I've always brought all my cars to them they always took care me and I was had amazing service. Not only did they call my insurance company and take care of things from that and they also help me in a rental car. The woman in the office is so sweet and it was just a smooth experience the whole way through I would recommend this establishment to anyone in the surrounding areas.

Frank's Auto Body & Frame Specialists was a GOD-SEND after a horrible experience at Branning's Auto Body Shop in East Brunswick.
I was in a car accident in mid-July. My car insurance company had to approved auto body centers, and Branning's was the closest one, so I chose to have my car towed there. Their service was so bad and slow that I was fed up.
I called Frank's Auto Body & Frame Specialists, and they came out the SAME DAY, looked at the car, said that it in fact could be fixed (for lower than the payout for the total loss no less!), and towed it to their location in North Brunswick. They fixed it quickly, but showed us some photos of the car after it had been "looked at" by Branning's...Branning's had CUT through the fender and part of the CAR, causing EXPONENTIALLY MORE damage than I had from the accident! It actually cost almost $1,000 MORE to fix because of their looking at the car.
Go to Frank's Auto Body & Frame Specialists in North Brunswick. They are prompt, have great customer service, did high-quality work, and treated me like I was their only customer.

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and my fleet company referred me to Franks Auto Body. With all the headaches that go along with dealing with a car accident, the pleasant experience I had with Meghan and Rocco was a welcome reprieve! Starting from the day of the accident, they were very professional and knowledgeable in reviewing the damage on my car with me and outlining the process going forward. They helped me navigate dealing with the insurance company and went over the process of fixing my car from start to finish so I knew exactly what they would be doing.
Great experience, I would highly recommend Franks Auto Body to anyone for fast, thorough, professional and expert service. Thank you again Meghan and Rocco for all of your help!

Quick Job

I dropped my car to Frank's Auto Body Shop on Monday to get my brakes changed. The next day they had my brakes done and my care ready. they price was also cheaper then usual.

Frank's Auto Body is the place to go!!! I would like to thank John and his team for doing an excellent job on my white Honda Civic. Amazing! Thanks to Paulina, who while building the estimate and throughout the entire repair process, never recommended what is not required. And, indeed it was so true that I could only believe when I took delivery of the car. These guys are totally customer-focused and it was hard to believe, since the 3 other body shops that I went gave an estimate that was 2 times expensive and included jobs such as blending doors etc... But, look at the paint job done by the team at Frank's, there was no need to blend doors as they had estimated. You guys have my trust! Thank you very much!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible experience. Not only was the job not up to par, but they were late. Very unprofessional, and they almost cost me my job. I also have a friend that experienced a similar encounter. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I do not usually write online reviews; however, this situation most certainly warranted one. My son was attending Rutgers University and was two weeks away from his apartment lease expiring and coming back home to New Hampshire when he experienced a car accident. The cars rear suspension was completely destroyed. Being from out of state, I had to rely on an honest and reliable referral from the towing company. They suggested that I call Franks Auto Body and ask for Rocco. I introduced myself to Rocco and explained the time constraint my son was up against. Rocco assured me that everything would be okay and that my son would be able to leave as scheduled. Rocco took it upon himself to call the towing company so the car could be dropped off at his shop and the insurance company to ensure there were no delays in meeting my sons schedule. He was experienced and knowledgeable with the insurance process and was kind enough to guide me the whole way through. Each time that I had to call the office, both Erica and Rocco would open the conversation with How are you? and it wasnt just a statement, but a sincere question. Both individuals were professional and comforting to somebody who they would never meet or probably ever service again. Rocco went out of his way to ensure that the car was ready for when my son was scheduled to leave. Rocco went above and beyond in assisting a total stranger and let me tell you, the car rides like a gem. So, based on all of the above, I would highly recommend Franks Auto Body!! Thank you Rocco and Erica.

Rocco, the owner is very friendly and accommodating. They did an excellent job getting my car fixed. He takes pride in the job. Always in contact and updating me during the repair phase. Frank's Auto Body is one stop to get the car fixed and back to factory condition. It's comes with lifetime warranty aswell.
