Jeff, the manager, had my car on the rack, repaired, and paid in 20 minutes. Now, there were no appointments ahead of me, so that made a difference, but I was impressed. The Subaru mechanic said they would have to order and replace all the way from the manifold back, to the tune of several hundred $. Jeff looked at it, said the diffuser was shot, and that he'd replace it with a glass pack, and it was considerably less than a hundred $.
The car was so quiet as I was leaving that I nearly stalled it! If you need muffler work, go to Jerry's.

Worst experience I ever had at any type of auto repair shop. My car wreaked of cigarettes when I picked it up, father and son were both defending themselves against me that it was my fault for some fucking reason. Argued for about 10 minutes until I finally just asked for an apology and so I could never see them again. Son told me "I ain't apologizing for shit". $350 for half hour job in which I already had the parts purchased when I walked in. Will never forget this experience. Steer clear.

A while back Jerry's Precision Muffler completely replaced the exhaust system (minus the headers) for my 1982 Camaro Berlinetta (350). Not only did they have amazing customer service and quality craftsmanship, I also appreciated their reasonable prices. Seriously though, 10/10, awesome work. I want to take my car back in to get some more work done, so that's a good sign! Jerry's, thank you again for the awesome work in the past. You completely restored the sound of my car!

If you want something done right do it yourself!!! What I asked for and what I got were two different things. For $210 I got 250 miles of service out of what I hoped to have fixed. Now I get to fix the thing like if should have been in the first place! When I said I wanted the item replaced flange to flange, that is what I wanted. Instead one flange got cut off in completely including the mating flange from the next section and the other didn't even get touched. Thus shortly there after the poor little piece of exhaust pipe left that was old and weak broke in half. Thanks for listening to what I wanted. Well maybe you did, but somehow it sure didn't get done correctly. Now I am stuck holding the bag...

I had Jerry's son, Jeff, do my exhaust work. I have never met Jerry, so this review pertains mainly to Jeff and the shop in general. I have a unique older foreign vehicle. In fact, it was never sold in the U.S. which often makes it even more difficult when doing repairs. I am extremely particular about letting anyone do anything to or around my vehicle. I generally do repairs myself. I have a lot of blood, sweat, and cheers in it, not to mention money. To complicate things, I needed a down pipe fabricated for a foreign turbo that was by US standards an oddball size. So, it needed to be made (from scratch) onsite. Also complicated about my setup is that immediately after the down pipe connects to the turbo there are a series of complicated bends that must be made in order for correct fitment. I was EXTREMELY hesitant to take it to anyone but I was in a real pinch for time and absolutely needed the exhaust system done quickly and professionally. I needed everything fabricated and installed, from the turbo, all the way to the tailpipe. Jerry's was recommended to me by a local upscale auto fabricator/customizer/builder that I had confidence in and I reluctantly made the call. I explained my predicament and Jeff fit me in the next day and got started. Jeff was very pleasant and even provided me with a ride back to my house. Their shop is great and I was envious of all their equipment. I am pretty confident that I was a bit of a pain in the ass, as I stopped by frequently to check on progress, but mainly just to quell my paranoia that something bad had to be happening to my vehicle. Every time I stopped by their was progress or work in progress, and it was very high quality work. I was impressed! I have had many other dealings (various vehicles) with various exhaust men and have NEVER been, even remotely, as satisfied with a job well done as I was with this one. My project had many complicated bends, flanges, the turbo down pipe, etc. Jeff conquered all of it and exceeded my wildest expectations. And to boot, the price was very reasonable. I now live hundreds of miles away and the next time I need exhaust work for any of my vehicles, I will be making a trip to Corvallis. I am being serious, I am serious about my vehicles and I will do this. A good exhaust guy is hard to find. A great one with awesome prices is unheard of. One last thing. Jeff is a veteran. I needn't say more.

Seemed like an alright guy but for the 20 years of experience he has you wouldn't think he had ever seen a German car before. He jacked my car up took a look at the muffler and told he he didn't have the tools to loosen a bolt (i'm not kidding) and lowered it back down. I have no idea if he had the metric kit or not (said he didn't) but that is a pretty big tool set to forget to purchase after 20 years in business. Also, he didn't seem very interested in my problem or trying to find out any alternative options to try to solve it out. He just struck me as a guy who didn't want my money and was glad to see me leave. Probably a good place to take an American car as his shop was very nice with three full service lifts. If you have a foreign car you should probably look for some place else.
