My wife's car got stuck outside our home during the storm. Unfortunalty, we waited for better weather which left the battery completly dead. Was worried about a polarized battery or worse a main fuse burn out after a failed jump.
My insurance towing (USAA the BEST!!) got Epic Towing to come out in a timely manner when there was 6 hour delay due to weather of ALL the towing companies in Bend. They were extremly knowledgable of battery issues, and said I may have a polarized battery or a deep dead battery.
All I needed was a heavy tow truck battery charge and I was up and running.
These guys were awesome, professional, & fast. The customer service before and after the service by their office dispatcher was also great.
Use them,..you won't be disappointed !!

When they say anytime, anywhere... they mean it. My family and I were visiting the Redmond/Bend area from Seattle over the Independence Day holiday weekend and needed a new alternator in our Honda. Seth and Dale saved the day. I was stuck in Redmond because my RV wouldn't start. I was able to get scheduled quickly and Seth and Dale figured out the electrical wiring issue and had me on the road! They were knowledgeable, had the right tools and efficient with their time. Love these guys and highly recommend them.

We have had a problem with our vehicle (Ford Expedition) for over a year, have taken it to several mechanics in town and no one has been able to figure out what was wrong with it. We saw Dale in a parking lot and asked him if he could take a quick look at our rig. He looked at it, figured out what was wrong and fixed it in under an hour, all while still in the parking lot. He was also very reasonably priced. Thanks Dale. You're the best!!!

I know this review won't due Dale justice but my hopes is that he will understand how much his service means to a guy wanting to get home to his family. Being stranded in North Bend with bellow 0 temps for 4 days Dale was the only mechanic to answer my call. When all the tow services were booked and wouldn't even tow my truck to his shop, Dale came to the rescue replaced my alternator and had my truck back running in under 30 min. There isn't a button on Facebook to recommend him more. Thanks Brother! God Bless Ya!

He was extremely knowledgeable which goes a really long way because there are a ton of mechanics out there but have quickly discovered, most of them only have basic knowledge. And many will lie to you and tell you anything to just put money in their pocket. At least, that has been my experience. I would highly recommend Dale to anyone as someone you can trust with your car. I tried saving money going to various mechanics, lost a TON of money - could have gone to him and saved myself a small fortune as he would have been able to diagnose the problem from the beginning. Also, if you are going out to buy a used vehicle, this is the person you would want to inspect the car first before possibly wasting a fortune. Please spread the word and tell your friends because it's good to have a great mechanic on hand.

I have a 2001 audi a4 avant quattro 2.8 and it's been leaking coolant pretty savagely a short time after doing the timing and all that junk with a family member. I don't know a lot about cars, and Dale did a great job of helping me diagnose the problem and put me at ease while being upfront and blunt about the potential risks operating the vehicle in it's current state could cause. A task not easily done with a ball of anxiety such as myself lol he also quoted me a fair price on a repair for the problem, and could fit me into the shop at pretty short notice pretty quickly. At the end of it all, he could sense how emotionally strained I am or something, because he even helped me out with the cost of the diagnosis. He even showed me exactly where the problems could be on some of the engines he had out o his shop floor, which was indispensable, as audi's are notorious for not being able to see the problem. Thank you, Dale, for everything you have done and for being an all around awesome guy.
