Had a great experience called Jeremy at 3:pm with a blown radiator on my Dodge diesel pickup he had me limp it in ordered the parts needed and had my daughter and I back on the road by 5:pm. He gave me a fair price and let me know that my windshield washer motor had been damaged on tear down and replace it as well for free. Would go back for service if lived in the area very impressed !!!!

I went in for a simple tune up and fuel filter and Jeremy beat schwab's price for my brakes and shocks so he received my business for those services also. Saved me a couple hundred bucks and my old daily driver now drives like when I first got her. I will be going to Jeremy for any services I may need in the future.

Absolute crap. Sat on on my car for over 5 days before the repair even started. After the repair started the parts they ordered were wrong along with additional repairs needed which can be expected. Part took an additional 2 days for one and a few for the others because the parts had to be shipped from out of state. At this point with half the repair done and waiting now on parts that had to be shipped I'm notified that the cost increased by over 600 bucks due to labor. I'm committed to the repair and agree to the cost so that the repair can be done. At this time I let them know that it will be on the first that I can pay because they have now ha my vehicle over 3 weeks. Mind you the repair was to be done at a max of 5 days after the car had been dropped off. They claim that they had called 4 days before the call I received saying my car was done. The next day the owner calls asking about being paid after I had let the employee that called me the day before when I could make the full payment. The owner then starts telling me about the storage fee that is required now that he has to wait. THIS FEE WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT PRIOR. My family has gone to bend auto for years before this for repairs to more then one of our cars and never have we had this fee be brought up. He explains that the only way to avoid this fee is if I start to make payments. I had asked if BEFORE the car was brought in, that I the repair cost was higher if I could make payments and the employee had expressed that they wanted full payment over partial payments spread out. I felt badgered and cornered with demands of payment well after the original repair time and afte the time I told them that I said I would have money to pay. If they repair had been done in the timely manor and when I said I wanted the car ready there would be now issue. They asked me when I wanted my vehicle done and I said the first of the month. I dropped of the car 2 days before thanks giving. Now 2 weeks after the original time I asked for the car to be done an multiple calls from them saying it was taking longer they call acting though it's been a month sense the car seen done and as though I was avoiding paying them. It's low, unprofessional and the owner even confused my repairs with someone else and tried to argue over things that where never said. He claims he bases his business on honesty, apparently his honesty is on a need to know when it helps his wallet. I do not suggest this business after this recent issue and I will not be coming back. All 3 of my other cars I paid on time and never had issue with waiting on the repairs to be done. Thus I had money exactly when the repair was done. I feel that after the lack of actual knowledge of why my car would be done would have helped me know when they needed to be paid. But regardless it's wrong to let a person know of a fee after they have let them know when the car will be paid.

Was told to show up with car as early as possible, and the owner didn't even bother to come to work in time. I waited for a half hour. When I called, he told me I should have known to leave the keys and drop off the car, without him knowing what to do at all. Then he proceeded to complain about how the whole ordeal wasted 3 hours of HIS time. This guy is very unprofessional and rude in my opinion.
