I purchased their punch card for oil changes for 99.95. I used the alignment and a oil change my first visit and was very pleased with the friendly and efficient service!

This is a tough one. While I haven't had them actually work on my car, someone claiming to work there was going door to door selling discount oil change coupons. This "sales team" is part of some other organization that doesn't appear actually connected directly to the shop. It was all really strange in hindsight.
So I went down there the next day and asked and out of about five people, only one person spoke broken English enough to say to call the number on the coupon for an appointment. They actually seemed kind of confused about it? Fair enough. However, when I tried calling the number for an appointment a couple of times, there was no answer.
In addition, the shop was dingy, filthy, and badly lit. I'm tired of Jiffy Lube and their constant up-charges but after this, I'm running back to them.
At this point, I'm just going to figure I got taken. I was stupid. Learn from my mistake.

I am writing this review on behalf of a very good friend of mine. She brought her car to this company almost over a month ago and has been getting the run around every since. For something that was suppose to be a simple repair has turned into a total nightmare. Not only did they fail to tell her that they didn't know how to fix her type of care they have now gone and taken her car to another shop and mind you they did not tell her until after it was taken and not before and I feel that this is unacceptable. I have instructed her to go and get her car and yes she will be contacting the BBB and reporting this company for their poor service! For any of you out there that might be thinking about taking their care to Miquel's Auto Repair for service....turn around and drive in the other direction!

The guys and gals that work there are great! I bought an oil and service package and each time they have got me in quickly and have done a wonderful job! I have even seen the owner go out of his way to help strangers in need and helped them and even didn't accept the money that this mother and children tried to pay. The owner said have a great day and told her to pay it forward when she could. I thought I was gonna cry right along with her as I watched this in the waiting room. I recommend this shop 100% and I even have my children's cars worked on there and we are totally satisfied!!! Thanks Miguel and crew for the great work!

Complete Morons! Made the mistake of buying a prepaid oil change card for this place. Called for appointment, got one for 4 days later. Went in. The so called mechanic didnt know how to correctly raise my vehicle. He tried to squeeze under it but couldnt. After an hour they pull my car out. I thought oil was changef. Lady tells me my level control light is on. I said it wasnt when I came in. She tells me to come in tomorrow. I check and light is not on. I tell her. She talks to mechanic again. Then tells me he could not change oil, cause he didnt know how to raise vehicle and could not get under it. I left and will not go back to this shop again. I would not recommend them for anything!!

I bought a truck that had this business put in a low-mileage engine. The previous owner did not take it thru emmissions, so when I did, it failed due to too many sensors not ready. I took it to Miguel's so they could see what they did wrong. They did not fix it. Then I took it to a state certified emmissions shop (Tom's Performance), and they found the problem - the pin/connector assembly that keeps the memory powered when the ingition was off was damaged. $150.00 later, it is all fixed. I thought I should spare anyone else from a bad experience. Take your vehicle to someone who will stand by their work and fix their mistakes, and who has the know-how to troubleshoot.

Miguels auto is the best and most effective repair shop in Vancouver I recommended a good friend of mine their and the next time she saw me she told me that they fixed amazingly and that it ran like a champ and I would recommended it to anyone I even got my car fixed there one time and I would never go enywhere else.

I had a friend who took her car to this place almost a month and a half ago and her car is still not fixed! She has been getting the run around regarding her car and to top things off when she went there on yesterday they told her that they had taken her care somewhere else, what the hell, who does that without notifying the owner of the vehicle first! I have instructed her to go and get her car from this shady place and to also report them to the BBB for very poor service. For something that was suppose to be a simple repair for her has turned out to be a total nightmare. The service from this company has been needless to say very unprofessional. If any one out there is thinking of taking their vehicle to Miguel's Auto Repair I strongly suggest that you turn and drive in the other direction!!!
