Seriously this place has the best people I have ever met. The owner, Ben, is super knowledgable and accommodating. His employees are super nice and knowledgable and they are always doing everything possible to provide you with the best service that you can afford. They completely rebuilt two engines for me and have worked on tons of my cars since. Don't waste your money elsewhere. Seriously. Even if you have a guy, let Ben look at it and then take it to them. They're the best.

This place is way too legit. Not gonna lie, most of the time I go to an automotive place I don't necessarily feel comfortable or welcome. Being of color sometimes shops can be a little too redneck for me but Ben is a great dude and super down to earth. Shop is very clean Highly recommended.

I was trying to assist my sister buy a used car from a private party for her daughter (my niece), and recommended that they have it inspected first. They brought it here, to Automotive Unlimited, who thoroughly went over the car in question--a 2005 Saturn Ion--and determined that there were many issues with the car, and recommended a "no buy."
Money well spent! Thank you for the great service, and for helping us avoid what would have been a financial disaster.

Once again they pull a miracle for me .. My brother had passed away and with all the expense that comes with it the day before the ceremony my truck breaks down and Ben and his guys squeeze me into a tight schedule and a more than reasonable price because of my situation and took a huge problem and made it easy.. I came to see Ben based on a recommendation from a friend. I originally came in to get my timing belt replaced at the manufacturer recommend mileage. The technician did a courtesy vehicle inspection and it turned out I needed some other important work done (my car is pretty old, I bought it used). All I can say is wow! I left in what feels like a brand new car. It is a joy to drive! Very responsive and comfortable to ride. They even threw in a free oil change with premium oil. Also, all the parts they used were high end parts. Thanks guys!

I took my car in and talked to Ben. He was amazing he kept in the loop with my car kept me on my budget and my car sounds great. I was scared being a woman when it comes to auto repairs but he secured my business for all and any of my car needs now and future.

Got my car fixed here.
Had the best prices (about 200$ cheaper than every other place I called.)
Got it done quickly. (7 hours)
Needed new breaks, new pads, new roters, new struts, transmission repair and new shocks.
Whole thing was only $1,100.
They covered the tax to be nice because they knew it was a lot of money to spend at once.
Dealt nicely with my boyfriend. I didn't actually go down there.

I recently went to Automotive Unlimited to repair the recirculator fan in my heater system. They not only fixed the problem in a professional and timely manner (under two hours), but saved me hundreds of dollars compared to what I was quoted at the dealership where I bought my car. I went to them because I heard how honest and exceptionally skilled they are and I am so happy I did. I won't go anywhere else from now on after having such a great experience with them.

The whole team here seemed very helpful, I always feel like I get upsold on stuff I do not need at repair shops. But he was a straight shooter, broke down the repairs I needed and charged me a very fair price. I work a very full schedule and he accommodated that. I was referred in to him and I will continue to refer in.

I have used this shop twice so far once for my Toyota Tacoma with a broken tail gate bolt that had to be drilled out and once when my moms car broke down and it ended up needing a new thermostat and all new hoses. They are extremely fair priced, knowledgeable and trustworthy I would def recommend.

I had just recently purchased an envoy from a small dealership and was unsatisfied with their mechanical skills. I had a squeaking issue going on with my car and a couple other things. I took my car in to Automotive Unlimited and had Chris V. Look at it. He was very thorough in his explanations on what was wrong with my car. I am very impressed by the customer service skills the people of Automotive Unlimited have. They definitely didn't give me the "girl who doesn't know what I'm talking about" treatment I've received at various other automotive places. They were able to fix the problems with my car swiftly (as I was on a time restraint). My car is now running beautifully with no sqeaking. Thank you so much! This is the place to go if you have car troubles. My visits usually start out with "I'm hearing a funny noise, but can't explain it" It is never a problem. Travis takes the time to look and will actually tell you if nothing is wrong. He doesn't just make things up to charge you for. His prices are fair and he does his best to get you in as soon as possible. His work is great! I have never had to take anything back for a 2nd time when he works on my vehicle. I have referred him to friends and they only have positive things to say about him as well.

Made a few stops when my C1500 started acting up. They provided me with accurate quotes the first time and explained the work that needed to be done and why. There's no clerk or secretary, so you're talking to the mechanics themselves when you enter the door. They keep maintenance schedule for your vehicle and remind you when you need work done. I've recommended this shop to my family and friends only to hear they had a positive experience too. They really do go out of there way to help.
