I'm having issues with my insurance company and asked them for an estimate of repair for my damages. They hit back to right away and even called me in regards to the situation. Extremely sympathetic and understanding. If it all works out is take my car here.

I unfortunately rear ended someone 2 weeks ago, and I needed my car repaired asap. I was referred by a friend to take my car here. Sure enough the people at T&T Auto Body were great! Their service was quick and professional. I picked up my car today and she looked brand spanking new. I would definitely use them again in the near future if my car needs any further repairs. These guys do a great job! They're professional, precise, and have a strong attention to detail. Most importantly they keep it real with you and are personable. I don't know much when it comes to cars, but Ty and Fernando always explain the process and parts to me without hesitation. I've taken my car here a couple of times to get some repairs done and my car always gets returned to me as if it came out of the dealership. Their detailing jobs are superb. I can't say enough good things about Ty and his team. Even their lounge is clean, fully stocked of drinks, goodies, and entertainment. They really aim to please here and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Had bumper body work done, Fernando helped me out . told me exactly what they were going to do answered all my questions, felt like I can trust this shop. I got my car three days later as he had stated, will take 3 days in perfect condition. They did excellent job very customer friendly shop. This will be my goto body shop if I Eva need repair work.

One morning on the way to work, my car was unfortunately side-swiped by an individual doing an illegal u-turn. Luckily no one was hurt, but although the other driver was determined to be at 100% fault, my car was going to need some serious TLC. T&T was just what my car needed. They did a great job repairing my classic E30 M3 BMW. Parts for this car were extremely hard to find. Some of the parts needed were NLA (no longer available), but T&T did an excellent job sourcing them. Ty was extremely friendly and worked a detailed estimate that was spot on. I also really appreciated the fact that Fernando kept me updated on how the repairs were going and even called up for a follow up after I picked the car up. The bottom line is that T&T did an excellent job fixing a car that required detailed knowledge. I can only imagine the work they can do on more common cars. I highly recommend T&T.

I took my car in a side-swipe hit and run. Right away, I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. From the get-go, it was obvious that what they care most about was to put your car safe back on the road. They treated me with a great deal of respect and consideration. They were very honest and straight forward about the cost and time of repair. They walked me throughout the whole process and put me at easy right away. Not only was the job done three days early, my car came back looking better than before. They also washed my car inside and outside. They treated and cared for my car like it was their own. The whole experience was way beyond my expectations. I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else now.

I have never experienced something like this in my life and I walked in there not knowing what to expect. I spoke to Fernando who I must say is so knowledgeable of his work. I asked him over a million questions and he answered every single one so clearly. He kept me updated and got my car fixed as soon as they got approval from my insurance. My car looks soooo good!!!! Ty is the proprietor of T&T Auto. He and his family have been in the auto body repair business for decades. Although it may show a lower number of reviews, they were located off of Willow for many years, so there might be many more 5 star reviews from that location.
He has taken care of every car that I have been involved in an accident. As a matter of fact, he is currently working on my silver NSX now. The other cars that he has repaired flawlessly have been my Gemballa 911 Turbo, my other yellow widebody NSX, my Porsche Cayenne, my Audi R8, my BMW 5-series, and my parent's Lexus LS. I have never had a complaint with their work or service. As you can see, I trust all my cars and that of my family and friends (countless referrals) to Ty's extremely capable hands. You can't go wrong with his crew's years of skills and painstaking patience.
They take care of their customers, from dropping off their customers back home to picking them up, as well as being an advocate for you when dealing with your insurance. They have a beautiful clean, huge facility with a nice waiting room area and plenty of drinks and refreshments.
Stop by their facility and spend five minutes speaking with Ty. You will see that he gives his best to bring your vehicle back to pristine condition.

It's unlikely that you will step foot into another shop that will be this nicely maintained. The office staff is friendly, professional and knowledgable. They welcomed all the questions that I had upfront and eased my mind of any worries. During the process, I didn't have any hesitation to call Ty or Fernando about some things I forgot to ask when I dropped off my car.
I also really appreciated Ty's patience when it came to explaining the process and what/why things were happening. You can tell he's been in the business and understands the meaning of customer service/satisfaction.
I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else because they definitely treated it like it was one of theirs.

Body shop was recommended by my car detailer and couldn't have been more pleased. Ty arranged for the rental company to be at the shop on time since I was on a time constraint and my car was repaired within a couple days. Needless to say, I was pleased with the repair done. Kudos also to Fernando for having everything ready when I picked up my car.

I am now a repeat customer of this body shop. These guys do a great job. They are professional and very detail. They care very much on putting back a safe car on the road.
They run their business with integrity. They treat everyone with respect, consideration and thoughtfulness. You can feel confident that they will stand by their work and be meticulous with their attention to detail. That's important when it comes to your car.
TY and Fernando are very knowledgeable of the job they do. They will answer any questions you have and walk you trough all the process.

I have never had (and have never heard of anyone else having) a better experience at an auto body shop. My car was keyed and a friend referred me to Ty and Fernando here at T & T. The receptionist was so helpful and kind to me when I brought my car in. Fernando even came out to introduce himself. I was kept up to date on the status of my car for the time they worked on it. The day I was going to pick it up, I was running late. I called ahead asking if they could stay open a few extra minutes for me and they were super nice and obliging about doing that. When I saw my car, it looked amazing. Excellent work. Ty even gave me a discount, which made my day. He is such a nice person. I will always go back to this shop if I ever need anything. They're professional, caring, and respectful. 5++++ stars.

I have brought my car twice to T &T Auto, First time I was rear bump and second time, I was hit on the passenger side of my car. I wish yelp had the opportunity to give 6 stars, because this body shop really does go above and beyond in so many ways. No one likes dealing with car repairs, but the staff at T &T Auto Body do their best to make everything go swiftly.
The office staff are very friendly, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Ty and Fernando always explained the process and answers any questions and concerns I had.
Week later I got a called telling me my car was done. I came by to pick it up and it was like a brand new car. They even wash and vacuum my car. My car came back amazing. I highly recommend T&T Auto Body. The Job was top notch and if I ever get into another accident I will be sure to come here

I recently dropped my car off for repair on my dented bumper and deep key marks on both side passenger doors. Ty inspected the damage with me & explained the work to be done on my car. Pick up time, he made sure I was satisfied with the paint job. Excellent customer service and great work.

The place didn't look like your typical body shop. It was clean, classy, and they have free refreshments. Even called the car rental place to come pick me up. Car knowledge was unquestionable. Excelent customer service. I was treated like I had a $10,000 job for them. But all of that extra service was nothing compared to the job they did on my car. It was more than I hoped for. My car looked better than when I bought it at the dealership. The Price??? Better than 3 other places I went to for a quote. Don't believe me? Call them up and talk to Jason!!!

I will never go to another body shop again! Ty and his team went above and beyond expectations. I went into the shop with explicit expectations and they surpassed all of them for less than any other shop. The shop is immaculate, everyone is professional and friendly, and the turn-around time is unbelievably fast. They were very honest, they didn't push for more than I asked for, I couldn't have had a better experience. For someone who hates giving their car to a shop I would not hesitate to bring it back to them.

My car was hit and run. I took my car to the shop and they did an outstanding job. I had a dent on the quarter panel. The fixed the dent, painted and buffed it out. You can't even tell it was even hit. This shop is definitely recommended if u have collision or any thing wrong with your car. Thnx T&T.

Believe it or not, this is actually my very 1st review on yelp! I've been taking many of my house cars to T & T Autobody. As a result every time, these guys never fail my expectations. I bring my cars to them from simple car maintenance work to cosmetically bad wreckage. They inspect and lay out everything for me. Ty is simply a very down to earth guy and extremely friendly to talk to. All of his technicians are hard working too. They operate with expertise, honesty, work ethic professionalism, safety, and always make sure their customers are highly satisfied when leaving the shop. I come home with my cars functioning and looking better than when I had originally dropped them off.
I'll continue taking my cars to these guys. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Good job T & T! =)

Bought a car from this guy that he assured had been thoroughly checked out, it ran very well therefore I believed him. I needed a reliable car to get back and forth to school and to travel when taking photos. He said the car was salvaged, it was minor damage to the front end, but DMV hadn't picked up on it so the title comes up clean. The following week after purchasing the vehicle the check engine light came on, and the brakes were sounding worn. I called him, he said it would be handled and never heard back from him. The car sat for over 6 months because I couldn't register it, it needed an inspection because it came up SALVAGED! The car sat until he was finally able to get around to it. They supposedly fixed the converter for me which I ended up having to come back and get fixed again, or at least get it to temporarily stop making the sound it was making, because I believe that's all they really did. Also got my brakes done they were squeaking terribly, after getting them done they were still terribly squeaking and when I asked one of the guys why it was doing that still he said he didn't hear any squeaking everything was okay and left it at that. A few months later the light came back on and the transmission began slipping. I got it inspected and the converter which was said to have been "fixed" came up as well as the transmission. Yes it is a VERY nice shop as far as the environment but looks only go so far. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone! Would hate to see them get cheated the same way! Perhaps they're good for painting cars and "body work" but when it comes to under the hood or the purchase of a car, GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

I have been following T&T Auto Body for many years, even though I've moved out of town but still willing to travel the distances to have T& T Auto Body work on my cars. I desired nothing less than best and T&T Auto Body is the one and only place that delivered. Their staffs are highly trained and certify Technicians which made me very confident and peace of mind when traveling down the road. Come by T&T and check out their new relocated facility, it's the best looking place, in addition to well organized and cleanliness. I was treated with nice and friendly services which made me feel very comfortable when leaving my cars with them. They never tried to up sale nor tried to have me paid for extra services . If they don't think the services is needed they will tell as it is.

Great Job/Service

I was recommended to bring my car at this shop for repair. I backed up onto someone and it dinged my car bad. The back bumper was dented to a point where part of it was almost hanging. When i met TY he was very professional . He seemed very friendly too. My car finished sooner than I expected. When I came in to pick it up, he explained to me what was done. Detail by detail. He even washed my car. I am very satisfied with the job he did to my car. I would recommend this place and if there's any other repair that my car will be needing in the future i know now where to go. =)
