My Tesla got a flat tire across the street and these folks were nice enough to lug their air tank over and pump up the tire so I could get it into their shop. They then had it patched up in 10 min and saved me the $100 tow fee plus new tire that Tesla quoted me. Very thankful!

Whenever I'm in Lake Oswego I stop here to fill up my gas tank because I find they have the best price in town and they are always so darn nice.
For example: today as I was filling up, the nice fellow cleaned my windshield and offered to check my oil. It had been a while since I had my oil checked so I was very happy to take him up on his offer.
Today must have been my lucky day because as it turns out, my oil was dangerously low. The fine gentlemen at Dave's added 2 quarts of oil for me and sent me on my way.
Thank you kind sirs for going above and beyond for me today. Your hard work is greatly appreciated.

EXCELLENT!
I went here on the recommendation of a friend whose parents have been going to Dave's for 16 years. All around good service from the first phone call about my car that had coasted to a stop and needed to be towed in.
I was worried about the shop being in Lake Oswego and repair charges being expensive, but they were entirely fair.
Some brilliant mechanic found a short, chased it down and now I've got my car back after 24 hours. On the first day, they even gave me a ride home after I fell asleep on the couch in the lobby.
OH! Curry in a Hurry is across the street! Great place to go eat while waiting on car repairs.

My family had been going to Daves for years, but after he quoted me $450 for labor on a starter installation (labor only, part not included), I knew something was up. I looked around and found that Bernards Garage in Milwaukie would do it for $250 (again, part not included, I had purchased the part on my own beforehand). Also, Dave charges at least 50% markup on all parts. He was going to charge me $300+ for a starter, which I picked up from AutoZone for $177.
I regret all the money that my family and I have wasted at Daves, as Im sure that we could have gone elsewhere and saved a ton. What a con. Just because he is in Lake Oswego, he thinks that its fair to charge everyone an arm and a leg. Ill never be going back there again, and I will always tell anyone to stay far away from this place.

Had a friend tell me about this place and took my car in because numerous other shops couldn't figure out what was wrong. Come to find out it was just me needing a new belt and the noise was gone! Thanks to them they put my mind at ease and gave me a great deal! On top of that they had great customer service and I didn't get my car back all nasty and greasy like other shops.
