Some douche lord decided they wanted to slam their door, and continue slamming it, into my '15 Subaru Forester's driver's side fender. I took it to Ryan at Flash's Auto Body and I was pretty pissed. He assured me it was going to be just like new, however it's going be pricey ($800). Insurance covered that, not a big deal but the big thing is the customer service that Flash's showed me. They fixed the dent perfectly, even had my clear bra reapplied by Ziebart. They also sent me a Starbuck's gift card for Christmas. Hopefully you don't have to see them, usually means your vehicle is damaged. But if you do, you'll be taken care of. Great folks and company!

This is an amazing shop. Tucked away from the main strip of body shops but well worth it!
After having been rear ended and fixing what I thought to be the only damage (a cracked drivers side tail light) there was more damage than originally thought. The mechanic who fixed the tail light showed me damage to my cars body that needed fixing or else I'd have a wet trunk.
That's where flash's comes into play - thanks to yelp they were my collision repair shop of my choice. Very grateful to have come across honest and trustworthy people, with my best interest in their minds.
Car was in and out of the body shop in less than a week! Best turn around I've ever had after an accident. They will definitely be on the top of my recommendation list for friends/anyone! Thank you Ryan!

I have high expectations of work and when a deer hit our car and needed 6k in front end repairs we decided to give Flash a try. I have to say I am very impressed.
First, Ryan gave me his personal cell phone number. The color match was spot on. Used OEM parts. Touched up other chips outside of the accident area. Helped with the rental car. Handled the entire process end to end.
What really impressed me was the effort they put into getting the gaps right. Being of high expectations I called them on it and they went through it a second time. Ryan was very concerned with our happiness. Also they brought to our attention prior damage and worked to improve on that as well. I'm impressed and that's saying a lot.
About the only downsides are over crowded parking and they are busy. But then, thats the problem with being known for doing good work.

Can you give a place more than 5 stars? These guys are the best!! Ryan is super nice, knowledgeable, and professional! I came in to get a quote on some repairs. He looked at my car, saw that the front bumper and fender could be reattached easily so he did it right there in the parking lot on the spot. I will come here for all my bodywork, and you should too!

Every review for this place is five-star, but the Yelp software only permits the one review (look for the reviews that are not recommended). I want to give them a six-star review, but am prevented from doing so.
This body shop does fantastic work, and then goes a step beyond. I know they do insurance work, but I was paying for a facelift/tummy tuck/rhinoplasty for my cantankerous 2001 Beetle (she been rode hard and put up wet many times, and it's starting to show). And I think they threw in Botox for free.
I broke my interior door. I ripped the handle right off. You have to replace the entire inner door panel, and a certain VW dealership in the Bay Area quoted me $500+ for the door and another $300+ for labor. Not even if I was on drugs, honey. I bought a door panel off of eBay ($199, plus free shipping) and took my door and my car to Flash's, where they quoted me: $40 for labor. Yup. That's right.
The door has been slammed and tested for over a month. It works perfectly, locks, windows and all. But wait - there's more.
So many fixes needed on my bug, which has driven over far too many concrete obstacles (GRRR - the drive-through at the Emeryville KFC) and been backed into too many SUVs since before I owned it. Flash's fixed the front foglight, and reattached the plastic bumper. The back bumper was smushed so that the license plate light no longer works, and since the bumper replacement was $$$$, he used heat and patience to reshape the bumper and fix the light. The entire car was buffed and smoothed, and every little nick and scratch was painted and polished. Not to mention the remains of my husband Tacoma's tires on my fender, which was actually me parking his truck (shhhh, don't tell him). The shop uses a detail service which is pricey but works on high-end cars, and they mostly focused on the interior (they did a fantastic job) while Flash's did all the exterior details the detailers didn't have the time to do (yes, the interior of my Beetle was so awful even I couldn't stand the stench and filth any more).
I believe this shop did twice the work they charged me for, and kept trying to discount it more. (Their supplier kept sending the wrong part, so it was there a couple days longer than I had expected, but they still got it back to me in time.) It's not like I have a new car, but an older car in pristine condition from having lived in a garage. This business is so exceptional, I've been going back to the other automotive repair shops I deal with and recommending Flash's to them for their other customers.
This place has my highest recommendation.
P.S. - the owner is one of those rare few who completed a BMW certification program, so I would recommend BMW owners especially to this shop.

Excellent work and customer service. My Volvo wagon was a mess after two accidents. The first shop I tried said insurance wouldn't pay for Volvo parts and they would have to use after market. Flash owner Ryan worked with my adjuster and got approval to use Volvo parts on the entire job. The body work looks like new and the car runs perfectly. Ryan is a breath of fresh air in a business where you sometimes don't know who to trust. I am so glad my mechanic referred me to Flash.

Great service awesome work and honest work. Couldn't have done better work. The repairs aren't a quick slap a part on and throw paint on it, they get the car to a pre-accident shape before painting and blending that paint so that you could never tell it was ever in an accident.
Lifetime warranty on paint parts and labor. Best in Spokane hands down.
Why settle for less than the best?

I was recently was t-boned in a car accident and had to replace my car door with an old used one from Spalding. The door I found was the wrong color so I needed to find a place to have it painted. I’m sooooo happy I took it to Ryan at Flash’s Auto. The color match turned out absolutely gorgeous! The paintjob was flawless! Incredibly, my door looks brand new again; you would never be able to tell that it wasn’t my original car door. I am so impressed with their hard work and their awesome customer service! I had to write a review, because I know there are people out there looking and not sure where to go. I highly recommend Flash’s Auto to anyone in need. These guys are honest, fair, do amazing work and their prices are so reasonable. As soon as I talked to Ryan it was a done deal. Very impressed with the quality of work I received at Flashs Auto Body. Ryan and Eric went above and beyond with the work on our pickup truck after it was smashed up. They had the truck for a week and got it back to me looking perfect. They even washed and vacuumed it for us. I do automotive restoration and paint for a living so I was expecting to pick it apart when I picked it up but was pleasantly surprised how great a job they did. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing collision and paint work done.

I would recommend Flash's to all of my friends and family. These guys are honest, hardworking, and truly give you the best deal possible. They continually went out of their way for me while my car was in the shop, and on the day I dropped off my car they even offered me a ride back to my house if I needed one. Flash's did a great job replacing my bumper and quarter panel. I work at an assisted living center and we did not want to spend a lot of money on cosmetic damage for community cars that 80/90 year old guys drive. Ryan was really friendly and spent 15 minutes on the phone looking for used and aftermarket parts before giving me a great estimate. They did excellent and quick work, but what impressed me the most was how friendly the staff was. It's a business I will gladly use again.

These guys are AMAZING!! We're a single income family of 5 and income tax only goes so far. Ryan (the owner) was given a tight budget to work with because it's all we had. This guy and his crew worked so very hard on our car that was a complete disaster. Duct tape was our bumper/side panel for over a year and the hood was warped and wouldn't shut. He did everything he could to stay within our budget, was honest, trustworthy, kept in contact with us and stayed strong on his search for affordable parts. This group of people is so friendly and they truly care about the customer. I went in for a second opinion after receiving an uncomfortable quote from a dealership to repair some paint scratches. The dealership wanted to charge me for 2 hours of labor for something that Ryan was able to correct in under 5 minutes, which saved me time and money! This shop was unknown to me until Vandervert Auto (another 5 star auto service business) referred me to them for frame and suspension work. They were fast, did everything very well, and the price was as quoted - and even reduced for a cash payment. I highly recommend Flash Auto for your collision repair and body work.

I was very upset when I crunched the side of my 2011 Silverado into my retaining wall. Ryan was super helpful - awesome communication from start to finish.
