I dropped off my primered bumper that had a crack on it. I took it to a big name shop earlier that day to get a quote but they wouldn't touch it. I called bumper medic and dropped it off. They told me it can be finished in 2 days. I came back and picked it up. Paint quality was great and it looks brand new. The paint also matched really well. Price was very very reasonable for the amount of work done. I'm happy with the repair and the paint job. I'll be back for more business in the future.

I hate to change my rating, but once we got our car back, we had to take it back because there was over spray on our car! We have a Z06 Corvette! This is suppose to be a professional shop, that was recommended to us! So we took it back, and it still wasn't right! Then we took it to the owners shop on Sunset! They did what ever they had to do to it, and it was just as bad! It doesn't seem like they take pride in there work!
We took our car one time to a guy that was doing paint jobs in a car lot! And his work was impeccable!

This place has exceeded my expectations! Clown in a parking garage cut it too close and swiped my fender and bumper. Got a estaminet and decided to go with them. (Your not going to beat the price for quality work btw) called on a Friday to schedule and they said it would be a 3 day repair. Will Monday work for you? Points for speed.
Dropped it off and got a call late afternoon Tuesday that is was ready for pick up. Boom more speed points. Couldn't tell anything had ever happened to the car. Looked Perfect and I love my cars. (Think Detail nazi) told me to schedule a second appointment for a week out to sand and buff as the paint needs to fully harden first. Cool.
Called to schedule and yet again, next day service.
It says in the fine print of the estimate the repairs are not to be considered new but 90% of new. If this is there version of 90% I will continue to be a customer (and a satisfied one at that).

How I found this place: Went to an auto repair, they did not do any bumper repair, they gave me a card for Bumpermedic and told me it was the best place to go and a great price.
Accident: Another student backed into my car and left without leaving a note.
Service required: Dent removed from my bumper. No paint necessary.
Customer Service: Called ahead to see if they were busy, Britney informed me of the location and told me to come before noon. I got there was greeted and was immediately helped and given an estimate. The customer service was spectacular.
Car repair: It looks A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! It took roughly 40 minutes and was more than worth the wait. It looked like it did before! Best repair I've ever seen.
Price: I have to say I went to 2-3 different places the same day and they were quoting me at roughly 700-800 dollars. This place charged me 75...75 dollars!!! That is a giant difference!
I will recommend them to everyone I know. Best place to go. It comes out looking great and doesn't charge you an arm and a leg to do so.

"Let's go to Snowflake." I said to my wife at 8:30 on a Sunday night as we were leaving Scooter's Pub near Rainbow and 215.
"It's not that far." I said. We were only 5 minutes from home and could've just easily had dessert there but my Ex-Straw-Binary was calling me.
"They should just leave the condensed milk on the tables like restaurants leave ketchup bottles." I said as we were at the stop light on Twain and Rainbow
BLAM!! The driver behind me failed to notice both the red light AND a freakin car in front of him. We pull over to the side and he's all apologetic saying he's on his way to work. The damage to my bumper wasn't terrible but it was definitely noticeable. I proposed we leave the insurance companies out of this and that he pay straight up for the damage. He agreed.
My go to mechanics, Japanese Car Service, recommended I go to Bumpermedic. They quoted me $350. I actually had a coupon for $25 off. I couldn't believe I was helping the guy who hit me save money! I dropped off my car at 8am the next day and it was ready by 4pm. It looked brand spanking new like nothing happened which was all I wanted.
NOTE: They ALWAYS take an hour lunch from noon to 1pm so don't go during those times or you'll just be tugging at a locked door.

I was in a fender bender and needed to get a quote.
Just before 12 noon I called and asked if they can do a quote today.
She said yes they can do quotes but can't fix anything today.
I said okay and I will be there in 20 minutes and she said ok.
I arrived at 12:20, and they had a sign on the door that said out to lunch and will be back at 1pm. I tried calling but the call went to voicemail.
WTH, couldn't the lady on the phone tell me they were going to close for lunch?!
Funny because there were two other customers that came up at the same time but since they were closed, lost business for them.
Luckily there are plenty of body shops nearby. One of the other customers went next door and I went somewhere nearby.

This place is the best!
I went in for an estimate, it was quick and easy. Bumper Medic was referred to me when i was getting an estimate @Gerber which is almost across the street from them. I made an appointment and they said it would take 2 hours which was good for me and the price is def 1/5 of what Gerber offered.
I showed up on the day early, they took the car right away and it was finished in less than an hour!! The job looks great, just like before the accident.

I took my car to Bumpermedic and they did a great job of fixing the dent and deep gashes in the rear quarter panel. Because of the painting and the fact it was the metal area and not the plastic bumper, they needed the car for 3 days.
They were done early on the 3rd day and I got a call letting me know they were finished. The price was good, the work was great, and I can't recommend this company more. I am very pleased with their work!

I had a nice size crunch in my bumper and had it fixed @ Bumpermedic. I could not be happier. They did an incredible job from start to finish. I dropped the car off @ 9 a.m. and had it back by mid-afternoon. No way anyone could tell that there was ever damage done to the bumper. They matched the paint perfectly. It looks like they just put a new factory bumper on the car .. :)
Their pricing was very fair. They were friendly and courteous.

Great place. I looked at different online reviews and just decided to get the repairs done here. I had my bumper on my 4Runner fixed at this place. I also got a discount for mentioning that I had found reviews for them online, seen their ads in some of the local magazines.
All I can say is that my front driver's side bumper was almost completely crunched in. After scheduling/dropping off my car on a Friday morning, I was able to come back the same day (at the end of the day) and my bumper looked almost brand new--after being painted and pushed out again. Even though I got my car in early, it was a pretty intense/lengthy job, but they definitely did their best in order to not keep my car overnight.
I also had a driver's side mirror that had to be replaced at the time, and they ordered the part and replaced it at the same time as the bumper was fixed. Having the side mirror replaced by them was definitely cheaper than taking it to the Toyota dealership, and it also saved me quite a bit of time too. No hassle or extra waiting.
These guys are definitely lifesavers. If I should ever need to have some work done to my car again, I'll take it to Bumper Medic, without a doubt.

I set an appointment to fix a small scrape on the right front bumper side, I was quoted $175 and same day drop and pick up for the car.
- Quality of the work was average at best, had to take the car back for some follow up work to correct a small paint spot and inaccurate installation of the liner of the wheel well.
- I would think the price of fixing the damage is low however it corresponds to average quality of work and no attention to details.
- They were prompt and accurate as to completion time of the agreed work.
- The work area needed to be cleaned after the work was completed.
- Brittney was professional and helpful, no complains here.
Conclusion:
If you have an older car I would think this is the place to go for a reasonable and quick fix, however if you have a newer model and you want the repair to be as OEM or close to it, I don't think this will be the right place to go to, you will need to spend more money and longer time to get a better quality work

The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because they scared me that my car may not be able to be repaired when promised because they did not order the clips for the bumper ahead of time. Brittney the girl at the desk was friendly and came out to look at the car which had a dent in the back bumper and front bumper was popped off. She explained everything and quoted me for $120. I took my car here after taking it to another auto body shop where I knew I was quoted way too high.
I did have to wait about a week to make an appointment to get my car repaired, but it was worth the wait. It looks great and was done early!! The price was $116 for everything. I would definitely go back if I ever needed work done again and recommend them!! Thank you Bumper Medic!

My dad car had a dent on the back bumper, all they did just paint over it without fixing the dent completely, still visible. Gave them another chance with my car but they messed up again, I have 4 scratches on my car, they only fixed 1 big spot the other 3 was only retouch (which I agreed on, but she never told me the paint would not stay on if they only retouch). I told her (Britney) that I have 4 places to be fix, but only 1 was fix, 2 retouch (completely wasted), and 1 never been touch. I told her about this right away, and her respond was "did u see me put the yellow tape by it?". Well, 1st of all I told her like 3 times before I left my car there and I only see her put the tape at the big scratch only, and 2nd when I remind her, she ignore me, and just keep doing her thing. And she even told me "well on the paper only says 3 places" when I asked her about tbe 4th scratch. This girl doesn't listen to her customer, I went there weeks before to get the estimate and at that time the paper says 3, but I told her 4 scratch when I was back like 3 times before I drop off. And she never give me discount after they messed up, they charged me full price, didn't even bother to argue after that. But I'm sure never to go back or recommend anyone here!

Gotta give this one 5 stars only because there aren't any more than 5. Great service on my Buick after getting swiped by an elderly guy who just didn't see me. Hmmm. Anyway, I thought my door was a goner but they did a beautiful job bumping it out and removing the huge scrape mark. Can't see a hint of what happened to it and the price was just below $300 - the elderly guy paid the bill. I recommend them.

I hate to say it but I created this YP account solely to express my discontent with Bumper Medics version of customer service. I have a small amount of paint peeling on my cars bumper (less then a dollar bill) and had been quoted by one of the top classic restoration shops at around 400$ to repair and fully re clear my bumper which is what drove me to shop around. I was referred to bumper medic by a couple of people who said they are halfway decent, That Friday I forwarded pictures of my car and what I requested to be done to the "online estimate" section. After waiting all week I pretty much forgot about the idea of bumper medic but then I received a reply.... a whole WORK week later. I might as well have sent the estimate request via carrier pigeon. After quoting me 250-400 or so for the work I was a bit confused, I was under the impression bumper medic presents themselves as a inexpensive alternative to paying big bucks at the body shops. So I went in person today to receive a quote and was greeted by Christina (who I assume at this point must be the owners wife or something) We then walked out to the vehicle and she asked me if I wanted to get fender liners for my car, to which I replied no I was just here for the bumper. She then informed me it would be 350$ to repair the bumper, I wasn't too thrown off by the estimate but I presented her with "350$ seems a bit high, I was under the impression you guys were an alternative to the expensive body shops and not concurrently priced so whats the benefit?" Christina then proceeds to give me a dirty look, turns around and walks away. Not saying a word or even a " Well im sorry we couldn't help you" Absolutely NOTHING. Well Bumper medic, you just lost a lot more business than one bumper. I work with a private escort fleet repair shop and we are ALWAYS looking for better and more cost effective avenues of bumper repair because our service vehicles are in frequent need of bumper repair and repaint due to being taken offroad constantly requiring us to repair and repaint 1-5 SUV bumpers a month. If I would have gotten a simple "sorry we cant help you" or a generic reasoning on the reasoning behind higher costs than full on classic and custom auto restoration shops I would have been content and gone on my way. After waiting a week for an email response and being treated with customer service that usually only starts with "would you like fries with that" I would NEVER refer anyone to this place. Bumper Medic needs to take a serious look at the efficiency of their system as well as customer service. 1 week to respond to an email is unacceptable and in fact defeats the whole point of email.

Great Work!!!

I was referred to this business by a friend and I was skeptical because I had never heard of this company. I went in for an estimate and the staff was very knowlegeable and proffessional,they answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with my decision to repair the damage on the bumper. The price for the repair was also very affordable and much less than the other quotes I received from other shops. The work was done in one day and it looked like new, you would never be able to tell anything was wrong. I am very happy with their work, I will certainly recommend this establishment to anyone!!

Went in for a quick estimate got a fantastic price on the repair I needed scheduled an appointment for next week. Then I came in for my repair at 8am got my car checked in then had a friend pick me up. First of all I never went in there because the girl was so rude over the phone. I asked to get an estimate and she said they can't do one over the phone. Fare enough, so I asked if I could make an appointment and she said no. Then I asked if I could bring it in tomorrow at 8AM for the estimate and she that wouldn't be smart because you'll have to wait so I asked if I could leave the car there because of my work schedule. She said, "Well it only takes 5 minutes" like I'm an idiot. There's very little damage on the car and they advertise same day service so I asked if (once I get the estimate) can I schedule it on a day when you're not busy so I can get same day service? No, we need to keep the car for 3 days. So they can't give me an estimate over the phone but somehow they know they're going to have the car for 3 days??? By the way, I went to their website to see if I could send an email to let them know that Christina was king of rude and very unhelpful and there was no email option but a full comprehensive website feature where you could explain your damage in detail or call for a free estimate over the phone. Christina, you just lost one customer for your very sub-par customer service skills and maybe others who read this.
