Just came back from this awesome place. I don't usually do review, but HAD to because I want to inform those who need super neat job done on their car. I needed ugly dents and scratches from being rear-ended to be taken care of. Got quick quote (preliminary, so stop by!) from Todd, after taking a few photos of damage through their website. Friendly staff! Got ride back home then back to pick up my car. There are plenty great car repair places in Tempe, but I am happy that my first choice was here. THANK YOU SO MUCH *^_____^*

I can not say enough great things about my experience with Todd and Jennifer! They are absolutely amazing people who value their customers! My mechanic, Paul, Faithworks Automotive, recommended Vision Collision.
I knew I was in good hands from the moment I called and explained my situation. They were caring, compassionate and accomodating. They came in best price from other quotes, under timeframe I thought they would need my vehicle and ABOVE expectations in quality of work! I truly think my car looks better now than before my crash! Lol
I would highly recommend this company to EVERYONE... I will most definitely be using Vision for all future needs in our family!!

I, being the klutz that I am, backed my 2012 Ford Focus into the corner of the house as I was pulling out of the garage. . . it was a minor scrape but a deep one. I lived with it for months but it was unsightly and, as I had been repeatedly told, it isn't good to leave an area of the car damaged like that. Eventually, even I knew that I should do something about the damage. I contacted Todd at Vision Collision, worked with him on the repair. The repair looked great, fit right into the original factory paint job and solved my irritation at seeing the scrape nearly every day. Even my picky father couldn't remember where the damage was done once Vision Collision made the repair.

I had a terrible experience with Todd and Vision Collision. My car was vandalized so I looked for a local repair shop to give business to and found them on Craigslist. Pics of the work looked great so I decided to head down to see what they could do.
Todd was about to close up shop but looked over my car seeing that 8 panels would need to be repaired and repainted. I told him it had a dent in the one door that would need to be removed along with dings along the body line, since all 4 doors, fenders and quarters needed to be fixed and repainted. I wanted the whole car repainted since 8 panels had to be done anyway and I believed we had agreed upon that. I also asked for him to work with me on my deductible and he said no problem with that or doing the work. It was all yes-yes and no problem. I signed the paperwork and now it was up to him and the insurance company.
I get a call saying the car is being sanded and prepped at the moment and it gets brought up about the 8 panels being repainted and not the whole care. I am a bit taken back by this because I thought we agreed on doing the whole car but chalk it up as miscommunication. If it was not already being worked on I would have picked my car up from them and took it somewhere else.
I get a call to pick up my car, he has had it for a week and half so plenty of time to do a great job right? WRONG! I get there and all the door dings are still there, the key mark on the one fender is still visible, paint hazing on the one door and the other fender. I point these things out and he says I have a good eye, no shit I wanted my car right and you were paid $2000 from my insurance company for shoddy work. Basically my car was not repaired to my satisfaction nor to what was written on the estimate for the insurance company and way less what we agreed upon. He did fix the dent on the one door but the door dings are still there along with a key mark on the fender.
The body guy must not have a good eye at all missing all of that and to not repair each panel and get rid of some small dings chalking it up that it is more labor cost for you when I 100% certainly pointed out the dings specifically saying they needed to be fixed and they were not. Regardless of it all the work was not done to my satisfaction and damage was painted over. You can buff out the hazing certainly but you cannot buff out painting over a chip in the paint which should have been sanded down properly nor the key mark which was painted over.
I recommend you get it in writing if you make an agreement with Todd or record the conversation because he will over promise and under deliver. He did some of what he wrote up on the estimate but clearly could see I was unhappy. Word of mouth and reviews like these make and break businesses. I will do a HD video walk around and post the link showing the issues I had from my car that was picked up just a few days ago. Totally unacceptable for getting $2000 to repaint 8 panels and not repair them properly, I could have went to nearly any shop and they would have got the handful of dings out and repainted the car for that kind of money. Then telling me its a 14 year old car and not sure what I am expecting. Regardless of the vehicle the work should be done right, my car is a 2 ton business card with over spray on the trim and windows still too!
When I worked in my fathers shop we went the distance and would never repaint and panel and leave door dings in it or key marks. A couple extra hours of time to make it right because it represents us when it leaves the shop and getting all the over spray off trim and windows because it is not the customers problem to deal with nor hazing of the paint which you can see across the parking lot. Good eye he says, I say open your damn eyes!
Stay away from this business, you could go to Maaco and they will happily paint over damaged panels. Vision does not go the extra mile or the miles they agree to and are paid well for.

Todd and his crew made everything incredibly easy for us. They came to our house to do the estimate, waited patiently while we got other estimates, then came back to the house to pick up the car after we selected Vision Collision for our repair work. They had the lowest estimate by a few hundred dollars, and they offered the personal touch of making it as easy for us as possible. The quality of their work was tremendous!

Todd and his team has done it again! I went in due to recommendation from another mechanic that I needed to replace my entire clutch after he replaced my master and slave cylinders. The clutch would have cost me an arm and a leg so I went to Todd because I knew he would offer the fairest price. Here's where Todd saved the day and my bank account. Any other mechanic would have been glad to just swap out my clutch and get their money but not Todd. He took it upon himself to figure out if the clutch was actually bad or if it's something else. With the help of his team, he found that the only thing wrong was the master cylinder that my other mechanic installed. It's safe to say I'm not going back to that mechanic again and I'm sticking with Todd and his team. Thank you for all you do Todd! I look forward to doing business with you again.

I took my wife's car into the dealership to see how much it would cost to repair some road damage. After receiving their estimate, I contacted Wright Cars for their estimate. Their cost was more reasonable than the dealership, and they got it repaired in the same time frame.

My 4Runner front bumper was damaged from rear-ending a tow hitch. I was expecting a lot of work and expensive repairs, but Vision Collision had it repaired like new in 2 days, and their cost was very reasonable! I just had my first car accident last week. I used faith auto works for my engine repairs and they highly suggested that I use vision collision. So I called and i talked with Todd what all needed to be done and he came out the next day and gave me a very reasonable/outstanding estimate that I couldn't miss out on. So I let him take my car in and the very next day it was done. They replaced my fender, headlight, front bumper and turning signal all at a very reasonable price. I just got my car back and I am beyond impressed. I couldn't afford to paint it to match yet but the cost of doing so is also completely reasonable and realistic. Once I get the chance I'm defiantly going back to have all my headlights replaced and have the paint matched. I am above and beyond satisfied with their work!! Thanks Todd and employees! I'll go to vision over everything for collision!

We contacted Todd from Vision Collision after hearing a quote to fix my vehicle that was not going to be possible to afford. Initially looking for Todd's opinion on the matter of price, he offered to help right away. He was very open for communication, and took every opportunity to meet us halfway, including his time to come out and see my car in Chandler before bringing it to his shop. Getting a quote back to us in no time, he never once discredited or disrespected the first auto repair shop's quote, despite his quote being much less due to his access to parts and ability to fix my hood instead of replace it. His knowledge in his field is evident, and I trusted his word. Todd even stayed open past his shop hours to ensure that I was able to get my vehicle after work. Upon seeing my car, she looked good as new, drove very smoothly, and was spotless clean. Todd offered outstanding customer service throughout the entire process, and is very genuine and honest. The price to fix my vehicle was absolutely fair, and was fixed in a very efficient and timely manner. I definitely recommend Vision Collision, and will return here should I need to again.
