Simply THE BEST. Friendly staff, comforting, and extremely helpful.
I was actually referred to another shop but my boyfriend reminded me of Hogue Brothers and I am SO glad I came here. Dominic handled the paperwork and made everything extremely easy for me. I was pretty stressed in the beginning considering I haven't even had my new car a year but 1 week later it looked AMAZING. He called me periodically throughout the week with updates as well. They also detailed the inside and it was overall an amazing experience. Hopefully I will never get in an accident again, but life throws curve balls so if I ever need any body work again I am definitely coming back here.

This shop is great! I needed my winshield fixed, since a rock hit it and split a crack across the whole thing. I walked in and was greeted by Laura. I explained what I needed and she said the person who does the windshield's was not there but she would call me with a quote as soon as she could reach him. She contacted me in less than an hour and had an appt set up for the next day.
Not sure of the name of the gentlemen who actually did the work, but he was quick and explained how to further take care of it so it would not crack again. The price was pretty much what is normally charged for a windsheild, but the customer service is awesome! They are so friendly and welcoming that I would definitely come here again in the future if I needed to!

These guys are simply the best!!! When I got into a minor accident I messed up my bumper so I decided to take my car to them, of coarse my insurance wanted to spend the least money possible, unfortunately for me less than a year later the paint started peeling off my bumper so I decided to go in there and talk to Dominic he noticed I was upset about it and took care of right away, he set me up an appointment and repainted my bumper at no cost to me!! I definitely recommend anyone to take their vehicle here because these guys care about their costumers unlike other places that only care about making money

I can't speak for the work that is done here at Hogue Brothers, because my poor car was totaled (rear-ended by a woefully distracted driver, let's leave it at that). However, during a really distressing time for me, Dominic (the manager here) was sensitive and compassionate. My car was towed here right after the accident, and he managed to calm me down over the phone and make me feel okay, all things considered.
The next day they let me know there was nothing that could be done for my car, but I was still happy that it was taken here to these wonderful people. They were knowledgeable and caring, which was exactly what I needed. Now time to find a new car. :-/

Last month I hit a deer on Hecker Pass (HWY152). My insurance covers the damage and they pointed me to Hogue Brothers to meet the insurance claim person there to look at the damage. It was convenient enough since I was already there to have them do ahead and do the work.
Everyone I was in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Not something I have experienced at many other car shops I have dealt with over the years. I met Dominic and we went over the damage. He immediately ordered the required part and confirmed when the work could be started. They estimated 3 days, which was surprising to me, but ok. When I dropped my car off, they offered me a ride home - so awesome, even though I live close by. But that morning was crazy cold and I was really grateful for their offer.
The work was completed earlier than expected - yeah! My husband and I went over to pick it up and WOW,the car looked great! The new headlight was fantastic and all the bumper molding around it looked properly aligned. They also cleaned up the other, undamaged headlight so that the pair didn't look so different (old/new) from each other.
The little things: They had my car cleaned inside and out! It was like I was picking up a brand new car! I didn't ask for this, nor did I expect it. THEN, I noticed that they filled my window washing fluid and replaced a burned out back taillight bulb too! This sent me over the moon with happiness and really made me feel like I didn't just have quality work done on my car, but that they actually care about their customers - they clearly went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
I wouldn't go anywhere else. It takes a lot to get 5 starts from me.
BTW - Deer ran off and we only needed some work to replace a broken headlight - very lucky, could have been much worse!

Love Hogue Brothers for their superior service and excellent workmanship! We have had our car there 3 times in the last year...
1st experience: They went above and beyond working with the nightmare insurance company we were having to deal with.
2nd experience: They were fixing a side panel...noticed I had some scratches (that I put there) and fixed them for us at no cost! And it looks great.
3rd Experience: Weird story...We found a dead kitten (so sad) under our hood. Called the Honda Dealer who refused to provide the service. Called the Trusty guys at Hogue Brothers and they didn't hesitate to take care of it, including taking the remains to the appropriate city site! They wouldn't accept payment or tip!
Love these guys! Will be back every time we have auto body needs and will tell our friends.

This shop is fantastic. I had been on a long road trip and made a pit stop. I had not realized that I'd parked over and on to the parking space curb, and when I pulled out of the space my front bumper came loose - quite a bit, actually.
I called the nearest body shop - Hogue Brothers. The very nice woman, Laura, who took my call, informed me that most of the guys were going home (it was late Friday afternoon), but that if I stopped by they would take a look. I went right away and the nice gentlemen outside sent me to Luis, who very kindly informed me that the bumper had been torn from its fittings - the screws ripped the plastic to the edge and that it was permanently damaged. (!) I told him I had a lot of freeway driving to do in the next couple days, so Luis said he could do a temporary fix for me.
And that, he did! In almost no time at all, he put that bumper back on very securely, so that I was able to continue my trip safely and worry-free. And they did not charge me a dime for doing so! I'm so thankful to them for this, and for squeezing me in last minute on a Friday afternoon.
They were, all, very accommodating, and did great work! Thank you!!

We had a man run into our car. He contacted his foreman he told us to follow him over to the body shop. They did a estimate in minutes took the car back as soon as the parts came in. The job they did was so over the top it was even better than before it was hit. If 10 stars was best I would give then 11.Talk about customer service these guys know the value. thanks

I wanted to write my first yelp review for Hogue Bros Collision Center because they helped make a difficult time easier. My family and I were rear ended in Monterey which damaged my car. Dealing with insurance companies and injuries were upsetting. Mel and Collette at Hogue Bros were professional and caring. My car was fixed when and how they said it would be and the best part they dealt with the insurance company!
When I picked up my car I was very pleased how great it looked, the work they did was impeccable. My car was clean and shiny and the interior was vacuumed and I think they even shampooed my carpets they looked so great! When I went into the office to sign off on everything Collete had all the paperwork all ready in an envelope and I didn't have to do anything.

Long story short , windy day roof shingles fall off the roof. BOOM!!! My hood was scratched. My baby .....i was sad. The hood on my mazda needed to be re-painted.The Roofing company that was paying for the damage recomended Hogue Bros. As his personal place of doing buisness. At first i was hesitant, i did my reserch Googled, BBB, no one had a bad thing to say. Dominic the owner (IS AWSOME BY THE WAY) he reasured me they would do the best job! And of course they did.They treated me extrememly well. They are all very friendly. You rarely now a day's have a good experiance any where. I HIGHLY RECOMMED HOGUE BROS. :)

A friend of mine told me that Hogue Bros. was the place to go if I ever needed a local body shop. He was right! I picked up my wife's Suburban yesterday from Hogue Bros. and I was very impressed. Not only did I have a great customer experience, but Dominic's team did an awesome job on the repair! The best part of the experience was that Dominic was honest, fair and kept every promise he made! The Suburban was even ready a day earlier than promised. If you're in or around Gilroy and want to work with a family owned and operated body shop, Hogue Bros. is the place to go! I highly recommend Hogue Bros.

Outstanding!!! I created a Yelp account just so I could write a review about this company.
I was referred to Hogue Brothers by a friend. I was in a car accident 2 weeks after having my first baby and the last thing I wanted to do was deal with my insurance company and looking for a reliable auto body shop in a new area (we had just moved to Gilroy). Everything about this company is professional! The office admin. Laura was very pleasant and helpful. The owner Dominic is what every business owner should be. Friendly, professional, informative, reliable, punctual, accommodating. I could go on... He not only picked my car up from my home but he dropped it off when it was complete. He took care of contacting the insurance company and worked with them directly. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Most important, the quality of work was outstanding. My husband and I were very impressed the body work was flawless. The new paint matched perfect to the old, and they detailed my car before returning it!!! Hogue Bros. has a customer for life. I will be referring all my friends and family to them as well.

I always have at least 4 cars at one time and I have been taking my auto body repairs to Hogue for 10+ years. Even though they are 30 miles from my home, and there are dozens of shops between here and there, I would not consider going anywhere else. Dominic is outstanding...attentive, listens to what you need, and just gets it done....all at a great price. Make Hogue your bodyshop....you'll be more than pleased you did.

Great Customer Service, This shop tells it so that you could understand what needed to be done.

Very helpful, the office staff was very friendly and helpful in getting my insurance claim handled. Very knowledgeable of the insurance claim handleing process. My car was given the attention needed and the job came out great.
