My daughter took her car here today. They said she needed brake pads and rotors $500. I checked both. Rotors and brake pads all fine. Shame shame guys.

I really like the fact that this auto shop actually does what they say they will, they go above and beyond for their customers like everyone's a VIP and the honestly and willingness to make sure you are getting exactly what you need is stunning. You don't have places like this around much anymore so I'm elated to have found an auto shop I can trust. Thank you to all the guys and gals here at Experienced!!

Stopped in for a, emissions & safety tests for my son's car and they found a few,safety issues that needed to be addressed. I was able to bring the car in that Saturday at 9am and the car was fixed/ready by 11:30am. Paid for my tabs and they placed the,sticker license plate for me :) Thanks for the great work & getting us taken care of so fast!

E A has always been honest and up front in all of their dealings with customers. They are friendly, helpful and never overcharge. Egan Auto over by the new smiths has repeatedly tried to rip me off. This shop however has not once let me down.
They have fixed expensive diesel problems to oil changes for me. Always with an honest low price.

Stopped in for safety & emissions on two cars. Fast and honest service and a free soda while we waited. The parking lot was crowded but they still were able to get us through quickly. Also they honored the coupon I found online. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Give them a try.

They do the repairs for inexpensive but they fixed my car and it immediately broke. I didn't even make it home. They came and picked up my car and fixed it again. Seems to be working now. They also gave a 2 year warranty. Definitely a good budget fix but would recommend somewhere a little more "experienced" if you can afford it.

I have come to trust this automotive shop. They are trustworthy and do a good service. I had an axle seal that failed and took it back to them, nothing but the best response for the repair work. I know it is hard to trust mechanics lately, but this shop has earned it. I have talked to Chad (the owner) a few times and he is a good person. I installed a high performance air cleaner on my sports car and accidentally pulled a wire apart. Check engine light came on. I took it to them and they quoted me $60 or so to get it taken care of. I got a call a bit later in the day and they said that it was done sooner than expected and that they only were going to charge me $30 because it did not take as long as expected. THAT is what I expect in an honest shop. If you have any reservations, take my word for it, they are DEFINITELY worth the shot.

Did a great diagnoses on my 4runner. Tested multiple things to insure other damage hadn't occurred and got me fixed in a timely matter so I could continue my long commutes to work. Will take my vehicle here for now on.
