Gary, Corbin and Steve are the best! It's nice to have a shop in town that's reliable and trustworthy - they know how to take care of their customers. We were dealing with a situation outside of insurance and the other party was being difficult. These folks made it clear we are their priority and the job will be done right. That helped relieve the stress and we know we'll be taken care of. Looking forward to my new shiny bumper. Thanks!
3 days later - new bumper - perfect! Thanks!!

Walked in to get an estimate. Didn't get an estimate and don't plan on returning. In the time it took them to find somebody that could schedule an estimate... The estimate could have been completed. Instead it would of been a four day wait.
The guy helping another customer seemed very competent and on top of things, told me somebody would help me in a second.
Sat around for about 5min. During this time an employees friend/colleague walked in and started chatting with an employee. The guy who told me somebody would help me told this person I hadn't been helped. I told him I was in for an estimate and he said the person that schedules them would be with me in a second.
Another few minutes go by and I'm told again somebody will be with me.
The person that schedules them couldn't be found. The employee helping me asks another employee whether he could do it or schedule it. He interrupted him before he could finish saying, "schedule it!" He was kind of off in his own world.
After 15min (which is how long it's usually taken me for an estimate on this repair) this third employee pulls up the calendar, doesn't look at me or acknowledge me, just says, "Friday mid morning." I ask if anything else is available. "Thursday around 3ish."
I said no worries and left, he seemed pretty bothered to have to help me.
I give two stars because now I don't have to figure out how to put 'around 3ish' in my calendar.

My fiance was rear ended and we took the car here for repair. The work was done well but the process was pretty inconvenient!
We took the car in on a Monday and were told it would be done Wednesday. This was great since we were flying out for the weekend on Thursday. After ordering the wrong part a couple times they were unable to complete the work on time. The new completion date was Friday, when we would be gone. We had a rental car that we would have to pay extra for if we didn't return it before we left since insurance only pays until the car is fixed. We would have had to pay for days we were out of town, so we scrambled to return it before our flight.
We got back from our trip on the following Monday. It was a holiday so they were closed and we could not call. We had not heard confirmation that the car was done, but we made plans for me to drop him off at the shop so he could get his car and head to work first thing in the morning (7am). He called just after they opened that morning and they still wouldn't say if the car was done, but someone would call at 8am. Turns out that the car was not done, but it would be at noon. My fiance works in Newberg and we live in Aloha. He needs a car! At this point he would have to get another rental, get to work late, and have leave early to return it that afternoon.. So he missed a whole day of work and pay! He recently started this job, so he has no PTO to use (not that he should have to). His work had a small staff so it's rude not to be able to give notice if he has to be gone.
The shop could have left us a message when yet again, the car would not be done on time. Poor communication and poor service. Thankfully the end result at least looks good.

I was rear ended on May 27th. After several estimates in the area, my brother suggested I go to Aloha Auto Body & Paint. I was beyond happy with the quality of the work. I had my Chevy Avalanche back in a timely manner and it looked fantastic! I have written 3 reviews on 'Yelp' and each time they have been removed by Yelp. I am going to share to Facebook in hopes that my review remains and Aloha Auto Body gets the recognition they deserve.

I was sent here by Northwest Chrysler Jeep to look at my rocker molding that was loose and about to fall off. They quoted me for the new molding which came out to over $500. Instead of that being my only option Mark had me pull in the garage and basically fixed it in 3 minutes good as new. If you are like me and looking for honest good people to work with when in need these are the guys. I will come back here for anything I ever need in regards to auto body work etc. I will also refer them any chance I get. Thanks Mark! I really appreciate you!

Aloha Auto Body did the repair work on my Volvo. I am so happy with the body work and the paint job was beautiful! The customer service was really great, they made sure to call me when parts arrived and to give me updates on my car. When I came to pick up my car they had washed it and cleaned the inside for me, it was immaculate! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I was in an accident and needed repairs on my car so I got three quotes and one was from Aloha Auto Body & Paint. These guys are great! Pat did my quote and was very helpful with information on how everything would happen and I felt like I was in very good hands and I was right. Everyone was very friendly and professional. After five days I picked up my car and to my surprise, it was spotless as they had cleaned it inside and out for me. They explained in detail all of ... See More

My brother recommended Aloha Auto Body & Paint to me after I was rear ended. I am beyond pleased with the repairs that were done to my Chevy Avalanche. I highly recommend Aloha Auto Body & Paint but hope that I don't need their services in the near future.

AMAZING WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I had to get some major front end work done due to an accident and this place is the BEST!! First, because they work together with Enterprise Car rental down the road, they called Enterprise and had someone pick me up and take me to…

Great experience. Excellent results. Competitive estimate, on time completion, and they even gave me a free ride home when I dropped the car off.

I just had our Prius repaired by Aloha Auto Body Paint, and Jeff Modjeski is in charge of our repair job. They did a great job and returned the car to us on the day they promised. They also took care of all the deals with the other party's insurance company whose client was at fault. It was a good experience to work with Jeff.

They know their car specs! We worked with Gary for the most part and received top notch customer service. He handled almost everything - even letting us drop of the rental loaner there at the shop for them to pick up so we could take our car right then. We had to take the car back for a minor adjustment that was taken care of promptly. When we got the car back from AABP both times, it was all clean too! I'll be referring friends to this business because I am sure they'll get the same great service.

I have never been in a fender bender before and didn't know how the process worked. I went in to this Farmers certified location thinking someone would walk me through the process on how to get an estimate etc. However, the receptionist seemed to be very rude and unwelcoming in explaining how it works. Getting in a car accident and dealing with insurances is already hard enough. I was just trying get an estimate and instead was very rudely told that they didn't have any time for me. I wasn't expecting instant service, but a little patience can go a long way. They might do great body work, but I have taken my business elsewhere due to this unpleasant experience.

I have never written a review but due to the uniqueness of my situation with Aloha Auto Body & Paint I decided to indulge my fellow shoppers. The dealer I purchased my new vehicle from recommended this body shop to attempt to fix cosmetic manufacturing flaws regarding misaligned body panels. Once the repair was complete, I inspected the vehicle to find the body panels were misaligned in a different location than before the repairs. They informed me that the panels have limited adjustability due to the tight tolerances of modern vehicle manufacturing, going as far to say the vehicle was improperly designed. I accepted this and proceeded to take action with the dealer and vehicle manufacturer. Representatives from the vehicle manufacturer contacted the body shop, at least two times to my knowledge, inquiring about the reasons the vehicle could not be properly fixed. They were honest and respectable in relaying the information about the misaligned panels but was not enough to convince the manufacturer to provide any compensation. I was forced to take legal action which ended further communication with the body shop. Six months later, after the resolution, a shopping cart struck my passenger rear door causing noticeable scratches. I called my insurance company, filed a claim, and scheduled an appointment through my insurance company at Aloha Auto Body & Paint because I received honest service surprising hard to find. Before I could get a quote the body shop contacted and informed me that they refuse to work on my vehicle because of their bad experience from the past. That is unacceptable in any line of work involving customer engagement; to build a reputable company any experience with customers is important. Refusing will only result in a negative consumer attitude that eventually cause detrimental views towards the integrity of the company and specific individuals within the company. Individuals that are unlikely to be employed by the same company for their entire career but rely on their previous employer to obtain favorable recommendations. Take my review as you will, but I cannot recommend this body shop.
