Awesome customer service! Lane and Stacy are wonderful. The guys did a great job on my xterra. Stacy would call me everyday about how the job was going. And Lane talked me threw the whole process. When other shop made me fell like I wasting there time. Thank you!

This place has amazing customer service. I was in a time crunch to get my jeep fixed and they were able to get me an estimate and an appointment right away. Compared to the other local shops this place had the lowest price and Stacy (front desk/estimator) was very helpful. While the jeep was getting worked on Stacy would give me a call once a day to update me on how things were going. They were able to finish the jeep 2 days earlier than expected. I would recommend this shop to anyone that is needing some dings out of their car/ paint. This team was able to smooth things out and match the paint. I was very impressed! So if you're shopping around and comparing prices, give this place a try! I couldn't be happier!

HIGHLY RECOMMMENDED!!!
From the start Leen and the guys at the shop have been top notch. Their over all concern was for my safety in the vehicle. They took such good care me and my vehicle.
Leen walked me through every step of the process, contacted my insurance company, and handled it all. I received pictures everyday of the progress they made via email, so I knew exactly what was going on. Even with the extra fixes they found after they gave me the estimate; they stuck to their estimate. Amazing!
My car looks wonderful! I am so happy with the work they did. I would take my car back to them in a heart beat!

Had a dent/scratch fixed at Golden Legacy and I'm very happy with the results. Paint matched perfect. Great customer service, worked with my insurance to get parts needed. Great front office staff. As a car repair snob, I would definitely go back =)

These guys were Great! I had an insurance claim for the front of my car. It was for repair and I also had a clear bra. They made sure I actually got full replacement and not OEM parts. They also found a great place to take care of my clear bra around my schedule. Cory the manager took me to get my rental car when I dropped off the vehicle and then and even met me at the clear bra place 2 weeks later when I got that done to give them a check and me a ride again (The 2 week delay on clear bra was because I was traveling and not because they couldn't get it don earlier)
All in all they made this a painless experience, worked with my insurance company with everything and went above and beyond the entire time! I will use them every time I have a need (but hopefully I wont have to)

BEST AUTO BODY SHOP EVER!!!!!
They took such good care of me and my car! My Subaru was in pretty bad shape and I was concerned it may be totalled out by the insurance company. And I could not afford a new car. Being aware of this, they managed to get my car within .37 cents of totalling out. They did the auto body repairs, frame work, the paint job - expertly and beautifully! They even detailed my car before I picked it up! I was astounded by the work and craftsmanship - my Subaru has never looked or run better!!!!
Everyone at the shop was so friendly and helpful. They even give you daily updates on the repairs!!! I will be more than happy to refer anyone who needs an EXCELLENT auto body shop to take their car to GOLDEN LEGACY COLLISION CENTER!!!

Cory and Leen were really friendly and knowledgable about the process of filing a claim with my insurance. They replaced the whole bumper and one of the bed panels on our truck and now it looks just like new again. They were also done with it even earlier than they said they would be!

Last fall I was planning to get quotes for body work for two cars. About that time I was driving by newly established Golden Legacy Collision Center (GLCC) on Moana Lane and stopped by to get quotes. After talking to Leen Madsen it was apparent that he was very knowledgeable and committed to do a good job. I went with him on the two jobs and the results were first class. Also, after talking to his crew it became apparent that his crew is also very experienced. Leen is customer oriented and will update the shop's progress on your vehicle every day by sending you a pictures.

I had terrible pitting from a wind storm in the Washoe Valley. I took it in to Golden Legacy and they made the insurance process very simple.
