Have found myself my go to repair shop. Had a stall issue with my jeep that another shop couldn't figure out, not wanting to go dealer route, chose my family's mechanic. Should have did that long ago. Great service, reasonably priced and issue repaired:).

Jeff Wise Automotive - I take both my Audis there for suspension and tire work. Very good experiences. I am very picky with tire rotations and balancing. I hate going to some of the chains because either the tires are not balanced correctly or the wheels are not put back on the car with care -- which can lead to brake rotor warpage. Jeff balances the tires perfectly on the first try (I do use Michelins - which does help). And the brakes are as good as they were when I drove the car in. It is rare to find a mechanic that cares and Jeff does.

I'm had all of my tire work and alignments done with Wise, Jeff, and Richard for about 12 years. They do fantastic work, are incredibly knowledgeable, and work hard to get everything right. For example, last week they installed adjustable camber links on my Tesla Model S, a difficult car to get rear wheel alignments correct. My goal was to set rear camber to -1.0 and thus reduce tire wear. They got both the camber and toe settings spot on, with no variance. They spent 3 hours getting it right. No dealer or other shop I know would be this dedicated. Don't let the condition of the shop fool you. It looks messy but it masks the high quality of the work that gets there. And Jeff knows tires like the back of his hand. If you need advice about tires he's the guy to go to.

Always had a great experience with them. I go to them for all tire mounting/balancing and patching. Always in and out very quickly with no issues.

All of the local independent shops and SCCA folks recommended me to Jeff Wise for an alignment when the local dealerships were too lazy to do it right. Called the shop on a Monday, they told me they had a few openings later in the week and they took my car on they day they said they would. My car was done next day, even with expectations managed that it may take two. To top it off, Jeff kept me in the loop about how the car required a bit of extra effort to get things properly dialed in (the effort with which other shops wouldn't bother). +++++ Good price for great work by a shop about which I only heard great things. This was also the first place I went to that when I mentioned camber settings, and having replaced parts steering components on my own, I didn't have someone look at me like I was speaking a foreign language. I'm finally done with lazy dealership alignments!

Been going here for years. Jeff is an honest man who does good work. Once I sent a female friend to him thinking her car needed brakes. The were making a terrible grinding sound. turns out they were fine, but dirty. Jeff just cleaned them and sent her on her way.
