stuck with a door dinger that no one is "responsible" for.
So.. I do my yelp/google search. I talk to a local detailing shop and get some info on pricing etc. Local shop told me that I was going to have to have a hole drilled into wheel well...
Left a message with Vince and got a phone call back and told me that he didn't have to drill any holes and would pop open the interior panels... This was frightening... I know there are some people that are competent, but a stranger??
Day to meet Vince, I'm running a little late, but seemed like that allowed Vince some time to get some phone calls done etc. He was polite explained what needed to be done and allowed me to watch. He popped the interior panels, he did some magic and viola!
In conclusion to this long review, feel very comfortable with Vince after seeing his expertise. I hate getting BS'ed and people telling me things where they may or may not have explored other options. Vince was the most knowledgeable of all the ding repair people I talked to. Pricing was also good. I got some really high estimates and I do believe you get what you pay for to a certain degree.. Vince Thanks Again.

Vince is amazing. My black BMW 5 series had a dent from someone opening their door into the rear quarter panel of my car. He fixed the dent extremely quickly, removed the scratches that the bastard left, and even added some touch up paint! Now it looks brand new again! He's truly an artist with metal, bending and shaping it back to new.

You guys are such a life saver! Somebody decided to hit and run and scratch the rocker panel of our new bimmer. The damage was pretty big (size of my palm) and it took off some paint where you can see the black part underneath. We tried using one of the scratch remover kit from Autozone...and of course it doesn't work on the deeper areas. I contacted these guys and they were so kind to squeeze me in on a very short notice. Mike did a great job on the repair, it took a little over 2 hours to get this fixed. After it's done, I can't even tell that it ever happened. I have so grateful I found them....a local body shop quoted me $800 to repaint the rocker panel. I paid only a fraction of that to get this fixed! =)

I moved a year ago to the Bay Area for work and have parked my black 2007 BMW 335i coupe in my fianc's garage in LA area during this time. I do commute back but rarely use the car except on alternating weekends. We went to the JPGetty art museum a few months ago and parked in the underground parking. We came back to the car to find a deep dent in the long, horizontal crease between the fuel tank door and the passenger door. It looked awful on a black car and I was sure that dent removal was NOT an option. I took the car to a State Farm approved collision center and was provided a $1,254 repair bill. I was shocked that a simple (and reckless) act of letting a truck door swing into a car can cause that much dollar damage.
Anyway, the collision center actually told me that I might want to look at a dent repair center. So I searched Yelp and found "Dents no More". Glad I did. Called Vince on Monday and he came out on Tuesday. His estimate for my damage was $150. True to his word, he removed the dent, polished the repair when completed, and taught me a lot about the tools of the trade;-). Actually, there was a lot of inside panel removal and structural engineering + materials science work involved with repair. To me, this was an excellent value for the work/fee. I am very happy with the results!

Dents No More came out and replaced a damaged rear bumper on my car. The initial work was done in a few hours. However, it was not done correctly. The chrome trim from the old bumper was no installed correctly on the new bumper and started to fall off in a few weeks. I put making tape on it to prevent it from falling off. I called them and they said they guaranteed the work. I tried to get them to come out an fix the problem but twice they cancelled and they were unwilling to fix it unless they had a job in the area. Been waiting for nearly 2 months. Extremely poor customer after service. Would not use them again.

Vince made the dent on my M3 hood disappear!
I had to drive out to Whittier to meet up with Vince since he doesn't really service Diamond Bar/Walnut area, but I had no choice since I wanted the best in the business.
Vince quickly setup all the necessary equipment and he got right to it, didn't waste time at all. He was able to "pop" the dent on my BMW's hood completely, and the best thing is he left no "footprints" or trace that he ever worked on on my car!!

Only the rating for my most recent review counts towards Dents No More but I don't care. I think This is my second review of Vince and Dents No More and I have to say, he is the master at removing dents. I''d give this business 10 stars if I could.
He's done my 2008 Audi RS4, my 2007 Porsche 997 GT3 and now my new acquisition a 2001 BMW 740iL that I purchased sight unseen. The car was reported to have 1 dent in the door but when it arrived it had 14 countable that I could see and when Vince set his eyes on it, he showed me about 5 or 6 more that I didn't see. Well, I gave him the keys to my wavy paneled BMW at 1pm and at 4:30pm I picked up a pin straight BMW.
His work is nothing short of a miracle. He is the best I have seen and I'm a car guy. Honest, straightforward and hard working, always going to extra mile, above and beyond anyones expectations.
I'm so happy to know that there are still honest business folks out there that practice 100% transparent deals.

Vince came out and removed one noticeable ding the size of a quarter in my wife's Mercedes (Someone had opened there car door onto her in a parking lot). When he arrived he noticed another crease down the same side of the car on another panel. I had not noticed it previously but once he pointed it out I could not help but see it! For $60 more than the original quote for the one ding Vince said he could fix this crease and two other dents (which I could barely see) on the other side of the car. This seemed very reasonable.
The work he performed was excellent - cannot even tell where the dents were. I would thoroughly recommend Dent No More. Vince was very easy to work with, professional, on time and reasonably priced for a mobile dent removal company that comes to you.

Mike and Vince at Dents No More are brilliant. Some loser pushed into my back bumper while I was parked in downtown Long Beach. So, I had the outline of a license plate etched into my brand new Prius, one month old. Aaaaargh!
Took it to a body shop, which quoted me $750 to either repair or replace the rear bumper. Are you kidding? I looked on the internet and found Dents No More. I texted a picture of my bumper to Mike and he quoted $375 almost immediately. I took it, not wanting to drag this out and getting no responses from anyone else. Made an appointment for a few days later.
Since I live in a condo building with underground parking, we had to figure out a place for him to work on my car. We couldn't think of anywhere, so Vince, who was going to do the repair, asked if I didn't mind just bringing my car to MIke's house, which was nearby. No problem.
I brought it there and 4 hours later, my bumper looked absolutely brand new. What a genius and a very nice guy.
I highly recommend these guys. I am a female and for what it's worth, I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of. I got a fair price and a wonderful result.
If needed, I will utilize their services again. Let's just hope I don't have to. :-)

Great experience working with Vince. I have an older X5 and he was able to repair dings in both rear doors fairly quickly. There was no intrusive repairs so no drilling or door panels were removed. Also, there were tow dings in the hood in a curved location near the grill that were repaired as well.

Had a slight incident - I scraped the front bumper of my beautiful Lexus 450h RX - ice blue. Felt sick to see that the paint had come off. It wasn't too bad but it marred the appearance and there were several locations that has been scraped. So we went on line and also to Yelp and Called Dents No More after reading the reviews. Mike is the guy who fixes paint problems. He was great to deal with over the phone, gave the cost and was out to the house - on time - in a couple of days. His work is BEAUTIFUL!! He is meticulous and is wonderful to talk to while he is working. He answered all our questions, explained the processes and restored my beauty to its original glamour. A few months ago I went to Vince to do some ding work on the roof or my Porsche. It was a tricky job because due to the framework within the roof the dings weren't easily accessible. He ended up using a cool technique to pull the dents up from the outside and then tap them down, all without affecting the paint whatsoever. What's more, his pricing was still very competitive! I recently took another recently purchased vehicle for door dings and he did another excellent job. Hooray for dents no more!!

This place is amazing! Dents No More removed a large key scratch that was on the door of my BMW Z4. After they were finished, there was absolutely no trace of the key scratch! They perform the same quality of work of the finest auto body shop for a third of the price. The process was very quick, convenient, and very reasonably priced. I especially like the efficient process for obtaining a price quote (it saved a lot of time sending in a photo of the key scratch). They repaired the key scratch in three hours in the parking lot at my work place (how much more convenient can that be?)
If you are looking for a place that provides outstanding auto body work for a third of the price, I would highly recommend Dents No More!!

First off, I usually never feel a deep inclination to write a review (case in point: I've only ever written two before this one) but I had to give credit where credit is due and Vince and Mike totally deserve ALL the accolades (use that in words with friends :P) they receive!
Me being me, I got a hand-sized dent on the fender of my brand new car about a month into buying it. Devastated, I emailed Vince pictures of my dent and he responded pretty much right away with an estimate of what it would cost me. His price was competitive and he guaranteed his work (which is more than I can say for people who offered it for cheaper). So I called him a couple of days later and they booked me for later that same week.
If you're really lucky you'll get the two for one special and get both Vince and Mike like I did. They arrived at my house on time and they were the nicest, funniest, most amicable guys you will ever meet! They were down to earth and honest. They don't try and up sale you on anything and they even buffed out some scuffs for me (that weren't part of the original work quoted) since they were already working on my car. Vince even offered to get me lunch! Now that's service. When they were done my car looked amazing!!! They did a great job for a great price and had a great time doing it. I'm contemplating smashing another dent into my car just so we can have another party :P (JK!) But really, if you have a dent, just go to Vince and Mike. I would not go anywhere else. Not to mention they come to your house and do it in a matter of hours as opposed to days at a body shop.

This is the second time that I had Vince to fix dent on my car. The reason that I being his repeated customer.. well... because he does fantastic job.
I hit the garage door jam with my right rear door when I was backing into the garage resulting a large dent on the door. Unlike most others I did not freaked out because I knew that Vince will take care of it for cheap.
As I expected Vince took care of this dent perfectly as he did last time.
He came to my work, I gave him my key and got back to office to work. About an hour later, Vince called me so I went out and it was like, "Where was the dent???"
Seriously, After he fixed my first dent about 2 years ago, I can't even remember which side of the car the dent was because I just can't see any trail of dent since Vince fixed it.

Vince + Mike = my heroes
Very fast quote on a weekend (and amongst the lowest I was given and much cheaper than a body shop, without the hassle either, they also get parts and charge you the wholesale price). My problem was bigger than you could tell on the photos I sent them, they suggested I completely replace a part to make it look perfect but they could still fix it for $110 less, which they did perfectly anyway. On time.
Call/email them without hesitation!!

I had 3 small dents on the roof of my 2008 BMW 328i. I couldn't stand looking at them because I wanted a perfect, dent-free car. Dents make your car look old, and my car was in perfect condition except for those dents. Vince, the master artisan dent remover extraordinaire drove down to my residence and within less than an hour...dents no more!!! Seriously, you could not even tell where the dents where after he was finished. Vince is the real deal...very nice guy and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend him.

I had a dent on my front quarter panel and 2 auto body shops quoted me over $1000 to repair the damage and a week to do the work. I found Dents No More on Yelp and decided to get one more quote. Vince called, quoted me a much, much lower price and came out the next day. It took Vince 30 minutes and my car looks good as new. Vince was friendly, professional and took the time to answer my questions and explain how he was going to fix the dent. I strongly recommend Vince and Dents No More!

After finding Vince on a google search, I had him come out and fix a dent on my wheel arch. He struck me as knowledgeable right off the bat. He pointed out things about the dent within a couple of seconds that I hadn't noticed after staring at for a while. He was polite and very professional the entire time. The dent was fixed in porbably half an hour and it looked like new again. He even cut a little bit off the quoted price because it came out easier than he expected. You can't ask for much more than that.

Someone banged their car door into the rear panel of my car and it left a small dent, I saw the Dents No More truck as I was driving home, and so I called them the next day. Vince asked me to text a picture of the dent so he could give me an estimate. He told me that although it was a small dent it would be a little bit more money because of the location. I told him I would think about it. After reading the awesome reviews, plus knowing it would bug me every time I looked at the dent, I decided to have Vince fix it. I called him back and set up a date and time to come to my house. That morning, Vince text me to let me know he was 20 minutes out. He wasn't on time he was early. Wow! Once he looked at the dent he said it wasn't as bad as he thought and lowered the price he had quoted me. When does that happen? Well, my dent is no more. Vince did a great job. You would never know my car had a dent. I would highly recommend this company and will be telling all my friends. In this day and age it is hard to find someone with integrity, but that is what you will get with this company. Thank you again Vince. My car looks great!

I hired Vince to get a dent out of the side panel of my Chevy Silverado. I also wanted to see if he could get a dent out of my hood. We agreed on a price for the additional dent and he went to work. I went inside and had some lunch. He called me 45 minutes later and was not only done with the two dents I called him about. Vince fixed 7 other minor dents and took out 3 paint smudges at no extra cost! If you need dents repaired, I highly recommend that you give Vince a call.

I got a used Cadillac DTS fairly cheap but it looked like HELL. Both bumpers were trashed and it also had numerous dings throughout the whole vehicle. I found these guys to just do the bumpers but they also fixed every ding in the car also. The color of my car is a metallic brownish gold which I'd think would be hard to match but they matched it PERFECTLY. I'm usually VERY picky about services like this but I couldn't find a single thing to be picky about. Only complaint I have is that they didn't stay and hang out longer! Mike and Vince are great guys and I feel I made a few friends over the deal. Price was reasonable, was finished quickly and there was no evidence left of them ever being there. I thought my car would stink of chemicals but like I said, not a trace of them ever being there. They had tons of specialized gadgets and paint matching doodads that blew my mind. They made my beat looking DTS look new again. NO JOKE. Thanks guys!

I got a nice 12 inch diameter dent on the corner of my back bumper. I called several PDR places to get estimates. Dents No More quickly responded to my inquiry and was the only provider who could also provide paint to fix up any scratches. They fixed the dent, painted the scratches.
From start to finish Dents No More was amazing to work with. They got me an estimate over email in less than 8 hours, were able to come to my house the next day (due to a cancellation, but said it wouldn't be more than a few days either way) and did all of the work in front of my house. The technician that came to my house (Mike) was professional, friendly, and courteous. The price was extremely competitive and I could not be happier with the job. I would highly recommend them.

I really wanted to give VInce a 5 star review, I honestly did. But I'll just tell my story, and you guys can judge for yourselves.
So I found Vince's information at Transhine, an autodetailing shop, so I figured if he was contracted by the auto detailers, he must have dealed with many picky customers because surely those who wanted to get their car detailed must also be very picky about their car as well. Anyway, so he shows up at my house, and he's a really friendly, honest and personable person, and so he gets started on my car.
After he finishes, I take a look, and all seems to be pretty fine, except for a bit of a low spot that I pointed out to him, and he fixed promptly. I'm also glad that he didn't have to drill any holes. So after he left, I pulled the car into the garage, and looked at the areas that he fixed again, just to make sure. Probably due to the different lighting in the garage, I notice 2 areas that kind of still weren't 100% fixed (I am very detailed oriented). So I called him up, and he agreed to come by and take a look at it again.
So the 2nd time he comes to take a look at the area (one on the drivers door), he tells me that he wasn't sure what he can do. I was bummed to hear that, but I appreciated his honesty. So then Vince tells me he'll cut me a check for him not being able to fully fix the dent. So I wanted to show him the other side where I still saw a remnant of a dent. But then he tells me that he doesn't want to look at it, pretty much blowing me off and saying I'm like the pickiest costumer he has met. I was extremely shocked to hear that. I mean, I understand that I am very anal about taking care of my car, if I wasn't I wouldn't be spending the money to take out the dents. But Vince says he has worked on million dollar cars, wouldn't their owners be as picky or even more picky than I? I mean, why should I settle with something that I'm not completely happy with when I'm paying for it? Anyway, he agreed to take a look at the other area, and when I pointed it out, he barely even looked at it and said that he wasn't "contracted" to fix that part and that I didn't show him that dent when I sent him an estimate for the email. (The dents are a series of dents, and there was one on the very end left over). So he tells me that in order to fix that, he'll have to charge me more, and to drill holes. I don't know if that is the case, or that he just didn't want to deal with me anymore, and he just left in a hurry. So I go take a look at the email I sent him for the estimate with the pictures of the damage, and lo and behold, I clearly circled that area as part of the damaged area. (I am not BSing, I have my old sent email as proof). Sure, after Vince worked on that area, it looked better than what it was before, but there were still that one that wasn't out completely.
I thought he would be able to take all the dents out, yet after the first day when he worked on it, he didn't let me know that he wasn't able to take them all out (except for a separate one near the door molding, which I can't really tell) unless he didn't notice them himself, but still....
To me the biggest gripe is when he said he didn't want to work on that other dent anymore and that he would have to charge me extra when in fact it was part of the estimate for his service.
I'll await the check he says he'll cut for me to compensate for the areas he couldn't fully fix, and I'll adjust my rating accordingly. But my car does look better than what it looked like before, but not as good as I hoped.
Update:
So I've received a partial refund from Vince, and I am satisfied with it. As a result, I upped my rating from a 3 star to 4. Vince is a man of his word. However, a bitter taste is still left in my mouth after he blew me off and said I was pretty much the pickest customer he has had. I personally felt like it was unnecessary.

After receiving an outrageous estimate from the dealership to fix the dent in my car, I decided to research the internet for dent repair. I e-mailed a picture of my dent to Vince, and he quickly responded with an estimate. He came out to my house the next day, performed his magic, and my car looks as good as new!! Vince and Mike at Dents No More are wonderful.
I made a very spontaneous buy of my first used car and I bought it at night (I know stupid). I checked the car out at the dealer but not as thorough as I should have. I have only purchased new cars and usually there are no scratches to look over. Long story short the next day I noticed some dings and a very ugly scratch. The dealer detailed the car for me and they were able to get the surface scratches off but managed to make the ugly scratch uglier. I got two estimates from auto body shops for the scratch and there was no way I could afford what they wanted. I figured I would get the dings out and just live with the scratch.
I saw Dents No More on Yelp and called to schedule an appointment. Vince came out the very next day and removed the dings. I was not home but my husband said Vince was great. He showed him the scratch and Vince said they could fix it. The estimate was less than 1/2 of what the body shops wanted.
I scheduled the appointment and Mike came to fix the scratch. I was amazed that they could do all of the work and painting all in my driveway. Mike was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, there was a slight color problem. Vince came on his day off to look at it and told me they would make it right. Well, they definitely did. Both Vince and Mike came out to correct it. They worked their behinds off and did an awesome job to make sure I was happy with the outcome.
I am so impressed with the way they stand by their work and how they go to great lengths for their customers. I would use them again in a heartbeat and will refer them to anyone I know and meet.

I had numerous dents around my car for years, but recently got a baseball sized one on my hood. Seeing that every day seriously bugged me, so I decided to buckle down and pay for a dent removal service. Vince was absolutely wonderful. He came to my work and spent all day removing the dents from my car. He even fixed areas that the previous owner tried to fix and made them look 100x better. I recommend this place highly! All I can say is "VINCE" is absolutely the best to work with and is very personable. His knowledge and workmanship about cars and dents is FANTASTIC! After about 30-45mins, I could not even see the dent anymore. It was as if the door was just brand new and never had any dents on it. I love it! He makes sure you ( as well as him) is satisfied with the fix. He does not rush or skimp out on his work, and pays attention to detail to make sure the dent is out and the panel is the way it was before.
Funny thing was some other PDR guy before I contacted Vince/Dents No More said that my dent could not be fixed 100% and would have to be taken to a body shop. Like hell! Vince fixed the door and is fixed 100%. Cannot even tell where the dent is and looks amazing.
The whole experience with Vince has been superb, from initiating contact to the finish of the job. If you ever need to have a dent taken out and wanting a hassle-free experience, call up Vince. He is amazing (and very friendly too)!
If I ever get another dent (and hopefully NOT), he will be the first to call no doubt.
Don't even consider another PDR. Vince is the man!

Vince is the best and most professional you can get. I didn't think it could be done without a trip to the body shop, car rental for several day, etc, but he shows up at my house (And right on time!) and in less than an hour got that golf ball dent out of my '62 Thunderbird. I hope I never have to see him again, but he will the first one I call if I ever get another dent of any kind. This guy rules!

I had just bought a car and the next day and I woke up to 2 dents on the driver side door. I did some research and a competitor recommended me to Dents No More. I gave Vince a call and sent him some pictures. He quoted me a reasonable price, and set up an appointment with me. Vince was a knowledgeable guy who's been removing dents for 20+ years.
