My daughter's car broke down in Elgin on a Friday night. I called Haas around 10 am on Saturday morning looking for cost and availability to haul it back to my trusted mechanic's location. I was surprised to find out that, not only was it possible, they could pick the car up between 11:30 and 12:00 noon. They arrived at 11:30, loaded the car and then called me, at my request, when they were close to Rockford so that I could meet the driver and pay for the tow. Both my daughter and I were treated with professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend Haas.

A flat tire on I-90, on a Sunday, can really ruin one's day off. I was heading up to Madison from Chicago when it happened, so I'm not very familiar with the Rockford area. At a suggestion from a friend, I called Haas and not only were they out there, loading my car up, within 20-30 minutes, they gave me *really* good advice on where to take it.
They were exceptionally friendly and got me where I needed to go for a very reasonable price---not to mention that this was the first snow of the year, so I can only imagine the queue they had! Thank you guys for making what would otherwise be a stressful experience into a very smooth process.

Most horrible service and body shop repairs imaginable to man. After continually telling me "two weeks" and delaying completing the repairs I was called on Friday morning telling me the car was done. The catch was, I had to pick it up by noon (they were closing early) or I was going to be charged storage over the weekend. Since I was at work this of course created a problem. Long story short when I went to pick the car up the repairs were so horrible I refused the car. The doors were in crooked, they had waves in them from the accident, etc. Haas Auto body refused to fix the car correctly. It's was a huge nightmare! DO NOT EVER make the same mistake I did by taking my car here for repairs. Zero stars but it won't let me give that low of a rating.

I didn't call Haas cause my car broke down. In fact I didn't call them at all. I salvaged my car to a large salvage auto parts dealer here in Rockford LMQ....I called them cause I figured hey I'm not investing $$ in my car I got my use out of it and knew that selling it to salvage would be a good deal. Anyway, HAAS was contracted by LMQ to recover my vehichle. Vince showed up had the paperwork and check all ready to complete transaction. He communicated clearly and represented LMQ and HAAS very professionally. He was very efficient. He even went a couple miles out of his way to drop me off closer to my home. That was Saturday. Today I see a HAAS truck dropping off a car at a used car dealership near my home and I greeted the driver. He also was very friendly. I told him to say hi to Vince. As it turns out Vince's sister owns the business. I would recommend HAAS on excellent customer service. It's obvious they take their business serious and have strong relationships in the community.

I just got done with what many people would consider a stressful day. My car broke down off the interstate on a Sunday afternoon near Rockford, IL and I thought I was stranded. I made it to a gas station where they referred me to Haas 24 Hour Towing. Within 30 minutes my car was on a tow truck and I was headed home to Madison, WI. Joe, one of the owners at Haas, took the job on his day off to make sure I made it home safe in bad weather. He offered me a reasonable rate and friendly service. I could not think of a better example of outstanding customer service.

I must say, great service, great price where I had to get towed to... the driver was outstanding, very considerate... I highly recommend Haas to anyone and would use them again if needed... Thanks Haas.... keep up the great work...

Today my best friend asked my sister to prom. He needed a tow company and the other companies he called would not help, but Haas Towing came to the rescue!! Not only did they help us but decided to pay for it out the kindness of their heart! Every step of the way Haas Towing was great and professional! Thank you guys at Haas! You're really appreciated.

My wife got a flat on bypass 20 by Cracker Barrel at 7:30am and they were there in 15 minutes. Adam jacked up the car put on the spare and followed her the rest of the way to work to be sure there were no more problems. My wife said she felt safe and respected by the driver. i will tell my friends that this is the place to call if they have any automotive issues.

0 friends 1 review 1.0 star rating 4/23/2016 They broke my car CV axle on purpose and never even cared gave no discount or credited me for my loss on damage they created. My car would of been better off with out there towing service . they caused more damage than i had before they got there. Guy name Terry they are so big headed and talk so bad to their consumers/customers . they dragged my poor little car on the ground and than tried an attempt of getting it on the tow truck bed and bent my whole wheel backwards untill it pop my transmission axle and they still made me pay for there tow they have greed in there heart's . took them almost two hours to even get to my car !!!!! totally not worth it if i was wealthy enough i would of took them to court !
